Fantastic experience: I had two teeth extracted then I had a sinus lift followed by five implants took over two hours the doctor and his assistant made sure I had no pain and I was very comfortable during the whole procedure all the staff are always helpful and ready to assist you I do recommend this office they are wonderful.

During my procedure he and his assistant were so concerned about how I was feeling he took his time to accommodate my nervousness and anxiety. Unfortunately he does not accept my insurance but that did not matter to me because after meeting with him at my first appointment I knew I found a wonderful dentist I could entrust my teeth and health with! Fantastic experience: I must admit I get very anxious at the dentist Jenn was very supportive and kind as I waited for Dr Zaidi. The procedure was as close to painless as possible. See ya in 6 months. 4/2024. I’m back again with yet another challenge for Dr Zaidi. He is going to do everything he can to help me as painlessly and economically as possible. The staff always goes above and beyond. They greet me as I come in(by name). The assistants are well versed in their craft. They literally guide me through each step with both their knowledge and their compassion(after this many years they know my anxiety levels). I love this practice❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: I don’t think I have ever e joyed a dentist visit as much as I did yesterday. My husband and I were blown away by the kindness, personality, HAPPINESS and proficiency of the office staff, two beautiful young woman (names held for privacy) who helped me with the new patient paperwork and called for my records and were just so much fun. They are so kind. The office is IMMACULATE and health and safety considerations were obvious, not subtle. CLEAN. The music was so calming. The dental hygienist was so very kind, patient, proficient and professional… and thorough. My teeth shine and I didn’t need a nightlight last night. The dentist , Dr. Zaida is a treasure. Personality, KINDNESS, treats people with dignity and respect, competent, thorough. PAINLESS. What more could anyone wish for. And they respect people’s time without wait or rude and impatient office staff. I can’t wait to go back. Yes it was that pleasant.

Positive experience: Took my mom for her dental appointment we arrived there was no office staff there but the waiting room was open when we came in there was another patient in waiting after a short while an officer worker arrived and started to take names then they started to call them in to be seen as I was sitting waiting I started to notice that people who were called in after my mom were leaving before she even came out eventually she was finally done and I made a future appointment for her next year and we left

Fantastic experience: I travel almost an hour to this office. (287, GSP and Rt 35) I started with Dr. Zaidi when he opened his practice in Piscataway and the traveling time is a minor inconvenience compared to Dr. Zaidi’s knowledge and skills. Also, don’t be hesitant because of “Dental Arts” as part of the office name. There is absolutely no pressure for cosmetic dentistry. No pressure for crowns, veneers, implants or whitening. Ever. Dr. Zaidi is kind and brilliant. He will repair a tooth, if that’s all you want done, even if it would be easier and more profitable to crown or remove it. Finally, do not assume this office is more expensive based on it being located in an affluent area. Because it is not. PS….I am not related or friends with anyone in this office.

This is honestly the first dentist I have been to that I don’t go into panic mode when I need work to be done. I feel each and every team member is really looking to make each visit a positive experience. Even deep teeth cleaning! I highly recommend Dr. Zaidi and his team!

Fantastic experience: My front tooth cracked on Sunday. I called first thing Monday morning to see if I could get in. Dr. Zaidi was completely booked but he and his assistant, Christine, worked through their lunch hour in order to see me. This is above and beyond what you would or should expect from your dentist’s office but that is the type of practice he has. The absolute nicest and most accommodating staff I’ve ever experienced at any medical practice. Just the best!!

Fantastic experience: Great experience! I absolutely hate going to the dentist, and was very skeptical of going but i was in pain… 9/10 pain. I chose this office because my insurance was in network. But i would recommend this dental office to everyone…. Everyone was super nice, kind and were very patient with the questions that i had, even if they were kind of silly to be asked. No problems at all & I look forward going in 6 months! Highly Recommend!

I haven’t been to the dentist in over 15 years out of fear given horrible past experiences. Dr. Zaidi is a master at his craft. I went in for an extraction and left with a smile, thanking him and his staff for restoring my faith and confidence. Fantastic experience: Had a great cleaning from Lorin! First time I had seen her and she is very experienced and very good. I had also noticed a bit of tenderness and she made sure to thoroughly check and examine the teeth in that area and also took photos of my fillings there for a closer look. She also noticed an abnormality with one of my tonsils and suggested getting that checked out, something I was unaware of and wouldn't have known otherwise. Excellent service from her and also Genevieve, who took my X-rays and all the staff there who are so nice.

