Fantastic experience: Was seen for a consultation by Dr Andre De Souza for a dental implant and I couldnt be happier! He is very informative, helpful, makes you feel comfortable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients & takes his job very seriously. The entire staff was honestly great, from his assistant Raul to the cordinator, to the ladies at the front desk. Everyone was so lovely. office is beautiful, I would definitely recommend going here

Negative experience: This review is specific to the Office Manager. I had a procedure done and experienced severe pain afterward. I called to express my concerns and ended up speaking to the office manager. Upon hearing that I was in pain her reply was "you don't know pain, I had my jaw wired shut due to oral cancer". She is rude, inconsiderate and apathetic. For this reason please avoid this practice unless you enjoy being mocked for being in pain by this unprofessional woman on a power-trip.

Fantastic experience: I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled after my experience at South Florida Center for Periodontics and Implants. I came in nervous about a tooth extraction, and from the moment I walked in, the entire staff helped put me at ease. From the front desk and billing department to the assistants and Dr. Lily herself, everyone was kind, professional, and incredibly efficient. My appointment was at 8, and an assistant came to get me right on time. The entire process was smooth and surprisingly quick. I was in and out in under an hour, and honestly, I couldn’t believe how easy they made it. If you’re debating where to go for any kind of dental work, and they do it here, this is the place. I couldn’t recommend them more. 10 out of 10

Fantastic experience: I just had the BEST experience at South Florida Center for Periodontics & Implant Dentistry. My primary dentist left me with a complication for a month with unresolved answers where I recommended to this office and saw Dr De Souza. He is brilliant, kind, patient, genuinely cares and makes you feel comfortable sitting in the dental chair (huge for me). Not only was he was great but so the Hygienist. Dani was a sweetheart and made my experience even better with her personality, her care and comfort. This office is TOP KNOTCH. aside from my current issues, I need an implant and am so glad I found Dr De Souza to perform the surgery. I have zero hesitations and feel so confident being in their hands. 10/10 dentistry in my eyes!

Fantastic experience: Had my teeth cleaned by Michelle this morning. As always it was a great experience. She used a new polisher that felt great , like my mouth went thru a gentle car wash! Loved it & my teeth feel so smooth! I once again had my teeth cleaned by Michelle and just when I think she can’t get any better she does! She is efficient, thorough and painless. I am also a dental hygienist as well as come from 3 generations of dentists so I’m really particular about dental offices & their team. Great place!

Ms. Kerr, in particular gave me all the info I needed for the upcoming implant surgery. The doc gave me a phone call after the surgery to make sure i was okay. The procedure went smoothly, and the recovery has been much easier than expected. The periodontist was highly professional, explained every step of the process, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience. The results are amazing, and I can already see the positive impact it's had on my dental health. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Monica, the hygienist. She does an exceptional job every time I see her. She’s thorough, gentle, and takes the time to explain what she’s doing, making sure I’m comfortable throughout the cleaning. I always leave my appointments feeling well taken care of. Overall, this office has been fantastic, and I highly recommend both the periodontist for any surgical procedures and Monica for top-notch hygiene care!

My periodontal disease was severe and Dr. Ganales was very kind and compassionate knowing it was difficult for me to face how bad it really was. I have been going to South Florida Periodontist for about a year and every time, I am there the staff is warm, friendly, and the offices are immaculate, runs like a well oiled machine. Dr. Ganales is an absolutely wonderful surgeon and I trust his recommendations for my care. My teeth are so much better and my oral health is 100% improved.
