Richmond Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics - West End/Gaskins

Negative experience: Their light sedation involves using a papoose board to physically restrain children. While this may be appropriate in emergency situations, or for special needs, it's inexcusable in normal pediatric dental situations. If the dentists here aren't capable of doing the job without restraints, they shouldn't be in pediatric dentistry. I've spoken with other dentists since visiting RPDO, and they've all been horrified that this device is being used. Hearing my son tell me "they strapped me up mama" with tears streaming down his face, is one of the worst feelings I've ever had as a mother. Adding insult to injury, I paid over 400 dollars for no work to be done at all. No refund for a filling not completed. The dentist said she gave my son sealants, and a later appointment with a different dentist told me there were no sealants. Zero stars.

Negative experience: Called to make an appointment for my children, told them my insurance, they said they took it so I made the appointment. Get there 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, as I’m doing the paperwork we get called up to the front desk and get attitude and passive aggressive comments. She said we’re not in network, so I pull up the portal to my insurance and show them that they’re listed. Someone else takes my phone back to billing and the front desk is complaining that we need to hurry up with the paperwork and that it’s technically 15 minutes past the appointment/grace period and we should’ve gotten here earlier so that this wouldn’t happen. This was so unprofessional, every other office for any type of medical care always takes patients even when paperwork isn’t finished yet, and lets them to continue to work on it. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise because the other person came back with my phone saying while the provider is listed as in network, it was a mistake and they shouldn’t have been. So we cancel the appointment, we understand that stuff happens not a big deal. BUT then we continue to get lectured with more passive aggressive comments from the front desk about how if we had given them our insurance when we made the appointment, or got here 15 minutes early, or hurried up with the paperwork then we wouldn’t even be in this situation. Which I did in fact do. She was acting like I was just sitting there doing nothing, but there was a lot of information they wanted on the forms and I had to fill them out for two kids. Then had the audacity to encourage us to call our insurance and reschedule an appointment in a couple weeks. Beware of the unprofessionalism and being blamed for things not in your control.

Fantastic experience: RPDO is the best, and we recommend them to anyone looking for pediatric dentistry or orthodontics. We love Dr. Chris and Dr. Ray, and all of the hygienists are wonderful too. We just recently started seeing Dr. Bibona for orthodontics, and we love him too!

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my kids since my youngest was 18 months old, and he’s now almost 16, and all 4 of my kids have grown up with this practice. They are the most amazing set of people, nurses and dentist’s I have ever seen. They are very patient and kind, helpful and easy to deal with and especially so with special needs. I only wish I had, had a dentist like Dr. Maestrello and team!

Fantastic experience: I could not be happier and I wish all my kid’s doctors were this great. Everyone here is so amazing, like wizards at getting the kids to be completely comfortable and relaxed. It is such an absolute pleasure to take my children here. I do both of their appointments at the same time, which is such a time saver, and I actually have a completely stress-free few minutes! This is next to impossible with a 2 and 5 year old, but they pull it off like magicians. Could not be more in love.

Fantastic experience: My children have been going to this dentist since they were 2 and now they are 17, 16, and 14. We have had the best dental care over the years. They do everything they can to make sure your child is heard and comfortable with what they are doing. We have been very happy here!

Fantastic experience: My son has really bad anxiety that he internalizes and essentially effects his gut health but this dentist always makes him feel safe and secure and has not had one problem with his health after which tells me they do a very good job making him feel like he's cared for I love how they have in depth plans that show the work that needs done and they get it done fast wont go to any other dentist for my kids from now on

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dahlke has been seeing my daughter for several years. My daughter has very complex dental needs due to her complex syndrome and Dr. Dahlke has fantastic bedside manners and provides the best dental care possible for her.

Fantastic experience: My 7 yr old is diagnosed with autism and terrified of so many things- noises, sharp objects, and people touching him for example. The dental hygienist and Dr. Chris were amazing with him!! They discussed every step of the appointment and went slow with him. They listened to his crazy interjections of randomness with smiles and were so patient with both him and this nervous momma! Couldn't give them higher recommendation!! Awesome practice!!

Fantastic experience: We love Richmond Pediatric Dentistry! They are always so kind and patient with my daughter, who can be very hesitant about new experiences. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the dental hygienists, to the dentists, have been wonderful each time we visit. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I love how all the staff interacts with my children. They are excellent with the kids and the doctor also explain things to them too, not just the parent. They also make sure things are explained to me clearly. Great place for the family!

