Fantastic experience: Its always a pleasant experience. The place is always super clean. The staff is very profesional , friendly , great positive atmosphere with good vibes. Other than having to pay an extra 3 % when paying with a credit card, I am Very happy with the costumer service .

Fantastic experience: Honestly, I have not been to the dentist in 20 to 30 years, and I was terrified. Jessica put me at ease.... my results were not even close to as bad as I thought they would be. The numbing liquid numbed my teeth, so NO NEEDLES for scaling my teeth. The dentist came in and explained everything to me. Everything was quick and efficient. I will be back to see Jessica and the staff! I am so pleased with the experience ☺️

Fantastic experience: I've been to a few other dentist in town and ADC is the absolute BEST hands down. When getting a cleaning and other dental work, I could almost fall asleep because they're gentle. I feel no pain. There are also televisions in the room you're able to control while you're getting your dental work. The staff is very friendly, attentive and super professional. They are all clean people and the ladies aren't too bad to look at either. I'd recommend them over anyone in Valdosta.

Fantastic experience: This morning I had a cleaning with Alex, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I sat in the chair, Alex made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything she was doing, which I really appreciated. Beyond her fantastic chairside manner, Alex did an excellent job with the cleaning itself. My teeth feel wonderfully clean, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough nice things to describe my ongoing experience with Dr. Hancock and her assistant. She constantly explains what she is doing, how long it will take and since I'm going through chemo, she emphasizes on the risk factors and what I should discuss with my oncologist. Dr. Hancock is so personable, kind, gentle and intellectual. Furthermore, she is always very clear about what procedures can wait and what measures to take if I decide to push something back while I'm continuing chemo. Her actions makes me feel as though she cares about my health more than the $ which is rare these days. I don't generally write reviews unless I feel the service was exceptional, which is exactly what I experienced by everyone in the office.

Fantastic experience: Advance Dental Care is the absolute best practice in Valdosta. They are dedicated to providing their patients with the the best dental procedures. Doctor Woodward and every person in the office is always courteous and professional. Very punctual with appointments, and if there are questions bout your billing, they have a staff member who is knowledgeable and provides you with explanation of services and billing information. No third party billing company or website portal which many practices are going to. Very happy with the services provided by each person and highly recommend Advance Dental Care.

Negative experience: Receptionist who answered the phone I think her name is Erin or Evelyn gave me a hard time when trying to schedule as a new patient I felt maybe she was having a bad day or something I continuously requested to collect my insurance there seemed to be resistance for some reason so I decided to go with a different Dental Facility, had no issues with scheduling or running my insurance receptionist was much nicer at other place I decided to schedule with.

Negative experience: Very upset that they are dropping Delta Dental from being covered in network. We've been with them 8 years and hate to change but can't afford to pay a whole lot more for our procedures. The dentist and staff are good and hate change.
