If you ask too many questions about the treatment or say you need time to think, he tends to refer you to the cosmetic group as a form of retaliation. His recommendations often appear to be driven by financial incentives rather than patient care.

Fantastic experience: This dental office shows excellent teamwork. The staff are kind, respectful, and highly skilled. I was impressed with the service and will definitely return for checkups. Fantastic experience: This is only short because I’m in a rush for a meeting but I had to take the opportunity to mention how excellent the service is that I receive at Jones Bridge dental. From the front desk, to my hygienist, to the dentist - each and every single interaction that I’ve experienced has been consistently good every time - without fail. Negative experience: I really hate to leave a bad review for this place considering the fact that we never really got to see any of the dentists here, but I feel like I have to do it so they work on getting things straightened. Before making an appointment, I called the office to check and see if they take our insurance and I was told that they are in network with our insurance company. In a couple of days, we got a call from this place saying that our appointment was cancelled (literally an hour prior to the appointment’s time). I called back to see why they canceled our appointment without our permission and with no coordination with us and I was told by their regional manager that it was canceled due to us not confirming our appointment. When I asked her how we were supposed to confirm the appointment, she said they sent us a text message as well as calling us 3 times (she even told me the exact times for each of the three times she claimed that they called us), and we failed to answer (and none of that happened in reality! No confirmation text was sent and nobody called us). Since I was not convinced that is the true reason, I called back and asked to speak with the office manager, Alex. After speaking with her, I realized that the real reason for canceling our appointment was because they were not in network with our insurance and it was Not due to us failing to confirm the appointment as their regional manager stated. So here is a few tips for this practice: 1) If a patient calls you and asks you if you’re in network with their insurance, and you say yes and make an appointment for them, if later on, you find out their insurance does not cover the visit/ service, it is your clinic’s responsibility to take care of the visit (since it was your mistake). You cannot just cancel their appointment on your own without coordinating with the patient. 2) It is very unprofessional to lie to the patients about the reason you canceled their appointment. You can just simply say we canceled your appointment because your insurance does not cover the visit. You do not have falsely blame it on the patient while they did not receive no confirmation texts nor calls about their appointment. 3) You should value your patient’s time and schedules. You cannot call a patient an hour before their appointment telling them their appointment is canceled. That is also very unprofessional and disrespectful.

Negative experience: I didn’t like being forced to have x-rays before getting my teeth cleaned.

Fantastic experience: I travel maybe 45 minutes to them. The reason is they do a really good job cleaning my teeth the Dentist is always on time and very thorough.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Malakoff is amazing all the staff so helpful, friendly and wonderful! My hygienist Dian was fabulous

Negative experience: I never saw a doctor. I was told I should get sedation for my cleaning although I’ve never needed that before. I wasn’t told if there was anything more going on because I never saw the dentist. It was dismissive and insulting. Also, I believe they took extra images in addition to the normal ones and just told me my insurance only covered it at 90% when regular X-rays should be 100%. That didn’t help with me having much trust.

Fantastic experience: My hygienist, Jennifer was excellent. When I walked in the door, it was a friendly atmosphere and the wait time was minimum. I will always miss Dr. Leo that the staff is very people person and knowledgeable on what they’re doing. I’ve been with them the office for over 20 years. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Negative experience: Horrible experience..the doctor is good but the front desk need some serious training handling critical situations. Lack of knowledge, guidance and busy in their own business

Negative experience: During my first few visits, I mentioned to the front desk agent and my hygienist that my insurance only covers two exams and I already used one. For the first few visits, the bill was clear. However, after approx. one month after my most recent visit, I was asked to pay an additional charge for the exam. Plus, I asked them twice before the visit to check if this visit will be completely covered by my insurance and they said yes. I do not appreciate this experience at all. _____________ Update: The same issue happened again in 2025. Despite being assured twice that all costs were covered by insurance, I received another bill weeks later. If they can estimate nearly all the fees accurately, why was one particular service billed at a higher rate—especially one that isn’t fully covered by insurance? It seems they raised the price without securing approval from the insurer, leaving the customer to pay the difference! Their billing lacks transparency, and they failed to honor their promise.

Negative experience: Hygienist and front office help just not on par with what I am used to. This has been my dentist for 20+ years. Love Dr Leo, but he retired and took his level of excellence with him. Hurried and bothered is the attitude I received, and will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Positive experience: I had a cleaning and the service was thorough and quick. The office was clean and professional and will be going back again.

