Negative experience: I will never bring my kids her they put to much force on my child that they left a mark on him. I get it that that you need to hold kids but putting marks on them‍♀️ I had to explain to my child school why he had mark on his forehead. Thankfully my son explained what happened to him or else I would have to deal with CPS in my house ‍♀️ yes they got amazing toys but not worth the trauma of the child

Negative experience: My daughter has been coming to the office for years. I never had an issue until they decided not to take card. I decided to switch dentists because who has hundreds of dollar's in cash on them to pay upfront to get dental work done. So I went to another dentist that took our insurance and the very first apt they told me that my daughter should have had spacers and braces on years ago and that the other dentist should have caught it. Now we have to pay thousands of dollars worth of dental work when it could have been avoided if they had done their job.

Staff are so patient and make the kids feel comfortable and ease. I would highly recommend to bring your kids here.

Fantastic experience: I wanted my Starbucks card but then saw @Guadalupe Hernandez comment .i was waiting with my daughter in the front lobby She was very rude with the front desk very disrespectful. Calling them a B word. She came in after me and wanted to be passed back before anyone else. Learn how to be patience and respectful with people . Stop blaming other people for your own actions .

Negative experience: Booked my appointment at 11:30 for 2pm upon arrival there was cigarette butts inside the building on the floor. Toy area is COMPLETELY dirty and not swept or clean. I seen a bunch of little trash on the floor in the play area. First desk female was rude and laughed in my face when I simply wanted to know how longer the wait would be since it already was 2:13. Never again will I come here. Those females need to get up and do some cleaning. Lazy. Rude. Dirty. Do better!

Vernon in San Bernardino to each family with lil ones

Fantastic experience: We have been coming here for a little over a year now and they are amazing. Super friendly staff and work really well with my son who is autistic and not too fond of having his teeth looked at lol. All in all I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of a guys dentist for their kiddos.

Negative experience: I have always had a very bad experience in this place, the staff that I deal with is always very bad, they are not friendly at all, they do things quickly and try to make you always use anesthesia so they can charge more, I will never go to this place again. Baddd place

Negative experience: My 6 year old son Javier had the worst dental experience with Dr. Son. My son has had dental work in the past, but never screamed from excruciating pain from the drilling because Son didn’t medicate him properly cause he should not have felt the pain. Son I has been reported and is under investigation.

Negative experience: The Kim brothers are great but my 5 year old daughter had a traumatic experience with Dr.Son. He should NOT be working with children. He acts nice, but h intentionally inflicts pain on the children. My other children have had care from the Kim brothers. Totally different experience. I had to stop him from butchering my child. ALL OF DR.SON PATIENTS LEAVE HURT AND IN PAIN HOLLERING OVER AND OVER AGAIN !!! EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM ! But NOT when the same patients get care for other dentists. HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY !!!!