Fantastic experience: We love this practice and Dr. Chris! My kids both started out with them having never been to the dentist as toddlers. They start the kids in a personal room, and make the first appointments short and easy. The kids always love the balloon animals after too! As the kids age and get comfortable, they slowly start doing longer and more detailed cleanings, but by this point, your kids are used to it and totally comfortable. They are fantastic. Recently, my son had to have two teeth pulled. The team was super quick - it did not hurt him and they were done before he knew what happened! Can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jasmine was amazing so professional I love how her team treated my children every one was amazing and friendly. They’re so patient with them especially with my 5 yr old who’s has always been afraid to go to the dentist but they are always make sure she’s okay and comfortable. Love the receptionist who right away reminded me about school notes in which I seem to go forget but she read my mind lol.

Fantastic experience: Love this practice for my child… the staff is friendly and professional, the office is cute and clean… the hygienists and Dentists are above and beyond amazing with kids. Today we had Kristy, who made my shy and slightly nervous daughter actually have fun at the dentist, and hardly even notice she was getting her teeth cleaned, and Dr. Yi was so sweet and informative as well. I’m so appreciative of them making both my child and myself feel comfortable and confident in their care!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very friendly! They were thorough, spent time talking to us, and answered any and all questions. It was a positive experience for me and both kids!

Fantastic experience: The only thing I would suggest is to have more appropriate movies in the lobby while the kids are waiting. The movie Home Alone as cute as the little boy is has a few curse words in it and families saying shut up to each other. That was playing while we waited and I had to keep redirecting my daughter so she wouldn’t watch or couldn’t listen. I really don’t want her picking up these habits at the dentist. She doesn’t hear this type of language or talk at home. But I do know it could be somewhat normal to most people. I know it’s an all time favorite Christmas movie but just consider the audience. Not trying to sound self righteous but does any parent want their kids learning curse words and rude talk? Everything else great!

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience from check-in until it was time to leave. All staff we encountered were friendly; you felt welcomed and I could tell they enjoyed being there. They engaged with my 9 yo and helped calm the anxiety he was feeling. Always a pleasant experience when we visit with Dr. Ray Eddleton.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jasmine is AMAZING! Update 12/7/23: Dr Jasmine Chopra has been nothing but amazing with all three of my children. Especially my oldest who is autistic and very particular about medical professionals that he sees. He needed three teeth pulled for his orthodontic care and the office got us in the same week! The entire staff is friendly and professional. They show they truly care about their patients.

Fantastic experience: From admin to clinical everyone was so nice. The assistant was patient with my son for X-rays. The dr answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. He commended me on being involved with my sons brushing. No cavities! It felt good to be treated as a regular parent trying to make it and not a Medicaid number. It’s hard to find places that don’t treat you like a number and accept your insurance. Folks with Medicaid come from all walks of life and I’m just a hard working mom who wants to keep my baby healthy! I’m a DA so my 10 year old is used to check ups and cleanings, but he said he really liked this place the most! Thank you Dr. Maestrello for your chair side kindness!

Fantastic experience: My son loves going to the dentist which brings me comfort for I didn’t have those feelings as a child. Everyone is loving and welcoming from the front desk attendant to the the Dr Kerns. We love and grateful for them all.

Fantastic experience: Our two daughters had the same appointment for cleaning. Dr. D was very friendly, and answered all our questions. Our kids did not feel nervous during the cleaning, the staff was very helpful and made them feel at ease.

Fantastic experience: I was really nervous about my child’s first dental appointment but it went very well. Very calming environment and they even offer coffee and water in the waiting room which is just the cherry on top

Fantastic experience: Both West End and Midlothian offices are fantastic! Staff rotate between offices and we have loved Dr. Ray and Dr. Reham! Dental hygienists and front office staff are equally as wonderful. Clean, good vibes and great with kids. Timely, quick and efficient even with scheduling two kids at the same time.

Fantastic experience: We are always treated so well, from the stuff to the Dentist are all very polite. I bring 3 of my kids at once every time and they are fast and do a great job, at the end they always get a gift bag with a puppy ballon

Fantastic experience: They took GREAT care of my little one during her oral surgery! They explained every step of the way to me and to her. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Anesthesia is always a scary thing but they helped tremendously to ease my anxiety about it!

