Negative experience: This place is excruciatingly slow to get you in for appointments. When I went in to transfer my dental records to another dentist, the receptionist was having a long, personal conversation and ignored anyone else who needed actual assistance. I‘m glad to be switching to a dentist office that cares and doesn‘t just look at you like a number!

Fantastic experience: The treatment process was generally satisfactory. However, to further enhance the experience, I would suggest the following: * Shorter wait times in the reception area. * More detailed explanations of the procedures before they begin. * Offering more comfortable neck pillows during longer treatments. * Providing a wider selection of music or calming ambient sounds during procedures.

Negative experience: My original review reflected how they treated me when they wanted to have me pay out of pocket for expenses. I have paid for a set of temporary dentures that that are honestly terrible quality. Then my permanent set of dentures are actually poor fitting because the bit is just too wide for my mouth. They told me that they're made big on purpose. I have had them adjusted twice. The last time the tech scratched my teeth and drilled the pink acrylic down so poorly that it looks horrible, she then lied to me and told me buffing and polishing dentures weren't a thing. She took xrays that were never sent out! Now comes to the root canal! I had a root canal in February and a temporary crown placed. They never got the prior authorization for the permanent crown and when I asked about it at my last visit the tech took xrays and said the prior auth would ne sent out again. It's July. It has not been sent out. I had to talk to 2 people at a call center before being transferred to the office. Then when the I spoke to the office about these issues they told me they will send the prior authorization paperwork out, and that I can come in for an adjustment to buff my teeth out! This has been a terrible experience. This is aside from the fact that I need a cleaning, and have problems with my bottom teeth that have been ignored.

Fantastic experience: The staff was very kind and Dr.Choi was amazing and made sure I was completely comfortable.

Positive experience: Honestly, I would love to give an even lower rating… but, the assistants were amazing. Dr Choi on the other hand, not so much. I haven’t even had my new set of dentures a year, and now both upper and lower have cracked… yet I barely wear them. I can’t. I told him when we did the last wax fit that they didn’t fit… his response was “there are no more adjustments I can make until they’re finished”. These teeth have never properly fit. They sit in my container 90% of the time. They fit so improperly that I’ve had 2 abcesses from them cutting me. Sure, they are beautiful. I’ll give him that. But in the nearly 12 months I’ve had them, 2 cracks and a reline. What the heck? Not to mention, I’m now being told that there is nothing more he can do for them to fit?! So now most days I walk around with no teeth because I trusted him when he told me they would fit with no issues, and now insurance won’t cover another pair for a least 2 more years. Props to all the ladies in the office though. You ladies were absolutely amazing in doing what you could to help. You guys deserve the best rating honestly. Moral of the story…. Don’t see Dr Choi if you need dentures. He doesn’t listen. And you may end up in my situation and screwed with teeth you can’t wear because of it.

Negative experience: I got here at the right time, checked in, then they never came to get me and i sat for over an hour then had to reschedule. They suck.

Fantastic experience: It,s been a long time of pain hadd & 6000and next month another 6000 so I get&12000 dollar from insurance and you say.i owe you 3000 more and these medal root canal are hurting

Negative experience: I’m now 68 years old and have never had so much trouble with a dental provider as I did at corner dental in Perrysburg. The manager was extremely rude as was one of the hygienists. I have gone to the office on Talmadge many times and everyone there was great. The Perrysburg office needs a change. But we all know that won’t happen

Negative experience: Ridiculous appointment waits then after waiting nearly a year for an appointment, they cancelled without a sooner accommodation. They want you to wait six more months

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE. Consistently went downhill last few years..I now leave worse off than when I came. Can't schedule cleanings but blow your phone up to "hurry" to come get root canals and crowns needed from inconsistent cleaning appts. Clearly more interested in money over good dental health. Don't bother posting a "canned reply" to this post about wanting to serve your customers. Actions speak louder than words.

Negative experience: I have bad anxiety, especially at the dentist. Last time I got filling i was prescribed anxiety meds before the appointment. I called THREE TIMES to ask for a prescription and nobody listened to me. Nobody filled the prescription and by the time the appointment came around I couldn’t even go because i was freaking out. Im very disappointed in how they handled this and will not be back.

