Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for a long time. Dr Hadi and the dental hygienist Malak are super professional and great at what they do.

Fantastic experience: Everyone I encountered was welcoming & professional. From the staff to the manager, who entertained an antsy boy waiting on his mom’s appointment to end. Overall great experience.

Negative experience: I took my children here, since moving to the area. First visit last year was told they're behind, and short staffed, understandable. Well, Thursday 8/21/25 was basically the same reasoning (one of the hygenists went home early) again understandable, wait period was long, no A/C and only one child was able to get their teeth cleaned, my other child was told by the hygenist that she needed her gums numbed for a deeper cleaning but the dentist that seen her prior 15 minutes before said gums and teeth were fine and I already know this due to how well my children take care of their teeth. I think personally it was because they were behind and just wanted to reschedule so I did and the appointment was today 8/25, got there 15 minutes early, hygenist was outside on the phone when we were walking in, sat and waited for 30+ minutes phones ringing over and over while we were in the waiting room and no hello, no we'll be with you shortly NOTHING but employees walking around on their phones, no client acknowledgement at all. We walked out as I guess another or the only receptionist was pulling into the parking lot with food and drinks while hygenist was still outside with receptionist handing the items to her. The receptionist said have a great day to us as she was exiting her vehicle, not knowing that we were not serviced and not acknowledged at all by staff. Do better. In my honest opinion don't waste your time here. The actual dentist is nice but this place needs serious upgrades including the employees walking around on phones and not acknowledging clients. As of now, I am looking for another dentist for my children after my give them a chance 3rd time's a charm outlook but apparently this place just doesn't cut it at all and needs serious adjustments ASAP to make this place a functional dentist office.

Fantastic experience: I was so happy with the dentist and her assistant! They did an excellent job, so thoughtful and thorough. Made me so relieved. In the past I have not had good experiences with dental care!

Fantastic experience: This was the best experience I have ever had at the dentist! The staff was so pleasant and kind!!! The dentist and assistant answered all of my questions and the dentist made me feel like he truly cared about the wellness of my smile, confidence and health. I would highly recommend going here! And I actually look forward to coming back!

Positive experience: I only picked 4 cause my mouth is sore. Tomorrow it will be 5. Service was efficient and timely. The office, treatment room, and restroom were all clean and neat. My hygienist was friendly and professional. Several years ago I had to leave long-term family dentist due to a change in my insurance. I went with great expressions and have no regrets.

Fantastic experience: First time there. Happy with the service and the people who worked there. I went today (8/1/25) for my mold fitting for my new teeth. The guy who did my fitting was awesome. I was I and out in no time. Very good experience with this company.

Negative experience: Refused to treat a cavity in my otherwise healthy wisdom teeth. Neglected to take measures two years ago which would have prevented it from forming in the first place.

Negative experience: It was my visit I had to come to numerous appointments and didn't even know what the appointment was really for they keep saying feelings needed to be everywhere but my teeth was not giving me any pain and after the first set of feelings I end up with sensitivity to both cold and hot water and never had that ever so after generating pain after supposed to get my teeth fixed by getting feelings now I have pain that I never had but I originally went for a partial then after receiving the top cavities filled she shaved my teeth down to a nerve that's why it's sensitive after declining getting my teeth shaved on more which is way uncomfortable because I have to live with my teeth and I'm old letting them know I just want my partial no more feelings because it's making my mouth feel uncomfortable they make me appointment for July 31st to start labs for my partial then called me hours after I left the same day today and told me they're declining my appointment for labs because I refuse to get cavities on the bottom that doesn't have nothing to do with my partner when the reception is and the doctor said that it's my choice if I want to go on with the process of getting the partials without the cavities being that it's my mouth and I don't want any more feelings did due to the fact that it's making my mouth uncomfortable with all the shaving my teeth on one side does not feel the same like they did and I have received feelings before and never have I ever had as much shaving on my teeth as she shaved my teeth down she simply declined doing the bottom feelings and aimed her today's appointment on going back to the old work that was already did that I came in complaining about the sensitivity on just to decline me of service after I pay the co-pay and sign papers stating that they were already in the process of charging my insurance and never was refunded my copay and they simply said that I can't go on we're getting a partial because I do not want her putting feelings in my mouth because I felt it was unnecessary I'm not complaining of pain in any of my teeth like I said I am old I just simply want a partial and all the attitude and aggressiveness her pulling my mouth open acting like she was seeing let me know when I seen the number on the caller ID calling with the call was for just how aggressive and unprofessional she was today the overall services in the beginning was okay I don't know if she was overwhelmed today but if me simply telling you how I feel about my mouth makes you want to decline me of services that I do not want in my mouth it's crazy I will not recommend nobody else to go there due to the fact they pulled my front teeth out my gums are healed and now they are declining me of my partial and now I have to sit with no teeth and find someone else to give me after they are ready ran my insurance way before I even started this process to tell me I was approved for everything

