While there are several competent dentists that are closer to me, it is the outstanding service, friendliness, and willingness to work with us that keeps us coming back. Over the years, I have received dental cleanings, fillings, crowns, teeth whitening, and dental implants. I have never had any issues that were not resolved. I highly recommend Dr. Gioiello and now his son who joined the practice last year. I’ve also had the pleasure of being seen by him and he is just as great as his Dad!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been going to this practice for about twenty years now. When I retired, they did not accept my Medicare wrap around's dental coverage. I went to another dentist, that did, ONCE! it like the song says, you don't know how good it is till it's gone. Thank God they are now in network with my insurance, cause those "dental clinics" are for the birds!

Negative experience: I have been going there for over 20+ years they get me to come there over a chip tooth not letting me know that my the insurance that I got is not in their network no more so I go ahead and pay the balance and they say my insurance is gonna take the other half And now they’re sending me messages saying they’re gonna send pretty much. I gotta pay the other half because they didn’t tell me about my insurance not being in network no more so I believe I was scammed and I’ve been going there for over 20+ years so yeah

Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend Dr.William enough! I was accepted off the waiting list as a new patients back in march. I honestly waited about 6 months or so, it was worth every bit of the wait. I came in with many issues and within the last 3 months they have restored nearly all of my damaged teeth. Super quick to get you scheduled and they reach out often if someone cancels to fill open appointment. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable, they truly care about your safety and concerns as a person. I was fearful of going to the dentist after neglecting my teeth for some time. They assured me all the positives things when it came to my oral health and were very thorough about explaining processes/what was happening. All around I really couldn't suggest a better dentist that I've found. I promise you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: I, like a lot of people, have an irrational fear of the dentist and haven’t been in years. After reading reviews for Dr. Gioiello’s office I decided to put on my big girl pants and go. From the first phone call to make an appointment, to the cleaning and ultimately needing two fillings, my experience was definitely worth 5 stars. They didn’t make me feel silly for being anxious and actually made me feel comfortable. My worst fear was feeling any pain. There was NO pain during the whole process of getting two fillings. Even the numbing shots didn’t hurt because they numbed the area with lidocaine gel first. My advice to anyone who is having anxiety or fear of the dentist, give this office a call. They live up to all the 5 star reviews. It’s rare to find a medical professional that you can trust so thank you!!!

They cleaned my teeth and I was told by the doctor I didn't need.all the dental work the other place said I needed. Was great news and am very happy with the way my teeth feel. Positive experience: Crown procedure went well and without hiccups. However I was very disappointed that the elective procedure to have a night guard made was done WITHOUT consulting me on the lack of coverage and out of pocket cost associated with it. When I asked why that happened I got “we tried to call you and left a message on your phone”. Leaving a message does NOT constitute my approval for an elective procedure. Very disappointed in the lack of clarity. Not a good look.

Fantastic experience: I've been visiting Dr. Gioiello for a little over 20yrs now. He is and has always been an amazing dentist. His staff is super friendly and the office is very clean. My husband has had really awful experiences with other dentists in the past and has recently joined this office and raves about them being the best he's ever visited. They truly go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and cared for. My 3yr old just had his 1st cleaning last week and they were so gentle and patient while they explained and communicated with him. We couldn't be happier.

Fantastic experience: CSR was very helpful, pleasant, & quickly checked me in. The dental assistant explained what was going to happen, then took a xray. Dr Doug went into more detail about the implant procedure. Everyone was very professional. I felt very well taken care of.

Me and my husband were both treated with professionalism and a smile. So glad to have a found a new dentist. To speak on the actual cleaning of my teeth, it was a breeze and usually my teeth hurt afterward from the hygienist being too heavy handed… NOT Jane! she made the time go so quick doing my x-rays and cleaning. Looking forward to our next cleaning!

Positive experience: We absolutely love this dentist and the care we receive. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the wait in-between appoints keeps getting longer and longer. We are allowed two cleanings a year which used to be every 6 months and is now anywhere from 8 to 10 months. If they are accepting too many patients that should not affect the current patient load. If this trend continues, we will be forced to find a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have by far the best dentist office ever. I called Thursday to make sure that they’ll be open for my appointment Friday morning (bad weather). He called me back personally and let me know that they’ll definitely be open, and offered to come and get me if for some reason I don’t feel comfortable driving. I won’t go to another dentist office ever. My appointment went very well. I was very nervous and kind of afraid, but my dentist and the staff reassured me the whole time.
