From the moment you check-in you will be treated with kindness & well taken care of. Miss Allie did my initial deep cleaning previously and she did my follow up cleaning today. Both times, she was gentle and thorough. She is very professional and such a kind soul. I’ve been experiencing unbearable pain in my teeth caused by my old fillings. Not only did Dr.V fix and replace my damaged fillings, he managed to remove everything that was causing me pain. My teeth look and feel better than ever. Such a wonderful group of people.

Negative experience: Not pleasd with finished product. Had to wait a month because dentist would be out that day. I was not at all satisfied with the gap between tooth and prosthetic ( bottom). The right side if mouth dentures are not even the rightside is higher. Makes it hard to eat. As for top two rear molders and I have a plate that horrible design. I wish that I was more aggressive and taken seriously tgst I just wanted a bridge that was stationary. Now I undetstand why staff kept saying denture. What's a pickle I have already paid thousands of dollars and will have to somewhere else to fix the problem.

Negative experience: These people said they accepted my insurance then charges me for cavities filing and the numbing medicine was $75after telling me the insurance will pay for it this place is a crook

Fantastic experience: I was really nervous but Eva helped me get enrolled as a first time patient and she got me an appointment same day for a checkup. My 3 year old daughter is already a patient here and always looks forward to coming to the dentist. ❤️

Negative experience: If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. This office is a complete disaster when it comes to professionalism, communication, and patient care. I’ve spent months trying to get my daughter in for a necessary dental procedure. Every time I called, I was told someone would call me back, which of course never happened. Finally I got the supervisor Daisy to TRY to schedule me in she said she would speak to the doctor about the treatment. She came back to the phone to tell me “The doctor isn’t comfortable doing the procedure in office and will require you to go to Houston for treatment” which is absolutely confusing to me because when we went in for her visit we were given the option of GA or oral sedation BOTH in office. Again confused Daisy notified, my option was only to go to Houston because that is what the doctor wanted. Thankfully I had my sister-in-law (who works for the corporation) step in and just further ask for management to reach out to me to explain why there was changes in my daughter’s treatment. The manager explain that “SOMEHOW” there was a mix up with which dentist my daughter should be seeing and that they asked the wrong doctor (Dr.V) which AGAIN confused me because why ask him if he isn’t my daughters dentist and why would he automatically decide to just refer us without ever seeing her? We went in that same day to be seen by Dr Bui (my daughters regular dentist) again he agreed to the options he had originally given me. That is when I scheduled for her appointment today. Fast forward to the day of the appointment (today), I had already paid half the cost of the procedure upfront and came prepared to pay the rest. My daughter was given the meds to drink, and were told to go sit back in the lobby for 30–45 minutes for the medicine to settle into her. We were taken back to start the procedure and just before she was about to receive nitrous gas. I happened to ask which doctor would be performing the treatment, only to be told it was Dr. V, the same dentist who had previously tried to refer my daughter out to Houston, despite never having seen her before. I refused for my daughter to be seen by a provider who had never seen her before and had also made a decision on how to treat her before ever having met her before. When I asked why he was now doing the procedure, I was told the original doctor (Dr. Bui) had quit suddenly just the week before. I also heard the manager Jael tell a patient over the phone that it was a sudden departure from the doctor which turns out it was a lie.Yet no one had the decency or professionalism to notify me that the doctor we scheduled with was no longer available. I asked to speak to a manager when I was in the back with the assistant. It took over 12 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me, and when the manager finally came out, all I got were excuses, blaming short staffing, upper management, and anyone but themselves. There were plenty of staff visibly working the front, so that excuse didn’t fly either. Then, to top it off, when I told them I was moving my daughter’s care elsewhere and requested a refund, they had the nerve to say I hadn’t paid anything, despite me having a receipt at home proving otherwise. No accountability. No empathy. No ownership. Just deflection and incompetence. If your child’s care matters to you, go somewhere else. This office is completely incapable of handling sensitive procedures or even basic communication. The trust is absolutely gone with this office and I’ll be telling everyone I know to steer clear.

Negative experience: Wait time was long 200 for brushing my son's teeth with a regular toothbrush taking X-rays at 3 and top of that I had a root canal done and they were suppose to schedule and never called me since January not coming here again will be looking for new dentist.

Got my son established in a breeze and even walked me thru how to switch his dental providers and gave me all information to give them and it literally took only 4 mins to Change it! *BONUS* Got us scheduled before school starts too!!! Fantastic experience: Have taken both my kids for cleanings, the staff is super nice doctors work fast. The Dent assistants make sure to explain everything to the kiddos and makes them feel more comfortable. Pricing is amazing and very affordable compared to anyone else around the area.

