Fantastic experience: I initially chose this practice because of the large number of high rating reviews. I thought it had to be overblown, but it was definitely not: care and respect is evidently deeply seated in every associate from the front desk, assistants, dentists, and even the financial services. They spent the time needed to go over everything properly, show understanding, and willing to answer any questions I have, and give me confidence in their abilities and advice.

Fantastic experience: I love Smile Dental for their excellent service, Dr. Nick, Dr. Vivek and his staff are amazing especially Johnny, Suzanne and Adrienn. They are very professional and caring.

Fantastic experience: May extend my gratitude, to Doctor Peter Scerbo, and management, staff and all, assistants, that aide, and assist accordingly, with my dental needs. DR Scerbo is very professional, as a retired nurse, formally with hospitals, nursing home, State of Florida Department of Health. The Professional courtesy, I was looking for was displayed, in the highest level. Empathy during nervousness and fear, ensuring a level of comfort measures, was received. I appreciate,very much to find such, level of care, and clean place, properly ventilated and good circulation. The needs,and care superceded a A+, 5 Star rating. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for years to get my bi-annual dental cleanings (and 1 cavity filled) and I absolutely love this place! The front desk staff is very friendly, I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes after arriving for my appointment (usually it’s like 1-2 minutes or immediately brought back), and the dental hygienists and dentists are kind & informative. I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs dental work!

As soon as I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist, Adrienn, who made me feel comfortable right away. She even gave me a quick tour of the office, which I really appreciated—it helped ease any nerves and made the whole place feel more inviting. Dr. Nick was professional and friendly, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions I had. The highlight, though, was the teeth cleaning by the hygienist, Alberto. It was completely painless and very thorough—by far one of the most comfortable cleanings I’ve ever had. The office is very clean, the service is top-notch, and the staff is caring, informative, and professional. The atmosphere is genuinely relaxing. They always have availability and plenty of parking. I’ve never felt the need to reschedule an appointment—it’s that peaceful.

Negative experience: I’ve been a regular patient at this office and have spent close to $10,000 here over the past couple of years, but my recent visit left me extremely disappointed. I was quoted $120 for a cleaning and about $40 for fluoride, but the front desk tried to charge me $179. When I reminded them that I had a valid discount plan I’ve used before (not HMO), the new manager Nicole jumped in and became confrontational. She stared me up and down, raised her voice, and argued with me in front of others — instead of calmly resolving the issue. Then she falsely claimed the office is phasing out HMO plans, which had nothing to do with my situation. It was unprofessional and disrespectful, especially from someone in a management role. I won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: Dentist anxiety? Not here. From the moment I walked in, Adriena at the front desk made me feel right at home—friendly, welcoming, and just the kind of energy you want before sitting in a dentist chair. The hygienist (I can’t remember her name!!), was just as awesome and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. And Dr. Mimi? Total rockstar. She got my veneer recemented quickly and painlessly—with zero dentist drama. She’s super chill, easy to talk to, and gives real advice without the lectures (like maybe considering a crown next time if my rebellious veneer pops off again). Hands down, the best dentist I’ve ever had—and I’ve had plenty. Honestly, it felt more like catching up with cool friends than being at the dentist. This crew get's the crown! (Sorry couldn't help myself.)

Fantastic experience: Searching for a dentist/ ortho/ oral surgery provider that can do it all ? This seems to be it. The technology and skill at Florida Smiles Dental puts my families previous providers to shame. Not only do they assist you in settings up payments plans but they get you in for treatment quickly. The facility is remarkably clean and friendly. My child is much happier with the ortho care they have received here and this place has done some wonderful dental crowns on me. One of the crowns did have a gap at the inner gumline which they corrected for me Be aware that they are expensive and that each of the providers take diff insurance or may not accept insurance!

Negative experience: I’ve been a patient for many years and referred many friends. I’ve done a number costly procedures and should be considered a high value customer at this point. However, the new management won’t take responsibility for something the old office did and as a result I’m responsible for an additional $900 charge (something I signed up for after a large procedure and being given a anxiety meds that they provided). I won’t be going back to them with the new management in charge, and I’m disappointed in lack of accountability.

Negative experience: I went to Florida Dental to get a quote for Invisalign treatment, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Be prepared to go in at least three times before they even discuss any pricing with you. Despite asking multiple times, I was never given a full breakdown or final quote for the Invisalign treatment. What’s worse, it felt like the entire experience was focused on upselling unnecessary products and services rather than genuinely helping me with my dental needs. They initially told me a toothpaste was a “gift” for getting a dental cleaning, only to charge me $38 for it later—when the same product is available in stores for $12–$16. The dental cleaning alone cost me $289, and I had to pay $90 for each consultation visit. In total, I spent a significant amount of money without ever receiving the Invisalign treatment or a clear cost estimate for it. I do not recommend Florida Dental if you’re not ready to spend a lot of money without clear communication or transparent pricing. It felt like a waste of both time and money.
