Fantastic experience: This is the second time my 93 year old mom has had oral surgery with Dr. Michael. Everyone in the office is so nice and caring. They made sure that mom was comfortable and at ease. They also made sure to put her safety first. Dr. Michael is very skilled and makes you feel safe. My daughters also had their wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Michael and also had a great experience! Thank you Elite Oral Surgery of Cypress!

The medical and office staff are also professional and caring. I went to their office with a lesion on the inside of my mouth. The office staff worked to get me an appointment within a few days. I was really impressed with the care that I received during my care.

Fantastic experience: The best experience for my daughter’s surgery. She had all four wisdom teeth pulled. Everything went so smooth. Her nurse was the sweetest and so caring and made sure we understood everything. Her oral dentist was great! He was very patient and told us step by step everything that was going to be done for her. She has been healing great as well with no problems. Would recommend them 100%

Negative experience: This was my second visit to this location, accompanying a friend who was undergoing a procedure. Unfortunately, both times, the front desk staff left a negative impression. The front desk was unprofessional—engaged in personal conversations while another staff member, who appeared frustrated and uninterested, attempted to check patients in. There was no warm greeting such as “Hi, how are you?” or “How can we help you today?” Instead, the tone was rushed and impersonal: “Name?” “You have a driver?” “What pharmacy?” “You owe.” It felt cold and robotic, and there was no effort to make patients feel comfortable or welcomed. Meanwhile, other staff nearby were casually chatting and joking, creating an unbalanced and unprofessional environment. While waiting, I observed this same dismissive tone used with other patients. It felt as if people were an inconvenience rather than individuals seeking care. However, I want to highlight that once I was brought to the back after my friend's procedure, the nurse who met with us was excellent. She was friendly, thorough, professional, and took time to explain post-procedure instructions clearly and compassionately. Her demeanor was a stark and welcome contrast to the front desk experience. Improving the professionalism and warmth of the front desk team would greatly enhance the overall experience at this location.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Elite Oral Facial Surgery of Cypress was amazing. They treated me with love and took care of me. Especially Ms. Chilsea. She played music to keep me calm and it worked. I would definitely recommend you go there if you need any type of oral surgery. They are the best.

Fantastic experience: I had major dental surgery this morning and being 70 and having a long medical history (kidney transplant 44 years ago and atrial fibrillation surgery 3 years ago) I was a high risk patient and very, very apprehensive. I had a bad experience under sedation 10 years ago where my BP dropped so low the procedure had to be cancelled and they stabilized me for 2 hours before I could leave. I had other dentists decline to work on me because of all the above. During the initial consultation Dr. Alex Bachoura and staff studied my medical history, ex-rays etc and indicated they could do the work, and mentioned that following their normal protocols the risk was non-existent. I was still anxious on the day of the surgery, but once I got in the chair, Dr. Bachoura and his Tech Chelsea got me prepped while explaining each and every step...I was involved and assured to the point I realized I was in the most professional hands imaginable. My anxiety faded, they got started and an hour or so later I woke up wondering why I had spent so much time stressing about this dental work. Their work is great, but on top of that you are treated like a valued person with respect and caring. Highest marks to Elite, Dr. Bachoura and thanks for making me lose my dental phobia. J. The front desk staff, techs and nurses and the phenomenal Dr. Micheal gave me their very best like I was family. I was so nervous and the positive feedback given assured me I would be okay. I came with questions, and all was answered. Guidance from the Billing Dept was skilled and she showed me that she cares not only for me but also to find the best options for cost for me. Positive experience: I am disappointed about the communication from the office. My mother had her wisdom teeth removed on Wednesday and we called twice on Friday (once when the office opened and also later during the day before the office closed) to let them know about my mom having an allergic reaction to the pain medication but we never got a call back. It is Sunday night now and I understand it’s after hours but I wish there was a way to communicate with the doctor/office about complications other than just leaving a message and wait for them to call you back. We had to switch to over the counter pain medication on the mean time and she will probably feel better soon but just wish it was easier to communicate with them so she could have been prescribed an alternate pain medication. It makes us reconsider coming back here for any future procedures.

