Fantastic experience: Brad Adams and his team do a wonderful job. They always try to make sure I am as comfortable as possible during my procedure. He and his team are kind and considerate about how I am feeling and "handle my teeth with care". I could not ask for better care. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I don’t usually post reviews but I wanted to for Dr Adams and Smith dentistry. First , The staff is always friendly and professional. Secondly, Dr Adams is personable, explains procedures well and overall a very talented and caring dentist. I am no fan of the dentist office but it makes it easier to go when there are nice people taking care of you. If you live in or around Goldsboro and need a dentist, I would highly recommend Dr. Adams.

Negative experience: Its a great place and staff is very friendly but their scheduling is very inconvenient. If they have to reschedule you it may 3 or months out before ypu can get back in.

Our family has experienced a couple of dental emergencies that required major attention and expertise and Dr.Adams and his staff fulfilled and exceeded any and all expectations. Fantastic experience: My visit was great beginning with my hygienist, Kari V. who remembers all my special needs without being reminded:) She is efficient but gentle; she takes opportunities to educate me on where I need to focus extra effort in flossing (due to some place in back molars). I always look forward to getting my teeth cleaned because Kari makes it such a pleasant experience. Dr. Bradley Adams did a thorough exam after my cleaning and mentioned a soft tissue area around my bridge for me to make sure I keep brushed and massaged well. Last, Ms. Teresa (always smiling and kind) at the front desk helped me with a receipt for my new insurance and reminded me that can call her if I needed anything else to file my first claim. I am thankful for feeling like I’m treated like family at Smith & Adams.

My favorite part about this practice is I never have to wait past my appointment time. I have been in the care of Dr. Adams for quite sometime and with his guidance my dental health has greatly improved. I need to have a pillow setup because of the titanium plates in my neck, she had it already in place for me and ensured it was properly placed for me. Fantastic experience: After having braces when I was younger, I had some of my teeth that had moved and shifted over the years. After talking to Dr. Adams about my concerns, he suggested that I go with Invisalign. I was a little unsure of the process and how I would adjust at first. Throughout the process, the staff was so knowledgeable and helped me with a smooth transition and answered all of my questions. This process was seamless and gave me the perfect smile that I have always wanted. I highly recommend Dr. Adams and his staff!

Fantastic experience: All around great! Dr. Pilkington is non judgmental, especially to me when I avoided the dentist for years. Had a root canal and a crown done the same day. Kind of surprised really, because I was referred to Carolina Endodontics for my last root canal and crown. Didn't know Dr. Pilkington did them. But I like this place.
