Negative experience: Went in there with a scheduled dental emergency, but they’re more concerned with scamming people out of additional payments than actually helping an issue. 0-5 stars. Terrible place. Left me to leave with an emergency.

Fantastic experience: Everyone from the office staff to Dr Anna Adams was very kind and professional. The hygienist explained everything she was doing to put me at ease and there was no pain. Dr Adams also explained all the procedures to help me understand what I needed done. I will definitely be back as this is now my home dentist. Thank you all for making me comfortable and able to trust you all!

Fantastic experience: July 31, 2025 Went in for my 6 month cleaning the hygienist I always have did an excellent job and was very informative about care of my teeth. Dr Adams is the best Dentist she has found I have to have a crown but helped me on another tooth that was sensitive with a desensitized treatment that really worked. I would highly recommend this practice.

We joined the practice two years ago after moving to the area in 2022, and we couldn't be more delighted with their service. Incredibly professional and friendly staff, superb facility, and a commitment to modern dentistry technology all combine to deliver a quality experience. Dr. Adams is my wife's dentist, and Dr. McCormick is mine; we couldn't be happier! With today's visit, Dr. McCormick had to put a crown on an upper molar after a 55-year-old filling had run its course. It's so great to be able to have the tooth prepped and the crown installed all in one visit. Six hours later, and I can't tell anything has been done! Suzi, the dental tech assisting in the procedure, is also fantastic. Great people, great practice.

Fantastic experience: After hearing great feedback from neighbors about Fuquay Family Dentistry, I had my own first appointment there today and I am very pleased that I chose them as my new dentist. Denise did a great job answering questions, explaining procedures and making me feel very comfortable. The same for Nicky. Fantastic experience: First visit impressions were positive, the staff was friendly and courteous. The office is modern and comfortable and wait time was minimal. Dr McCormick and his assistant were both very friendly and engaging they were very interested in my dental situation. After my appointment I felt confident in my decision ( second opinion) to proceed with Dr McCormick as my new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Update 7/1/25: Sydney and Dr. Adams did their usual thorough and professional job. They take the time to explain any issues and best path forward to protect the health of my teeth. Outstanding. Update 9/26/24: Went in for an issue causing me some discomfort. It was treated quickly with their usual professionalism. Ashley and Dr. Adams were great as they always are. Update 1/2/24: Ashley and Dr. Adams filled a tooth painlessly and quickly - their usual fine work!! Update 12/7/23: Sydney & Dr. Clanton did an excellent job as expected. This is an outstanding practice in every way. Update 6/7: Sam & Dr. Adams did their usual excellent job. Very thorough and professional! Very impressive technology, but even more impressive staff. Dr. Adams is very professional, as is every member of her staff that I met. Dr. Adams is always very professional & helpful. I continue to be impressed.

Fantastic experience: Easy check-in, receptionists were very friendly and professional. The hygienist was friendly and professional also. Provided me with excellent service, my dentist was friendly and gave me exceptional care. I have been a patient for several years and will continue to be a patient.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist group I have ever had in my 65 years. The initial exam and X-rays visit with Denise and Dr McCormick was so impressive. For the first initial new patient visit, they did more X-rays/pictures/scans than I ever got in any previous visit and yet all of it was covered under the "exam & x-rays" coverage of my insurance, no extra charge for the much more thorough initial visit. Then, I knew I needed a crown, and they did it in one appointment (pain free!) making the crown in-house as you wait, all for a reasonable price with my insurance coverage. One visit for a crown is incredible, so many times procedures like that are at least 2 visits (more if the crown/tooth sent by an outside vendor is wrong in any way) with a long wait in-between. Finally, a great 3rd visit for a cleaning which was covered 100% by my insurance, no extra charge included as many other dentist do. I have never had such a quality dentist that was fully "in-network" for my insurance and who did not charge a lot of "extras".

Fantastic experience: Very facility and very clean and inviting. Every single person was so nice and so helpful and explained more than any other doctors office Ive ever been to. Broke down the financial stuff so clearly and felt very transparent. Very happy to have switched over to them. Dr Meunier is the best dentist I have ever had and I’ve enjoyed having Bayley and Emma work on my teeth as well.

Fantastic experience: This is a great practice. The staff is skilled, friendly, and accommodating. I've enjoyed working with everyone I've encountered at the practice for the ten years I've been a patient here.

Negative experience: (if I could give zero I would) Very disappointed in the their policies. I called to reschedule my appointment for tomorrow (over 24 hours in advance) and they told me because I missed an previous appointment before in the past that I was unable to cancel my upcoming appointment and if I did, that I wouldn't be able to be seen by them again.

Fantastic experience: I really love gong to this dentist. All the dentist hygienist are all so nice and professional. As soon as you walk into dentist office you are greeted by receptionist with a warm smile!

Fantastic experience: I'm fairly new to Fuquay and was looking for a dentist for myself and possibly my grandchildren. So Fuqary Famiy Dentistry came highly recommended. And they were exactly how they described Friendly, professional compassionate, Dr McCormick and his staff are exceptional.

Everyone explains processes and procedures clearly, listens attentively for questions and responses are prompt and comprehensive. Equipment is modern, clean and used effectively.

