Fantastic experience: I left a dental practice after years of getting to the office on time, just to find myself waiting, usually a half hour to 45 mins, just to get back to an exam room. I liked that dentist a lot, but the office staff was either overbooking or they just didn’t know how to schedule appts. At Lakes Dental the most I’ve ever waited was maybe 10 mins. The hygienist is great, the office staff is friendly and helpful, and I’ve seen Dr Tracy as well as Dr Atisha, and they’re both quick, thorough, and know what they’re doing. I can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I appreciate how straight forward they are. The doctor didn't try to sell Invisalign to me which I've experienced at other places. The hygienist was upfront about what things would cost and what insurance wouldn't cover before anything was done. The hygienist was also very gentle when cleaning my teeth which I really appreciate because I have some sensitive spots. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist were very nice and helpful. Huge bonus for me, I was able to schedule everything through text. As someone who tends to procrastinate this was a major help.

Fantastic experience: Since I have Dentures, I haven't visited a Dentist in 20+ years. Accidentally broke the lower dentures and visited Lakes Dental Care and was Shocked at how Friendly everyone there is. The Dentist, Tracey I think, was Fantastic, had my Dentures repaired and returned to me in 24 hours. If anyone wants to visit a place where people care about them, I highly recommend Lakes Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: I have severe dental anxiety. Dr. Tracey is efficient and personable, allowing me to get out of the evil dentist office as soon as possible. The ladies at the front desk are also incredible; one even went out of her way to correct a mistaken SSN on the part of Delta Dental (I also have phone anxiety, so that's a big freaking win!). If you need special consideration and comfort when it comes to the dentist, this is the place.

Negative experience: When they send you a text if you don't respond back they will automatically cancel your appointment they will also continue to send you a text saying see you at your appointment. So when you show up for your appointment it will be canceled. I guess they don't need the business I will be finding myself a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Everyone there that works at lake dental are great people they care about their patients

Negative experience: Short version, this place is incompetent. Also hope you’re not allergic to dogs because twice a dog was inside. Took my boyfriend here and have had nothing but issues since. They did an extraction and filling, but the filling wasn’t shaved down enough and when he called multiple times, they said his pain was because of the extraction. When he said it was so bad that he couldn’t sleep or eat or go to work, they didn’t do or offer anything. We needed to take him to the ER where he was given morphine because of the pain. It wasn’t until I got involved that they did anything and told us about the filling being too high which was causing his jaw to be misaligned. 6 months later, had to take him to a different dentist who said the filling was too deep and that he needed a root canal. Between ER visits, medications, different dental visits, and the loss of sleep/missing work, we have spent THOUSANDS correcting their work at this point.

Fantastic experience: The Lakes Dental Care is the only dental practice that I will trust with the only set of teeth that I'll own for the rest of my life! Dr. Tracey and her staff are professional and personal at the same time, a rarity in the medical field. Whenever I walk through the front door, they make me feel like I'm their only patient of the day... and if you have an emergency dental concern, The Lakes Dental Care will bend over backwards to get you in the same day (sometimes the same hour!) if at all possible because they understand how uncomfortable a toothache can be. At the very same time, they never rush to conclusions to push any procedure unless absolutely necessary! Even though I only spend 2 hours a year in this office, I always leave feeling valued and that the Dr. Tracey and her staff care about me as friend. Fantastic experience: Unbelievable Dr. Andrew was exceptional and completely professional!!! The staff couldn't have been better. My whole experience was amazing. UPDATE Today I had the pleasure of having Dr Tracey work on me, ask I can say is WOW ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I vehemently hate the dentist and would do almost anything to avoid going. However the lake's dentistry has been nothing but Phenomenal. So much so I'd like to say I actually now could possibly look forward to visiting. All I can say is Thanks Updated#2 Had the pleasure of having Ronda clean my teeth yesterday and what a wonderful check up! Once again Dr. Andrew gave me great news of a few new cavities that he will take care of in a couple weeks. Looking forward to getting them filled and have no anxiety while I wait, because of the office decorum!

