Fantastic experience: Had a good experience getting dental treatment at Mundo dentistry. Friendly staff, easy to get appointment at the earliest and very flexible with scheduling. Whitney and Michelle were awesome with my teeth cleaning. Doctors and front office staff is good too. I highly recommend this Dental office.

The pain was terrible call back to the dental office, was supposed they were call me back, I’m waiting for the call back. I went to check reviews on Internet, and this office has , poor rate, many reviewers are not happy with the quality of service. I hope they take care of the many patients are not happy We been patients for more than five years but my husband and I are seriously think to find another dental office.

Negative experience: I visited this dental clinic with my wife, and we were extremely disappointed by their dishonest sales tactics. The dentist aggressively promoted treatments that our insurance clearly does not cover, without clearly disclosing this information upfront. As a result, my wife was stuck with unexpected out-of-pocket expenses she simply could not afford. We felt misled and taken advantage of. I strongly advise anyone considering this practice to be very cautious and double-check what your insurance will actually cover before agreeing to any procedures.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rojas is fantastic. She helped me resolve a problem I had with another dentist. She has delightful bedside manner. She is trustworthy and provides clear explanations. I have been seeing her for awhile.

Negative experience: False advertising they wanted to do all kinds of unnecessary work I just needed a small cosmetic partial and they try to sell me on $8000 worth of unnecessary dental procedures. And wanted 4k up front! They wouldn't even clean my teeth!!!! I would not recommend at all.

Negative experience: This is too Expensive $$$$$ . My Met Life Dental Insurance doesn’t want cover at all. Remove your Wisdom teeth costs 678. Insurance cover $78 Plus $336 ( bonecraft) procedure, no cover Insurance… Almost all togather $936 I went with my pain and came out with my pain in gums.

Negative experience: I'd like to give negative stars. This place is extremely crooked. I spent over 10k in just 1 year. Not to mention the money in previous years. I had a huge issue with them saying I haven't paid on services I prepaid. The only reason I even came back was due to the relationship I had built with my dentist. Dr. Blake. I go in today for a cleaning and x rays, that I had purchased their yearly plan to cover. For them to say oh we don't see that. No worries I have my insurance. I was also told that the 10k I spent included a night guard. For the protection of my investment. To which I was supposed to get a call and set up an appt. to come back for. I ask today and we don't see that. It'll be 500. Of course the front desk person and the dentist no longer are at this practice. Beware of this practice, the do not hold true to what is promised to their patients. I will never return and hope this review saves someone from losing their money as well

Negative experience: This used to be a great practice until it was bought out, the new corporate owners manage it very poorly. Employee turnover is through the roof (completely different staff every time I’ve been there, even the dentists don’t stay long), the front desk staff is always rude, they never answer the phone or call back when you leave your information, and somehow you always have to reschedule appointments you made months ago. No one likes going to the dentist and they do whatever they can to make the experience even more difficult. The great reviews you see are people lying because they give random prizes to 5 star reviewers as a way to increase their star rating without actually providing good service.

Negative experience: I am doing my best to find a better place than Mundo Dentistry. I used to be a patient here, and Mundo Dentistry failed to communicate the appointments for me and it is a waste of time/money. They canceled my appointments at the very last minute without any notification or at least a call. I drove 43min to get here, and the front desk lady said that they don't have any appointments under my name and they want to reschedule for next Saturday. She said you never confirm the appointment, and I asked her to prove me that with any documentation, either phone call logs or text messages and she didn't even pay attention, instead I called them days before and today and they never reply phone calls. Besides that, they failed to calculate the bills and the out of pocket money. Anytime I came here, I pay extra or higher and when the work was done, they said "oh your out of pocket money was less, but we are putting that money as a credit" why they are playing so much? I am pretty sure there are better facilities and I hope the same experiences that I got here won't hurt you in the future, that's why I won't recommend this place to anyone!

Positive experience: I don’t really want to put the stars here. I just want to bring attention to the owner and management team of this practice. It used to be a really good and friendly practice especially when Dr. Howell was still present. Dr. Howell would go above and beyond to provide patients with the best solutions to improve their dental health and avoid big expenses. Somehow this practice has a lot of turnovers from doctors to hygienists and office employees. I would see a new one every time I come in. The office employees now are much less friendly (or much ruder) and not as helpful. The practice was shut down for weeks, not sure why. My whole family go here and we don’t know who we will see every time from doctor to hygienist. I feel less confident about the practice and Dr. Howell please be more present to tidy things up and put things back to their places.