Fantastic experience: I recently had a cleaning done by Melek, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. She was extremely professional, gentle, and thorough. As a hygienist, Melek made me feel completely at ease and took the time to explain each step of the process. The office was clean, and the entire team was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Melek for anyone looking for high-quality and comfortable dental care!

Negative experience: I HAD A VERY !!! UNPLEASANT SURPRISE !!! NO WARNING THAT WOULDNT DO A ROUTINE CLEANING WITH A LITTLE HIGH PRESSURE!!!!!! Waste of my time !!!! I WALKED OUT!!!! NO HEADS UP they’d BE CHECKING IT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!! That is A FIRST in 55 years !!!!!!!!! Negative experience: Need to sell back to amazing dental and bring back those dentist and techs. Can NEVER help me never communicate with me and wasted two hours of my time this morning! Negative experience: I had an appointment today with Dr. Osman. I came in at 7:55 am because my appointment was at 8:00. After waiting in the back for 20 minutes, they tell me they will be in to numb me in 45 minutes and the doctor is running late. This doctor is always running late. I told them at no time in my life am I waiting an hour for the dentist. I’ve been here a couple times and this place is a zoo. The employees never have the right equipment, they are always scrambling and running from room to room to find equipment they use everyday. The level of incompetence here is beyond crazy. Save your self the hassle and go to a dentist that knows what they are doing and has the right equipment

Negative experience: It's frustrating how inconsistent their services can be. You rarely see the same hygienist twice, as their staff changes very frequently. It's disappointing to find a great hygienist, only to discover they’re no longer available on your next visit. This has been happening for the last two years, and I finally decided to stop going there. I initially had a positive experience because I found a good hygienist, but that never lasts. Additionally, I would caution others about potential billing issues. They may charge you for services not rendered, claiming they didn't charge you directly while billing your insurance instead.

Negative experience: UPDATE: Amazing Dental was bought by Great Expressions Dental Centers and it has been a nightmare since. I called to schedule an appt for a cavity. I arrived and was taken back quickly. However once in the room I sat for 40 minutes before the hygienist came in. She began cleaning my teeth and it was the most painful dental cleaning I have EVER had. At the end she asked if I wanted to schedule for my next cleaning and I explained I was here for a cavity and wanted to schedule to have it filled. She said “oh the doctor has already left for the day”. Then they told me a date and time to come back to have my cavity filled and sent me a confirmation for a completely different date and time. I have already moved my kids to a different office and now I will be finding a new one as well. I love this office and have switched my entire family here; everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Reem made my four year old so comfortable at his first visit, from check in all the way through to the end when he got to pick a prize (or three) from the treasure chest! The hygienists walked my son through everything they were doing and they were so patient with him. So thankful to have found them!

Negative experience: Worst experience EVER... Dr. Yazbek sent me away with a broken bridge that i told him it was lose a week ahead and i previous had it done in the office there then for him to tell me it was nothing else he could do for me, then I called the next day and the dude at the front desk didn't answer my call cause he seen me calling back to back cause my name was coming up on the caller ID so he sent me to the voice mail how rude and unprofessional i went to a new location the next day and they took care of me. I went in with a frown and came out with a smile I really thought that Dr. Yazbek was a good dentist but it's NOT and I'm highly disappointed. And not only to say my previous experience was terrible with a receptionist Terrance who was highly rude and is no longer with the company! They never fail to disappoint!!!! My family and I will no longer seek their care!!!