Negative experience: I was sent an email from the Dussel office asking that I choose a February 20th appointment date at 9:30 a.m....so I did...but it did not register. So when I called back to your central office, I am now told that the next opening is in September!!!!!!! When i tried to email, the e mail box was full. What is going on with the Maumee office? Before it would not take 6-9 months to get a visit. What is up with that? I am ready to take my files to another dentist that is not booking NINE MONTHS LATER!!! My opinion of Corner Dental has greatly fallen. If you are that busy, you need to hire some more hygienists and dentists. Good way to lose customers....if you care about that. I will not recommend anyone to the Maumee office.

Positive experience: Dr Choi is very very awesome. I couldn't believe his gentle and fast practice he was a great dentist. I highly recommend Dr choi I greatly appreciate Dr choi corner dental in Maumee Ohio

Fantastic experience: AAWSOME experance was all nervous and every one was so friendly and made me comfortable..... after 4 teeth pulled... I made a good choice choosing corner Dental.

Negative experience: The worst ever. They are so careless. They do nothing but cause pain and trauma to ur mouth. They give you so much anesthesia that you still feel it days after , they are so rough on your mouth. The last appointment WAS MY LAST APPOINTMENT I’m not going back after the doctor purposely pressed my crown into my gums soooooo hard triggering my other teeth to ache.. like he pressed so hard I clenched up in the chair.. I was about to walk out after that because it was not called for. He claimed he was securing the crown to my root canal. The gums around my root canal healed because of the poor work they previously did so when my crown arrived he was basically forcing my crown to go in already healed gums. This was my 3rd appointment with them I’m never going back.

Positive experience: Ok- below was my first review yesterday. However, I have an update from my service with Lauren from billing today. She was able to transfer my payment to Care Credit and refund the amount charged to a credit card so I can take full advantage of no interest for several months. She went above and beyond and has restored my faith in this place. Now I would just suggest their business office pay greater attention to being more timely answering voicemail. Yesterday's post: "Terrible experience with billing dept - they leave earlier in the day than what website shows, about 3 pm, so if you work a regular 8-5 job like I do, good luck. Left several messages over a 3 week time period to pay via phone after my son had to reschedule an appt because he needed my info to prepay. Finally got a call back the day of the appt while I'm trying to teach a class and I can't call back until an hour before the appt. and find out the actual amount due, which is a different number than they've told him. Very very frustrating!!!

Negative experience: I don’t recommend Corner Dental in Perrysburg, Ohio. I was scheduled to have a Cancer Screening, Teeth Cleaning, & diagnosis for a crown that fell out . Well , that didn’t happen. Upon my arrival, they hand me lengthy paperwork instead of mailing it to me, told me I could mail it back. . The Dental Assistant was abusive while trying to take an X-ray . Trying to shove this device in my mouth when it was too big so they went another route by having me stand which was difficult. I was put in an unsanitary room & didn’t put a dental bib on me . Waited along time then she came back & was going to send me off to another Corner Dental when their website States All locations do everything. Never had the Head Dental Surgeon come in & examine my teeth. Dental Assistant left & returned with the Dental Doctor which handed me a referral to another dentist. No Cancer Screening done for Cancer patients which is free. I left & called the office manager whom took my complaint & a week later the Dental Surgeon ordered an antibiotic without no medical information or anything. I Would Not Highly Recommend This Facility!

Fantastic experience: This is my post from March 12th. I am so pleased with the friendly, professional results at Corner Dental in Maumee. Dr. Choi and his staff never disappoint me. I am happy with my smile again .! April 24th, today, I was able to make a same day appointment . I was having throbbing pain in one of my teeth. When Dr. Choi came into the room , he immediately went to work on what he thought was my issue. He “nailed it”! My tooth has no pain tonight. Thank you, Dr. Choi.!! (And Staff)

Fantastic experience: The dentist and his staff are all amazing. I am terrified when I go to the dentist, but they made me feel good about being there. The process of getting a crown was painless. I had broke a tooth and they got me in ASAP and did it the day I went kudos to all of them from the front to the back where all the workers are.