Negative experience: Didn’t appreciate the Dr my 7 yr old daughter had two small cavities she has to be put under to do any dental work work i told him this and he said we could try some oral stuff she said no and then he looked at the nurse and said don’t reschedule for anything except a 6 month old check up and we will see what happens then well cavities don’t just go away on their on so we won’t be going back

Fantastic experience: My 8 yr old grandson had four baby teeth removed this morning. The dentist was excellent with him. The dental assistant (D) was fantastic!! She talked with him and encouraged him through throughout the entire procedure. Could not have asked for a better experience thanks to both of them.

Negative experience: I came by the office 10 min before closing and the door was locked. I needed to make a payment for my grandmothers dentures that she needs to be able to eat a proper meal and was told after they decided to finally open the door that they couldn’t provide service because the manager was gone for the day. So the office isn’t able to take or process payments without a manager present? That doesn’t make any sense to me? Credit card machines can still process payments for what I’m aware of with or without the presence of a manager. It wasn’t after business hours so the credit card machined shouldn’t have been closed out. It was obvious these girls didn’t want to do their job. They were ready to leave and didn’t have any concern for patient care. I’m truly disappointed.

Fantastic experience: The dental assistants are always friendly and if they don’t know the answer to your questions they find out right away. Since the dentist is shared through the office it can be a bit of a wait to see one, but they are always patient with my kids and informative when it’s our turn. I have had dental horrors with one child when she was younger and for the past three years I have been pleased with Safarie Dental.

Negative experience: If 0 stars was an option that’s what I would put, my daughters appointment was at 2:30, there was only one other person waiting to be seen, we were both called back and within 10 minutes the first person left. I waited until 4 and finally left because I had not been seen. This place is getting out of hand every appointment we have has been a nightmare. I will be moving my kids to a different dentist.

Negative experience: So many girls working at front office I call about three times and all three calls you them pick up the phone and hang up I actually went in and called and none of them where on the phone they where busy chatting away so I walk out.

Fantastic experience: Well to start off I had to push back my appointment twice that morning due to transportation issues, and with no hesitation they worked with me even after still showing up late. The staff was incredibly nice and answered all my questions before I even asked them My 3 year old son came in for a bad toothache (broken tooth with infection) and they were gentle and fast. They very quickly set him up with a follow up appointment. Thank you for working with us to get my baby taken care of !!!

Fantastic experience: When I first moved here I was looking for a dentist that my autistic son and I could both go to so I could bring him in on my appointments to show examples of what would happen during some procedures if needed and they are very accommodating. I have also only had positive experiences with every single person that has helped us. At my son's last dentist it was rare when my son wasn't petrified and bawling his eyes out but after being a patient at Safari he has been able to sit through a whole visit without anxiety or tears. I cannot express how much I appreciate you all.

Negative experience: I didn’t want to leave 1 star, but I was very displeased with how my wisdom teeth removal process went. After going through all the xrays, appt setup, etc. I went in to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed, it happened and I was given an antibiotic, and ibuprofen, nothing for legitimate pain. My procedure was done on a Friday and even though their voicemail provided a number for emergencies, it does not work at all. You get the “the number you are trying to call is not in service” message. My mouth had continued to bleed profusely and I was in a great deal of pain all weekend, I tried other dentists offices, doctors offices, emergency care clinics, no other dentists were open and the other places didn’t have an onsite dentist. When I was finally able to contact them the following Monday I explained that the ibuprofen was doing nothing for pain and how my mouth had continued to bleed even though I was told it should stop within 24 hours. I got a second appt, went in, the dentist took one look at me and said there was nothing wrong and I was fine. I asked if he was able to give me anything for actual pain as the ibuprofen was doing nothing for me and I was told no, that he “can’t” provide anything stronger, which I believe is a lie, why wouldn’t a dentist be able to prescribe something for pain after oral surgery? Aside from all that noise, the ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful throughout everything and I appreciate them greatly, but I will not be giving safari anymore of my business after my experience.

Negative experience: Zero stars. I had an appointment they say to arrive 15 min early so I arrived 30 and yet still waited 30min after my appointment was supposed to start to get my teeth cleaned when I needed to get back to work. They are a complete waste of time

Negative experience: Will not be returning… General Dentist didn’t even have the common courtesy to speak with me about my child’s dental needs. Went in for an “emergency” appt and only left out with a cleaning that they insisted on doing when my child had an infected cavity. Only gave 1 star because I couldn’t submit without! Office staff don’t seem to show a concern or any professionalism. EVERYTHING is discussed in front of the entire office, patients and all HIPPA guidelines went completely out the window!

