Fantastic experience: Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The facility is extremely clean (and smells nice lol). Dentist is very knowledgeable. I came here because I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences at my previous dentist. I highly recommend this place. I’m very glad I found them.

Fantastic experience: I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out Lesly for being absolutely amazing. She did my routine check-up and cleaning, and I genuinely walked out of the office feeling like I’d just caught up with a good friend and got my teeth taken care of at the same time. Leslie has such a calm, kind energy that immediately put me at ease. I usually get a little anxious at the dentist, but she was so gentle, thorough, and professional that the whole experience felt easy. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout. My teeth have literally never felt this clean, and I could tell she takes real pride in her work. If you’re lucky enough to have Leslie work on you know you’re in excellent hands. She’s a gem. Give this woman a raise, a bonus, and a plaque with her name on it. Seriously.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience today at Terrace Smiles. They checked me in quick and got me back to the room for X-rays quickly and timely. Ruth, my dental hygienist gave me the best care. I really felt like I enjoyed being at the dentist because of her care and how she treated me throughout the entire appointment. She was firm on what I needed to change on my daily brushing routine and informed me of what I could do better at. I really felt at home and I’m already scheduled to see her again in four months. Dr. Witt came and said hi and gave me a check up and I was on my way. 5 stars for sure.

Fantastic experience: Omg I absolutely love this place. They have become my preferred dentist . I must say that I'm terrified of the dentist, I've always have been. However, at this office, I do not experience the pain that I usually encounter at other dentist offices. This one makes me comfortable and does the best job. I couldn't ask for better care. Fantastic experience: I found this gem while searching online for a dentist for my son and I’m impressed by the quality service. During the initial call to book an appointment, I had a few questions. My questions were addressed with a great deal of patience and professionalism. The office staff members were very helpful during the visit and checking in was a breeze. During the cleaning, the Dental Hygienist took great care to not just clean, but to also educate and provide tips to keep teeth and gums healthy. The dentist was also very caring and welcoming, making my son’s first visit to this office a very pleasant experience. We are so excited to have found this amazing dentistry!

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment for the first time in years and they got everything taken care of. I wanted everything checked from A-Z and they did that and cleaned the crap out of my teeth. Definitely the best cleaning I’ve had and Leslie the person doing it was super nice and helpful. I left with clean teeth, found a chip on my front tooth I somehow didn’t know about, and I got a in depth lesson on flossing. Not just the regular I actually learned so much about the microbiome in my mouth and the reason behind flossing. Also the technique I learned was much more effective than the one I had currently been using.

Negative experience: Hate to change my review, but I did Invisalign here and have been waiting 3+ months for my final retainer. I've called multiple times and texted, and was completely ghosted, so finally I drove in person to ask what was going on and they (a) had no idea and said it was taking so long because I was rescanned (I wasn't) and (b) couldn't seem to care less. I asked that they look into it and have someone call me back the following day with next steps and they never did. That was over a week ago. If it got lost in the mail or if someone forgot to place an order, I get it, stuff happens, but bad news does not get better with age, so just communicate what's going on for better or worse instead of ghosting customers who have shelled out over $6k for services.

Fantastic experience: My appointment today with the hygienist was punctual and she was very gentle and did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. She did great! Everyone there was courteous, professional, and friendly. The hygienist was very gentle which is important when working on my mouth. Dr. Brian Witt was also very gentle, courteous and professional. My teeth and gums are great because of Dr. Witt. Since three years ago, I've had a couple of cavities filled. I was very anxious which I told my hygienist and she advised me that she would be very gentle. She was. She put a numbing ointment on my gums and I did not feel any pain. She makes sure that I have no pain in my jaw line and no issues in my gums. Then Dr. Witt came into room and was also friendly and courteous, and answered any questions. I really like going to Dr. Witt's office. The office has a huge fish tank which is very calming. The staff are always friendly and helpful and kind.

Fantastic experience: Everytime I come to Terrace Smiles, i’m greeted with Smiles. Everyone is so friendly and they do their best to make you feel comfortable regarding any service you receive. My whole Family comes here and have been coming here since 2014. I have been to other Dental offices and this by far is the best one. They have reasonable pricing and Mr. Brian Witt will always make a way for you to receive the service you need. They understood my vision i have of my smile and they execute it. I have never had any issues with Mr.Witt or any of his staff. It doesn’t matter if your appointment is at the beginning of the day or the evening, they always greet you with a positive attitude and make your experience as pleaseant as possible. For example, I have braces and started having issues with my gums. The moment they noticed they took their time with asking open ended questions to figure out the issue without being condescending or degrading. Come to find out ,I wasn’t brushing properly. Their Hygeniest , Leslie, took her time with teaching me the correct way to brush with braces and also pointed me into the direction of the correct products i need to use as well. (She also gave me samples and that is lovely within itself) Since i started brushing properly my gums are SOOOOOO much better. I really love the detail they put into their work. They truly care so much. If i could give Terrace Smiles 10 stars i would :) ! Don’t waste your time looking for the perfect Dentist , just come here!

