Negative experience: The hygienist did a good job but beware!! You pay out of pocket $$$ even with insurance and it takes forever to get your part of it back. Plus several of my colleagues including myself were told we needed a tooth pulled and “probably another one next year” that did happen with 3 of us. Only one for me and I won’t go back. Let me mention, I’m a regular every 6 months dental client and over 50 but will not go back here.

Fantastic experience: I seldom write reviews; however, I'd been doing a disservice to Martin Dentistry by abstaining here. Dr. Fast was an exceptional dentist who always erred on the side of caution. Dr. Fast is the type of dentist who adds more numbing serum before you wince in pain, the kind of dentist who performs meticulous checks on your new filling/crown/etc before you walk out the door, and most importantly, the type of professional who is always willing to scrutinize her own work. If I am paying hundreds to thousands of dollars for a service from a professional, I expect them to do their best work. I have no doubts that when you visit Martin Dentistry, the professionals there consistently deliver their best work every single day. Indeed, I received an extraordinary amount of care during my crown, two fillings, and gingival scaling. The billing staff will work with you to find your strongest financial plan to maximize insurance savings; the dental assistants are professional, charming individuals; and the establishment is all-around warm and collegial. Lastly, I was working with a uniquely rushed schedule, and Martin Dentistry accommodated me with swift scheduling at no extra cost to me. I implore anyone seeking dental care in the Tri-Cities to call Martin Dentistry. I do not regret a single dollar spent at this establishment.

Fantastic experience: I just had a cleaning today with Amy at Martin Dentistry and it went great! She’s so sweet, attentive and thorough. She even gave me some good news with no cavities and gum improvement! Then, Dr Kevin comes in to check my gum graft and is so kind. I really appreciate expertise and attention to detail! Negative experience: Not impressed. Went in for a cleaning and x- rays as new patient but instead I waited too long just to be told I needed " special" cleaning and crowns. I have never went into a dentist where they don't clean your teeth then talk about future procedures. Yea I understand you suggest a special cleaning however I still pay my insurance monthly to have that FREE cleaning and x- rays. I might have been more apt to do what they suggested if they went about it a different way and not felt like it was all about making extra money.

Negative experience: Martin Dentistry used to be a great office when Dr. Martin Sr. was there. I suppose it has gone "professional" of late. In the last few years I rarely saw the same technician twice. But this last time, when I refused an X-Ray, which I really feel was unneeded, since I am 72 and have only had one cavity in my life, The office manager told me to not come back so I have gone elsewhere. I feel it should be my right to refuse treatments.

Fantastic experience: I called Martin Denistry first thing in the morning, needing to be seen for an unexpected chipped tooth that happened the night before. I was a new patient for this clinic. I was able to be seen the same day, which was really convenient! Linda was the assistant and she was amazing! She walked me through all the x-rays/scans and just talked to be in general about everything. She was really kind and helpful! Dr. Brauchla was so patient, kind, and explained everything to where I could understand what needed to happen moving forward. I decided to establish with this clinic on the same day as well. Gurry Kay has been cleaning my teeth and my family's teeth for years. We love her and we love the way she uses the mini camera to take pictures of our mouth. High tech facility and professional and friendly staff! I recently saw a new hygienist (Shanna) and they got me in on time and out in time to make it to my next appointment !

Negative experience: Fraudulent billing. Told I would be billed for preventative both before and after the appiontment. Billed for periodontal maintence weeks later. No response from billing office or office manager after several months of calling to discuss this issue. Take your teeth to a more honest practice.

The two of these ladies made me feel super comfortable and confident as this was my first time here. They took time and answered all of my many questions and made sure to explain every phase of the initial visit. They addressed my concerns and set up a plan for us to follow in order to move into a routine maintenance program designed to help prevent future problems. If you need a new dentist, go see these guys. They will make you feel that you are right where you need to be. Also, as a side note, the place was very clean. I have been grossed out at other dentist offices before... I think they care a lot more here than other places I've been.