Negative experience: Here's my experience, I came in two years ago with a broken bridge. They put in the worst material. Paid over 1600 and insurance covered the rest, however the job wasn't up to parr. He fixed the bridge but it wasn't professionally done. I thought i had finally gotten the fixing i needed. However, the bridge kept falling out especailly when i am chewing. when I went back to him he then stated that 'he didn't know how to fix a bridge' ok so why didn't he state that in the beginning?!? Now after two years I am getting a bill with over $800 for nothing that i hadn't paid. Now I am sitting here with a new bill, with a bridge that still isn't fixed and overwhelming annoyance from this so called 'dentist' (Jason) that I went to.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Yazbek is very professional and communicates well! He is very thorough with his work. Crystal and Hawra were very kind and accommodating.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. My kids have been going here and everything seemed ok. They had cleanings and some fillings in the past. However I brought my daughter in for a check up due to tooth/jaw pain and they took X-rays and mentioned her wisdom teeth are coming in but they're not needing to be removed currently. It made sense so we trusted their word. A week later we went to an orthodontist for braces evaluation and they were taking pictures and it looked like there was food in her molar. They took X-rays and found massive cavities. So at that point we realized we can't continue visiting this practice for our dental care and found a new dentist. The new dentist evaluated her and she ended up needing a root canal and crown as well as other fillings. I highly advise against using this practice for your dental needs.

Negative experience: This was absolutely the most unprofessional dental establishment I have been in. First of all the dentist did not know how to use the nitrous oxide after I already came out of pocket $100… to find out she had it upside down. After I had a root canal I was waiting 2 weeks for my crown and received the run around regarding where it was. in the midst of that I lost a chunk of my tooth because a temporary crown was never put on. The dentist then proceeded to come into my daughter’s cleaning appointment to verbally attack me because SHE did wrong. Be careful of malpractice here!!! They will only tell you what you want to hear!!! The hygiene team is phenomenal, but the dentists seem to be undereducated.

Negative experience: I would never come or recommend this place to anybody. Dr. Yazbek is very rude and was acting irritated. For one he didn’t tell me he was about to numb my mouth just injected the shot without saying something. And then he kept pulling and yanking my mouth open. I wasn’t comfortable at all and they try to come up with balances out of nowhere. Office gives shady vibes. They also made me reschedule my appointment one time because i was 10 minutes late and said the dentist is busy when he was behind the counter looking at me and the lobby was empty, don’t come here. Dr.Yazbek btw!

Fantastic experience: The office was clean when I arrived. I arrived almost 30 minutes early but I was called 5 minutes after I got there. I was gone before my appointment time at 2:00. I enjoÿ going to the dentist no matter what I am having done. This was a good day.

Negative experience: This dentist was great up until today when they canceled my appointment without letting me know and I had already taken the time off work to be there. They claim someone should have called but I had no missed calls, and no voicemails. The only communication they sent yesterday was an appointment reminder. You would think if someone actually tried calling they would’ve left a voicemail. What a waste of time.

Fantastic experience: The staff is friendly and have gone out of their way to make me comfortable with my disability and getting the dental work done. As a person who has herniated discs in his back and trouble walking. I couldn't ask for a better experience every time I go. They are very good at getting patients in when they have a dental emergency. Give them a try you won't be disappointed. Went in today for work on two teeth my dentist consulted with a second dentist came up with the correct plan and ended up saving me money in the long run. The dentist are here to help and not worried about collecting every penny they can get. They are more concerned with patient's well-being. The staff are all friendly and polite I Can't urge people enough to go visit them.

Fantastic experience: My daughter is a regular patient here and broke a tooth the other day. I called and the office got her in the very next day. She required a little extra care due to her anxiety. The Dr and his asst were absolutely wonderful with her! They took their time and explained everything to ease her nerves. Joked around a bit so she’d relax. Got the job done and all is well. Fantastic experience: Love my dentist and the staff, always pleasant and go out of their way. I get bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist but since I found this place and my dentist i don’t get anxiety anymore because the way they treat and work on me

Positive experience: Poor communication, per office I needed a pre authorization before I could have my cleaning; authorization was obtained and never communicated to me that it was received. Went for my appointment and was told the pre authorization was expired and needed a new one, still no cleaning.

Negative experience: I have been going to them for about 5years. So I went for a cleaning at the beginning of the year and was given my appointment card to come back 8/19/2024 for my next cleaning. I told them that day I would be there because I am off so I will be able to come at any time. So I would for sure be there on my next appointment. I get there they tell me they can not do anything because I was late. I told them my appointment was at 10:30am per my card THEY GAVE ME and the guy just looked at me like he was stupid. Then some lady says I did not confirm my appointment. Which makes no sense since I told them when I was there back at the beginning of the year I would be there today for sure since I am off. I was calm and polite but when she proceeded to speak over me and continue to make it out that I messed up that’s what I walked out. I will NEVER allow anyone I know to ever so business with any of their locations ever again. I will also spread the word on my friends podcast as well as my own. If only I could give this negative stars.