Fantastic experience: Went in for routine cleaning. Dr. Witt reviewed the scans and provided recommendations. Leslie cleaned my teeth. She was kind and informative. She also showed and provided information on maintenance/preventative measures that I should be doing. Overall, the staff was thorough from scanning to cleaning, and answering all my questions.

Fantastic experience: Dr Brian R. Witt, DMD, PA is absolutely AMAZING. I’m an African American female and usually going to some places I sometimes feel uncomfortable/judged YES because of the color of my skin and have felt like I didn’t get the proper care needed so I decided to change dentist. My first day calling he was the one to actually scheduled my appointment over the phone . My first visit he was at the front desk, gave me my first patient form to filled out . At first I didn’t know he was the dentist. They sat me in a room and he came and introduced himself as the dentist. I told him all my concerns, at first I was embarrassed but the conversation we had made me feel so much better and COMFORTABLE and NOT JUDGED. Let me tell you I’ve never had so much x-ray done before on my mouth which I really appreciated so they could show and tell me my best treatment option rather than just doing a cleaning and send me on my way. My first visit the staff was extremely nice , everyone worked together and helped each other out . There’s this older looking Spanish guy there didn’t get his name but he’s very nice and always offering to help his teammates. When I was leaving i saw Dr Brian at the front desk helping with check out and I asked him if he also worked the front, he said no my office manager is out so he’s just helping out and in my mind I was like damn he’s really a great person, hands on and all. Was actually impressed because I’ve NEVER been to any office and saw a doctor doing that . Usually all the pressure would be put on the front staff. I had to get a lot done, not a big fan of needles, getting my teeth pull etc . But every time I have sat in that chair Dr Brian have made me feel so COMFORTABLE. He explains everything so calmly that he does and tell me when he’s going to do something else. Dr Brian have this calmness about him that will relax a whole room. He’s very calm ,cares about his patients. Not sure how to explain it … but he’s a great doctor . Chad and the other guy at the front super friendly and welcoming. The dental assistant don’t remember her name very soft spoken young lady , she’s absolutely awesome. If you’re looking for a dentist and have some insecurities and afraid to talk about it Terrace Smiles is definitely the place for you . AND NAW I wasn’t paid or offer anything to do this review just giving them their Flowers because they deserve it !! if you have had any problems here before and have given a bad review you were probably the problem. So the next time you visit them , take your mad cap off , relax , enjoy your treatment and you won’t be disappointed!!

Fantastic experience: I visited the Terrace Smiles Dentistry today. Oooo I loved how I was treated..I am soo bad in names, but one pretty blond girl was taking care of me, she is an amazing. I am taking care of my teeth from my childhood..so I know how it's important to protect them. And she did an amazing job. Xrays, all diagnostics she did it was great. And now I have the feeling that I am smiling even more than before. She did regularly cleaning, I am very picky in all the doctors and specialists..but I liked her job a lot. Hightly recommend this cleanic..and my bad I don't remember her name..blond girl with blue eyes thank you sooo much ❤️

Negative experience: BRAIN WITT - Mark my words. Easily worst dentist or doctor I ever seen in my entire lifetime so far. Most greedy money minded person who was looking to use every opportunity to brainwash my mind to make me to pay the money using credit cards before even planning for treatment. Asking me to immediately to pay 10k and the total cost would be 25k. Felt like I was talking with a car salesman. I will avoid this clinic just for this person. It seems like my insurance is out of network for this clinic so he was telling all stupid reasons why to not check with insurance. Worst experience ever. I went to another clinic now where my insurance is with in network and they have proper procedures for next few weeks which will be costing max of 4K after discounts from the insurance.He even denied me to share the X-rays so that I will not be able to take second opinions from other.

Fantastic experience: I love Dr. Witt and his staff! Had gum surgery yesterday, expecting to feel a bit miserable today, but feel just fine! They are all so kind and friendly, Dr Witt made me feel so comfortable. I moved 3 hrs away, but intend to continue at his office!!

Fantastic experience: Recent Visits to Terrance Smiles. Very satisfactory treatment and visits on both days that my wife and I returned to use Dr. Witt as our dentist. The hygenist - Ruth was superb. The staff at the front desk were also exceptionly. The office manager - Chad was very helpful with all the paperwork. New Hygienist - Carlos Lima was very patient and did an excellent job.
