Fantastic experience: I've been going to White & Haines Dentistry for 15 years, since I was 5 years old, and throughout those years Dr. Haines has not only been an amazingly thorough Dentist but an incredible role model for me and my brothers and an amazing friend to both of my parents. Every hygienist I've had has been amazing, personable, and non-judgmental. Both Dr. Haines and my hygienist not only do amazing work on my teeth but also do an incredible job at working with my extreme anxiety when it comes to bigger procedures. I would recommend coming here no matter what age you are!! Hi! Back here again 5 years later to give an update to my review. 20 years of phenomenal service. From new hires to long term employees, everyone is just so kind and welcoming.

Positive experience: I usually rate this office 5 stars but this past week the dental hygienist cut my face while evening out my tooth. It’s still bleeding 4 days later. I’m glad I don’t have an event or anything coming up.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Haines for about 10 years and have been completely satisfied with the dental work as well as the hygienist's work during semi annual cleanings. They make recommendations but always leave decisions making to you and on your timeline. I never feel pushed. I have moved from Charlotte and now live 4 hours away but STILL come back to this dentist for my cleanings and any major work. They are the best!!

Dr. White took the time to explain everything clearly and made what could have been a stressful experience as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Terrible experience! The office is staffed with unprofessional people, especially the office manager. The dentists are extremely competent however, financially driven to the point of not doing what is right. Avoid allowing them to treat you or anyone in “your household”.

Fantastic experience: My first visit was excellent. As a new patient, they were unable to schedule an immediate appointment but put me on a waiting list. Within 3 days, I got a call from Hope that a cancellation led to an opening for me! From my initial phone call to my exam with Dr. Haines, the entire experience was pleasant and professional. Cristina, my hygienist, was gentle and thorough.She explained everything and was so patient with my squirming. She even offered an oral cancer screening. Thank you, Cristina, for your time and professionalism. I definitely recommend this practice to anyone moving into the area.

Answered all my questions. Two crowns at once today. All went smoothly. Staff was thorough & Knowledgeable. Now for the gums to heal. Husband had a crown - all went as expected. Home with the new crown in less than 2.5 hours. All in one day. All is well. Another cleaning and all is well. Staff very thorough and competent. 6/25. Had 2 more crowns today & I hope I’m now done. Staff was very professional. New crowns were done in 3 hours. Fit is perfect - no complaints.

Fantastic experience: I have been to many dentists over the years and this is by far the best office I’ve ever been to. I had to get crowns on my front teeth during my 3rd trimester and Dr. Papp was so kind, accommodating, and helpful. I even had a temporary crown fall out over labor day weekend and Dr. Haines came in within 15 minutes to fix it! Everyone from the front desk to the financial people to the dental assistants was absolutely amazing. Could not rec this office more!

Fantastic experience: Yesterday’s completion of my double root canal was amazing. No pain. Beautiful replacement front teeth and quick. Several years ago in a different state, I had an excruciating permanent tooth cementing. Still remember the pain. Dr White and Andrea were quick, efficient and painless. Wow.

Fantastic experience: Advanced dentistry team!! As a military wife now retired I have been to many dental practices over the years. The entire staff here including Dr Papp and her assistant Brielle are very welcoming and professional. Everything was explained to me clearly and I especially liked the headphones for music and the blanket that was offered. I didn’t feel a thing!