Fantastic experience: Honestly I was skeptical of this place due to the reviews I saw from last year. But I must say this was one of if not the best dental experiences I’ve ever had! They did a great job making sure I was comfortable during the procedure and little to no pain at all after the numbing was completed

Negative experience: I hope if anyone went to this place to check their teeth with another dentist because I can't believe the one she's called Dr zainab Is a dentist I went to get a treatment but I got alot of problems on 3 teeth‼️she broke one of my teeth and three of my teeth were NOT CLEAND DURING THE PROCESS she's kept the rots without cleaning and sculpted my teeth more then they need and she's putted the filling on the rots without cleaning that's made infection I can't Handel th pain that's since April I took an appointment alot of time but every time she's canceled it because she's feeling bad , No one go there, they not a doctors ,and the office it's not clean at all I don't recommend this place for any one

Negative experience: We feel frustrated & disappointed! The dental doctor Zaineb Al kushaly filled my wife teeth without cleaning and broke her teeth, and my wife got an infection from that. She is now on severe toothache due to that. and by the end, no one there wants to help or resolve this issue. This is NOT a professional dental center. They are not short shrift. They should be an animal clinic/veterinary clinic, NOT a dental clinic. *** I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL CENTER AT ALL ***

Negative experience: I paid for an implant through care credit there and the dentist doesn't work there anymore so now I have to run around to find the dentist and they wont finish what he started and its fully paid for and they wont refund the money. Do not go there, its a butcher meat market not a dentist and they are in it just to hustle people and rip people off. IF the work is not done I don't understand why they cant refund my money when I paid Amazing Dental not the actual dentist. I hope this doesn't happen to no one so don't go there and my law suit is in process.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to a dentist in quite a while, and they were most friendly and put me at ease. Every question was answered, every procedure explained. I cannot find a dentist in my area, so elected to drive an hour and a half to get my work done. It was worth it. I recommend this office to anyone searching for quality customer service and dental care. That is the right word, they care.

Negative experience: If you go here or use to go here, you might want to call and make sure you don’t have a credit!! As they was previously billing incorrectly!! Had me thinking I owe them, when they owed me! They had to refund me a few hundred and my mom a couple thousand!! Oh yeah and they bill under GREAT EXPRESSIONS.. (which is the worst dentist company ever) they drilled all my back teeth out when I was 18 and filled with silver, nerves been bad ever since!!

Fantastic experience: Great experience with my cleaning by Massada Thabth. Very professional and excellent explanation of what she is going to do so there's no surprise. She is also very gentle so I would gladly recommend her. Every visit to see her has been a pleasant one.

Negative experience: I went there a couple years ago and the office staff was very efficient, the rooms were clean and the place looked nice. I went there today and they said I didn’t check C on my text confirmation and probably could not see me. However the girl returned and said the dentist could still see me. The rooms are dirty, floor looks old and disgusting and walls had holes and marks on them. The dentist wasn’t able to do anything for me and I would not have wanted any dental services performed there. Dont waste your time going here because you won’t be happy. After looking at other reviews it says they had sold the place and since the sale I believe the place had gone downhill. Appearance tells you everything and all I can say is this place is a dump.

Negative experience: Well let see last week I had a appointment to see my dentist that I made a year a go and didn't hear from them at all so I call them and then they where like where close Wednesday ok so they had to reschedule me this time I called two days ago to confirm and the lady said all set I even got a text message saying don't forget your medicine that I have to take before any of it and I get there they say there was no confirmation then they said my dentist isn't in right now can u come back at 1 30 I'm like no I have to work at 2 now this has happened to me ever since I went here which is I believe 4 year now and this is the only place that accepts my medical so I reschedule again for May let see what happens but very nice people just not very organized