Fantastic experience: Been very busy with my appointments at Corner Dental. From the front desk (Sandra), the assistant (Mylasia) and Dr. Thaler. Lauren has been very helpful also. Everyone very friendly, helpful and professional.

Negative experience: Multiple months of pain and suffering after crowns done, still have pain inflammation building and food getting stuck. The gum doctor seems to care though. Going back to get crowns fixed and gums cleaned hopefully. Hard to get an urgent appointment when in pain. I wanted my Problems fixed not ignored. Going to the dentist and getting told off and having to wait months after being in pain isn’t fun.

Fantastic experience: The Dental Hygienist was amazing with my 4 year old who was being difficult. She worked well with my kid and was very patient! I would recommend them for small kids!

Negative experience: Today was not a good experience. I showed up a few minutes early for my established patient, routine exam and cleaning appointment. They made me complete all new paperwork, so now it’s 10 minutes past my appointment time. When they take me back and get my X-rays, they leave me so the hygienist can come in. 40 minutes later, the hygienist finally arrives. Spends all sorts of time rechecking my blood pressure (they use a wrist cuff which is very unreliable and had very opposite end of the spectrum readings) and my health history that hasn’t changed since I’ve started going to this practice. She began asking me about my job and what I do, and I explained to her that I was there on my lunch and needed to get back to work ASAP, since it was already almost an hour since I’d been gone. She finally got started and was soooo rough scraping my teeth. Understand, I don’t have issues with going to the dentist, no anxiety or fear, but she caused a lot of pain to my gums. When she polished my teeth she shoved the rubber edge of the polisher down under my gums, causing so much pain to already sensitive gums. My mouth has continued to hurt for the rest of the day, and ended up causing me a horrible headache. It’s not uncommon for me to have some soreness after my cleaning, but this is pain from rough treatment and is unacceptable. I miss the small practice, personal care we used to have with our last dentist and have been less than satisfied since joining Corner Dental. Poor customer service, billing issues, failure to return phone calls, and impersonal care.

Fantastic experience: I called and said I was in pain. They scheduled my visit right away. My very first visit. Received a very warm welcome. I didn’t have to wait long. The Gal that escorted me to a treatment room was very empathetic and quickly did my x-ray to uncover the issue. Dr. Choi provided excellent care with excellent bed side manners. His assistant was a complete sweetheart. Thanks to all of them for taking such good care of me.

Fantastic experience: Love this office.. Nicest people work here and the dentist is so very kind and gentle. Thank you Dr.Choi and staff (Kathy was great). I had to go back for a minor adjustment and they got me in quickly are resolved the problem and I was on my way. Just very kind people!!!

Fantastic experience: The team I had today was phenomenal!! I cracked a tooth and was about to leave for a business trip - they did a same-day root canal and I promise you it was completely painless. Despite being terrified because I’ve never even had so much as a cavity before, they made the entire process comfortable and easy. They answered every question, made sure I was ok through every step and even showed me progress pics along the way so I could follow along. After tolerating weeks of tooth pain, I expected this experience to be uncomfortable at best. I am so pleasantly surprised at how easy this turned out to be!! THANK YOU!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Thaler is amazing. The best periodontist in the area for sure. I’ve worked with all of them. He really enjoys his work. He has compassion and makes sure you understand what’s going on and makes sure you’re comfortable.

Positive experience: First of all I have severe severe anxiety! The first assistant lady that they sent in the room made my anxiety 100% worse. She got mad at me and I told them I wanted her out of my room and to not come back in. The doctor had another lady come in and she was very calm with me she made me feel very comfortable and I appreciate her for that. After they got rid of the lady that caused my anxiety to get 100% worse everything went smooth and I calmed down and the doctor was able to do what he had to do... I feel like assistance who do not care about the patients and their anxiety has no business being in a field like that. She made my anxiety worse than it already was and corner dental almost lost out on my insurance money because of her.

Negative experience: I took a half day off of work for my first visit. I was x-rayed and told I needed a cap. Then because of computer/software failure the appointment was cut short. I was asked if I could return 3 hours later and I said no. I was to get an impression to be sent to a lab (two visits turned into three). I’m not sure why we couldn't proceed with the impression, I guessed you had overbooked. I asked if I could have an appointment the next day, Tuesday, because I will be out of town for the rest of the week. I got this request for a review, but no return phone call for a follow up visit. Here I am where I started and two more requests for time off work, maybe.

