Fantastic experience: Great visit! Didn't wait long in the waiting room or treatment room. Dentist and assistant were kind, respectful and thorough.

My hygienist actually listened, helped me feel comfortable, didn’t make me feel shameful for having some dental problems. She broke down information to make it clear to understand. Fantastic experience: Both Dr. Boone and Christine Colbert (dental hygienist) were excellent. Getting the appointment, however, was a nightmare!

Negative experience: It is beyond me how this place has a rating of 4.8. My family member has been a patient for 1 1/2 years. Saw the dentist only ONCE. The treatment was never finished. Probably because the staff cannot answer the phone or return calls, much less reschedule appointments that they cancel! They only want your money. They don't care about your oral health. Stay Far, Far away from this practice. I would not even take my dog here!!

Negative experience: Made the appt had to wait a month and a half. Day of appt they called and canceled it. Was told someone would call me back to reschedule, that never happened. Over thR weekend my tooth broke in half. I dug half the tooth out by the root myself the other half wouldn't come out. So called the following Monday to see about rescheduling appt, was told to come on on that Wednesday morning. Had to take time off work to be at the appt, got there was took the back one ex- ray was done. No dentist came in the room, not even to introduce himself. Lady came back and said the dentist referred u to another dentist. I was confused he never even seen me....but they charged me $180....and sent me out the door. Will not return

Negative experience: If I could give this place less than one star I would. My mom had a cap come off last Friday, today is Wednesday. We’ve called them four times to try to get her in. She’s been a patient there for over a year. Twice, when we actually spoke to a human, both women said they were booked for the next two weeks but would call us back to get her in. We have not heard a single word from anyone there. I don’t recommend them at all. They act like we’re an inconvenience to them. I will not be taking my mother back ever again!

Positive experience: Everyone there is great when you are in the building. In the first 4 months of my experience with them, I was rescheduled 4 times. If your time is important to you, I don't recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: This is an outstanding dental clinic. When you think about what you might say about a trip to the dentist, it's not like what you might write about a trip to an amusement park. What you want at the dentist is to take a journey that prolongs the life of your teeth, your ability to chew and show a few teeth when you smile, and in some cases to eliminate pain. The staff at this clinic are courteous, provide outstanding care, and professional service all along that journey. Negative experience: I would say that the job was good but the manners were disappointing. I felt the discomfort of my hygienist throughout the treatment. He left the room several times and I felt the blood in my mouth (until I decided to rinse with the tap in the room) he came back without giving me explanations and he was complaining that it was not a regular cleaning. He kept asking me questions in a certainly demanding tone without suggesting anything friendly at any time. While she was cleaning my teeth with discomfort, he asked me questions in an uncomfortable tone as if scolding me "do you drink coffee" "what brush do you use" what flossing method" "what pasta do you use" to all the questions I was getting smaller because I felt that he was telling me that I did everything wrong because my teeth had tartar. As she left the room again I was tempted to leave the place. I really won’t be back. It seems that you have to have a perfect teeth to go there or she will make you feel like an stupid adult. Hear me tough woman a nice word or an smile makes life beautiful, and even more in the vulnerable situation of the patient. By the way, she left without saying goodbye. Thanks God the kind doctor came to check on my teeth and you could tell the difference: she knew how to do both things, her job and treat the patient with sweetness

Fantastic experience: One of the best experiences I've had. A young lady named Shaina did my cleaning and the experience was amazing. She was very professional, knowledgeable, caring and courteous. Her bedside manners made me so comfortable and welcoming, since I have not been there in a year. Then a Dr. Boone came in to explain the X-ray and he was also calming. At the front desk, one of the staff members (I think her name was Molly) was kind enough to offer her sweater because I was cold. I had a great report from Shana and Dr. Boone, which was better than I thought. The kindness and warmth I received from the entire staff felt like a "Welcome Home". Thank you Shana and the great team you work with!

Fantastic experience: Following the retirement of my dentist from childhood, I was having a hard time finding an office that I liked or a dentist that I trusted. After my first visit here and seeing who is now Dr. Quick, I am hooked. I wish I had started my dental care here sooner. Not only do I like this dentist, but all the staff has been great as well.

Negative experience: I love the hygienist. The dentist was nice however, I think he intentionally damaged the nerve in my tooth. I lost a filling, and visited This office to get it replaced. At the consultation appointment he tapped my tooth and determined it was a good tooth and I simply needed to replace the filling. He explained the process of replacing the filling and I thought we were on the same page and everything was fine. When I arrived for my procedure, his story changed. He stated I may need a root canal. Before I get a root canal, I’ll have the tooth extracted. I was confused, but I didn’t argue I just wanted to get rid of the pain and get my filling replaced. Since he replaced my filling, I’ve been in more pain than I was before seeing him.