Negative experience: The only reason they have so many good reviews is that they really push you to give them 5 stars. It's all over the office and everything as well. They were okay dentists. But the way they run the place is terrible. At my last appointment, they made me wait an hour past my appointment time. If I'd been an hour late, would they have still taken me? They didn't call or text to ask if I could show up an hour later, just had me waiting and wasted my time. My actual interactions and "work" done in the chair was around 5 minutes, literally. They could have seen me quickly, done the treatment and set me free. But they made me wait past me appointment time for a 5 minute process. Also I called to cancel my future appointments when I got a new dentist and they confirmed that there were NO more appointments on the calendar for me after they removed me. Well they called to remind me of an appointment last week or so. Either someone didn't cancel it properly or they lied to me or something. It's always a long wait to be seen, and sometimes the waiting room is so full you have to stand, but the last time was the last straw. Go somewhere else Edit: Now they won't allow people to accompany you to the back. My husband scheduled his appointment here and didn't have time to change. I hoped they'd be better (I no longer go here), but they're not. The lady who brought us back was dismissive and rude, uncaring. There's literally a spare chair in the room but they won't let me sit there because "We've started having people wait in the lobby". I believe this place can always get worse. While I was exiled to the lobby, they messed up another woman's visit as well. They said it was a mistake of not knowing where she was in the building. They for even know where they put their own patients. But she walked in with several family members.

Fantastic experience: Massada was my hygienist and she was absolutely wonderful. Her tone of voice conveyed that she takes her work and health of her patients seriously and she wants them to be as comfortable as possible. I didn't want to come in. I hate the gagging and nasty tastes and I had someone put Vasoline on my lips without my consent. She of course, had her recommendations but left all choices up to me and wasn't pushy in anyway shape or form. I'm always going to hate some texture or something but with Massada, she makes the appointment less scary and actually has me excited to come back and take better care of my teeth!! Also, I want to comment on my xray techs from Wednesday the 6th. They were super kind. One tech was teaching another and again, you can tell they took their job seriously and actually wanted to be there. I LOVED that they were working together. The overall atmosphere of how everyone interacts with their coworkers is also incredibly inviting. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

Positive experience: Idk what happened but this office changed drastically from last year. Office is ghetto. Front desk receptionist was unprofessional. I didn’t find out about an extra charge for fluoride until I got there. You think they would have said something before arrival. I got to the back and the room had used dental tools and seat was not cleaned off. I had to sit to the side for them to clean it. Service was not the same at all! Asked if there was a new owner was told that the old owners sold their company to Great Expressions dental. I am definitely going to look for a new dentist office today. Trust me! Save you money and a trip. The reason I did two stars ⭐️ instead of three is because my dental tech was nice.

Negative experience: I hate to be the one to give a poor rating, kind people but poor service. I had an appointment just for a consultation and i was waiting there for about an hour and a half. Apparently no one had told the dentist that was seeing me, had mentioned me being in the room waiting for a consultation. Yet all the assistants and workers were walking past my room. Some of them made eye contact with me. Then when the dentist saw me, it was about a 10 minute interaction which I knew was going to be quick, but shouldn’t of been worth waiting for. Prior, i had another appointment to get an extraction. The dentist who did it made the whole experience traumatic for me. When filling out the form, it does say “anxiety” and yes i did check that off. You’d think they’d be sensitive to what you fill out. I hope for the future, the service turns around.

Negative experience: New doctor did my root canal and crown. She and Dr. O was made aware that the gums were still bothering me. A new crown was put on and caused even more pain. I went back to have Dr O take a look and I was told that he didn’t want to touch it, I need to see a specialist in order to save the tooth, and it still has an infection visible on the X-ray. He said he was sending over an antibiotic to my pharmacy in which he NEVER did! I called the office several times only to be told he was on vacation. No one has given me an antibiotic still. I had to go through the emergency department where they are suggesting to pull a tooth in the front of my mouth - all because I can’t see an actual specialist until January. They have the WORST STAFF, WORST DENTIST, and so unprofessional. I’m am now seeking a medical malpractice lawsuit.