Fantastic experience: Whole staff was friendly, warm and professional. Dentist was accommodating and informitive. This made my toddler twins first dentist appointment a breeze. Clean facilities that offer beverage refreshments in the waiting room. Would definitely recommend going to this Midlothian location off Coalfield RD.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. My kids are very comfortable and they are available for dental emergencies even after hours. They went way above and beyond when our son had a tooth knocked out. So thankful for the amazing professionals who work here.

Fantastic experience: We love it here! They are always great with the little guy everyone is more than nice and respectful! That’s why we really enjoy seeing the fish tank and all the staff whenever check ups are due!

Fantastic experience: It's a very kid-friendly atmosphere. Areas for play, beanbags for watching kid shows in a separate area (also for relaxing or allowing sedation to take effect before appointments), and a very colorful fishtank built into a wall. My daughter started going there couple years back and still goes due to her anxiety and fear of other dentists. The staff is patient, friendly, and very accommodating. We couldn't ask for more.

Fantastic experience: I have taken all four of my kiddos here for years. Even though I just bought a house on the other side of town I am NOT leaving! I am more then willing to make this drive like I did today! The dentist he is VERY sweet and understanding. He is gentle an explains everything not only to my child but me as well! I had 3 kids in there today 2 in one shared room an another in a single room. I was able to bop around to each child as the dentist worked on them. The hygienist all of them! Are the most adorable soft spoken woman. They are gentle when flossing! An make sure the kids are doing well the entire time. They allow them to pick flavors and colors of stuff they use and get a special baggy with a new tooth brush an paste stickers or a balloon animal sometimes. Always is a good time. Which is rare for dentist! I am grown an would LOVE it if I would be able to go there myself! Lol the front desk people are great very welcoming as well! An everyone is always very professional an happy to see you! Not to mention HOW CLEAN this environment is kept! The chairs are wiped down between kids an the glasses they have them wear when working on them! All their tools always are well kept an gloves changes each kid! I have not ONE bad experience ever in the many years of using both offices. Out of these years once a child did need a procedure done I was very upset since none of them ever had cavities. I beat myself up an the dentist was so sincere when explaining to me I shouldn't be hard on myself. The total situation wouldn't of been taken well by me without his kind words. I also explained how my child would not be able to handle the entire process an I was given options on what they could do in order to make her more comfortable. Together we made a plan an they all were so helpful down to the minute she was brought back out to me an it was finished! She also had like 5 people in the at once. One nurse dealing with something having to do with her process. One watching her breathing 1 working on the teeth an 1 helper to the dentist. Another one there just to watch her an basically was a hand holder an another who came in an out to tell us what was going on! I was amazed how many jobs they had people doing. I wasn't excited to not be by her side. After meeting the staff who would be in there I felt still nervous of course but not scared! They personalities of this group is truly amazing. You are missing out if your kids aren't getting their teeth looked at by these awesome humans! I am a very strong willed stubborn mom with 4 kids an my standards for my kids is way higher then for myself. I am never leaving this place until they age out!

Fantastic experience: I cannot rave enough about this place! From the moment my daughter sat down she was taken care of like a princess, the technician was so thoughtful and showed her EVERY single tool she was using and explained what they were used for and it truly helped my daughter not have a full melt down. My kiddo asks so many questions and the tech was super friendly and answered every one. I don’t know if they have a secret touch, I have never seen my daughter so well behaved at a dentist office before. The staff TRULY gets kids and takes such great care of their patients. I’m never going anywhere for her dental checkups EXCEPT here. I was shown how to help my daughter floss properly without getting too much fuss from her, they’re so helpful and not in a condescending way. You can tell they truly want to help their little patients and they go above and beyond with their care. I’m not sure the technicians name, but if you see this thank you. You’ve truly made the dentist not a scary visit for my daughter, and we flossed so great tonight before bed!

Fantastic experience: Dr Chris and his staff were so understanding and patient. They explained everything and didn’t make me feel pressured or railroaded like other pediatric dentists have. My daughter has been traumatized by dentists in general and they made her feel comfortable and at ease.

Fantastic experience: Dr Miller is the absolute best. She had been great from the very beginning and she has very good bedside manners! She will be greatly missed!! So sad to hear of her retirement!

Negative experience: I would definitely NOT recommend! I have taken my 6 year old here for 3 years. Everything has always been fine, just regular cleanings. The last time he went, they did several x-rays, and found a cavity on a back tooth. They promptly scheduled an appointment to get the filling, and gave me a quote of $651. Also talked about a lot of dental work in his future. Big surprise, suddenly they don't take our insurance. So, I decided to switch him to my dentist that does take our insurance, and they said that not only does he not have a cavity, but his teeth look fantastic! I'm glad I was able to spare my 6 year old from getting unnecessary dental work.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with this company. I called it a company because it is just a commercial business. For my son’s dental procedure, they charged me 3 times the estimate that they provided after insurance. Now I have to pay extra $1935 because of their wrong estimate. When I asked them the reason for the difference, I was told that it’s just the estimate. Never taking my kids there again.