Negative experience: Hygienist was fantastic but I had an extremely disappointing experience with the price. In my last visit, the woman at the checkout desk pushed the Advantage One program for cash customers. I went home reviewed the plan online and purchased it for my wife and I for $200 thinking this will be great! At the next appointment, I presented the card only to learn the new price was $100 more. I got the price down to $210 after eliminating a cancer check a fluoride treatment. Then I learned the truth. Jones Bridge Dental was purchased by a giant greedy corporation and the price I paid under the previous private practice was no longer applicable. I felt scammed and am looking for a new dentist. This a poor way to treat Seniors living on a fixed income. There are plenty of alternatives in the area.

Fantastic experience: Had my routine appt this week with Brina RDH and Dr. Nasseh. They are a wonderful team and I am in excellent hands. Atmosphere is calm, front office staff cheerful and efficient, and I appreciate the added touch of a warm scented facial towel at end of exam.

Fantastic experience: Love my hygienist! Promptly seen. The only issue I ever have is occasionally with billing. Fortunately I was given a print out of my expected copay when I checked in, which incorrectly included a service I never have, so that was removed.

Positive experience: I really like this dentist office they are very professional. My only issue is that if you don’t confirm your appointment they will just cancel you. Policy needs to be changed.

Fantastic experience: It was our first visit to this dental office. The office surprised us by how everything was super clean, organised, smooth and very friendly personal. They even had a Russian speaking dentist to examine my mom who is also Russian speaking. My mom felt very comfortable there.

Visit services and details are always reviewed before treatments are done so there has never been a surprise about what was owed after care. Their system is great to remind you of upcoming appointments and make it easy for you to confirm your appointment. Dr. Malikov has had to do several treatments for me over the years and has always done an excellent job. I have always been treated professionally and courteously.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for 23 years. I drive well over an hour to see Dr. Leo. I refuse to go to another dentist. Dr. Leo is gentle. He understands that I have a fear of dentist. He makes my visits as pain-free as possible. Dr. Leo retired, and I am really not sure if I want to keep going for dental visits.

Negative experience: I am changing my previous post… I just found out that Beth is no longer with the practice. I am a long time patient of hers and you would think they would let her patients know and recommend someone else - nope. Also the lady who handles billing does not listen a will only talk over you. Sadly this dental office has changed quite a bit - for the worse. The little extras are gone… with all these issues I am now looking for a new dental practice. Previous post…. Beyond happy with Jones Bridge Dental. Everyone there is wonderful and my dental hygienist, Beth is truly a God send! Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this place for the past 7 years. I moved 30 miles away and I still come to this place because they’re very profesional and the work they do is amazing. I really like dr Malikov and Kelly that does my routine cleaning. Excellent establishment.

Fantastic experience: I have the best experience here, Dr. Faig Malikov, DMD, is always truthful and honest and has a great personality and always happy and cheerful with a smile on his face and Brina the dental hygienist is super nice, have a pleasant demeanor, great personality, great communication, understanding, patient, very knowledgeable and informative about dental hygiene and procedures. Although she is in high demand for trying to schedule an appointment with her, but I don’t mind waiting, because she is worth the wait.

Negative experience: I’m very disappointed. My x-ray showed a deep cavity and I was told I would need a root canal. Since I regularly go to my cleanings and x-rays when needed, why didn’t that cavity show earlier that there was a cavity forming there? Why couldn’t he fill the cavity. Instead I was told I would need a crown and was given the name of an orthodontist .

Positive experience: Jones Bridge dental has changed since Dr. Leo left. Still, I feel welcome when i visit. The waiting room is sparse. They no longer offer cookies and water but you're not waiting too long to be called. They provide good quality care and comprehensive services. I do miss the little extras but still I would recommend.

Negative experience: SADLY DONE WITH JONES BRIDGE DENTAL!!!I I called in today, 7/9/24, to see about scheduling a cleaning with Beth who I’ve been seeing for 15+ years and I was immediately, abruptly informed that she was no longer there. I asked if they knew where she had gone and the answer was “NO”. I was caught off guard and I stated it was unprofessional that the office didn’t at least send out a courtesy email to regular clients that have been seeing Beth for years that she was no longer at there office. The “receptionist” stated that she’s sorry that she “can’t give me what I’m looking for”. The “receptionist” didn’t even mention another hygienist in their office that I could see in replacement of Beth!! Instead, she was rude, short and not accommodating at all. Now that’s a “wonderful “receptionist ” … a “receptionist” I would want representing my Healthcare Office. NOT!!! Again, I have been a regular patient of Jones Bridge Dental for many years and absolutely 100% did not appreciate how I was treated on the phone today by the staff!!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Jones Bridge after not being to the dentist in over three years due to Covid. I’d definitely recommend this practice. From the moment I first called to see if they even took my insurance the customer service was great. The staff was very kind and put me at ease. My hygienist Ms.Leticia provided a lot of education on how to better care for my teeth and avoid issues. Ms.Shantal the assistant was extraordinarily kinda and comforted me through my anxiety while I got my cavities taken care of. Lastly Dr.Iguwe was professional and had a calm demeanor that made me comfortable and confident in the care he would provide for me. And to top it all off they were very time efficient and I didn’t feel like I was just waiting around for the doctor. I’m very pleased with my experience and I encourage other young adults like myself who may be unfamiliar with utilizing their healthcare/dental to consider Jones Bridge. Fantastic experience: A fantastic dental care provider at a very reasonable price. I visited 5 dental facilities because I needed dentures - one of the places that I went did not offer dentures but suggested Jones Bridge. I visited Jones Bridge and after discussions around service and getting a price, I choose them and I have not been disappointed. I had a number of concerns but they answered every question and now I know, they truly care about their patience and know what their patience are " going through". I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jones Bridge Dental Care!

Negative experience: I had a crown since I was a teen cause I fall as a child. It was done in Southern Africa by an Indian dentist it last 20+years replaced it with jones Bridge Dental it only last a little over 3 years it's shaking almost falling off in my mouth. I know see WHY people go To TURKEY their work can Even be more reliable. I am super disappointed I have to do it again and pay thousands of dollars in debatable again the pain inconvenience. I think work is overrated if you have a choice do it out of the country. My mom was surprised when I told her about this cause my 1st crown would have stayed another 30+ years unfortunately it's wasn't white enough and had to change it out here .

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Dr. Malikov for treating me for dental implant. Textbook quality and makes the patient very comfortable at every step of the process. Thanks to Claudia and all the staff for making me feel at home whenever I visit the office. Thanks to Dr. Nassey and the staff for accommodating to see me for an urgent situation with my crown. Fantastic experience: I moved to Atlanta 2 1/2 years ago and have been nervous about seeing a new dentist because not every doctor has good personable bed side manners. The experience I had on yesterday 3-19-14 was the most beautiful and amazing experience I’ve had with a doctor since moving to Atlanta. The invitation starts when you walk in the door. Fantastic experience: We've been bringing our daughter to Dental Zone for Children for 8 years now, and it's always a positive experience! The staff is fantastic - professional, friendly, and they really put the kids at ease. Even though my daughter's in high school now, she still gets a kick out of the fun toy machine with little fidget prizes. It's clear they go the extra mile to make every visit special, especially for younger children.

Negative experience: Check up was done appropriately. They took whole mouth xray and they referred me to periodontist as the problem was with gums. As they had already done xray they should have shared the report so that periodontist could have used same report instead of doing the xray again. Instead of multiple followup by periodontists clinic as well as myself they did not share xray.. I had to undergo xray again which is neither good for my health nor for my pocket.

Fantastic experience: Latecia Moses is a very nice dental hygienist and does. A great job in every visit. She is highly professional and detail oriented. The doctors and the office staff at this facility are all great also! Very pleased with them for 10+ years as my dental service providers.

Negative experience: Scheduled an appointment for myself and my minor 11 year old child 2 months ago. My child was scheduled to start braces (at another orthodontist) office next month. We were both looking to have a routine cleaning. I found out the day before the appointment that they do not service minor children under the age of 12. Imagine my complete shock, after providing names, birthdates, and other insurance information just to get the appointment in the first place. Staff seems incompetent. Needless to say, the appointment was canceled, and now we are left scrambling to find another office.