Negative experience: This place is a total scam DO NO TRUST THEM. I paid upfront CASH to get crowns, Dr. Jassam pulled out my teeth and refused to complete the service because I was 5 minutes late. I rescheduled my appointment several times, only to find the staff create new loop holes to try manipulating me to get even more work done, aside from the money I already paid. I asked for a refund, and they said they would have it mailed in 2-3 weeks. It's been over 2 months and they're still lying. They told me to contact my insurance, my insurance told me they literally have nothing to do with it. I PAID CASH. They then proceeded to lie and tried manipulating the conversation by suggesting that I was on a non-existent family account with my father. These people are crooks. Their receptionists are completely replaced every few weeks, which goes to show how disloyal their own former employees have been. Dr. Jassam even left this establishment, but not before he stole my money and ran off. This is a disgusting, evil, cruel place. Do not trust them. They are refusing to refund what I paid cash for. They have a huge lawsuit on their hands now, which I hope will shed more insight to the community regarding their shady and thieving nature. These people left me missing my front teeth after I paid to have my crowns and after I patiently tried to keep rescheduling and returning, they kept trying to trick me. The receptionist never knows what to say, she lied several times already and now they actually think that their clients could be this ignorant. If you want to be taken advantage of, exploited and pay thousands of dollars to basically have them pull out your teeth and refuse to provide you for the service you were promised, go right ahead. The most disgusting aspect of this whole thing is how they are so clearly waiting for this matter to expire, because they know the money is theirs after one full calendar year. I hope it was worth it for them, because I'm going to sue them for everything they have now. Until I am refunded my money from these crooks, I will remain highly invested in ensuring that my attorney fights for justice. I'm also not the only one. They screwed over my father and mother too. My mom would be waiting for hours in the waiting room even though she had an appointment scheduled for in advance, but I arrive 5 minutes late (and I even gave them a courtesy call, too) they kicked me out. Stating that if I wanted to get root canals they could get me in. Why? Because it would force me to give them even more money, while the funds I paid prior would hopefully expire with time. But they really must be desensitized to their evil corrupt games to be this dedicated to hurting a loyal, kind, compassionate and innocent patient who trusted them enough to pay them the cash upfront. If you want to destroy your teeth and get robbed, Amazing Dental is for you. Oh, and their motto is a complete lie. It's false advertising. They obviously don't care about you and they obviously don't care enough to be honest either. Avoid this place at ALL COSTS. AMAZING DENTAL IS SUCH AN EVIL PLACE. Half these reviews are fake, don't let them fool you like they fooled me. If I can help just one person avoid the damage they did to me through this one review it would all be worth it. Please, don't you dare trust these evil crooks.

Negative experience: Until today, I had phenomenal service and was very happy here. Unfortunately, today I was at work and apparantly had gotten a confirmation text after 9a this morning, and then I received a cancelation text around 3 telling me I no longer have the appt to no confirmation. I was at work from 730am until about 430. I called to get my appointment back, but it has already been re booked and there is no more appointments on my scheduled day. There was no attempt to assist me, no empathy of any sort. I had had the appointment for almost a month and made plans to move my work, other appointments, etc. around. The dental staff have been absolutely amazing, and I am in no way displeased with the quality of work they have done, but it seems it is time to move on.

Positive experience: I have been a patient here for a couple years now because I like Dr. Jassim. I called a few months ago because I was having pain(which turned out to be my impacted wisdom tooth). I was denied an emergency appointment and was told I would have to wait a week to be seen while I was in sever pain so that upset me. I came back today to see if was going to keep them as my primary dental office. The guy at the front desk asked me to update my medical history and when I tried to tell him I was done he didn’t even know I was standing there because he was laughing with the manager. Fortunately, I met a new hygienist by the name of April. She was prompt and took her time cleaning my teeth. She was pleasant and very efficient so I will be returning.

Positive experience: My first and second visit I loved this place. Felt like I finally chose the right facility for my dental needs as I have been through alot with my teeth. Now I feel nothing other than they have way to many patients to actually care for them properly. If you are not able to make time for an emergency who is already your patient than you have to many. Nobody should be sent home in pain or have to wait weeks to be seen to fix the problem causing the pain. In my opinion.

Negative experience: I never leave reviews but today's visit was absolutely deserving of one star, especially from a place that boasts about their 1400+ 5 star reviews when in reality they have around 1300 and they certainly aren't all 5 stars, LOL. I arrived 30 minutes prior to my 2:00 appointment, a simple cleaning. I received an email confirmation and a text confirmation. Terrence the receptionist was so apathetic of anybody, besides his coworkers. I ended up waiting 35 mins and had to approach him to see if my appointment was still going to happen since my hygienest didn't show (my fault?) And then he said oh let me call the other people scheduled and see if they cancelled for the other hygienest (it's past 2:00, evidently they aren't here ..) he then calls and obviously they aren't coming, so now I am to sign in to get this new hygienist. I ask who my original hygienest was that cancelled... He didn't know.... I asked who my new hygienest is... He didn't know. This is all happening while he is laughing and joking with his coworkers, I'm frustrated, and I walk out. Disgraceful, unprofessional and lack of empathy for those who have little time to play games with their time and lives. 'Owner' or even 'Manager' needs to apologize and redeem themselves.