They are informative, gentle and patient and make appointments a breeze with the distractions, toys and the wall art they provide for the children.

Fantastic experience: Every visit we have had has been wonderful from the moment we walk in the door. Our son is autistic and we bring his service dog with us. Never had any issues at all. Every hygienist has been so accommodating to his needs and Dr Ray is so kind and explains things very well to our son and us. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at Richmond Pediatric Dentistry. For 18 weeks, I had challenges with my newborn including a procedure gone wrong with another local dentist. I was really nervous going into another practice but the minute I met Dr. Miller, I knew I was in the best hands. She was warm, gentle, patient, and honest. She took so much time with us making sure we were confident and prepared as well as followed up to assure we were ready for the healing process. Her work was impeccable. I will recommend Dr. Miller to everyone needing a pediatric dentist.

Fantastic experience: Awesome team! I’ve had a few rough months dealing with Denist for my daughter and thankfully I came here they were the best and so sweet and caring. They definitely left a great impression on my daughter

Positive experience: We’ve historically had a good experience at this practice as my 15 year old child has been going since they were 3/4 years old. We’ve grown frustrated over the past few visits. My child is non-binary and has a preferred name. I asked at check-in if they have a preferred name spot and some place to indicate pronouns. They said yes and made a note. I don’t know if it’s being blatantly ignored or if Dr. Liz and the clinical team just don’t know. One of the hygienist’s has used their preferred name but no one uses their correct pronouns and Dr Liz has yet to use their preferred name once. In this day in age, it’s alarming that there isn’t more processes in place to help all kids feel comfortable in their own skin at the office.

Fantastic experience: The first time we went there for our daughter's check-up we felt like a royal family. Everyone, literally every person that works there is so polite, sweet, and most important they will give you the correct information, and make a schedule with a reasonable date. Fantastic experience: Since moving to the Richmond area about 2 years ago I have brought all of my kids here. They are so beyond amazing and great to work with! Even my daughter that was terrified of the dentist before is now always excited to find out she has an appointment. I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. Thank you all for all that you do!

Fantastic experience: Amazing hands down the best place to take your kids ! I never went to a dentistry that allowed you to sit with your child and watch everything they do ! The assistants and the whole staff they were very caring and assertive towards me and my son.they showed him allot of things and talked with him through everything. Dr. Jasmine was very kind and very thorough on allot of specific details on what was best for my son being this was his first time coming to a dentist. The way the doctor explained everything about what they do for kids when it comes to major things with their teeth was WOW. I never had that growing up and I hope other dentistry’s do this. Everyone was so positive and it was a great atmosphere. Any questions you have they are very on point, I had such a great first experience better than my dental place I went too as a kid and that says allot I would deffinately recommend this place !!!

When you arrive and check in your wait time is little to none before you’re called to the back. Fantastic experience: Thank you to the entire team and to Dr. William O. Dahlke for being so patient and kind, esp with the littlest patients! He performed the dental surgery of my 6-year-old son very well and far beyond our expectations. I was very anxious and afraid before the surgery, but to my surprise my son did not encounter any bleeding or anything to worry about after the surgery. The doctor and his whole team are excellent. Thanks for your hard work! Again special thanks to the St. Mary's Hospital registration, pre-opretion, Anesthesia team، recovery team and all the nurses. Thank you Dr. Dahlke, you are great!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Daulky is very good with our children and we appreciate him and the staff . From the moment we walk into the building we are welcomed by a clean environment, delightful staff wearing mask for safety and a space for our children to play in the waiting area . Our children ages range between toddler and adolescent and they enjoy their visit . Did we mention that we can still see and hear the smile in everyone’s voices as they greeted and served us?! Staff that helped us so far this year include : Courtney , Elizabeth , and Dr. Daulky . See you in six months for our next scheduled appointment

Positive experience: We really love the dentistry practice but the Orthodontic practice has taken a turn for the worse since Dr. Wiltshire retired. My son has had a new orthodontist for months and I have no idea who he is because he’s never talked to me. A couple of the people who do come out after the appointment to talk to me get annoyed if I ask any questions. And i get short clipped answers while they are walking away. There doesn’t seem to be any plan or timeline for my son’s braces he’s had on for over 2 years. I get a different story every appointment. My daughter needs braces and as convenient as it is to just go to one practice I am looking into other orthodontic practices in the area. Braces cost thousands of dollars and take a long time and I can’t think of a good reason right now to go through this experience again.