Positive experience: Broke a tooth about 2 weeks ago. Went in today for my appointment. They took me back and was asked what brought me in today. I said a broken tooth. It was the earliest appointment I could get. They took x-rays and then the Dr. came in and said that's an old filling that broke. I told him I lose my insurance at the end of the month. He proceeded to say we will put a rush on this so we can get you all fixed up before the end of the month. Usually takes 3 weeks for crowns to come back. So they scanned the area of my broken tooth and put notes in that they need the crown back by the 26th and my appointment is the 27th.. I am so grateful for them doing this for me and they all were so wonderful and kind. I'll definitely go back when I get insurance again.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been looking for a dentist for months and I came across this place and I’m so glad I did because everyone here is so nice. And They did such an amazing job on my teeth. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. I normally am not one to leave these kinds of reviews but I am very disappointed in corner dental. I came in on 7/11 for a new patient appointment i ended up leaving with 2 fillings and a root canal and like 7 shots of local anesthetics. Was numb all the way to my eye brow. After a 24 hours I was still so numb in my tongue and throat it caused me to have a panic attack from not being able to breathe. I called them and told them what I was experiencing for them to put me on hold for 15 minutes just for them to tell me the doctor said it’s normal and that they will call me back. They never called me back. They said they will send me a script for antibiotics but sure enough they never did then they closed for the weekend. Went in the following Monday with the same numbness and pain. Same thing was told “it’s normal” i work at a hospital and I will say this is far from normal. I have had sores and cuts in my mouth from all this. With that being said the temporary crown fell off the couldn’t get me in right away, when they did it was basically a rush job. The girl tried to put it on multiple times after I told her it still didn’t feel right next thing I know she cured it and was getting mad when I told her it was still not on right. I ended up leaving with it like that to have another panic attack outside in my car. I had to go back in and tell them it still was not right. The lady got mad at me and said it wasn’t and I explained to her I couldn’t bite down all the way. She just drilled it down basically and said it is right when it still was not correct but it was better than before so I decided to just wait for the permanent one to come in. But from the embarrassment and feeling uncomfortable this place has caused me I will never be back and I hope people think Long and hard before coming to this place. Because 22 days later I still do not have taste and 100% feeling back in my tongue and the temporary crown is still messed up. I still have to the permanent one but once I do I will never be back.

Fantastic experience: As someone who despises going to the dentist, had skipped going for nearly 5 years, I have to say ALL the staff I encountered today from the front desk to the check in (takes you back and prepares you for appt), to the hygienist, Dr. Choi and his assistant were ALL amazingly friendly, compassionate and truly made this dental experience tolerable and comfortable! Honestly, everything about my back to back appointments(cleaning and crown replacement) was a very positive experience. The wait time was not even long enough to sit and have time to get anxious, they called me back literally within 3 minutes. I have been to this office (Maumee) a few times in the past 2 months with some dental problems and each time my experience has been the same. This is by far the most friendly, organized, group of people working together in a medical office that I have encountered in some time!

Fantastic experience: I have had a lot of dental work done and this place was by far the most polite Officiant dental office I have ever been to. It was my first time in. I had many cavities. My front tooth was chipped. I had to get more than one root canal. I was not expecting to walk out of there with anything more than, another appointment for all this work and they ended up doing all of it on that very first visit. I walked in with a chip tooth and my confidence has been solo and I walked out with no holes in my teeth and was able to smile again, everybody worked together to get all this work done and I could not be more appreciative and I recommend corner Dental especially the mommy location to anyone having dental issues. They are absolutely wonderful.

Negative experience: Beware if you need good credit. Staff made me feel welcome, relaxed & clearly too trusting. Would be 5*s but I was lied to about getting a hard pull for the loan I needed. Super shady. My tooth looks great but if I hadn't already given em money, I'd most certainly go elsewhere for the rest of the needed work. Smh.

Positive experience: Kristen, Brittany, Julia, and Dr. Choi worked to put in my temporary. I am eager to get the permanent. As you can guess, I am careful about the food I eat until then.

