Fantastic experience: I recently had a crown put in. I had not had this type of procedure done for several years. I was astounded that it took only 2 hours and done….out the door! Everyone involved were competent and kind. Doctor Brad and all who assisted made things go so seamlessly. I would recommend the Carroll Family Dental group without reservation.

Negative experience: Where do I start? Poor customer service, rude staff, hygienists that don’t respect patient requests, and at the very end of your appointment, if you’re lucky, you get 2-3 minutes with an actual dentist. Thumbs down!

Fantastic experience: Today, July 30, 2025, I had dental work (a crown) put in at the Carroll Family Dental Office. Even though I had to get those numbing shots with that horrible needle, the Dentist and his assistant made it a pleasurable yet painless experience. I would recommend this dental office to my family and friends. Staff are friendly and yet professional.

Negative experience: First time there . 30 mins late , new patient. I wanted a second opinion. He had not read my chart. I’ll go back for a cleaning because, Maybe it was just a bad day .

Fantastic experience: I scheduled an older family member as a new patient with Carroll Family Dental, and he said it was the best cleaning he’d ever had in his life. He also liked Dr. Aaron and called him an excellent dentist. When I called initially, Michelle walked me through enrolling my family member as a patient. She emailed a link to online intake forms that were quick and easy to navigate, including scanning his insurance and ID cards. I never had to go to the office. After the appointment was over, when it was time to call the independent living center’s transportation person, my family member was confused, and the Carroll Family Dental front desk made the call for him. They scheduled his 6-month cleaning and sent an email with the appointment information. Later that day, they emailed the very reasonable bill to the relative who handles payments. As a caregiver, I am very grateful to Carroll Family Dental for taking good care of my family member and for making the process easy for me.

My daughter loves the dentist and had a blast with the fun polish flavors and prize at the end. So glad this is our new family dentist office!

Negative experience: Warning! Please avoid this place. The implanted tooth cost $5,000. Picture taken 12 hrs after. Update: five months later... I received some random $100 bill in an email. These people are a mess!

Fantastic experience: Hardly any wait. I was pleasantly greeted by the Jaimie who was quite professional and caring. Normally I have a lot of tarter build up on my front bottom teeth but this time there was much more build up (primarily because I had was no diligent as I should have been using my water pik. Jaimie had to work more at removing the extra buildup.., my teeth feel wonderful clean! Great job Jaimie!!

I was treated respectfully, my cleaning was the most thourgh, best in years elsewhere, and my teeth were noticeably better cleaned! Dr. Carroll is very knowledgeable and explained my current dental needs understandably to me. I'm very pleased with outcome, and future care there. Also, Dr. Carroll replaced a crown using most advanced tech, with new crown completed in office, and placed in mouth perfectly! In and out in 2 hours with a new crown! Entire staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and well organized. Another 5 star+ review. I'm very pleased with all they have provided.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kripke and the team @ Carroll truly go above and beyond standard of care. We had a child with an emergent dental issue. Carroll Family Dental gave us an appointment within an hour. Dr. Kripke spent an incredible amount of uncompensated time to arrange for an endodontist specialist appointment, in addition to saving the tooth with a cap performed on the same day. They are under compensated for their incredible patient and service- oriented approach (Shame on insurance companies!!). We never feel like we are oversold on products and services. We highly recommend Carroll Family Dental!

Negative experience: Tooth Be Told Customer did her homework right, Googled, searched, called — felt polite. Carroll Dental? “In-network,” they said, So she booked her cleaning and rested her head. Teeth got cleaned, vibes were chill, Then came the what now? of that bill. Out-of-network? Girl, please — Now she’s calling with zero ease. They passed the buck, played the game, Insurance, website — all pointing blame. No help, no fix, just runaround, So guess who’s off to new dental ground? Moral of this messy plot: If your coins matter (and they do — a lot), Don’t trust the website, call and confirm, Or you’ll be left with lessons… and a perm. Ok in proper English : ⭐️⭐️ Good care, but billing ruined it. I came here for a routine cleaning after confirming they were in-network with my dental insurance (Aetna Dental Access via Nippon Life). The cleaning was great, the staff was friendly — no issues there. But I was shocked to receive an out-of-network bill. Despite my efforts to resolve it, I got no real help or clear answers. Super disappointing and frustrating. If you’re using insurance, double-check how they’ll bill you — don’t rely on the website or verbal confirmation alone. I had to switch providers over this.

