Negative experience: Just a little update a year later! I just went to the dentist and had several X-rays and scans. My dentist showed me an X-ray of the tooth that I had work done at Best Dental. It was done incorrectly and there is a small gap at the very top. It’s a point of entry for bacteria and I will have to get 3D imaging and treatment at a endodontist. The total will be $800 and I have to go back to the Dentist the same day to be fitted for a completely new crown. I’m sure is going to be several hundred dollars. What was already a nightmare has turned into absolutely freaking disaster. I shouldn’t have to spend this much money on something that should have been RIGHT the first time. I’ll start off with the Dentist was nice but I will never go here again. I came here for an emergency appointment. I understood this was already a difficult situation. What they initially wanted to charge me was $1300 for a front tooth root canal and crown. That’s way higher than average. My temporary crown was awful. Looked terrible, it was very thin and sharp. I was praying my permanent would be nothing like it and thankfully it wasn’t. I think I’m most unhappy with the work done on the tooth that wasn’t even broken. They drilled part of it on accident when working on the tooth next to it and when they put they put the permanent crown on the tooth next to it you could see a gap in the middle. First, I was brushed off then taken seriously. They did fix it, pls more. I have tooth filling on the back side where the drill part was put they also put it on the front side. The entire filling was done terribly. They didn’t buff/polish it. Just feels like rough putty on my tooth and this tooth wasn’t even supposed to have work done. The crown was drilled at the bottom to match and it wasn’t buffed/polished, just feels like a jagged sharp edge and I was told it will go way with brushing. So we will see. Would not recommend this place but again, the dentist was nice!

Everyone is so kind and were great in dealing with my medical condition. They found time to see me when an issue arose and they got me out of pain quick! I’ve had extractions, root canals, caps, fillings and implants done here, and I am so thankful that I found them when I did. Less than a year later and I am done! Wearing this smile with pride! Ps The whitening treatment is so worth it!

Helen (Dental Assistant) Helen deserves her own dental practice—she’s that good. Patient, personable, and deeply knowledgeable, she made my temporary bridge with such precision and care that it was flawless. I never felt rushed. She connects with patients on a personal level and advocates for their comfort and needs. She’s the kind of person who makes you feel truly seen. Dr. Jasmine (Dentist) After countless hours of research, consultations, and even using AI to compare options, I found Dr. Jasmine—and she’s a gem. She knows her craft inside and out (I had so many questions from my research and she was prepared). Her explanations are thorough yet easy to understand, even for someone without a medical background. Her bedside manner is unmatched: she’s warm, funny, and genuinely cares about your comfort. She brought me a blanket, encouraged me to step outside to see how the bridge looked in natural light, and even sent it back because she didn’t think it matched—despite me thinking it was fine! That kind of honesty and dedication is rare. She doesn’t push unnecessary procedures and treats every patient with respect and integrity. Final Thoughts: You might think the name of this dental office sounds a bit too bold—but trust me, they live up to it. This is hands-down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I had fun, my wallet didn’t suffer, my teeth look amazing, and the entire team feels like family now. I appreciate every single person I encountered there. Nobody else is allowed to work on my mouth but you, babes

Fantastic experience: I recently had my wisdom teeth removed here, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I came in nervous and ended up having a mini anxiety attack, but the dentist and team were so calm, patient, and reassuring the whole time. They talked me through each step, made sure I felt safe, and gave me time to breathe when I needed it. Thanks to their kindness and skill, I was able to get through the entire procedure with just local anesthesia, something I never thought I could do. I left feeling genuinely cared for, and I’m so grateful for the professionalism and compassion they showed. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Naderi is exceptionally informative and takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. He and his team created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere during the removal of two erupted teeth and a wisdom tooth. I’m now in the process of receiving dental implants for the extracted teeth, and I’m very pleased with how smooth and reassuring the experience has been so far.

Fantastic experience: Upper wisdom teeth are known for being wayyy easier but even with that said this establishment was incredible experience from scheduling to aftercare. The entire process from check in, to X-rays, to removal, to payment took 30 minutes. By no means does that indicate it will be that way for every case but I felt very cared for and safe every step of the way. Thank you for everything

Negative experience: I was disappointed with the billing and refund process at this dental office. They charged me for treatments that were not performed and promised a full refund that has been delayed. My insurance already covered the full amount allowed under their in-network provider agreement, yet I was billed extra fees beyond what the insurance permits. This clearly violates their contractual obligations as an in-network provider. Although they refunded part of the amount, the issue is not fully resolved. I hope the office improves their billing transparency and customer service.

Fantastic experience: With dental expenses exceeding medical expenses in my retirement years, I appreciate getting top tier doctors at more affordable prices. I have been going here for years now and expect all my future dental work at Best Dental. (3-17=25). It is still the BEST treatment at the best prices.,

An hour after the scheduled appointment, they still hadn’t started the cleaning. I highly doubt all these positive reviews are genuine, given such poor customer service.

Fantastic experience: Great husband wife team and office personnel. Had tooth extracted upper right last rear molar after many months of putting it off kept getting conflicting opinions from various dentists. Dr Naderi was the 3rd opinion she advise me to just do a extraction instead of root cost me $124:with my insurance . Mr Naderi did the extraction very quick and professional not much discomfort. Went with it. Glad I did, load off my mind, will comeback and do implant later.

