Fantastic experience: I recently had an appointment with Moore Complete Dental as a new patient. The entire staff was so positive, friendly and welcoming. Dr. Harper was very personable and explained things very clearly. The hygienist who worked with me (Dax), was so gentle and made me feel so comfortable. She frequently checked to make sure I was not experiencing any sensitivity during the procedure and that I was comfortable. Probably the best dental experience I have ever encountered. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic staff in every way. They are so communicative, friendly, and informative. They're never pushy or judgemental. One thing I love is that while they're giving you a lowdown on any procedures they're planning to do that day, they'll look up what your insurance covers and give you your out-of-pocket cost before they do the procedure so that you're never surprised by costs (and give you options to opt out of procedures, if you'd prefer). We always leave feeling comfortable, informed, and prepared to do our part of taking care of our teeth at home between appointments. My hygienist, Lauren, is always incredibly kind and friendly and makes the entire experience comfortable. Dr. Han is the dentist who sees me, and she is so informative and wonderful, never makes me feel rushed, and always answers any questions I have thoroughly.

Negative experience: I visited Moore Complete Dental this morning due to a severe toothache and left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and completely unheard. After being X-rayed by the tech, I was told the issue by the tech — not the actual dentist. Dr. Sarah Han briefly entered the room, did not examine my mouth or even look at my teeth, and simply said, “I told you about this tooth in 2022. You did nothing about it.” Then she walked out. She offered no updated evaluation, showed zero concern for the pain I was clearly in, and didn’t ask a single follow-up question. Instead, she wrote a prescription for antibiotics and completely dismissed the reason I came in: severe pain. No empathy, no explanation, no plan of care. To make matters worse, when I voiced concern, the office manager didn’t seem to care either. I left feeling like I had wasted both my time and money — and, frankly, like I didn’t matter as a patient. As a Black woman, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being treated with indifference because of who I am. Whether this was rooted in personal bias or a lack of professionalism, it is absolutely unacceptable. Thankfully, I went straight to The Dental Home of Moore afterward, where I was warmly welcomed, properly examined, and treated with urgency and respect. I will never return to Moore Complete Dental. I strongly recommend others seek care where patients are actually seen, heard, and valued. Zero stars for Dr. Han and this office.

Fantastic experience: This is easily the best dentist I’ve ever been to. They are gentle and thorough. Their staff is very knowledgeable; they help me feel informed so that I know what my options are and I can make educated decisions with those options. Some of my teeth were sensitive to cold temps for years and I was just living with it, but they had a very easy fix for me. They have a simple screening process to check for oral cancer too, and I didn’t know that was an option until I started coming here. I trust this dentist to identify real issues and give me the right care. Can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: It had been a short six months since my previous dentist stopped taking my (MetLife) insurance. I got to feeling a little anxious about entrusting my chompers with a new clinic. But as soon as I walked in the door I could feel the warmth and kindness of Moore complete dental staff! From the moment I in the x-ray scan area to the dentist chair for the overall clean & checkup to the check out of my visit, I felt safe and cared for by a very loving staff! Im so glad my gut guided me to Moore complete dental.. now I no longer worry about who my dentist will be! My hygienist -Erica did a marvelous job and should be commended! She explained everything that would be going on she even explained all costs that insurance didn't cover that I could easily decline with no judgement. I never had pain or discomfort and definitely will return to her ! Dr Harper came in and overviewed all the chompers and had me feeling more confident in my smile than I walked in with. Fantastic experience: The clinic as a whole is super sweet and caring. The front desk workers got me seen quickly for an evaluation of root canal. Called me about cancelation and everything. Dr. Han made sure the infection was down enough before she operated so there would be no pain. Once we believed the tooth was less infected, they saw me as soon as they could (Tuesday for evaluation and Friday for operation). Dr. Han and her assistant were very very attentive, sweet, and funny! During the procedure if pain was felt they stopped, re-numbed, and asked if I wanted to continue. They talked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable. I truly appreciate them for fixing me up and I can't wait to see them more. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: It’s not often a person can truly say their dentist appointment was delightful, but I’m saying it. My first visit to this office was delightful! Everyone was helpful, friendly, polite, and REAL. Both Dr. Han and Dr. Harper examined me and talked with me. They explained everything every step of the way. I need to have several procedures and I knew that before going there. They were thorough in exams and in explanations. They took care of dealing with my insurance. The prices to get the work done are quite reasonable, especially compared with some other estimates I have received. I’m actually looking forward to getting my teeth all fixed up by Moore Complete Dental. ***** Update: 6/12/2025. Drs. Harper and Han, and their entire team, are absolutely dedicated to the care of their patients. I have been going there for a while now and I'm extremely pleased with the results. They have done a cleaning, an extraction, 2 implants, 2 "help - I have a problem, can you get me in?" visits, and we are now in the middle of a crown. The temporary is in place, waiting on the lab to make the permanent tooth. I deal with anxiety year round and I require a cane to move around. They work with me on scheduling appointments to help me out. While I'm there, they make certain of my comfort in every possible way. If I need a break, they instantly stop and allow it. Of course, if I need to reschedule, I call them before the appointment. It's the least a patient can do. They are very professional, but warm and friendly, every single one of them. And, their new location is outstanding. Much easier to get into and out of than when they were on 19th. Another point - My insurance has changed and not as much is covered, as before. They tell you ahead of time what the charges will be, as much as possible. Also, if it turns out you need less work than thought, they will tell you and not overcharge. I'm very pleased.