Negative experience: I’ve Been Going Here For Three Years And Today Made It To Were I’m Switching my Kids Dentist…The Lady At The Front Dest Was Rude Yesterday And Today…It’s To Long Of A Wait Time My Daughter Appointment Was At 11:30 When I Got Their She Said It Was 11:45…I Was Upset But I Told Her Ok So 11:45 Come 6 People That Came After Me Which Appointment Was After My Daughter They Called Them Back First…I Got Up And Asked The Lady Why They Called Them Before My Daughter At That Time It Was 40 Minutes After Her Appointment Time She Stated That They We’re Cleaning The Room…After That I Waited 20 More Minutes I Won’t Recommend Anyone To This Dentist Office…They Need To Hire All New Front Desk People. Update:They Refused To Do My Baby Teeth The Tried To Tell Me To Go To Houston...My Baby Has Autism So She Fights Them When They Do Her Teeth...She Told Me She Feels It When They Drilled Her Teeth...Usually They Do Anesthetic Because Thats The Only Way To Do Her Cavities But This Time They Refused To Do It...So Im Finding My Children Another Dentist And Would Never Recommend Nobody To Go Here.

Fantastic experience: I am not happy at all! I waited over a month to get my partials after taking many impressions. I am on a timeline to get my teeth fixed because my insurance will be no more in April what I have. I came into your office after you called me in there and told me my partials were there and all you had were the bottom framework no upper partials and the bottoms weren't even complete. Y'all then took impressions again of my uppers and now I have to wait another 3 weeks. It has been a very bad experience

Negative experience: These people SUCKS everything it comes me getting a concent from my doctor these people act brand new maybe because I'm BLACK Now I have to wait 3 weeks if I don't ask what the hell is going on remember I have a tooth NEEDS to be pull n buy the way I'm from Dallas TX had a tooth pull before tell me why I'm hollered n screaming just to get a tooth out NEVER had that inspires before I tried before I went back to find another density with my plan but My tooth was hurting so bad BUT I'm going to keep looking there's no way I should be treated like this

Fantastic experience: Front desk young lady named Ava was very polite and helpful she actually squeezed me in because I missed my actual appointment time . The dentist was great Dr. Bui was his name . I didn’t get the dental assistants name but she was also great . I will say I wish there was more privacy while getting the treatment . There was a lot of in and out of the room with different employees coming in and out .

Fantastic experience: Safari Dental was so helpful today after I had stopped by to see if they were able to help with me out with some gum problems I was having. They were able to see me and prescribe medication until my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: I took my 6 year old granddaughter here. It was her first ever visit to a dentist. It went very well. Staff was nice and caring. I definitely recommend it. They also treat adults so I’m going to make an appointment for myself.

Fantastic experience: Safari dental definitely delivered great patient care. This was my sons first dental visit he was very nervous, Elvia the RDA did a phenomenal job at relaxing him and helping him feel comfortable taking x-rays. Once it was time for his dental cleaning Avery the hygienist explained everything that he needed and was very gentle with him. Dr. Bui was very professional and thorough with his exam. Great place over all. We definitely will be back!

Positive experience: Slow start getting dentures for mom age 84, They do not have lab on site. Took longer than expected due to mailing them, waiting on lab and getting them back in office plus had to work out appointments when the traveling denture denist was available. All that being said it worked out, even with the insurance and a wonderful helper named Daisy. Dentures fit better than expected, one happy mom and if needed she would do it again.

Negative experience: I tried to set up an appointment today as a new customer and for some reason I obviously got on this young woman's nerves today just by trying to ask a question about setting me up an appointment as a new customer I have great insurance and just from her interaction and acting like I was annoying her really turned me off and as a new potential customer with great insurance I am now going to take my business somewhere else thank you but no thanks

Fantastic experience: My experience with Safari dental was great my daughter had a bad gum infection and Ms. Marla help us to help her gums get better!!! I'm so glad I took my daughter to Safari they helped us a lot!!! Great experience no long wait 10 out of 10 and very helpful! I highly recommend!

Positive experience: Dr bui was awesome. My son has been seeing him for two years now and he has been very helpful in letting me know the seriousness of my son’s dental issues. They took a while to see my son but only by about 30 minutes. We had to wait an hour for medicine to take effect. Then procedure took 18 minutes lol. Will keep coming back. I have been here as a kid as well.