Fantastic experience: For as much as I don’t like going to the dentist, I enjoy coming here. Regardless of the fact that it is freezing cold in this building, they offer blankets. Dr. Quick is very nice, she explains everything, tries very hard to make procedures as painless as possible. She’s personable yet professional. All the ladies, I just love you guys! You make me laugh, help with my billing and scheduling. You do what needs to be done, but it’s more than that. Although you freeze your tail off in the building, the people are warm and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I’m very happy with Shaniya, my dental hygienist. I really appreciate how knowledgeable she is and how much they have been gentle. I told them I have essential tremor and some anxiety. I used to dread going to the dentist but now I don’t at all. She makes this experience much more pleasant.

Negative experience: Do not go to this dentist. THEY TRIED TO TAKE MY TOOTH! And replace with a gold crown. I went to TWO OTHER dentists to get a second opinion and they both said it was fine. I still have it with no issues. My information was sold to the Democratic Party and I have verifiable proof. My bills were sold to collections and I didn’t even know I had a bill, no call or anything and I have proof. My cleaning was not even checked by the actual dentist after I finished. Terrible clinic and I would not recommend to anyone. I will say the hygienists are nice but that’s the only reason I’d give 1 star. There are plenty of of great dentists in the area and any of them are better than this.

Fantastic experience: Word's can't possibly tell how grateful I am for my last visit. The skills of Dr. C.Quick DMD is amazing. She had faced a very difficult procedure with my teeth. She and her Dental Assistant amazed me on how precise and skilled they fixed the problem. She saved that tooth and 2.others. I am a senior so that didn't make it any easier. I am, as I spoke earlier grateful at 65, to still have my teeth. I am rest assured she will do all she can to assure me of that. For those reading, especially seniors, dental health, is very important to overall health. The office staff is great and will also assist you with the upkeep of your dental needs through a treatment plan, and will work out what is best for you. I highly recommend Dental South in every way !

Negative experience: This place has gone down hill over the last few years. The doctors are good, but the office staff are mediocre at best, they seem like they hate their job, and do not care in the least for the patients. After them calling me to reschedule my appointment 3x they finally kept my appointment. I came into the office signed in and said hello. They asked my name and said to take a seat. 45 mins later I got up to ask how much longer and one of the front office staff exclaimed," oh I didn't see you there." Seriously you didn't see me sitting in your open waiting room, in direct sight of the front desk? The incompetence is astounding. So they ask my name again, I tell them, my chart is right on the counter and I'm told that they are short a hygienist and that the wait is going to be super long. I'm then told I can reschedule AGAIN... Now every time there has been an appointment rescheduled it's been on their end not mine. My issue is you knew this before I got there, I wasn't made aware of the issue when I signed in and you asked for my name. You had my chart and knew what I was getting done that day. It would have been nice to have them inform me upon arrival about them being behind. This is a recurring issue with them though, they overbook and constantly have to reschedule or make you wait a shocking amount of time. I am beyond frustrated with this practice. I've reached out now multiple times trying to reach the office staff or a doctor to address these issues and never received a call back. The issue with that is you don't even get the office staff you call service that tells you they will relay your message so to me it seems they hire incompetent workers or services all around. I would not recommend going here honestly and this is after 5 years of being a patient and knowing what I know. Find another practice that genuinely cares about their patients. I'm happy for the people who get good service here but I have had nothing but issues the past 2 years. In my opinion definitely find somewhere else to go.

Shaina you’re The Best and I look forward to seeing you at my next appointment. I must add to this review. Had a small issue and went back to the the office this morning. This time I was seen by Chasity Jeffery. I have to give a shout out to her and Dr. Quick,DMD. My issue was resolved professionally and quickly. This is the Best place to get your dental care done.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this practice to my worst friend. I have an ongoing issue with their billing of insurance. I have spoken to Tina, in billing. No cooperation on billing of insurance. I have called my insurance, they have spoken to Tina. Dental Care of South Aiken has incorrect billing information. My Insurance has given her the correct information. Dental Care refuses to rebill my Insurance. Their website states, "We are always happy to help." This is False. Also the website states, "We'll work with you to get the care you need." One is better off finding another practice for Dental Care.

The personnel at reception, and checkout were amiable, effective and professional. The Dental Assistant, Heidi (forgive me if I mistake the names and spellings), was the epitome of skillful and gracious. Every bit of care and expertise was exercised when conducting her work. Exceptional from beginning to end. The Dental Hygienist, Ruthy, was kind in her approach, thorough and concise with the necessary information. She approaches her work with the utmost care and professionalism. I am very fortunate. And, Dr. Baldree assured that the experience was one to be commended with her politeness and acumen.