Fantastic experience: May I give 10 stars? I love my dentist in Durham but because they are no longer in network, I was forced to find a new dentist that was in my HMO network Boy, am I glad because now my favorite dentist is only five minutes away! Everything was perfect - beautiful office setting, kind and efficient staff, in-office crowns, and extremely talented dentists. Denise took a ton of pictures and explained every step along the way. She was excellent! Dr. McCormick was my dentist and he was beyond fantastic. I initially thought that he was sort of cold, but he seemed to warm up and be really friendly by the end of my visit. He patched up two fillings and gave me a crown. He was super fast and torally PAINLESS! I was in and out of there in less than two hours. One of the ways I gauge the expertise of a dentist is their Novacaine shots. I DIDN’T EVEN FEEL IT!!! Not even a pinch! For the first time in my life, I almost fell asleep in a dental chair. He is THAT good! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Today, I went in for the last procedure for an implant and crown, but was surprised that it would be not only my last procedure for the crown, but also a final visit to their office. Unfortunately Fuquay Family Dentistry no longer accepts Ameritas Dental Insurance. I loved Fuquay Family Dentistry, but need to patronize a dental office which accepts our insurance plan. They do a fine job, but I have found a lot of other dental offices which accepts my insurer's dental plan. Goodbye Fuquay Family Dentistry, it was great while it lasted.

I was worked in for an appointment with Suzie W. and Dr McCormick right after to replace a filling… again the best, very gentle getting me numb didn’t feel a thing! They were both great!! They got me in and out quickly! Always have a great experience with my appointments!! My husband and I see Dr. Bryden McCormick who began this practice several years ago. We were seeking a new dentist after our beloved dentist died.. Our two daughters saw a lady dentist, Dr. Kelsey Meunier who made going-to-the-dentist much easier. I have seen Dr. Anna Adams once when Dr. McCormick was out of the office for continuing education. She was very good to me. I have often wondered how every person in this practice is so pleasant and knowledgeable in their role. The focus is on preventive care and offering the latest and best in dental care. We are so blessed!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Adams and her team are the best! From the the girls who greet you to the staff that checks you out, top notch! I’ve had exams, X-rays, a crown, extensive cleaning. I had to have several adjustments to my night guard and they were extremely patient and took pains to get it right. 2 days before a trip , I had a tooth that needed checking out and they got me in and taken care of. I thought when my dentist in North Raleigh retired it would be tough to find a replacement but Dr. Adams it!

Fantastic experience: I actually enjoyed my visit and planning session today. Please understand that has not been my experience with others in the past. Dental procedures have been put off for a long long time because of my anxiety over them. The dentist had practical suggestions on ways to deal with that. My planning session made lots of sense. And priorities were explained clearly. And (for me at least) the use of humor and empathy made my visit feel like I was heard and understood.

Fantastic experience: I don’t normally leave reviews, but I thought I should do my part and share my experience with Fuquay Family Dental. I’ve been to a previous dentist in Fayetteville and I really don’t want to mention their name but I wanted to make a switch to a different dentist so I chose to go to Fuquay Family Dentist. This Dentist office is by far theeee BEST dentist I have ever been to. My appointment was at 7:30am and I chose to walk in a little early at 7:25am. At 7:30 I was already taken back to begin my assessment. The entire time I was in the room, there was someone with me the entire time. They whole staff was friendly and very welcoming. The dentist was very polite and knew what he was doing. My previous dentist office I went to, just seemed like everyone there was just there for a paycheck and didn’t want to be at work. Fuquay Family Dentist is not like that at all. I highly recommend them to anyone and they focus on your concerns and what you want done. I look forward to going back to them.

Fantastic experience: I previously worked in dentistry for 10+ years and know that there are vast differences in training, technique, and skill. I am always apprehensive going to a new dental office with doctors and staff I don’t know. I’ve worked in fancy offices and dental mills and everything in between. I have seen the differences first hand. This office is very well run and impressed me. I witnessed a highly skilled and thorough team. The dental assistant, hygienist, and doctor were wonderful. They explained things very well and reviewed everything in detail. This is the level of care I’ve been looking for ever since my family started a search for a dentist closer to home (after having a baby the drive to Raleigh has been too hard on us). I think I can finally relax now because I know we will be well taken care of. My body literally relaxed as I watched them and listened. So if you are looking around and value quality care, give this office a visit.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience except I would recommend that the document I signed stinks of lawyers and all the risks identified mean nothing without some sense of degree of the risk such as the %occurance. All this does is is perhaps limit your legal liability if a problem arises.

Fantastic experience: Love this dentist office. Dr Adams is great and I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the staff. They do their best to get me in for app, and I’ve never been turned away for emergency. Dr Adams is honest with you, and explains things very well. All the staff have answered any questions I have- no matter how silly they seem! When I lost my job due to Covid and had no Insurance- they set me up with their in-house one until I got my own back. Really relieved stress for me. Great team! Highly recommend!

That, I appreciated alot. Going back in a month to have some cleaning done. Recommend highly. 12/11/2024….Had another issue come up two weeks ago. Went in yesterday in hopes of having the same results. Dr. Adam’s, Ashley and Heather were on point again, got my crown put on the same day!!! Who does that?? Great professionals, very easy to get along with, relaxed atmosphere. Just a fantastic experience again!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 1/23/25, had my 6 month cleaning, can’t say enough about the facility, staff ( Nikki sp). Great attitudes professional as all get out. Everyone is fantastic. I drive 45 min to come to this Fuquay Family Dentistry and it's worth the trip. Everyone is friendly and they all bring their A game to work every day. Dr. McCormick and his staff go out of their way to make sure you get the best treatment while being comfortable. The atmosphere is cozy, (home feeling) and pleasant to be around.