Negative experience: Sorry to say I had used this dentist for some years and then - BOOM - disappointment. I have dental anxiety so I need a dentist that has the resources to make me as comfortable as possible. At one point Jones Bridge made these accommodations. My last experience was very disappointing. I scheduled a cleaning and the morning of the appointment I recieved a text that said it was required I have a specific type of cleaning. This specific cleaning would entail an out of pocket cost a couple hundred dollars. I called the office and stated I do not need that cleaning but I would be in for the originally scheduled clean. The receptionist informed me that's not allowed and I have to get the cleaning stated in the text. I advised why would you require that when the dentist has not even seen my teeth? She said I had to get it no questions asked. I informed her that I had a cleaning elsewhere since I had been to them and she insisted that I have to get scaling and the cleaning that cost extra. At that point, being unheard, unseen, and diagnosed before I walk in the door with a bill waiting for me (when I have dental coverage) was absurd and absolutely asinine. What doctor diagnosis a patient before they get there and has a team that insists what your saying is false and means nothing? I was terribly disappointed that they had taken this stance of ignoring a patient and disregarded my time. I had taken time off at work for this appointment and had to find a new dentist to trust again. Huge disappointment .

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a guest of Jones Bridge Dental for 20+ years. The staff is amazing, the dentists are wonderful, they have sedated dentistry available if you need it, it is a luxury experience and most insurance is accepted. I look forward to my visits, and that is saying a lot considering this is a dentist! I tell all my friends and coworkers about Jones Bridge, you will love them!

I always cried (even as an adult), been scared, nervous, uncomfortable. I have never had a good experience at the dentist. But at Jones Bridge Dental Care, I have had a wonderful experience. Fantastic experience: Great customer service. The front end staff were very friendly, courteous, patient, and informative. Found out I needed an oral surgeon for the tooth in question, needed to be extracted, and a false tooth installed by the oral surgeon. The tooth could not be extracted by them due to it being at/below the gum line, it also could not be saved. I was in a great deal of pain and all were very patient with me. Very much recommend Jones Bridge Dental Care.

Negative experience: I actually need to see what my next appointment has to offer. I spent 1 hour and 15 mins here to be told that have short staff and I need to come back to finish my appointment. Also they only told me stuff about me that I told them. So first impression not so hot. Let’s see what happens next I will post another review at that time

Negative experience: Different dental hygiene specialist now every visit but that’s not bad they all do a great job. The low rating is for the constant up-sell, from everyone. Do I really need it, or is it just additional dollars. Their recommendations are hard to trust anymore. You need two crowns, why, is it a medical necessity….. no so why the constant up-sell. My thoughts are that they are loosing the trust of the patients..

Fantastic experience: My whole familys' been going to Jones Bridge Dental care for 13+ years. I love them all. My Dentist is Dr. Nasseh and my hygienist is Beth whom I adore equally. They a both very friendly and super nice. The whole team is very professional and nice. I've recommended friends to them too. I got dental implant done by Dr Leo few years ago and he did a very good job. If you live in Alpharetta/ Johns creek area, I highly recommend choosing this dental practice.

They changed the management & ever since, it has been horrible in their services. Also, their prices has gone up dramatically. I am definitely changing my dentist

Fantastic experience: I applaud Jones Bridge Dental Care administration and Dr. Nasseh for hiring one the best front office staff members. Both Janae's and Zinga are phenomenal, professional, thoughtful, and organized. Their work ethic speaks for itself. These ladies covered all of the salient details of my procedure. These ladies are assets to the company. In addition, I have signed my mother up to become a client at JBDC. Along with Brina's first class and tremendous service, these ladies truly make a difference coming to JBDC and I am pleased and delighted they are here. Negative experience: I will never go to this dentist office again. I was coming in for my 6 month cleaning and I had my grandson cause his babysitter canceled. He’s only 4 and they said he can’t come in the room with me he needed to wait in the waiting room. Well he’s 4 and he’s not going to sit in a waiting room by himself. Well they said sorry if he’s not going to wait in the waiting room we can’t see you. I’ve never heard of this ever. When you have kids and have to go to the dentist I guess you can’t unless they wait in the waiting room by themselves. There’s 2 chairs in the rooms and he’s a good boy and would’ve sat there being good the whole time. Shame on your office for not being family orientated. I’ll never go here again and won’t recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: Update - I'm trying to get our records sent to our new dentist. Either I get voicemail that doesn't get answered, or I speak to a nice young man that assures me he'll send the necessary form over and he never does. We’ve been going to this office for almost six years. The care is excellent sometimes, subpar others. The billing department is a nightmare to work with. Last year when we went in there was a mysterious credit in our account that no one could explain. Now we have a small bill (less than $200) that my husband was told he could pay at his upcoming appointment. Imagine my surprise at receiving a collections notice for said bill. I was escalated to someone in the billing department who was too chicken to even call me. She sent me an email saying there’s nothing they can (won’t) do. So I’m taking my 4 accounts with me. And the two from this morning when a friend asked who my dentist was. My answer “someone else.” ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: I love how they treated me I rarely get treated as a normal person. because I don’t dress real sharp or have the best smile. The person that made sure I got treated was Taylor and she was very kind and same goes for the rest of the staff. I watched 4 people also walk in and sit for as little as a minute. Before there name was called to get seen. so they are fast but still make sure they take there time on you .