However the expertise of Dr. Asim Zaida and his staff in providing excellence and reassurance of my concerns on how everything would be managed, set the stage for a successful outcome. The best analogy is a "hole in one" when playing golf.

Fantastic experience: The staff at chapel hill dental were professional & courteous in helping me with a broken denture. Dr Zaidi explained fully what course of action was needed to fix my denture. Always kept informed during my exam & procedure to fix my dentures.

Fantastic experience: Dr Reff is an amazing oral surgeon. My second dental implant and so easy. Professional, caring and great playlist. I am a bit of a scardy cat. He took the time to answer all my questions, whenever I had one. 48 hrs later, no pain, no swelling and no need for anything but extra strength Tylenol the first 24 . Thanks Dr Reff.

Fantastic experience: When I came to Chapel Hill Dental Arts my teeth were badly chipped, ground down and stained. I’m an intense grinder. Now I have a beautiful natural looking smile with individual caps on each tooth. I believe this was the best cosmetic investment I could have made. I am beyond pleased and would highly recommend Chapel Hill. Aside from doing a top notch meticulous job, Dr Zaidi and his staff are lovely human beings! Fantastic experience: First let me start by saying that I am extremely sensitive about pain about needles. At Chapel Hill Dental, all of the technicians are gentle and caring. I always feel completely at ease when I’m there. Dr. Asim R. Zaidi is a kind, calming, warm, and caring person. I broke my molar recently and despite my fear of needles and drills, Dr. Zaidi had me calm and laughing in the chair before he began filling my tooth. It was quick and painless and I left with a smile on my face. They also got me into the office within a day of calling with my problem and took care of it the day I came in. They are also very good at explaining everything they are doing before and as they do it, which relieves my nervousness. Thank you Dr. Zaidi and team!

Fantastic experience: Dr Zaidi, Jenn, Mina, Genevieve and the entire front desk staff were so warm and welcoming from the minute I walked through the door. Dr. Zaidi is an extremely kind, knowledgeable professional who truly cares about how his patients look and feel. Dr. Reff was wonderful and even sang a few songs throughout my surgery which helped to relieve my anxiety. I have definitely had my fair share of dental experiences so I can honestly say that they are hands down the best! And to top it off there is an amazing lab on site so you do not have to wait for anything to be sent out. So a big thank you to this amazing practice for allowing me to smile again, I would give you 10 stars if I could!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Zaidi is one of the most genuine, skilled, and honest healthcare providers I’ve seen. I went in for some minor cosmetic concerns. Instead of doing unnecessary and pricey treatments, Dr. Zaidi suggested a more conservative treatment to preserve my tooth health while still fixing what bothered me. I am beyond happy with the results. The entire staff was equally as great. Absolutely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Excellent Dentist! Excellent staff! Dr. Zaidi and his his entire staff are kind, caring and highly skilled. I underwent extraction of all of my upper teeth and fitted for upper dentures and they took the utmost care to see that my new teeth were comfortable. However, my new dentures are extremely uncomfortable and they make me gag when I insert them. I don't use them. Ever. I can't eat anything with them and they don't stay in when I try to eat anything. I don't know. Maybe I'm just not a good candidate for dentures! LOL! I don't blame them for this. However, two things that turned me off were: 1. From my first visit (checkup and assessment), I felt pressured to provide a review. I was thinking "we just met. Can't we go on a few dates, first, before we get married?" 2. The completion of my treatment was supposed to be a basic cleaning and a deep planing of my lower teeth. Getting an appointment for the cleaning was a struggle since the next appointment for a cleaning is about a year's wait. I finally saw one of their excellent hygienists whereupon she did a full basic cleaning and half of a deep cleaning. She told the FOH staff to put me on the cancellation list to finish the other half. Which means when they have a cancellation, they fit you in on short notice That was in March (3 months). Final assessment: Excellent dental practice but you'll wait a long, long time to get a cleaning. And, in my case, I'd like to get the planing done sooner rather than later. That's how it goes, sometimes. But I also need other work to be done on my lowerh it seems we've hit an empass. But, all in all, thank you Dr. Zaidi and your superb staff. I would highly recommend you and your practice. Take care!