Fantastic experience: Canines are temporarily capped, waiting for the really ones and a new upper partial. Very accommodating with the appointment as I made a mistake on the date. Had to wait a bit between what was being done but I was ok with that. Doctor very easy to talk to and he listens to my needs. Insurance just pays so much, good thing we had planned. Price was reasonable compared to what other people tell me about their dentist offices. It wasn't as painful as I thought it would be.

Positive experience: The staff here are pretty good. The atmosphere is nice and quiet and laid back. The dental offices and lobby are usually pretty clean. Although I wasn't very happy with my last appointment. I got there early for my dental appointment, they were 20 minutes late coming out to get me. It's ridiculous really especially since I was the only person in the waiting room. The lady who did my cleaning was okay. Although they usually ask me what flavor I would like for my cleaning when they polish my teeth they didn't do this time. Although I do like that they have free bottled water out in the lobby. Oh and parking is okay. All in all it was an okay experience.

She was very patient, pleasant and professional and I was in and out of the office in about 40 minutes.

Only suggestion: provide a written aftercare instruction with the crown emergency pouch (hard to remember instructions when you’re hepped up on numbing compound and 45 minutes of poking and prodding). Fantastic experience: When I got there, they let the dentist know I was there. Then they got me to my room. Very nice lady took exray or pictures of my mouth, the dentist came in and talked about what to do first for I have some work to do. The dentist agreed with what I should do first and he did a great job getting The job done and his assistant that was there she definitely knew what she was doing also Definitely going to be back, got some work that needs to be done.

The Lakes go above and beyond in every way. From your comfort all the way to the cost. Aspen dental was going to charge me over 5,000 for half of what The Lakes dental is doing. Their complete job is over 1,500 less than Aspen. They were only doing my top teeth at that price. I have total faith in their work.Everyone there was so friendly and professional.

I called the Lakes Dental Care and they fit me in that day, even though they were fully booked. And they were courteous and professional the whole time. Fantastic experience: Had my teeth cleaned. I had a bad experience many years ago with a different dental group which left me to not get my teeth cleaned like I should of. Lakes Dental has been excellent in their care of cleaning my teeth. They are very professional and take my level of tolerance due to having very sensitive teeth into consideration while they are working on me. I would highly recommend Dentist Tracy and her team.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist gave me a thorough professional cleaning and has a great chair-side manner making it not so bad sitting through a cleaning and the dentist took lots of time to answer many questions I had about my teeth and different potential procedures.

Fantastic experience: My appointment today was the norm. I love the way my mouth feels. Tonya does a great job cleaning my teeth. I have a problem. I got 6 reminds. Post card, email, 3 text and two phone calls. First phone call I didn't pick up. They left a message to call the office. I thought there was a need to cancel. Like dental hygienic was sick maybe. Nope it was a remind. I didn't return the call. Got a call morning of appointment that I had a 11:20 appointment. Then a hour later I got a text with a friendly reminder that I had a 11:20 appointment. Maybe it's just me that thinks this is over board. BTY I have never missed a appointment. Annoying.

Negative experience: Have been a patient for about 4 years now. The office is understaffed and I am only able to get my teeth cleaned every 8 months for the past two years. I recently had a bout of TMJ flare up. When I called the office to get an emergency appointment, I was offered a time 6 weeks later! When I told them I was in severe pain, 8 out of 10, I was given an appointment 4 days later. I went for my appointment and Dr. Tracy didn't even look in my mouth. She felt my jaw, had me open and close my mouth a couple times, that's it. She gave me a prescription for a muscle relaxer and a referral to a specialist. Instead of waiting 4 days, why was the referral and Rx not offered immediately? Very disappointed with both the level of care and timeliness. No one should have to wait that long when they are in pain. I have commented to them in the past that they need to stop accepting new patients until they can service the ones they already have. They have lost me as a client, I will never go back there again.