Negative experience: Its a shame. My entire family has been with Jones Bridge Dental Care for 6 years. I had an outstanding balance of $90 due to a billing error. When I was contacted by the office I informed that I would pay the bill on Friday (3 days from that day) when I visited for my cleaning appointment. The day before my appointment I was contacted and asked to reschedule my cleaning because something was conflicting with my new insurance. It was unfortunate that my appointment was cancelled. It was more unfortunate the office sent me to collections!?!? I called assuming there must have been a mistake but I was told, "sorry, there is nothing we can do." Over the past 5 years my family has spent more than $20,000 with their office (I feed my children rocks apparently). Goodbye Jone Bridge. Unbelievable.

Positive experience: Hygienist, Latecia Moses was great, as always. Very professional, meticulous and real customer friendly. Counter staff were friendly and efficient. Charges are hiked up nearly 90-100% quoting inflation. InflatIon is only 8%. Looks like profiteering. Not acceptable, especially to Medicare beneficiaries where dental has limit and did not increase because of ‘inflation’. I personally have to re-think a recommended ‘crown’. Out of pocket is ~ $1200. Way too much. Planning to move out of Jones bridge.

My family and I have been going to Jones Bridge Dental for years and love not only the Service, but respect and attention to detail no matter what you go for. Beth is our hygienist and she is amazing as well. Today I got some work done and I was pretty worry about the pain, but to my surprised after my surgery and during my surgery none what so ever. Dr Leo is a professional whom I’ve respected since he started here his practice years ago. Love all the staff here and been coming for 23 plus years. All in my family come here as well.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Jones Bridge Dental for 20 years. Love to see Beth the hygienist, she is always on top of everything as well as a friendly face! Dr.Leo is great, I've seen Dr. Nasseh more frequently recently and I am just as happy with her skills. I checked out their website to write my review so I would spell her name correctly. I am even more satisfied now after seeing Dr. Nasseh's educational background!

Positive experience: I’ve been coming to Jones Bridge for over 6 years. I love my hygienist, Dionne. I love my dentist, Dr. Nasseh. The front office staff needs some work. The front office staff used to be super friendly and very customer service oriented. They now have a completely new staff who clearly has no concept of excellent customer service. Instead of arguing with the customer who knows her own insurance plan and knows what is covered and not covered, how about calling the insurance company to verify what the patient was telling you in the first place. Today I met a rather condescending individual in the front office, who proceeded to argue with me, until the manager got involved, called the insurance company and confirmed everything I was saying. I know at times the customer isn’t right, but in this case I was. This whole experience had left a bitter taste in my mouth. Jones Bridge, please value your long time clients by treating us accordingly, especially for our loyalty over the years.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I have ever been to! Beth is absolutely amazing, made me feel so comfortable instantly and does an incredible job. The ladies at the front desk are very sweet and professional so thing so quickly and smoothly. I actually look forward to going to the dentist. Cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Recently been to Jones Bridge for my regular teeth cleaning when I was scheduled with Brina Powell. I have to admit that she is fantastic. Gentle, knowledgeable, intuitive with perfection. I could not have asked for more. I would highly recommend her.

I have visited this place four times before I left a review, today my bill was over $750 but Emily Smith reduce my bill to under $500 the customer service that you received here is top notch. They truly care about you as a person.

Fantastic experience: I have always had a wonderful experience when I visit The staff at Jones Bridge Dental. Brianna(my hygienist) and Dr. Malikov(my primary dentist) are amazing. The front desk and staff have taken care of my ample for years.