Fantastic experience: Chapel Hill Dental Arts is hands down the most professional, knowledgeable, informative dental office I have ever been to. Dr. Zaidi is so welcoming, and most importantly trustworthy and a perfectionist with his patients and he will make sure that you are 100% happy with the outcome or he will not finish until you are. The oral surgeon was so kind during a pretty(what could have been painful and not comfortable) surgery. Again, he was wonderful along with the entire staff, from the front desk to everyone working along side his team of doctors. Fantastic experience: I have known Dr. Asim Zaidi for over 20 years. I was referred by a close friend who had a wonderful experience with their dental needs. He had fixed my chipped front top row tooth -and placed a permanent crown about 20 years back. I did not have any problem with the permanent crown. However, I chipped the permanent crown because of teeth grinding and clenching problem in my sleep. I saw Dr. Zaidi after 20 years and I got a new crown down. I have my smile back. Dr. Zaidi’s expertise in dentistry is phenomenal and his bedside manners hasn’t changed a bit in 20 years. He is really cares for his patients and if not for long distance to his new office, I wouldn’t go to any other dentists. Considering experience 20 years back, I drove an hour to see Dr. Zaidi to get the crown fixed. And I went thrice to take off the chipped permanent crown, put temp and measure for the permanent crown. I had no doubts in my mind about Dr. Zaidi’s expertise. Dr. Zaidi is very professional yet very humble with his patients and staff. Dr. Zaidi is very caring about his patients. He went out of his way to whiten my teeth to make my teeth look much brighter. He hasn’t changed a bit in 20 Years and genuinely cares for his patients. From the front desk staff, Nina to dental assistant, Kristen, everyone in his office is very kind and humble. They go out of their way to put you at ease. Everyone I saw at the office had a smile on their face. The dental assistant, Kristen was exceptional and I would trust her expertise any day. I am very happy with Dr. Zaidi and his staff and I am thankful for getting my smile back! I would trust Dr. Zaidi and his caring staff any day for my dental needs. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I was a little worried going to a new dentist in this post covid world we live in. But was stunningly surprised. The staff was awesome! The facility was spotless and to boot they were very informative. To me I felt human like they were not just there to take my money. An the tooth extraction itself, painless. Fantastic experience: I was a walk in bundle of nerves, after having double hip replacement. I found my way to Dr Asim , who was very reassuring, that they would get clearance from my orthopedic dr. and not to worry. The staff was kind, friendly, and very sufficient, making an immediate appointment. I am waiting clearance now, for a root canal, and relieved that I didn’t have to make appointments or calls myself, as the staff is so efficient and are taking care of all forms, and paperwork. They do everything to quell and quench the “fear” of being in a dentist’s office….Most of all, they are truly happy with their work as can be seen in their body language and speech….Also Dr. Zaidi has a “persona” that releases peace while you’re in the dentist’s chair….There is no need to be scared or full of anxiety when visiting Chapel Hill Dental Arts…. I am 71 years old and I remember the “Stone Age” of dental practice as a child growing up in St.Croix, United StatesVirgin Islands, when you wished you could run out of the office but your parents wouldn’t let you…Chapel Hill Dental Arts is highly recommended without any reservation!

Fantastic experience: I am usually quite skeptical about google reviews, questioning their validity most of the times, but that completely changed after my first visit to Chapel Hill Dental to see Dr. Zaidi, so much so that it has led me to writing my very first google review. Dr. Zaidi is an amazing dentist with solid knowledge and skills of his field topped by a compassionate approach and a gentle and kind demeanor. The entire team from the front desk and other team members—Christine, Genevieve and Leah to name a few—are all amazing people, not just in their skill sets but also as human beings. The entire staff is extremely polite and courteous and makes sure to go above and beyond to serve all your needs. The best part is most dental needs —including surgical interventions (Dr. Reff is an awesome surgeon!)—are all met under one roof which saves so much trouble of having to run around to different locations. I have had three visits so far and each time the experience is better than the last. We have just relocated to New Jersey and it has been super stressful to find new providers within the vicinity being new to the area. Believe me when I say that I am so glad we found this place. What a relief!

Fantastic experience: Chapel Hill Dentistry is by far the most customer service oriented practice I have ever been to. Christine was amazing, caring, calming and very knowledgeable. Dr. Reff made the procedure seem like it lasted minutes. He was funny and lighthearted which to the edge off. Mina at the front desk is so kind and caring and very efficient. I know it seems unbelievable that you would rave about a dentists office, but they deserve it.

As an adult I still get frightened to seat at a dentist chair, however, the staff, from the receptionist to all the amazing doctors, make you feel comfortable and secure.