Fantastic experience: The absolute best! My hygienist heard all of my individual concerns and listened/adjusted immediately and with confidence. Excellent conversation and “chair side manner” and cannot say enough positive feedback about Dr. Blake.

Negative experience: I was trying to make an appointment to be a new patient, unfortunately the receptionist was very rude. I asked her if I can bring my x rays from another dentist, she said that their policy is to get them done in the office and she said goodbye, she hung up on me without let me explain anything. I'm glad this happened before going there.

Negative experience: The office is corporate owned not by dentists. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Scheduled appointment online , show up no appointment. Rescheduled and again was told no appointment although I got a confirmation reminder and reminder call. Dentist after X-rays and exam wanted to remove teeth without any replacement and wanted to do thousand of dollars of work, none that my previous dentist recommended. Did my cleanings and I am done with them. Hygienest are great but staff caters to Latin population by speaking Spanish and playing Latin music. Funny thing is after I complained, the music selection changed?!

Fantastic experience: Wish I could give more stars! I was in so much pain and needed a root canal from a cavity that had been missed by my usual dentist. Dr. Bishop was amazing and I left there with no pain at all! This was my first root canal and the staff at Mundo was just all around great in taking care of me! I can’t thank them enough!!

Negative experience: After filling out all forms and scheduling new patient appointment for my daughter I had a need to change it. When I called in, I was immediately put on hold for 15 minutes. When the person got back with me they said I booked an appointment for Botox? I was like no I booked a new patient for dental and Orthodontix. Then she indicated I had to fill out all the forms because none of them came through. The dentists may be fine, but I will never know. The staff is very incompetent, and the online system is a joke!

Negative experience: My husband had a bad experience with this place, he went to have his teeth fixed and every time he went to this place he came out feeling sensitive and in a lot of pain. They never looked for a solution to the problem. They are not 100% responsible for the work they do. My husband went about five times and every time he went they changed doctors, he asked about the doctor who had done his work and they said no, he no longer works here, in the end my husband had to look for professional and experienced people and He ended up spending double what he had planned, I don't recommend it at all.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at this dental office. The atmosphere was dull, and the team gave off an unwelcoming vibe, which made me uncomfortable. Additionally, I was scammed out of $99, which I was told was free. And when I filled out my new patient form, I was told that my insurance was in their network, but later, I found out it wasn't. I only went there because my regular dentist had no appointments available, but I regret the decision. Luckily, As soon as I got back home, I received a call from my original dentistry offering me an appointment the next day. I'm so glad that I don't have to go back to this horrific place again.

Negative experience: Because see we’re 10 min late they decided not to see my daughter after we had to wait 7 min. Also , if you have a name that doesn’t sound American they will assume you are Hispanic and they will call and speak in Spanish with you. Also , their doctor looked not very well put together.

Negative experience: This can't even be considered a real business, on the phone with the assistant she assumed I was hispanic due to my name and started speaking Spanish to me which I do not understand, we were also 9min on the clock late due to traffic and they refused to see us, the doctor was just sitting in the back doing nothing just talking to his coworkers refusing to do his job. They should not be paid a salary for not doing anything. Besides that I had to leave school for this risking my own education for someone people that don’t even care about their patients

Fantastic experience: Undoubtedly the best dental-related experience i’ve ever had. I had a wonderful visit to Mundo Dentistry on 10/02 for my tooth extraction. The care I received from Doctor Rojas was exceptional, she is incredibly talented, she was professional and caring as well as her assistant. I'm very sensitive to pain and I had reservations about the procedure because my tooth was partially broken. Dr. Rojas did an exceptional job not only the procedure was painless but the way she handled everything was impressive. Thank you so very much Dr. Rojas!

Fantastic experience: I'm normally petrified of the dentist. As soon as I called them I felt a lot better. When I arrived everyone was very welcoming. I was checked in by Fran and he was awesome! My dentist was Dr. Blakeney. She helped me come up with a game plan to fix my issues but was fortunate enough to be able to come in the next day to fix my front tooth which I cracked. She did amazing, calmed my nerves and helped me get back to my smile. I can't be more grateful. Thank you Mundo dentistry for helping me so fast!!!

