Dr Pasquale Gallelli was the best Wishing him a much deserved happy retirement!! However now I have another concern so I’m seeing a new Dr. I have met Dr Caldwell. And have to say he’s been very nice so far. I have a very high anxiety about the dentist but he made me comfortable and talked me thru everything. I was pleasantly surprised at his patience. Fantastic experience: I’m new to Dr. Ian Caldwell’s practice, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I’ve received so far. He recently completed a crown with an abutment for a dental implant and also replaced an old crown on another tooth. Throughout the process, Dr. Caldwell was professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. His calm and reassuring demeanor made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely manageable. I also want to mention his dental assistant, Jenna, who was absolutely sweet and made me feel very comfortable during each visit. Fantastic experience: Amazing office. A trip to the dentist is always an anxiety inducing experience, but the staff made it so pleasant. The dental hygienist explains everything before it is done. I also like the fact there was no guilt shaming for the condition of your teeth. The hygienist was very gentle in explaining the finding after my exam.

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience with Natalie and Dr. Lenahan. Our old dentist dropped our insurance and we’ve been looking for a new office. It’s hard to find good doctors. I wasn’t looking forward to going through the process again of searching for the right dentist. My first appointment Natalie did my cleaning and X-rays and Dr. Lenahan came in to address some issues and concerns I’ve been having. He took his time and was extremely courteous and patient. They both were professional and just a pleasure. I highly recommend this office to anyone who’s liking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: SDG saved the day! I needed an emergency appointment so I emailed the office around 4am. They promptly responded at the beginning of office hours with a same day appointment. I would rate my experience 13 on a scale of 1-10. The staff, dental assist, and the dentist are amazing. I was in a lot of pain and very anxious. Everyone took time to ease my anxiety and talk me through the procedure. I will definitely continue receiving my dental needs from SDG.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Joe on a Saturday morning for a possible abscess. He and his dental hygienist were prompt and terrific. The diagnosis was confirmed and the tooth has to be pulled. I appreciate their getting me in to see the dentist from a phone call Friday afternoon. This is the typical response to a potential emergency, and explains why I continue seeing a dentist at their practice even though I moved an hour away.

This was the first time visiting this practice, and I have to say they did everything they could to help alleviate my anxiety. With patience and understanding, Dr. Caldwell and especially his assistant, took all the time I needed to help with my anxiety and ultimately made all the difference to me. I am submitting the same comments as I did after my first visit. The only difference is that, yesterday it was my third visit. The final appointment that was to complete the work I was having done on my upper front teeth. It surpassed my expectations. I am more than pleased with the results. I’ve actually had dental situations rectified that I did not know were possible! And the Dental staff is kind, patient and knowledgeable. I am very impressed! Fantastic experience: As usual, had a good experience at Staffordshire Dental. Was able to get in for emergency treatment for a painful tooth. Diagnosed as abcess, requiring root canal, build up, then crown. Smooth process.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment on July 10th for a teeth cleaning. It was July 9th and knew I couldn't make it. I stopped by the office and let the office person know that I couldn't make it and had to reschedule. They had an opening at 6pm July 10th that I could make. All of the staff and personnel are so friendly and accommodating. I've been going here and seeing Dr. Lenahan for 20 years. Have to give a shout out to Natalie who cleans my teeth. Very thorough!
