I did meet one of dentist he was personable and cared. Time will tell when one day they need to drill. For now I'm staying with them and recommend them.

Negative experience: Completely rude staff except for the girl at the front window. Nurse was cold and robot like. Doctor spent 2 mins in room and was not helpful. Don’t go to this place. It’s run down and there are way better dental offices in the area.

Fantastic experience: Burr Oak Family Dental was quick to get me into the office as a new patient in an urgent situation. Our insurance provider changed and excluded our previous provider. They were friendly and professional, thorough and compassionate. They were wonderful with my anxiety. Explaining and reassuring as they proceeded. I certainly will be returning for continued care. They also took the time with my husband to get his care scheduled while he waited for me to finish.

Staff was very friendly, efficient, and explained everything that was taking place for our first visit to establish as a patient. Fantastic experience: Finding a dentist who does good work and one who isn’t going to do unnecessary work is hard. Burr oak does excellent work. As part of their exam process, they take pictures of any problems they find, so you can see exactly what is going on for yourself. I like transparency like that. The staff is friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Burr Oaks Family Dental office on September 9, 2024. Dr. Clay Schwinke was so thorough and took his time explaining my situation. Aubrey is a super star hygienist who cleaned my teeth excellently explaining everything along the way. The office staff are very personable and most helpful. This was my first appointment at Burr Oaks Dental and I I was impressed. Burr Oaks Dental will be my dental office from now on. It’s just great!

Negative experience: Go anywhere else. I needed a wisdom tooth pulled, and while they examined it they told me I had cavities which I didn't. I got a second and third opinion, and both said this place is wrong. I can't help but think they were scamming me. I work hard to take care of my teeth and I hate being lied to. The dentist who misdiagnosed me was either incompetent, or intentionally deceitful, and in either case I cannot recommend this place. Take your money elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to a dentist in 6 years. My last dental hygenist was very judgemental and it made it really uncomfortable. So 2 years ago when I got dental insurnace again I really avoided going. My friend suggested I go to Burr Oak Dental because she had a great experinence. I saw Crystal, a hygenist, and I told her why I hadn’t gone in so long. She was so nice and caring. I will definitely be going back to her. The Dentist, Cole, was also very nice and we discussed my treatment plan. I will be going next month for some fillings. Overall the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I hope to be sending them lots of referrals!

I came in because I was having pain in my tooth, and they gave me different options. It took under 30 minutes to numb my mouth and take the tooth out. So much better than my last experience at a different dentist. Definitely would recommend them! They are wonderful!