Negative experience: Was a great place, most of staff has been turned over. Every time I go, it's different people. The dental hygienists have been the highlight of this place thank you past ones! Called in to explain my new insurance, had an appointment next week. Not enough over the phone ok, in person they wanted more personal information for their own needs to pursue nonpaying customers if needed. My insurance was not processed and appointment not rescheduled, instead I was told at the office I needed to pay upfront. This is simple discourtesy and unprofessionalism and I don't renegotiate for a cosmetic service like this. Not going to get into it but I have years of no payment issues with this office and due to their own issues they implemented requirements of highly personal information without providing any security details of how it will be protected -- the request was denied immediately. Will not be going here again nor recommend to colleagues and friends, one year they also skipped a entire year of X-rays just saying oh next time we'll do it, your teeth look fine (this visit was the 1+ year mark) and a red flag. To you 'doctors of dental science' don't ever assume things look fine when you have the SOP, equipment, and the insurance info to perform duties like X-rays and get reimbursed, this is negligence. We all remained cordial and polite and there are no ill feelings. However this is no professional dental office and is not deserving of a good customer like me. The rest of you decide for yourselves.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Mundo dentistry. I am not a fan of having my teeth cleaned or the dentist period. I have a slight fear of being in that chair. Dr. Blake was amazing she was gentle and made me feel very comfortable! Usually I think dentist numb you so much that you are still numb hours later. This was not my experience at all! The hygienist who did my cleaning was also very gentle and checked in with me several times to make sure I was okay! Front desk staff was professional and pleasant! All and all a great experience for someone that strongly dislikes going to the dentist!

Positive experience: Pleasantly surprised by the wonderful visit. Front desk staff was welcoming. Dental person that took my super cool 3d x-rays was very nice. Dr. B was super cool! Didn't feel like I was on a time clock with her and she spent the time going over a proper treatment plan; explained in detail what issues I had and helped me make comfortable decisions. The nice lady who reviewed our billing and future treatment plan with pre-approvals was fantastic! I hope each visit is just as good if not better. Whole person care is what I would say!!! Update: A little frustration due to maybe communication issues. When we checked out last week, we spoke to a billing person who noted that they would submit pre-approvals for dental services we are wanting. It was our understanding that it would take a couple days to go through both of our insurances. We emphasized how we wanted to get ALL these dental services done by end of year due to our FSA account. I spoke to a gentleman today who said that the pre-approvals could take at least a month; and there's a good chance that we wouldn't be able to get any of these pre-approvals with services completed by the end of the year. I hope I wasn't told the info initially just to stay with this/these providers; and not shop for one that could get the job done within our requested/required timeframe. I changed from 5 to 4 stars...

Fantastic experience: Annual follow up appointed went amazing. Ethical, highly skilled to say the least!This is my 3rd time at Mundo dentistry and a great experience as always. This time, I had the best experience with treatment by Dr. Howell. He rendered a thorough examination and offered the most reasonable remedy for my cavity fillings and crown application. He was very honest about the treatment needed. Integrity in dentistry is rare these days and Dr. Howell certainly embodies that. I will be back in 6 months for my cleaning and semi annual examination. I highly recommend this practice as a whole, especially doctor Howell!

Fantastic experience: I came in last week because my tooth had been KILLING me. My appointment was initially scheduled for Wednesday, but I called Monday morning and they were able to see me later on Monday afternoon instead. Once the X-rays were taken and the issue was identified, Dr Blakeney Sitton immediately said, “Here are your options…let’s get you that relief that you need TODAY!!” She and her staff did just that. I chose to do the extraction. Dr Sitton is very personable throughout the entire process. I was very anxious going in, but without trying to, she relaxed me SO much. My roots were very deep and she did an INCREDIBLE job of keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Her DA (I can’t remember her name) was also very gentle and informative throughout the entire appointment. Even the owner of the establishment came in to assist and he too was incredible to work with. Dr Blakeney’s follow-up the next day was different than other follow-up phone call that I’ve ever received. I could both hear and feel the compassion in her voice as she checked on me. Thank you all so much for what you’ve done for me: I will definitely be recommending you all to as many people as I can!!