Fantastic experience: Dr. V was very helpful and always address any concerns I have. Ms Avery did a thorough job cleaning my teeth, and provided me with great oral hygiene instructions. Jose and Yesenia were very professional, did a great with X-rays and explained my treatment in a way that helped me understand. Highly satisfied with my appointment.

Positive experience: Once the front office staff figured out my insurance and what it covered (after multiple back and forth) the visit was fine. The staff was nice and interacted well with my children, making them feel at ease. I appreciate that my kids don't dread going to the dentist.

Negative experience: This place is a fine go to for routine cleaning. Unless the kids are there to get their teeth drilled into for cavities, they're basically on a production line with other people in the same room for their cleaning appointments. I've taken my daughter a few times and it was alright but I'm not going back again after this visit. I took her in because she had a traumatic fall that forced her mouth shut quite hard. She was complaining about the pain in her teeth when she barely chewed or brushed. I was worried she l may have damaged her teeth under the gums where I couldn't visibly see. As I set up the appointment and when I was telling the tech she needed xrays to confirm whether or not there were fractures or chips- that was the sole reason for this appointment. They proceeded to do a routine cleaning instead since "thay was what her appointment was scheduled for". My concern wasn't taken seriously until my daughter started screaming in pain when they tried cleaning her teeth. Only THEN did they do an xray. When the dentist came around, I was not acknowledged. He glanced at the xrays, peeked in her mouth, mumbled "I don't see cavities" and walked away. I wasn't there for cavities, I had questions and concerns from a recent accident that I couldn't even get properly addressed or given a moment to ask. What a waste of time. EDIT: Took her over to Element Dental who properly helped us start the journey of going about the removal of her CRACKED TO THE ROOT molar that was plainly, undeniably noticeable on the xray.

Fantastic experience: They were so good with my son. I really appreciate how ice all the staff are.

Positive experience: Over all it was all good and fast nice work loved it. Even the Dentist was so understanding and Patient with me. I was nurses because I don't like Needles. Everything Good only thing is I didn't like where I get to the check out as I'm getting ready to pay and to set up next Appointment. They wanted me to pay the other half of my cleaning of $120 good thing I took my paper work for when I went back in September. Where they broke everything down to me to the bone. On how much it was every visit I make and work being done and how much was everything Separate in steps. I specifically ask the young guy is that what I pay every visit he said yes with another young lady in front one the other side of the desk. But other then that all good.

Negative experience: This is the third time they have cancelled my kids appointment without notice. This time my phone was shut off but they did not even send me an email of the cancellation. Once again I wasted my gas, my time and had to miss work for this. My son needs a root canal and my daughter needs braces. I'm just gonna go somewhere else.

Positive experience: The dentist and office manager were great and very personable. I had a very large issue with scheduling for the fourth time and the manager did her best to rectify the situation, which I really appreciated. It is also the only reason why I will ever go back again. I am sure she spoke with her front office staff so hopefully this does not happen again to anyone’s family.

Positive experience: The appointment was fine. I didn’t like how the medical staff had masks on at all times. It scared my girls and I couldn’t hear or understand them under it. The chairs are all getting worn out and the walls are painted dark. I was really disappointed that they didn’t have any toys for the kids. It’s a pediatric office and I had to turn on a show to keep my girls distracted. They also didn’t have any toys at the end. I think this office works great for ages 7+ not any younger.

Positive experience: April at the front desk lacks empathy, professionalism and customer service. Thankfully she has awesome coworkers who stepped up and in and handled the job.

Negative experience: The experience was okay. The first time we went, it was great. I was not greeted when we came in. The Dr was ok, and he seemed like he was in the biggest rush. I stood at check out. Noone said nothing. All I needed was ill be right with you or something. I had to say, "Can I get a 6 moth follow up? While the dental assistant said we forgot to give you a papers youneed to fill it out. I'm in customer service. No matter how busy I am, I at least say hello. It's not a hard thing to do. I did have an 8 am. appointment, but still, that shouldn't change anything. Maybe that's something that the " manger" up front should be making sure of her staff. i was recommended by my sister to take my toddler here. We will see at his next appointment if it's still the same. I will be going elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: We love it here! We live in a smaller town about an hour away and coming here is so worth it! How at ease my son is with Dr. Manshadi when visiting here! He has some serious PTSD from previous experiences and Dr. Manshadi just made him so at ease!! It just amazing, and almost made me cry because of how upset he had been! He has had to have a tooth extraction, regular dental work and just yesterday a spacer removed in the past two years. We spent time at a local dentist last week as this was more of an emergency situation and it was a horrible experience. We were there for 4 hours(the previous place) and nothing happen while my son cried. Withen 20min he had the spacer out and we were walking out!!! Did I promise him a VR headset if he could get it done? Yes..but it's one of amazing that's for his Nintendo switch! Lol ***I had also promised him this at the previous place

Fantastic experience: My grandson is 3 and they make him feel so comfortable, staff is amazing. Update he is now 6 and we are very happy with Safari Dental. Another happy visit with Safari Dental, they are very good with my grandson.