Fantastic experience: They gave me the VIP treatment..and I love it !...my cleaning was so relaxing that I fell asleep...lol Dr Carroll is a cool Dentist very easy to talk to.. He made me feel right at home. We had a lot of things in common. Hope to see him again at my next appointment...thanks for the referral

Fantastic experience: My visit was really smooth. They listened to my issues and helped me understand them (as much as one can understand dentistry without going to school for it!). They were gracious despite me forgetting to do the paperwork prior to my arrival! Normally I'm always on top of that stuff, but not this time. I was glad it was on a tablet, too! My cleaning went well, and I'm on track for a night guard to help alleviate a recent TMJ issue I've never experienced before. I'm so glad I found them through my Delta Dental website Dr. Aaron and the staff were so friendly and kind.

Fantastic experience: Another great visit. The only thing that was different, the cleaning of my teeth were done at the end which seemed odd to me. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled time. X-rays were taken of my teeth with their state of the art technology, Dr. Brad came in and examined my teeth and then the cleaning was done. All the staff were very polite.

Negative experience: Extremely Disappointed and Traumatized I had a deeply negative experience at this office. I arrived an hour early as instructed for Halcion sedation but ended up waiting an hour and a half before even being taken back. They had me take only half the dose at first, then the other half just before the procedure—leaving no time for it to fully take effect. In contrast, my previous dentists always had me take the full Halcion dose 30 minutes prior to my appointment time at home, and it worked perfectly every time. I’ve never had issues with sedation until this visit. They rushed everything—applied numbing gel, and within seconds aggressively injected anesthetic. The pain was so severe I was crying and trying to climb out of the chair. They didn’t wait the recommended 5–10 minutes after applying the gel, and the injection technique was anything but gentle. At this point, I got up and walked out to my husband. I wasn't about ti find out what the next fresh hell they were going to put me through was. To make it worse, I was also supposed to receive nitrous oxide before any of this started, and that never happened. This was one of the most traumatic dental experiences I’ve had in 20+ years. I’ve had crowns, root canals, and fillings elsewhere that were completely pain-free and handled with care. They assured me they could manage dental anxiety and sedation, but they clearly do not have the training or protocols in place. If you have anxiety around dental procedures, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. These are the offices that CAUSE dental anxiety.

Fantastic experience: Back in January, Dr. Aaron Carroll saved me from having the worst pain from a broken crown before a business trip! I called first thing Monday morning after an old crown from my teens had broken off during the weekend, and Dr. Aaron squeezed me into his busy schedule to have my crown made and replaced by 12pm so I could leave for my business trip by 1pm. I could not sing higher praises for the amazing job he did and in such a short time. Thank you Carroll Family Dental team for being so responsive and helping me when I needed it most!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Aaron Carroll and Carroll Family Dental for six years. I am 75 years old and Dr Carroll is definitely the best dentist I have ever been treated by. All the staff are delightful and very talented and professional. Dr Carroll is brilliant. During my last visit he created and “installed” a new crown to a lower back molar. He was working on a tooth so far back in my mouth and yet it was basically a pain-free procedure. Dr Carroll is the best and I recommend him to all my family, friends and neighbors/

On Friday I accidentally chipped my tooth and was able to urgently make a new patient appointment on Monday (within 3 days for a new patient appointment? I mean where do you EVER hear that happening). But not only was I able to get a very fast appointment, the whole staff was nothing but honestly amazing especially LaVaysha!