Fantastic experience: Such a great visit with Dr. Dahlke and Salena. My daughter was super apprehensive about her appointment, but they put her at ease and now she is super excited to be returning in 6 months (she even asked if she could go back monthly)!! Thanks you from the front staff to the clinical staff for such a wonderful experience that far exceeded our last dental appointment at another dentist office.

Fantastic experience: Our children are always excited to visit with Dr Eddleton and staff!! All 3 children had X-rays, cleanings and our 6 year old had her first two teeth pulled all in one visit. Fantastic experience: Dr. Ray and all of the Dental assistants at Richmond pediatric dentistry are AMAZING! We have a large family and we are always able to get them scheduled on the same day and around the same time… the staff are patient and kind and work thoroughly and quickly with each of my children, they answer all of my questions and meet my concerns and my children we questions with explanations that are informative, educational and not in a way that makes us feel Less than! This facility and Dr Ray will be our favorite forever and we never plan to leave and have been plotting on ways to keep our growing children under her care for as long as possible! This is the most amazing experience we’ve had in Virginia so far! Thank you Dr. Ray and team! You’re the BEST!

Even the waiting area has lots of things for children to do as they wait. In my case my child has some anxiety when we go to the dentist but when we come here the atmosphere seems to take most of that away. To top it all off the children always leave with a little good bag for their teeth. A very nice way of saying thanks for coming and encouraging children to take good care of their teeth

Fantastic experience: We absolutely LOVE RPDO! The entire staff is incredibly friendly, the office is updated and always clean, and the care provided is always of the highest caliber. Coming from another area pediatric dentistry, we have been so pleased!

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my 4 kids here for years now. We have never had a bad time here! I finally visited the short pump location last week. It's waiting room is a quarter the size as the gaskins location. Same people working. Same younger male Dentist. He is great. Nice guy calm when speaking and working on my kids. My daughter is very nervous about being at any doctor but he asks her things and shows her tools before using them once is all it took and she has been great ever since! Nurses all are wonderful sweetest ladies! I go in with 2 kids at a time. Infact now my oldest aged out hes 18 but my three others will continue to be seen. Starting next appt will have all three at once! But had always used two chairs working on two kids at a time before. So we had two nurses always each appt. I adore all those nurses ive ever met. I personally never have liked the dentist ....i wish they took adults! During covid they stopped seeing older kids only kept kids under 10 on the schd for while. So my older two boys had to see another dentist aka mine all last year anan the year before... finally this last appt i asked if we could get them back on the schedule. the nurse spun around looked up appts an i then asked since both kids are older teens what happens...she said unfortunately we cant see your 18 yr old but we can your 15 yr old. so i said deal! one is better then none! i am very sad about it but i get it! ... oh the place is also super clean! esp this short pump place very new! but even the gaskins one was very clean....they wipe the chairs down with clorox wipes as soon as my kids stood up it was all dismantled down all the lights have stickers on handles...they were all pulled off all the tools used were tossed out or taken away to be cleaned....everything they touched was all wiped down... New stickers an covers places over things... Ready for the next person...then asked if i wanted to make new appts!... They also gave my kids bags with tooth brush ,paste,floss in it... Dentist also shows me xrays and explains what he sees an thinks. He is very understanding and genuine nice guy! Also made me feel better when i was upset that my youngest of four was the first one to need work done. Not just on one but two teeth! I felt like i failed as a parent! Two are teenagers never once had anything wrong not on baby or adult teeth! I was like how!? Am i slacking here!? He was like no not at all assured me these things happen sometimes its just how our teeth are. Explaining a bunch to me. I felt much better. I also felt like he would handle this work for my child well. Explained what will happen. Since i opted for my child to be in a twilight sleep. Since there was NO way they could do work safely awake without a fight! Which would only be more upsetting not only to my kid but im sure everyone working on my kids teeth! Plus it could make things worse. Or not come out the way it needs too. I was assured that their are several people in the room one for a different need of my child. One nurse to watch her breathing ,one dentist doing the work,one nurse helping the dentist, another nurse to deal with extra things including coming out to let me know what was going on! Was a much easier experience for not just me her too... ... ... Def would recommend your kid here... Even if they are scared! They are so caring an dedicated to those kids! They make it fun to be there and go slow an show the kids the tools ...even let my younger kids put there finger out for them to put the electric brush on it to feel it...made my kid that was crying about going in there ... That sat in the chair with arms folded... To laughing saying oh that just tickles!? Nurse then got my kid to lay back with a big open mouth! No issues since! They take the scary parts away by showing them what they are doing! Instead just going at their face with loud tools!

