Fantastic experience: Hygienist Tiffany was so fantastic! She took her time with my cleaning and made sure to remove some stains that others had said in the past they couldn’t get out. She listened to me and gave good advice. Excellent experience!

Positive experience: I would like to say the office staff is rude when you ask questions and heavy handed when providing services. Dr. Ryan M. And his team were very accommodating. Staff should stand in front of patients and introduce themselves not from behind and just not start working first. Once I have received all my services I will be seeking a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mulligan was excellent! He explained everything to me to where I could understand it. Told me things dentist should have told me years ago. Got me a treatment plan together within a responsible price since my insurance sucks!

Negative experience: While I’ve enjoyed and had a pleasant experience with Dr. Aubert, my last encounter with office staff have completely changed that. All appointments for both myself—including my pre-paid Invisalign treatment—and my sons were scheduled prior to my most recent encounter. On Sunday, May 11th, Mother’s Day, I was in a car accident which resulted in a total loss of my car. My son who 100% relies on me for transportation had an appointment that following Tuesday. Monday morning, despite everything that had taken place, I still had the mindset to call the office to cancel the next day’s appointment due to injury and the circumstances (at least 24 hrs in advance). I was immediately met with “that’ll be a $50 fee.” Now again, the appointment wasn’t missed, it was cancelled with hopes of rescheduling for a later time. But, the response was so cold and matter-of-fact that the circumstances didn’t matter. It was so off-putting that I cancelled all scheduled appointments and removed myself as a patient. Sadly, office staff can ruin the reputation set forth by a good doctor.

Fantastic experience: Love this place and the Dr.s - they are so kind and got me in on the same day (broken crown)! The other place I went to didn't put on the crown correctly so Forest Park Dental got me in, identified the problem (cavity under the crown) and is getting me right back in to do a root canal and make a new crown - love them so much! Today I had a big procedure. I’m blessed to have had it done by Dr. Aubert and his staff. If you’re in need of a great dentist, great clinical staff, friendly office staff give him a try. Your teeth will thank him and you will too!

Positive experience: I think when it comes to discussing a patient’s bill or anything else, the patient should be called up to the desk. I was in a chair and the receptionist told me and everyone else in the room that I had an outstanding bill AND the amount. I also think that the patient’s medication should be found in “My Chart”, so that they’re not turned away because the medications conflict with the procedure.

Fantastic experience: Service is always great, I had a cleaning today. I would like them to be a little more timely and prepared for the customer. I prefer that you prep on your time or the night before. Otherwise I like the service and the work..

Negative experience: Unsatisfied customer. Did not finish any dental work, $4500 cash down the drain. Incomplete job, Mr. Never have time to speak with, reassure or consult with the patients. Very unsatisfying experience

She did GREAT!, to the point, cleaning and doing her job, and not asking me irrelevant questions about my life and my family. She was very professional. Brittany is a keeper don't let her going somewhere else. It wouldn't hurt to train the reception lady to be more cordial. As always it's a pleasure to see Dr. Mulligan.

Negative experience: very chaotic was scheduled a deep clean on two different days had one side done called for the second appointment that i thought was scheduled june 2nd and told no appointment was put in unprofessional

Negative experience: I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with the handling of my recent appointment at Forest Park Dental. I initially scheduled a cleaning for May 2025, but without my knowledge or consent, I received several emails and messages about an appointment scheduled for December 18, 2024, at 9:30 AM. This change was never communicated to me, and I was never asked if the new date or time worked for me. To make matters worse, these reminders included a threat of a $50 fine for no-shows, which is both unnecessary and stressful, given that the appointment was set without my confirmation. When I called to verify the details and clarify the duration of the appointment to see if I could make it, I was told it would take an hour. I tried to accommodate this and make it to the appointment, despite the fact it was scheduled without my approval. However, when I arrived at the office on December 18, I was informed that the appointment had been rescheduled again to a date in March that I was completely unaware of—again without my consent. No one had notified me of this second change, nor did I receive an apology or any explanation. It’s incredibly frustrating that this office is quick to threaten patients with fines for no-shows, yet shows no accountability when it comes to their own errors and disrespect for patient time. How is it acceptable for the office to reschedule appointments without informing the patient, while penalizing patients when they fail to show up for appointments they weren't even aware of? The lack of communication and the disregard for my time is unacceptable. The entire experience was a waste of my time and resources, and the staff's indifference only adds to the disappointment.

Fantastic experience: I love Dr. Mulligan. He sincerely cares about doing a great job and having you very pleased with the outcome. He explains everything and answers my questions to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with his work and the work of his staff. They are all very personable, helpful and respectful of my time. The office uses up-to-date technology and it is clean. Their office was very accomodating when I had an emergency. I highly recommend Dr. Mulligan as I am entering into my third year using his services. I am very satisfied with Forest Park Dental.

Fantastic experience: Dental emergencies are the worst. I suffered a cracked tooth as well as, a cracked ego!!! Thankfully, the team at Forest Park Dental was able to save my tooth and restore my confidence so that I could shine the next day for our Annual Gala. My dentist was truly AMAZING (and a great listener). He is a MIRACLE WORKER! He is super personable and knowledgeable. The entire team was warm and received me with compassion and professionalism. I truly am grateful for all they did to squeeze me in immediately and perform an emergency root canal and repair with NO pain. Simply OUTSTANDING!!!! Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: I live out of state and a cap fell out a week ago. My insurance gave me this facility which is covered with my insurance plan. Anyway,I am always anxious when I go to a dentist. I arrived there today and receptionist was courteous. Next Dental Assistant Dominique took me to the examining room where we talked and then I had an X-ray reached off that tooth with cap off We talked about exerting and anything. She was very kind and made me feel relaxed. Next Dr Mulligan came in and introduced himself and examined my mouth. He has another X-ray ordered with cap on to make sure it wasn’t broken and would line up properly. Next a dental hygienist or another Dental Assistant came in named Ro and she proceeded to cement the cap back on. Unfortunately it didn’t line up properly so the Dr had to come back in and drill a bit away. All of the techs and Dr were so nice to me. We all shook hands. I told the Dr that if I didn’t have to get back to Az I would have booked a routine check up with them. Great place and great experience

I came in with a cap that had fallen out and walked out with a cap and a smile. I get very anxious at a dentist but my experience was amazing. Thank you!
