Fantastic experience: Dr. Hartman is an amazing diagnostician. He understands EVERYTHING that is important about dental health, and delivers excellent treatment to eradicate gum disease. Btw, he also designs amazing Veneers!! He’s truly a well rounded Doctor of Dentistry. Super efficient in his craft & very affordable. He’s my Dentist for life.

Negative experience: They told me I'm not welcome there after my cleaning. I don't know why. It could be because I told them I didn't want to pay for xrays. The first filling broke and the 2nd looks awful but I didn't make a big deal out of it. They had bedbugs in the office. Might be mad I pointed it out.

Fantastic experience: Amazing! So happy. They scheduled me on the same day I called for an emergency where a tooth chipped the night before. They fixed it and another issue within an hour! Everyone was friendly, on their business, and accommodating. I’ve got severe dental anxiety. My previous two dentists told me they couldn’t get rid of the stains and Dr Rogers was like, “Huh, ok, well I think you’re gonna like me after today.” Couldn’t be more pleased. Already scheduled a cleaning and plan to go back to get the remainder of my dental work completed with them. 10/10

Dr. Mark Whitefield is an extraordinary dentist and practitioner of the art form. I'm old, and well-traveled and I've seen a lot of dentists in my lifetime - more than a dozen and probably around two, all over the world. First of all, Dr. Whitefield is a dentist by vocation - it is his passion and raison d'etre. He takes a personal interest in each of his patients, committing fully to achieving the best possible result for each. He is always punctual and always does a fantastic job. He does not cut corners or rush his patients. His office/surgery is not a "patient-mill" where he just has a queue of patients to cycle through as quickly as possible. He does excellent quality work, making sure that his patients are comfortable at all times. I am, and always have been a "white-knuckle dental patient" and I've come to trust he and his staff so that I'm not exhausted from the anxiety before and during care. Dr. Mark takes it as a personal challenge to get the most out of your dental/health insurance to make better care and more care accessible to you. He is as dedicated at optimizing your coverage as he is at obtaining the best possible result. About Dr. Whitefield's facilities and staff... The culture and attitude of any organization is set at the top. The "tone" of an organization is set by its leadership. All the complimentary things I've state from Dr. Mark permeate his entire organization. His technicians, helpers, office personnel - all of them - exhibit his authentic friendliness, professionalism, care, concern, competency and passion for their respective roles. Dr. Mark is as good a "leader" as he is a doctor of dentistry. His waiting room is not opulent - that indulgence is reserved for his dental equipment and rooms. His facilities are large, clean, comfortable, very nice, in an easily accessible location, well equipped with all the latest and best dental technology. The focus is always on the best possible care for the patient. Dr. Whitefield has done extensive and complex dental work for me and I could not be happier with the result. Though this comment might not directly address his dental skill mastery, Dr. Whitefield is just a good person and it shows. He works long hours to accommodate as many of his patients as possible, because he cares about people. There's nothing that I can think of that would improve the experience. Wow! Did I just say that out loud? 6 years later... Still the best dentists anywhere. I have to add Dr. Hartman and his staff at this clinic to my high regard described above. Due to overwhelming popularity and demand, Dr. Whitefield had to augment the doctor and staff count, not to mention almost doubling the size of the facility with new construction. All great practitioners, doctors and staff. Not a sub-standard individual there. Bravo and Bravissimo! Keep it up!

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Hartman yesterday as a referral from Dr.Mills office. I have never met a more compassionate staff as those here. I have extreme anxiety and haven’t been to the dentist as I should have for many reasons. There was no judgement nor hostility towards me. That meant so much to me. I have finally found me a dentist that’s affordable since I do not have dental insurance and they have their own affordable plans within house. I already feel better because I was able to get my teeth cleaned and have a consultation the same day. I am driving an hour to come to HDCI because of their quality care!!! I can not recommend them enough:)

Fantastic experience: Further Update: I had another wonderful experience today during my 6 month cleaning and check-up. What always impresses me is they are on time, understand my fear of being at the dentist and make sure I’m calm and at ease. Update: today I had a dental emergency. When I called the office with an immediate need (I had pulled off a crown in the front/top row and look like a crack user with the missing tooth. As usual, they worked me in this morning and had me back to living the dream (with all my teeth). I have some folliw-up to do but it as a miracle they were able to work me in and gave me a temp solution. Always professional and welcoming. I’ve had an irrational fear of going to the dentist forever...no more. Dr. Mark and his team are wonderful.

The treatments they have attended to have been prompt and timely with my request in the best case senario for my treatment plan we discussed. They have kept my treatment affordable and took my insurance in full effect according to my goals. Thank you Dr. Hartman