Negative experience: Very upset they took a ton of x-rays that may not be covered by insurance, even though I did ask are these included with a cleaning for insurance they said yes and come to find out they may not be fully covered! They should of explained this to me before I agreed to the xrays!!!

Fantastic experience: I want to start off by saying Dr. Choi was amazing. He went above and beyond to get all my silver crowns taken off and get my insurance to approve all my white ones. He took care of a broke tooth I had and did a root canal that was painless as well. I’m half way to getting my smile back and I’m forever thankful.

Negative experience: I used to rave about Corner Dental, but this is nuts! I paid for my permanent dentures back in December. Paid an additional 700 out of pocket for my temporary ones that have already cracked. They cancelled one appointment on me and when I still hadn’t heard back three weeks later I called them and was told they were too busy and someone would call me back. Two days later no phone call. I filed a grievance with my insurance. They call and leave me a vm today and it took 3 times calling to not be hung up on by the automated system. They lady tells me soonest they can see me is July 10. Are you freaking kidding me!? I asked for a manager and was told they were too busy to help me but I could request a return phone call. I won’t hold my breath. They didn’t call last time either. Second grievance filed. This is insane that they have had my money and I still don’t have permanent dentures. I would NOT recommend them to anyone in the future. Seeing as how I work for the insurance company I won’t be recommending them to any of my members either

Fantastic experience: Went this morning to get my tooth looked at. I cracked my molar. They took exrays, and had me to come back to fix my tooth. So they got it capped and ready for me to get a bridge on my tooth. Was happy about that, cause I had a missing tooth next to cracked molar. So now all I have to do is wait for my bridge to come in. But the Dentist and his staff did a good job to take care of me and fixed my problem right away and I liked that.

Fantastic experience: These people are just down right great ! Kind, caring, informative, every one. Time spent is quality time so i never feel rushed or feel like im just a number. The atmosphere is bright and staff are all cheery, fun and again so caring and strive to make every person comfortable and smiling out the door till next time. I drive an hour to get to my appointments and yes, Dr. Choi is the best. Thank you all staff

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t gone to the dentist in a very long time and was nervous on being judged and/or bleeding out of my gums, but everyone was super lovely! I was surprised how far along x-raying teeth was, she just did it right there. The woman who cleaned my teeth was gentle and did a great job. The dentist was brief but nice. No one seemed really concerned about my one sensitive tooth, but maybe that’s one of the things for next time. I’ve had friends talk about going to places with welcome gifts and $100 toothbrushes, but I really just wanted some nice and non-judgmental folks and I believe I got that. I had a surprisingly nice time. Also it was cool to have a TV there instead of staring at a blank wall!

Negative experience: I had a bad experience trying to get a prescription sent to the pharmacy. I had an extraction and needed the pain meds. It took 4 calls & a second trip to the office to get it sent in. Then the script was not fillable. The pharmacy sent a request to the office for a call & it never happened! I was told by the call center & twice by the office that the scripts had been sent already when they hadn't been sent. No way to talk to the doc, just the office people.

Fantastic experience: I am not fond of dentists and in my 67 years I have had many. Dr. Choi is the best amd I would recommend him to anyone. In fact I have. I am grateful to have a dentist I can be fond of.

Negative experience: I came here a couple times wanting to establish myself as a new patient here , the first two times were great experiences , the last one not so good. I had cavities I needed filled before I could get my actual cleaning ! Go to the dentist to get my right side done , no issues , felt the bite was a little off but it was fine. Go to get my left side done and the assistant hit my nerve in my cheek bone causing a heat shock through my head and brain. Wow that hurt , they actually wanted to proceed and attempt it again , seemed to me like they thought I was lying on what I just felt. I declined further treatment that day so that I had time to heal I never received a follow up call , and or a check in call to reschedule or anything bad experience and won't be returning back to Maumee location

Fantastic experience: I love corner dental they take good care of you. They make sure you relaxed and comfortable before they do your deep cleaning. It was so comfortable to me. I didn’t have feel no pain. I will recommend this office out on Dussel Road in Maumee

Fantastic experience: Had impressions done today and my nurse bless her I was having a hard day trying to function as day before yes on Mother’s Day had to put my 16 yr old fur kid asleep and she gave me my space short simple and sweet I apologize if I came off in any other way than appreciative

Fantastic experience: Very efficient from the technician who took my blood pressure and x-rays to the hygienist who did a tremendous job cleaning my teeth. Appointment at 11 and was out by a few minutes after 12.

