The Dental assistant was incredibly knowledgeable and put me at ease with her detailed info. about my care and after surgery care .the doctor was extremely compassionate, reassuring me every step of the way. Ultra professional and faster than a McDonald's Drive-in thru!!! Lol I was done in an efficient and timely manner. Awesome experience; for getting two teeth yanked out!!

Negative experience: It was awful. My daughter’s appointment was at 8a but they didn’t bring her back until nearly 9a. Once they got her back, they broke on of her front brackets and asked that we come back yet again tomorrow. We can’t wait until our children are out of their braces so we can go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: I went for a wise tooth removal and the analgesic doctor amazing no pain so soft and the doctor the removed the tooth was so professional lest the 2 seconds mi tooth was out ,no pain ,no Wait time and the assistant he explained everything to me and good and understandable.so I recommend it for a tooth removal.

Positive experience: I have been going to the union gap location for over 8 years and the staff is constantly changing. I have had great experiences about 3 times. Many of the other times I felt like I was being pushed through an assembly line. The dental hygienist would be in a hurry and causing discomfort. I don't bother trying to remember their names because they usually are not around by my next appointment.

Thank you!!! This post was after my 13 teeth extractions and I healed very nicely. About 2 1/2 months latter I just got my dentures today on June 10 2025 after about 3 weeks of impressions, making and fitting and my new dentures fit incredibly well after 5 hrs of wear. I feel like I've had them for years. I had a slight bit of pain when I first put them in but that was gone in a matter of minutes. They feel amazing and my smile is back. I truly recommend Apple Valley Dental in Spokane Valley and how helpful & kind there staff is. They even helped me with financing (12 mo no interest) my new teeth since I was already making payments direct to them for the extractions They are very affordable too. Thank you again Apple Valley Dental for a wonderful experience and new teeth!!!

Negative experience: They called me the day before my appointment after which was booked for weeks and cancelled my appointment because they were short staffed. Pretty upsetting after I've been waiting for weeks. Do not recommend, my first appointmend I waited almost an hour after my appointment time as well. Very unprofessional doctors office, lots of better dentists in Spokane who care about your time.

Positive experience: The dental experience for myself and my child is amazing. However when I got my dentures they have broken three different times. Twice in my mouth while eating. And since I've already got my dentures replaced once and since then they have broken the two other times while eating in my mouth and I feel as if the materials they're using for their Dentures are not as strong as they should be.

Fantastic experience: They're fantastic!! All the nurses and doctors are just wonderful in their own unique ways. I've gotten 3 wisdom teeth removed and 1 tongue biopsy from them and absolutely 0 problems! They are genuinely very fantastic and I would recommend them ^^ they take my insurance too (state insurance) which is such a huge relief that I can get the care I need.

Negative experience: The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the staff is kind. Unfortunately, the overall communication is extremely poor. I went in for a tooth infection and to continue with my dental treatment plan. They gave me antibiotics and scheduled my extractions. But on the morning of my procedure, I received a call saying the doctor wouldn’t be performing it and that I’d be referred to Spokane Oral Surgery. They said they’d send the referral and also emailed me a copy. I waited the 24 hours they told me to — but no referral was ever sent. I called both offices for two weeks and still nothing was resolved. By the third week, I ended up printing the referral email myself and personally took it to Spokane Oral Surgery. Apparently, this has been happening to a lot of patients, which is extremely frustrating. Spokane Oral Surgery is already overwhelmed and fully booked — they even advised me to go to the hospital. This whole situation was not only unprofessional, but also emotionally exhausting. Going to the dentist is already hard for many people and to be let down like this when you’re trying to take care of your health is just unacceptable. Thankfully, I’ve now found a different dental office that truly listens and understands my needs, and I’m finally getting the care I deserve.

Fantastic experience: Diane (hygienist) and Dr. Flinkman did a fantastic job today during my appointment. Ironically, I happen to be a dentist myself who works at this clinic, but have always dreaded going to the dentist for my own needs. They both made it super easy for me today and I have already made my next appointment! (and yes, dentists get cavities too!)

Fantastic experience: My first visit was a very positive experience. The staff was very helpful with directing me on my filling out of paperwork and got me back shortly after arriving. The back office was very polite and explained each procedure thoroughly and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Uso was pleasant and professional and provided a thorough exam and explained his recommendations for the follow up care that I needed.

Fantastic experience: been an amazing dentist since 2023. go here for my dentures and used to go for dental also until they couldn't see people over 21 anymore for dental. but i do go for my dentures still and they've been nothing short of amazing.