Fantastic experience: I was honestly nervous going into my wisdom teeth removal, but I’m so glad I chose the right team for the procedure! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely at ease. They were professional, kind, and explained everything in detail, which really helped calm my nerves. The actual procedure was quick and surprisingly smooth. I was in and out before I knew it, and the care I received afterward was just as amazing. They checked in on me, made sure I had all the information I needed for recovery, and answered every question I had.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Michael is an absolute pro! My son was very worried about getting an IV. He’s had many. But Dr. Michael was so smooth that he did not even know the IV was done. I’ve never seen anyone do an IV so painlessly. Everything else about the procedure went great as well. My son had a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I had to get oral surgery recently, and while I was super nervous going in, Kelly, the dental assistant, made the whole experience so much easier. She was incredibly kind, patient, and really helped calm my anxiety. She even got me something to drink and checked in on me often, which made a big difference. The dentist was very professional and clearly knew what he was doing, but honestly, Kelly was the real MVP that day. I’m so thankful for how caring and attentive she was.

Fantastic experience: I received a referral from my dentist and Dr.Bachoura is the goat! He came in and knew exactly where I was feeling pain and quickly came up with a care plan. I was able to get my tooth out that same day with no complications. I never been sedated before, and Dr.Bachoura was reassuring and made the process smooth. I even had follow up questions the next day, and the office was easy to get in touch with and reassured me of what to expect after my procedure. I will note that the assistant who took me to the back was kinda rude. I asked why couldn’t my husband attend the procedure with me as I was being sedated (it was my first time) and she said with an attitude “you’re an adult” THAT almost made me change my mind about the procedure, however the mood lightened as we began preparation. She noticed I was a little congested when placing the oxygen mask on me and confirmed with Dr, that I would still be able to get the procedure. She proceeded to use Afrin, which cleared the congestion and everything went to smooth. I am about to move 4 hours away and honestly if I need any extraction I am willing to travel back to this location just for Dr. Bachoura!

Fantastic experience: Wow! What an experience! Which is quite a statement to say about an oral surgery place. This is like the Chick-fil-A of dentistry. Every detail is top notch. From the front desk staff and their patience in explaining things to me, even down to the facility, bathrooms, and staff who helped prep me for surgery. I'm a talker and a question asker, especially when something this important is happening. I read people very easily and they never once gave off or made me feel that it was too much or they were bothered which is really important to me. Lastly, Dr. MICHAEL ... ID TRUST THIS DOCTOR WITH MY LIFE. Some doctors "learn" how to be personable and make the patient feel comfortable, but not this in this case. HE IS A NATURAL! He truly does care and is very honest. Surgery was tough given my issue but went well. Felt very comfortable and barely remember anything, which is what i wanted. I felt pain after but Dr Michael and his staff made sure i didnt leave in pain and made me comfortable begore i left. He called me after hours to make sure i was doing well. What?? I never in my life had that happen —and I truly appreciate it as recovery can be a bit rocky. If you read all the way up to here, why ? I'm a picky person and have high standards for service and this facility is a winner! Go for it, and you won't regret it- my personal promise :)

Fantastic experience: My son had all four wisdom teeth taken out. He was very nervous prior to and the nurse did a great job in calming him reassuring him he was in good hands. She went out of her way and even asked what music he liked and put it softly in the background. Talk about going abpve and beyond my expectations. 10 stars Dr. Diego Gonzalez was phenomenal!!! Explained everything thoroughly and was very professional and friendly. My son had a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr Gonzales and his staff are awesome…very professional and kind. If you need to have a tooth pulled, go here… they have current medical equipment and anesthesia to make your appointment painless. I have been there twice and they are my go-to dental office … highly recommended!

Positive experience: Dr Gonzalez was excellent and explained the entire procedure prior to completion. It was efficient and then he personally followed up hours later. I would give 5 stars except that there was a lack of communication between office once things were sent to a lab, so it delayed procedure a few weeks. I would still recommend and staff is professional.