Fantastic experience: Love it there. Dr. Choi is wonderful and very caring and thorough. He wants to make sure that everything is right. Staff is also very warm and friendly. Love Corner Dental in Maumee. My husband also thinks Dr. Choi is wonderful. The office staff is so helpful and all of them are so nice. Love it there. Thanks to Dr. Choi and his staff my dentures fit perfect and they look so real. Now my husband is in the process of getting his dentures. Everyone there does such a wonderful job and they are just so nice.

Fantastic experience: I took my mom for care at this clinic and our first experience was a good one. They were able to begin the process to get her teeth fixed which we knew was going to be a multi visit procedure. They knew that transportation for my mom was an issue so they helped by starting at the first appointment.

Positive experience: This is only my 2or3rd visit to this location but so far so good. The only reason I gave 4 stars & not 5 is because they are booked out so far &never have emergency appointments.But Dr. Choi was SUPER NICE AND UNDERSTANDING which I so appreciate as I have a chronic illness & cannot take what others can when it comes to dental work & I just dislike the dentist period :(so him & his staff made me feel really comfortable & have each visit so far! I had stayed away from corner dental for over 15yrs. And was hesitant to try again but I had dental emergency & my normal dentist was gone...so I gave them a chance & I am glad I did...they have really changed &are no longer Like a dental McDonald's (get in& try to hurry u out which led to mess ups with me& big reason I left) but now it was way calmer and have dentist who care...let u sit to get numb & not rush it & my caps came out perfect. I will definitely be using them from now on!! Thanks

Negative experience: Terrible experience on my last visits. My crown was put on by the Dr's assistant, not checked and it doesn't fit properly. Was mislead on my insurance and coverage and was surprised with a $348 bill to fix a cavity that I was lead to believe would be covered. If I would have been given a breakdown of fees and insurance coverage I would have requested a different course of action. The filling was not done by the Dr but his assistant and it was terrible, there was a sharp burr on the back of my tooth that my tongue kept hitting. I went back to have it CORRECTED, and they tried charging me for an office visit. Dr Choi did take care of it at no charge. However the Dr has too many patients at one time and has his staff finishing what he should be doing. I'm very disappointed in the care I received. Update: I tried calling the number listed in the automated response and no answer had to leave a message. If this office truly cared the message would have been addressed to me, not an automated response. If you want a dentist who cares and does their own work start to finish don't go to Corner Dental where the Dr's staff completes his work.

Fantastic experience: Dr Choi is always friendly and concerned about how I’m doing. I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. My dental hygienist, always a big smile , super friendly, her name is Julia.She is always pleasant. She does a great job and always makes sure l am comfortable. I am lucky to have her.❤️

Fantastic experience: Dr. Choi is always prompt, professional and very courteous! More important Dr. Choi is an Excellent Dentist with weekend and evening hours. His staff is always caring and they take care of business. I must mention the office manager, was quite adept at getting me in after an emergency. I really appreciated her help! Great dental office!

Negative experience: Idk how but the same dark haired male at this Dussel location messed up my moms teeth my sisters and mine all three of us .. remind you not one of us three have the same last name so kind of odd don’t you think ? I had to drive hours to OSU and hours back multiple times to have an apico surgery to save my tooth - will NEVER recommend this place while that man is working there . I would state his name but I’m not gonna give him the chance to sue me when he’s bound to be sued any minute lol .

Negative experience: My client waited for almost 1 hr before he was seen. This is unacceptable! We never got an apology only excuses. This needs to change. The receptionist never updated us and chose a co-worker to schedule his next appointment instead of scheduling it herself

Fantastic experience: i love going to the dentist! i have excellent Dentist, Dr. Choi, and hygienist, Julia, really lovely woman. so my day started with xrays. a new and friendly face. she gave me her name, but alas i was not wearing hearing aids. she was excellent and expertly processed all those x rays. Then wonderful Dr. Choi came in always glad to see h this smiling man, and told me all is well with X rays. appreciated! Then old friend and confidant Julia came in to make my visit truly excellent experience. Julia is so happy, so gentle, and she has fantastic personality. my visit was like a social visit! Dr. Choi and Julia made my day by assuring me the old gall is doing fine. Ex ray Tech was very efficient, friendly and i am sorry i did not hear her name. i will have HA in next time! Thank you all. It was a great experience as always!