Negative experience: I would give zero if I could. I usually don’t write reviews but I felt like I needed to warn future people who may be looking into braces for their kids. DO NOT GO HERE. You get crappy service but the biggest issue is you will be told one price but will be charged another. They charge basically every patient for an “expander” that insurance doesn’t cover and in my 12 months of coming here I have witnessed over a dozen other patients who were charged for expanders and never needed it. It has been a nightmare just trying to get simple questions answered and fixed about the billing. There billing department is supposedly in Yakima and you can not have a conversation with anyone who knows anything about the billing. Just go somewhere else. If you don’t I promise you will regret it. Only positive thing I can say is the techs, who do absolutely all the work aren’t bad.

Fantastic experience: I give 5 stars and all the credit to Dr Waldon the man who does the dentures. He does an excellent job and takes into consideration more then just how you look or how the dentures will fit. He also seemed to have consideration for a persons mental state and physical pain also. I had requested that my dentures look as close to my real teeth as possible. (I didn't want them to be perfectly straight because my teeth never were) Dr Waldon did a fantastic job and I'm so excited to be smiling again....

My girls had work to be done and they were so good with them, having patience, kindness, and they explain to the girls what they are doing. My oldest daughter has a fear of needles and they were able to take care of her even better the second appointment because they provided trust with working on her mouth. Fantastic experience: This place is awesome! My kid is 15. The hygenist she had was gentle and LISTENED! When my kid didn't want to use a "bite block" the lady didn't try to argue, and when told my kid has TMJ issues, she frequently checked if breaks were needed. There were no lectures on flossing, not one person recommended braces (which the previous pediatric dentist did, every single visit), and no one used fake baby-talk or fakey voices with her, just speaking to her like a regular person! I will highly recommend to EVERYONE (even those currently at the beloved lady pediatric dentist). Wish I'd tried Apple Valley sooner!!

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the dentist in almost 15 years due to severe dental anxiety. I have several dental issues due to this, and I was quite nervous to go back to the dentist again after all this time. I was very upfront about my fear and the condition of my teeth. Apple Valley has been extremely helpful, kind, and compassionate the entire time. Every single dentist, hygienist, and tech/assistant I’ve seen has been so kind and I am so appreciative of everyone here for their care!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here for my whole life i avoided the dentist because I’ve had so many bad experiences because of that and other thing i neglected to do my teeth were in bad shape. I had to have them all removed which was terrifying to say the least but these people treated me so kind from the lady on the phone who booked my appointment to the dental assistant and the Doctor himself such amazing people I felt so comfortable and relaxed. The dentist himself is truly the most kind and caring dentist I’ve ever encountered he’s truly great at what he does. It went so fast and before I knew it it was over. I highly recommend this office 10/10 thank you all for making this life changing experience so much easier:)

Negative experience: If there was a way to rate this place as a negative stars, I would. What an awful way to run a business! My last appointment I waited over an hour before I was seen and this last time it was over 45 minutes when they proceeded to hand me a bill, which was more than double what they quoted me. I was supposed to have a cavity filled, but ended up just leaving because I couldn’t trust them to not send me a surprise bill in the mail for the cavity as well. I WAS a brand new client. Taking my business elsewhere.

Negative experience: Very disappointed made a revaluation Appointment with Dr USO for clearance which he didn’t come see me at all ! He didn’t have respect of my time by having his staff cancel my Appointment . My time is valuable and compassion need s to come in play with the patient ! Staff is pleasant I’d advise no one to Apple Heath Valley dental because if you call them it’s impossible to reach anyone at a call center and they do not return your calls ! I had to walk in to talk to someone . I would recommend Grins and Giggles for a great experience . You will feel like you matter and they work hard to make your visit a pleasant one !

Fantastic experience: I needed several teeth extracted and was nervous because in the past I had a bad experience (not at Apple Valley), with a different dental clinic. Dr. Paul is the best, he made it as painless as possible and he was very fast. Also the recovery has been smooth, slightly sore but that’s all and it seems to be healing good. I highly recommend Dr. Paul to anyone needing teeth extracted.

Negative experience: I have been going here for the past 2 years I have been lied to, been gaslighted, not numbed fully for fillings, didn't even polish my fillings, so it wasn't rough, and they don't listen to what you have to say when you point out a problem

Negative experience: Got referred here and they said they can’t do my extractions because they’re too close to the nerve and the doctor (not oral surgeon) can’t operate. Why are you even a firm? What’s the point of offering services you can’t provide? Not only that, this took TWO WEEKS to process. The doctor only responded when my x-rays were sent AGAIN. Genuinely bad practice.

Negative experience: I was told in the beginning and even before I got my k9s pulled so I get a partial plate up top. That they do partial dentures to turn around and tell me y'all don't. And even your google info say you do. That's the only reason why I came to this dentist office to get them pulled for a partial denture plate. Not have to turn around and go to another dentist office