Negative experience: I do not understand how the reviews are so great for this place. I have never been hurt like that from a cleaning in my entire life and I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months. About 4 hours after the cleaning, I couldn’t even eat food or chew because of how much my mouth was in pain. The hygienist was literally digging in the same spots of my gums for 30+ minutes and it was so painful. Felt like she was completely missing my teeth and just digging in straight gums. It’s just confusing because I’ve never had any issues before in all my years of going to the dentist and have healthy teeth.

Fantastic experience: I had a really wonderful experience here. I was very nervous as I have anxiety about dentists and oral surgery and the staff and doctor made me feel very at ease. Everyone was very friendly and thorough with answering my questions. The procedure was done a lot quicker than I'd expected but not rushed and I know it was done right, which I was really happy about. And on the way out the door the whole thing ended up being cheaper than the initial estimate so all in all a very good experience. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: The staff is very professional, the dentist is gentle, and friendly. I love the fast service, your not waiting long before your seen and they work with your busy schedule to make sure you are able to make it to your appointment. The office is very clean and waiting room is pretty comfortable. Overall this is a great dentist office and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I'm a new patient and I have to say this place is awesome! From my cleaning to my fillings and follow up I have been treated like family by the entire staff. Dr. Zainab is an amazing dentist, she does stellar work and has a personality that puts a smile on my face.

Positive experience: Took my kids and myself here because I wanted a dentist close by. So far so good. They did well with my kids, although I do wish the doctor had tried looking at my youngest son's teeth a little longer, the hygienist was awesome. I saw Nela and she was wonderful. I went back to have my wisdom teeth out and that went a little sideways due to a fluke with my tooth but the doctor worked it out and I really only needed pain meds that day. I was fine after that. The one side without the issue felt like I hadn't even had a tooth pulled. Overall I'm happy so far.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Dental what can I say? This place is amazing not to mention how clean and comfortable the environment looks and feels. When a person comes through the doors they greet their client's with a warm welcome. I feel very calm and relax here all the time. I been a patient here for 3 1/2 years. Because my Hygienist Veeda she is the best. The staff here are so down to earth. My teeth never looked so good, Vaada because of you my teeth looks and feel beyond amazing thank you Amazing Dental.

Fantastic experience: Very clean, kind, and reassuring....And in the middle of a pandemic. I hate going to the dentist....especially when something hurts...but they made it positive experience anyway. Veda did my cleaning today and really took the time to explain to me how I needed to care for my teeth with all the past work I've had done. The doctor was great too with answering all my questions. Grateful for finding them and wish them all the best for the work they keep doing! P.S. I love the sign outside that says heroes work here. Came back for past two years and still great. Today saw a new dentist, Dr. Stepho and Sarah H and they are very thorough and do a great job. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I just left Amazing dental - the tooth had to go and I was scared…no reason why; I just was. The dentist was amazing and the assistant was very personable. I’m so happy that I went there and to tell you the truth, I felt quite honored to be there, because those two made me feel that way!

Fantastic experience: Treat you as if you were their family no matter what, I got into an accident when working and they didn't give looks or say negative words and now they are my forever dental family❤️ to find a place that makes u feel good when u feel so bad about yourself knowing teeth are so important to you they are the best. They do keep it real with you I thought they could fix what the fall did and they showed me they couldn't for the top teeth and I cried but they made me feel better about everything nurses included

Negative experience: I have been going here for years. I use to enjoy going to the dentist there honestly everyone use to be so nice so eager to work. Now you call and get treated HORRIBLE. the way the works act towards clients is mind blowing to me. Tracy the manager is great. Very professional but the women and man I spoke with on the phone today was incredibly rude to the point I’m switching myself and my daughter out of there. I honestly don’t have anything else negative to say about them besides their employees at the front just ran people out of there today by a simple phone call. Maybe better training at the front desk ? I wish I could have stayed at the dentist I was comfortable with but the employees handling phone calls made me switch me and my daughter just by the way the spoke to me! I appreciate the manager calling and explaining it to me! Tracy was very professional.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming now about 2years & my family! I love this place they are down to earth, friendly atmosphere. Sarah was my hygienist, she was very engaging cleaned my teeth superb..I requested her again..