Fantastic experience: They are GREAT!!!! Jailene is so sweet and nice, she explain all the details they were going to do and answer all my questions with answers I could understand. She told me about financial help if I needed it. Dr Vashisht is great. No pain at all when he is working on your teeth. Never feel the needle when he gives the shot. Ashley is so sweet and nice, she explain all they was going to do today and chats with you. Jose he is great, he assist on my root canal they did last Saturday. This is the Best Dentistry I have ever been to. They are the only place I will go to now. I think that everyone that gose there is very happy with them all.. I never dread going to the Dentist now. I Highly Recommend Them!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I hate dental work, but this is by far my favorite dental office! The staff and doctors are nice and professional. The office is also very clean and it takes a reasonable amount of time to wait until it's your turn in the lobby.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding Pediatric Dental Care with Dr. V I recently took my kids to see Dr. V, and I can't express how impressed I am with his expertise and dedication. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that he is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also very thorough in his approach. Dr. V took the time to explain the dental procedures and answered all my questions, making it easy for both me and my children to understand. His patience and gentle demeanor helped ease any anxiety my kids had about their dental visits. I was truly surprised by how dedicated he was to ensuring their comfort and understanding. I can't believe I didn't bring the kids to see him earlier! I highly recommend Dr. V to any parent looking for an exceptional pediatric dentist. Our experience was nothing short of fantastic!

Fantastic experience: Great dentist and employees. They made my son feel comfortable and welcome. They even taught him the correct way to care for his teeth. He has been going there since a baby and has never had a cavity. They provide high quality dental services, preventive care assistance, and proactive care plans.

Fantastic experience: The staff, hygienist, dentist, and the receptionist were all wonderful for my daughter who was full of anxiety about this appointment. They were quick, but very thorough. They all were so nice and genuinely cared about my daughter. They were great with coming up with a game plan that worked best for us. Their prices were reasonable. I highly recommend them for all of your dental needs!

Negative experience: If I could give them 0 stars I would. The women at the front desk are not courteous or professional. They do not acknowledge you when you come in a go to the front desk until they feel like it, before they will you have to stand there while they talk about their baby daddy or friends party that they may or may not go to. The girl named Precious is very sweet and caring along with the dental assistant. The dentist on the other hand is rude and arrogant and when you ask questions or explanations he becomes irritated and speaks with a raised voice and very quickly, he never introduces himself. We was there 2 hours and dentist saw my son less than 5 minutes. The dental assistant came in and spoke to me and my son along with Precious, they both took the time to answer questions. When you go to the back they have Hispanic music playing from a phone for all to hear. I spoke with others in the area and they said they had a similar experience. I would NOT refer anyone to this place! Extremely unprofessional environment! And the dentist is not at all professional and cares nothing about the patients. The most I heard him speak about was when he was telling his staff to make sure insurance would pay for everything and what they would cover and for how much.

Fantastic experience: I’m so happy that we found Safari Dental. We are new to the area and were being seen at Bryan Pediatric dentistry. We had the worst experience there and our visit with Safari Dental completely changed that. This is our new dental home❤️

Fantastic experience: Always great patient care at Safari!! The dentist is so kind and explains exactly what he will be doing. During the procedure, he kept telling my daughter she was doing great and giving her a timeline on when he would be done. It really made her first cavity repair not so traumatic. I have used this dentist for four years and wouldn’t consider going elsewhere!!

Fantastic experience: The lady who did my cleaning was so kind & gentle. She literally held my hand during my shots. She explained everything in detail, even better than the T.C. Her assistant was courteous & complemented my LV earrings:) The c.s.r. at checkout was patient & helpful as well. This was a pleasant visit:)

Negative experience: They take forever to I get you an appointment. My son had an appointment today we waited 3 months for. They called me and confirmed the appointment 2 days ago but when we showed up the office was closed. They didn't call or send an email or any notice that the office was closing an that appointments would have to be rescheduled. I wasn't the only parent outside waiting either. That's ridiculous. I had to pay for a ride there just to get there and the office was closed...