Fantastic experience: Best pain free dental procedure I ever had. Not kidding!!!! I had a wisdom tooth extracted and a temporary crown put on and didn't feel an oz of pain! Dr Harper didn't make my whole mouth numb which was a blessing especially since she knew exactly where to inject numbing meds! Woke up today pain free! Also, her whole staff treats you with kindness and they make sure you are taken care of. I would highly recommend this place for your family's dentistry needs!

My only complaints would be that they have great taste in music and I couldn’t sing along to Queen while she was working in my mouth and I missed meeting the doggo. Fantastic experience: I took my mother in to see if anything could be adjusted on her dentures for a better fit. We saw Dr. Hanna. Very congenial and accommodating. She told my mother that ( despite mom’s belief) she had a very good set of dentures. After X-rays and the exam, she told us that the fit was surprisingly good. She said she could re-line the dentures, but they didn’t need that. It would just be wasting her money. She showed her how to properly apply the correct amount of Fixadent adhesive and gave her a sample tube. My mother was very pleased and could not say enough about the entire staff?

Negative experience: The first time I went they were wonderful! But they have no respect for all the construction and traffic that is around the city. I understand there has to be rules BUT if you call and let them know about construction and traffic they will not give at all. From my house there is construction on 4th, 19th and that makes traffic back up all the way. They cancelled my appointment because I couldn't get there in 10 minutes. I'm very disappointed cause I thought I found a good place to go. Now I have to find another dentist so I'll be calling my insurance for them to recommend another place and let them know about this dentist.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. I had an appointment, it was rescheduled, my new date came up, and the same day I called to confirm my appointment, and I heard it's canceled. They texted to confirm the day prior and gave a 1.5 hr frame to confirm - they then canceled and booked another patient instead. The front desk didn't apologize but questioned and blamed me for not confirming on time. Claimed they "normally" give others 4 hours to confirm unsure what happened. I was looking to switch my primary dentist and this discouraged me so much. Discrimination and no empathy.

Positive experience: The people are great! Everyone is warm and welcoming. The new office is very nice with plenty of parking. Everyone is very professional.My only conmplaint/concern is the cost. I had no problem with my teeth and a routine cleaning still cost $332. With flouride treatment and laser ,if needed ,to clean next to the gum, it would have been almost $500 !Cleaning, 2 min exam by the dentist, and 4 bite wing xrays. In my opinion, that is high $. I worked for surgeons for years and that type visit cost would have had to include Some type of office surgery most likely. I know things have doubled tho. I think they are very knowledgeable , but I can only afford to be seen once a year. ( they really rec. every 3 months .)Thank goodness I have always had good teeth for the last 67 years.My teeth feel great, but on a sr's income , that's a lot of money. Everyone else must be lucky enough to have dental insurance.

Negative experience: Dr. Han is very nice but after agreeing to Invisiline teeth guards because I grind my teeth and a very lengthy filling, I think it was the third try, having my mouth wide open for a long while, I'm left with TMJ for 8 months and a dentist that doesn't seem to care. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Edit: Also, in the future it will be a red flag when someone repeatedly says "You're probably going to hate me."

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Moore Complete Dental for about 1.5 years now after not going for 2 years prior due to a horrible experience with my last dentist. Erica does a fantastic job on my teeth cleanings. She listens well to my concerns about my teeth and always makes sure my teeth feel great before I leave. Erica is personable, funny and so sweet! Negative experience: Their service was all fine and good, but after paying them a lot (what I thought was my entire bill) apparently there was an insurance issue and instead of getting ahold of me like a normal company they are literally suing me for a bill I didn’t even know about?? Very out of the blue and obviously they care a lot more about money than their customers or any type of communication with them

Positive experience: Felt pressured and more like a number than a client and discarded when I couldn't pay 5k. I had originally set up an appointment to do a ton of work. Since the appointment was set I've had surgery, my girls have had medical costs, I've replaced my water heater and replaced a dishwasher that sprung a leak. Life happens, I can't do the 5k. I still need urgent work and agreed to pay, however was told my appointment was cancelled over a voicemail. Eh, id rather pay more not to feel like a dollar sign.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new dentist and my friend recommended Dr Harper and from the minute I walked in I felt very welcomed. Everyone was so friendly and my hygienist Erica really put me at ease and explained every thing she was doing step by step and was very gentle. As someone who suffers from dental anxiety I never felt anxious at all! Dr Harper was so friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. I have found my new dentist!

My assistant, Lacey, was so wonderful to me, I could have not had a better assistant. Dr. Harper was amazing so amazing, she was very gentle, and went over everything and every option there was. Fantastic experience: Had a great experience. New office is really nice. Everyone was friendly. Had a cleaning and exam it was quick and I was in and out in no time. Dr. Harper, Angela, Stephanie and the rest of the staff are great.

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal professionalism and kindness exemplified by every member of their staff. Between emergencies, routine cleaning, and scheduled other needs - I've never had an issue and still, happily, drive over an hour to get here despite multiple other dentists in my area.
