She explained everything to us clearly and answered any questions we had, and she very easy to talk to and eased Binh’s nervousness about his appointment. Next we were helped by Elena. She helped installed Binh’s braces and it was a quick in and out. She was very helpful and explained everything well to help us feel confident with the care and general upkeep. Fantastic experience: My daughter had an appointment on Tuesday, July 15. Lay was the technician and she was great. She gave very detailed information about my daughter’s further treatment. She showed us an easier method to insert the rubber bands that my daughter needs to use. She also helped with scheduling future appointments. I actual was not clear about how many appointments my daughter should have in a year. I was unaware that the standard is bi-monthly visits. I did not know this and felt as is I had missed out on proper treatment and thus wasted money. I am grateful that Lay shared with me the treatment plan more thoroughly. Also, she advised about better brushing around the gum line to prevent future problems with the hooks for the bands. I am much more vigilant with how my daughter’s toothbrushing. Kay’s attention to patient care is commendable. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I love coming here. It’s always an in and out of visit never more than 30mins. At first coming here I had an okay visit but after having Rosie for the first time I found my favorite tech that I always request for her every appointment. She’s very patient and sweet. She takes her time, asks me about comfort level when doing my braces, and just overall has a bubbly personality. If you need to schedule an appointment and want to request for a tech please ask for Rosie she’s the best

Negative experience: I’ve spent a lot of time and money at this dental office, and unfortunately, the experience has been incredibly frustrating. While I do want to say that I really like the doctor — they’re skilled and professional — the rest of the experience, especially dealing with the office manager Ana, has been a nightmare. Ana has been rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful every time I’ve had to deal with her. There’s absolutely no regard for patient care or basic customer service. To make things worse, they managed to mess up my dental impression not once, not twice, but three times — which wasted my time and delayed my treatment significantly. It’s really disappointing, because the doctor deserves better support from their team. I expected more from a place where I’ve invested so much, both financially and personally. Unless the management changes, I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone
