Fantastic experience: Highly recommend coming here for your dental work! I hadn’t been to a dentist in far too long and was quite anxious about the extensive work I needed done, but the staff were all exceptional at helping me feel comfortable. Dr. C is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job with all of the work I needed done. Extremely happy I went here and will be sending my family and friends their way!

Fantastic experience: This is a great family friendly office. The staff are all welcoming and are always nice. I always seem to call for a last minute appointment and to my surprise, they are always booked up. But ironically, they always call me back within an hour and found a way to fit me in. I highly recommend RFD.

Fantastic experience: It's hard to find a dentist you can trust and won't push unnecessary procedures on to you, the Doctors at Rosharon are honest and have earned my trust! We travel far to see Dr. Veranunt and Dr. Cervantes they make each visit as pleasant as a dentist visit can get I've seen them both and they're both very professional. My cleanings here have also been thorough and quick! I'm sensitive to fluoride but the one they use here is great. They also offer same day crowns which is amazing my old spot I'd have to wait weeks. And very clean and modern facilities. All the workers here have been kind. Can't recommend Rosharon enough.

Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed with how Rosharon Family Dental handled my recent appointment issue. My family and I have been loyal patients since they opened in 2020, but unfortunately, that relationship has come to an end. Someone named Sam called me from their office to inform me I would be charged a $50 rescheduling fee because I had to miss an appointment due to an important doctor’s visit across town. I was never told about this fee amount when I made the appointment last week, nor did I sign anything agreeing to it. That type of policy and price should be clearly communicated to patients upfront. I was literally just there last week for my kids’ appointment. When I refused to pay a fee I never agreed to, the staff member told me my account would be made inactive. Shocked at this statement, I responded that if this is how they choose to do business, they can deactivate my husband’s and children’s accounts as well. The owners seem like a kind and genuine couple, so it’s unfortunate that their business is being affected by staff who are poorly trained and lack basic customer service skills. Because of how this was handled, Rosharon Family Dental has now lost four long-standing patients. After reading the owner's response, I want to be clear in my rebuttal: I was never presented with any new patient policy, never signed one, and this $50 rescheduling fee was never mentioned—not at my children's appointment and not at the time of booking. It’s now obvious that Sam, who clearly lacks basic customer service skills, was simply following your directive to aggressively pursue this fee and threaten to mark patients inactive if they refused to pay. The entire situation was off putting. If you claim you communicate the $50 fee then how about you also communicate that you will make patients accounts inactive as a result… let’s see how well that goes over with people if they read that detail upfront. You will have no commitments and people will find dental offices that are more flexible, which is very easy in this instance as we have several new ones in the area. This situation also reminded me of my very first red flag with your office—when you held onto a refund from my insurance company for months and told me you could keep it as a credit for future dental work. That’s not how this should work. Patients should be notified immediately when their insurance covers more than expected. I had to push back then too, and the male owner approached me as I was leaving, trying to explain and apologize. That’s why I’ve always insisted your office call the insurance company to get accurate estimates. In hindsight, I should’ve left after that experience but I extended Grace. And there are so many dental offices in this area. Happy to go elsewhere!

Fantastic experience: I’ve called this place twice needing fast assistance and they have answered the Call with speed and efficiency both times! I cracked an old filling one morning they got me in later that morning. After examining me they saw that I needed some other things fixed as well but my schedule that day was packed. In an effort to make sure I got everything I needed done before my insurance renewed they took me in TWICE in ONE DAY to do the work that needed to be done! They are awesome!

Fantastic experience: I’m the person that has fairly decent teeth. I didn’t go to the dentist as a child. As an adult I would go if there was a problem (pain). About 8 years ago I had a cavity, so I went to a dentist. The experience wasn’t great, but I’m not blaming the doctor. It just wasn’t good. Last Tuesday I went to Rosharon Family Dental, with a concern about my teeth/gums. I was referred by a friend. From the moment I walked through the door I knew this dentist office was different. Because I haven’t gone the dentist regularly, I felt a little anxious about my appointment (I didn’t know what to expect). I didn’t want a repeat of my 8 years ago experience. The Team at Rosharon Family Dental is amazing. They were informative, kind, understanding and ensured my comfort in the process. They explained each step of the process. I’m soooo thankful from this team of medical professionals. I can’t say enough about their kindness and hospitality. Dr. C is AWEsome and skilled. I’m no longer afraid of going to the dentist. I’ve already made my 6 month appointment and will continue to see my dentist every 6 months. That is a major change in my lifestyle, after 62 years. It’s never too late to get healthy.

The front desk staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and I waited no more than 5 minutes to be seen. The dental hygienist (Casandra) reviewed my X-rays and explained everything in detail. She was so sweet and made sure to check on my comfort throughout my visit. The dentist was super personable and answered my questions. I was impressed with the communication between the whole team! Fantastic experience: A very nice clinic and clean with new and advance equipment. Dr. Cervantes had my appointment a day earlier to address my tooth problems. Had wisdom tooth extracted and I was scared at first but Dr. Cervantes did a great job all the way with no pain to worry. He explain all option solution and all needed info I need prior. Staff was so helpful and kind. Valerie did a awesome job deep cleaning on my teeth with good explanation on what she is doing. to RFD. Highly recommend this place.

They do a very good job charting patient preferences so you receive customized service and accommodations.