Fantastic experience: I was very anxious and nervous before my visit because I needed to have two impacted wisdom teeth removed. However, the staff here were incredibly patient and kind, which helped ease my worries. The doctor was fast and skilled — the extraction process was smooth and I didn’t feel any discomfort at all during the procedure. Even after the anesthesia wore off, I only felt mild discomfort for a few hours. I had no pain in the following days and recovered very well. I don’t have dental insurance, but the price here was affordable and reasonable. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked into the building I felt at home. I was greeted with a warm welcome, all the fear and anxiety went away. It didn’t smell like a dental office, it smells like a flower garden with peace and quiet. Everyone was very professional and caring, they know me by name. This is what I felt when I walked in, sitting in the chair I was relaxed and not nervous. Hearing doctors J voice was soothing, very mother/sister like. Be sure to stop by and make an appointment with Doctor J. She takes away the fear of going to the doctors.

I had a complex dental issue that required various treatments, including extractions and orthodontic care. My experience here was truly remarkable, and I am thrilled with my new smile!

Fantastic experience: I traveled from OK to see these guys because the reviews were good and I was traumatized by my last dentist. Additionally everywhere in my area wanted to charge me $2k+ to remove my 3 wisdom teeth. These guys got them out in less than an hour (The first 2 came out in seconds) I didn’t feel a thing and when he got to the third tooth he managed my pain well. I only used local anesthesia. My last dentist did some crowns and fillings with local anesthesia and he just aimlessly gave me painful shots everywhere in my mouth and it still hurt. I feel like this dentist was more precise. I had way less shots and way less pain. I wish I lived here so I could go back for any other work I may need. From the front to the assistants and dentist himself (very comforting), they were all very nice and the after care is extensive with printed instructions, a bag of supplies, and texted instructions. Arrived at 4 was done by 4:45 and immediately picked up my RX across the street by 5. 10/10 from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: I had a pretty bad infection in one of my molars the other day and needed a dental appointment asap. I found best dental online and asked them if I could come there and they said yes. When I arrived they were clearly very busy but that didn’t stop them from squeezing me a spot, which was honestly really touching. Their service was obviously great from both the doctors and their prices are more affordable than ever, but yes even though my insurance had covered the extraction, if it hadn’t it still wouldn’t have been a significant expense compared to all of the other dental offices I’ve been to, like seriously their prices are amazingly low. I hope to not be back but if I ever have another dental problem I sure know what office I’ll be going to!

Fantastic experience: I’ve put off the dentist for 12 years. Have paid for dental insurance for 15. And refused to use it due to a terrible experience I had as a child. Dr. Naderi has officially changed this for me. I came in last week for an appointment to see what could be done to give me a smile again. I didn’t feel like I was in a sales office right off the bat. The reviews I read that were negative due to the front office staff which the moment I walked it were negated. Helen and Kaleigh were so nice, got me checked in, and walked back to my appointment early. Dr Naderi, asked what she could do for me. I told her I wanted to smile again. And then offered what she thought was the best steps to fix my smile. And what stages to do it in, so I could afford it. Fast forward to today, I get in to the office, met the same way kindly by the front of house staff: Dr Naderi and Randal worked on me today, made me feel extremely at ease and comfortable! Asking me about pain every step of the way. Would recommend this office to anyone who wants quality work by quality humans who truly care!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely LOVE Best Dental/Wisdom Teeth Factory. My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed fast and efficient. There were no issues after and had to come back for possible root canal and even that process has been amazing. The dentist is friendly and informative and treats conservatively which I like especially for teens. Saying goodbye to Lovett Dental for good…Best Dental is truly the best and I make an hour drive each way! Everyone is just terrific.

Two years ago I took my son here to have a wisdom tooth removed because our former dentist found it too complicated. Dr. Sonny took one look and the tooth was out like a bad baseball player. Fantastic experience: AMAZING!! Just got my wisdom tooth removed a few days ago & seriously, if you need your wisdom teeth removed—come here! I was so scared since I had never had anything more than a teeth cleaning, so I had no idea what to expect. I opted for local anesthesia because I didn’t want to be put to sleep. I even asked if I could put my headphones in to drown out the noise and I got 17 seconds into a song, and the tooth was already out. Didn’t even need the music & didn’t feel a thing! Dr. S was so fast that it took him longer to tell me he was done than to actually pull the tooth !! On top of that, the healing process has been so smooth. If you’re nervous about getting a tooth pulled, come see Dr. S.

Negative experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Jasmine Naderi for years and have always appreciated the professionalism and positive care from her and her team. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. A new deposit requirement was introduced, which I completely understand and respect. However, I was informed of this change in an unprofessional and disorganized manner—via a phone call seven days after my treatment—rather than during my visit. Being asked to make a payment over the phone for something that could have been handled in person is both inconvenient and unacceptable. When I voiced my concerns about this lack of communication, as well as issues with my last treatment, I was dismissed via text message rather than receiving the courtesy of a phone call. After years as a loyal patient, this treatment was both unprofessional and unacceptable. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, and I will be advising those I previously referred to seek care elsewhere.”

Fantastic experience: Today I had to go into Best Dental for a crown. My dentist was Dr. Jasmine. She did an awesome job of explaining what she was doing and went above and beyond to make it as comfortable as possible for me. Her assistant Rendal was also very professional and together they made an awesome team. I only recently moved over to this dental practice, although I had previously done two implants with Dr. Sonny. It is a super dental office.

To add to that note, the amount of hospitality this place provides is impressive, for example my son was shivering during a treatment and they had a blanket in reach upon patient request!

Fantastic experience: This is the greatest off all time , ( goat) dental establishment I've EVER used. And believe me I've been to plenty! So friendly and such a downhome feeling here. The prices are out of this world! You won't believe your eyes when its time to pay!] It's quite a drive for me but I saved $6000.00. And my neighbor saved $7000.00! Quality of work is unbeatable.