Negative experience: If I could leave zero stars I would. They don’t do their job. I called them on a MONDAY asking for them to fax something for insurance for an upcoming appointment and it’s FRIDAY and insurance hasn’t received anything they are closed on Fridays so that means I will have to cancel my appointment because they don’t know how to do there jobs very very disappointing…. Definitely wouldn’t trust them with something that needs done fast or that’s important they don’t care. And keep in mind the appointment the people I was having my appointment with are boooked out over TWO years and I waited 6 months to get in just to have to cancel it.

Fantastic experience: ( the name on my email is different, my name is really James H. ) I was just in there today, and they did a great job. They made me feel very comfortable, and even with my anxiety issues, they made it a very pleasant trip. Plus, I am very happy with the dental work they did today, and my upcoming appointments. In the past going to the dentist was almost terrifying, these guys actually made it as pleasant as it could be.

Negative experience: My daughter has been a long time patient. The office had to cancel her cleaning appointment a few months ago and would only reschedule her 6 more months out. She called several times for a sooner appointment with no results. She offered to come on short notice to fill any cancelation spots but no results. She even asked about going to a different Corner Dental for one cleaning to get her cleaning in with no results. She felt the need to leave your practice, advocate for herself and find a new dentist which was no picnic. I recommended your practice to her when she moved back to Toledo 4 years ago so I'm pretty disappointed. We love Dr. Choi but the phone answering staff and run around needs some serious attention. I was told by the check in girl for me today my daughter should have come to the office in person and she probably could have gotten an appointment sooner. ??? Really? Why when your office cancels people there is not an attempt for a timely reschedule?

Fantastic experience: I was actually blown away with the professional experience. From the front door to the end of my visit. Such a caring, compassionate staff. They explained every step of the way, my whole process. Dr.Choi and was amazing,he didn't hesitate to help me. He took care of my problem with in minutes,that I have been asking and begging my previous dentist to take care of. I've found a new dental home. Tammy you know your stuff, you were very informative.

Negative experience: My father came in to have one tooth pulled and thats was it. Dr. Choy convinced my dad to get them all pulled and get dentures with snap in bottoms beause hes the best at it and will get it done perfect for him. He trusted Dr. Choy and now almost 3 years later he still does not have dentures that fit right. They cause him a tremendous amount of pain and bleeding when put in. He paid $20,000 OUT OF POCKET for these dentures. Dr. Choy took his money and stopped doing any improvements and impressions to make sure they were good enough to even use. My dad has lost 30 pounds from being unable to eat. He brought up his concerns to Dr. Choy and he ignored everything and told him its good enough. Dr. Choy said he will no longer fix anything with the dentures because hes "done enough". When my dad inquired about a refund because of the pain and inability to use the dentures Dr.Choy told him that is not an option and he did nothing wrong. My father has been to several other dentists and the studs for the snap in bottom dentures are so horrifically done they cannot fix them. They would need to start over and start from scratch and cost another $20,000. Dr. Choy is a horrible human being and we will be contacting BBB and lawyers. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND! Edit: I would also like to add that after he paid IN FULL they were sending him bills, telling him he never paid and trying to scam and lie their way into getting more money. The owner can reply to every review saying they treat their patient's like family but that is a lie. They do not treat you like family and they do not care about if they ruin your life or not. So go ahead and reply that i should call and speak to someone in the office and that you strive for excellence. You should be embarrassed and ashamed of yourself.

Fantastic experience: I had to get a root canal and they were so gentle and understanding. The office got neon and out and scheduled for my next appointments In such a timely manner. Thanks so much from my family to yours.

Fantastic experience: Staff is friendly and efficient making for a positive first visit. Nice office with excellent equipment. Dr Choi's easy to talk to and patient in explaining treatment options. I'm not apprehensive about future visits.