Negative experience: I have been a customer for over 3 years there. there are 3 people in our family visiting this unit. we have never been late in any of our payments. Upon arrival last week, they asked me to sign an estimate for $77.00 cleaning. I explained that once service is done, and when you have the bill, I will be happy to pay, she stated that I have to sign an "estimate" before services are performed, otherwise no service. the lady in front stated, that is the "protocol". I stated that this is the first time I have been asked to do that, she told me in a short way "no, it is not". So, I unwillingly signed. After the cleaning was performed, dentist recommended some dental work and they walked me to the front desk, gave me an estimate for future work that I will not be doing for about three months, and then they asked me to sign the future work estimate. I asked is this guaranteed, the office manager stated that no this is only guaranteed for 30 days, so I refused to sign. The manager got visibly angry and she recommended that perhaps I should go somewhere else. Then she stormed out of the area, and came back in 2 minutes, with her body visibly shaking, and she said the doctor stated that I do not have to sign an estimate. so after all that.....What is the purpose of getting my signature on an estimate? I am not providing the service, you are, and it is not even fully guaranteed, because it is an estimate! this place did not use to be this way. the new front desk people they have hired are unprofessional and snappy. Perhaps, I will take her advice and look for another place to take our family. at the end of the day, service and customer experience bring credibility to an outfit, and lack of that, no matter how good the dentists may be, destroys credibility. I no longer recommend this place to anyone

Fantastic experience: I don't usually leave comments or reviews but i had to for this business. I absolutely love the entire staff. It's so hard to find great providers that aren't looking for just money, but the staff gets out your care before anything and they do their absolute best to make sure you receive the proper care and comfort. I will 1000% recommend them. This place is very clean and welcoming, if you're looking for a home for dental....JONES BRIDGE DENTAL IS DEFINITELY IT

Fantastic experience: Outstanding service from the time i walked in the door to checkout. I cannot say enough about my hygienist. The level of care Mrs. Tamra took in explaining my issue, resolving it and then giving me tips and literally showing me how to maintain was incredible. Showed me how i can replicate the same with my kids. Patience level is unlike i have ever seen and it was indeed a great experience. Thank you and Jones Bridge Dental is lucky to have her!

Fantastic experience: Very impressed with this practice. I am always apprehensive when I go to a dental practice that's new to me, but I'm so glad I found them on a Google search. From the reception and billing staff to the hygienist and dentist, all treated me kindly and professionally. All staff members were practicing careful precautions for COVID prevention, which is very important to me. I felt like I was in good hands during my whole visit, and everyone cared about my level of comfort. The dentist was thorough in her exam and wow, the hygienist Latecia, was amazing. She was not only thorough in her work but took the time for helpful patient education while she worked. Though it's a 3+ hour round trip drive for me I will gladly return, because the practice is that good. I see no reason to rate anything less than 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Although I live in another state. I always schedule my dental work with Dr. Leo and his excellent staff when I visit Atlanta. The staff is not only very nice but they are efficient and exceptionally professional. Both wife and I adore Dr. Leo and his calming demeanor.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mercke is the absolute Best! I had a Root Canal. Crown, and filling done without pain. I never felt the shot and she and her assistant Sima were so gentle and sweet! They were so good that I brought my son in to been seen! Great customer service and Covid compliance. I love this office

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: I have been back to Jones Bridge Dental Care after had switching to a different dentist Office previously. The environment is amazing and they are taking every possible precaution to make patients feel safe during this time. Believe me when I say that I get 100% safe and cared for. I was definitely nervous because I haven’t been to the dentist in about 2 years, but Beth and Claudia were absolutely FABULOUS! I had already expected some issues from being away from the dentist for so long, and I felt comfortable and heard about all my concerns and questions. Claudia explained every step we went through, and Beth gave me much needed information to keep my oral health in tip-top shape. Now, let me start off by also saying Dr. Mercke is the absolute BOMB! I have seen Dr. Malikov in the past and she is literally just as PHENOMENAL!! I cannot stress that enough. She constantly checked in to make sure I was okay and was very understanding of my concerns and nervousness. Dr. Mercke is extremely thorough and informative as is Beth and Claudia and I am eternally grateful for you all, as I am with the entire office as a whole. Dr. Malikov is my dentist and honestly he is the most personable and knowledgeable dentist I have ever seen.