Fantastic experience: My 3 1/2 week old had a lip, tongue, and buccal tie release done by Dr. Liz per recommendation form The Center for Speech and Swallowing. Every staff member we interacted with took great care to make sure I was informed, taken care of, and had everything I needed - not only for the surgery, but even down to lending me a boppy to use during nursing when the procedure was finished. The procedure was successful and our follow up visits have proven good healing as we continue to follow Dr. Liz’s instructions for recovery. My infant’s latch and efficiency in nursing has improved greatly!

Fantastic experience: We have been to both Dr. Miller and Dr. Ray. I cannot speak highly enough of these two professionals! My child has extreme anxiety in clinical settings. This practice has gone above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and make sure she gets the care she needs. They are miracle workers and I cannot thank Richmond Pediatric Dentistry enough!

Fantastic experience: Best pediatric dentist ever! I have 4 kids that have seen them. One has severe anxiety/PTSD with doctors. They always handle her with ease. Dentists are very professional, personalable and great with kids. All of the front office staff are amazing and have been very accommodating. Absolutely love them and highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: There are not enough good things to say about this amazing practice! We drive over an hour each way because the staff and dentists are so fantastic! Due to a bad experience at another practice our daughter has terrible anxiety about dental work. Dr. Dahlke and his staff are great with the kids AND the parents. We will always make the drive for the benefit of making things easier on us all.

Fantastic experience: The office staff, assistants and Dr. Ray are excellent. I've been taking my kids to Dr. Ray for 10+ years. She's as good as it gets! I've been going to this particular office for about 4 years, and it's always a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Liz Miller and the hygienist we saw (Elizabeth) were amazing with my son!! They spent time with him to make his first official dental check up successful. They are all so knowledgeable, patient and kind.

Fantastic experience: Today was my two year olds first visit to the dentist. I was very apprehensive about taking him. He had a blast! The staff was so friendly. Our dentist was amazing! She made it very fun and engaging.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dahlke and the whole staff were very welcoming and made our little guy feel super comfortable at his first cleaning! He was excited to get a balloon animal and stickers and a new toothbrush! The new short pump office is awesome. We had a wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience: We love the dentist! My toddler has never once cried and has enjoyed everyone from the front desk to the dentist. Always welcoming and clean. Wonderful diverse practice with the nicest staff!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff! They explained everything in detail and addressed any concerns we had. Service was seamless, wait time wasn’t long and overall had a great experience. This was the third orthodontist I took my son to because I wasn’t comfortable with the course of action provided by the first two and the treatment plan they suggested made the most sense. The doctor was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience with Dr. Liz (Dr. Miller). She was able to fit us into her busy schedule at last minute to address our newborn’s multiple lip and tongue ties. Took lots of time pre and post-op to explain procedure and after care as well. She has personal experience with treating tongue ties from both of her children. Very compassionate.

Fantastic experience: By far the BEST dentist office my 12 year old has experienced. The office is always clean. The staff are always pleasant and patient with both of my daughters. Dr. Eddleton is absolutely amazing, I am sure the other dentists are just as great. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so friendly and made both me and my kids feel super at ease. They were wonderful with making it a good first visit and not pushing my 22 month old beyond his limits. Dr D was nice and flexible with the kids- could not have been a better visit!

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, my son is only 2 and he just has his second visit with Dr.Dahlke ! We love him & his staff. My son is comfortable there & loves that he gets to leave with a bag of goodies & usually a balloon :)

Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience for my daughter! This was her first visit to the dentist and she absolutely loved it. Everyone was very kind. They made sure to explain everything that was happening prior to beginning. They let my daughter touch the tools to show her they weren’t scary and made her feel very comfortable the entire time. Definitely will recommend to friends/family with children!

Fantastic experience: My daughter is 2 and this was her very first dentist appointment. All the staff was so so sweet and gentel! She had a great time! Considering I have an extreme fear of dentists myself I was scared that she would have the same fear but she did awesome! Wish I could go here myself!!