Positive experience: Update: whole new staff, whole new experience. I went in for my semiannual cleaning and everything felt off. Seems as if the service was rushed. My teeth don’t even feel like how they usually do after getting them cleaned.. Not sure if I’ll be coming back Amazing dentist, so impressed. Sara is my new hygienist and I’ll always make sure to request her. Mahmoud was the most generous of all, great service.

Negative experience: On top of multiple poor interactions, a bad attitude hygienist, a rude office manager (interaction 3/16/2023), inaccurate billing (stating $3 is owed when balance is clear/paid), and inaccurate notes (a call back in November/December 2022 was noted that I would call back, when the call actually concluded that the $3 issue would be resolved because they realized that it was paid--learned of this inaccurate call notation on the 3/16/2023 inquiry made by me concerning billing notice), the overall satisfaction is below par. The doctors are fantastic, but it is the rest that is an issue. I do not recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience here. I had my tooth extracted from here today, and they were so professional, courteous, and respectful. The professionalism was great. My appointment was @ 8am, and I was being seen within 5-10 mins. The care that I received here was top notch! I can't remember the dentist name who did my extraction, but she was absolutely amazing, and you can tell that everyone who works there, loves what they do! I will going back within 2 weeks to keep up with my routine maintenance. Thank you so much for your work!

Fantastic experience: I have been with Amazing Dental -Garden City for almost three years now. Going to the dentist isn't the most pleasant experience. But this office is very well organized, from receptionist to dentist to dental hygienist to billing. Everyone is always very professional, kind, and efficient.

Fantastic experience: I have always been nervous to go to the dentist because I never trusted them until I came here. I’ve been seen by all the doctors and they haven’t let me down. I had tons of work done, multiple fillings, root canals, extractions and all have been done smoothly and efficiently. The dr walked me through the entire process of my treatment and gave me after care advice and I have little to no pain after every procedure. My most recent experience was my extraction and it was over in what felt like nothing. No pain what’s so ever! I would 110% recommend Amazing Dental to anyone! Thank you guys!

Fantastic experience: I have never been to a medical office like this before THEY ARE AMAZINGGG. this is the first office i go to where the staff and the doctor are wonderful, usually the doctor is good but stuff are bad or staff are good but Dr is bad. from the moment i walked in until i walked out i was happy with everyone especially Malak the assistant who helped me she was an angel so polite and helpful. there is no long wait everyone is so polite and sweet. i got my second wisdom tooth extraction yesterday my appointment was at 5:30 p.m i was done by 5:58 p.m. with no pain. the Dr. finished the extraction in less then 2 minutes. over all everyone was great, excellent job.

Negative experience: Unfortunately despite all these great reviews I seem to have had 2 bad experiences here. The office is clean and the staff in the front are nice. I was told by a friend that they have great doctors here and I was having a hard time finding some in my area so I drove 45 mins to this place. I really care about my teeth as they are super sensitive but I enjoy taking care of them and when the dental hygienist- Tamara did my cleaning it was 2 mins long. She didn’t go individually to each teeth as I’ve experienced before she just kinda sweeps over the teeth. I’m not sure if that’s her technique but in my opinion I don’t like it. These teeth cleaning are 2X a year and the matter to keep your teeth clean… I just wasted one on absolutely nothing ? I feel like all she did was floss aggressively. I’m kind of disappointed as I hear such great things here and was willing to make the drive but this is my second experience with Tamara and she might be good for the office as she gets patients in and out but unfortunately I’m not happy with the service.

Fantastic experience: My experience today was AMAZING. From the booking of my appointment and being able to be seen and having relief on the same day. To the office staff being friendly when you walk in, to the doctors being extremely nice and professional. My overall experience has been great I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Hands down best dental office in town. I’ve had my fair share of bad dental experiences but this place exceeds my expectations. Every appointment goes smoothly & quickly, from wait times to staff kindness & professionalism to actual procedures. I recently had my wisdom tooth extracted here, Dr. Jassim and his assistant Hadi were beyond amazing…comforting, quick and efficient. Sticking to this place for life!

Positive experience: Very friendly staff, good work and they are quick and efficient. Update: I took my son here for two years while he was a pre-teen. I knew he needed braces (and our insurance covers it) but it was never even brought up. I find it out that doctors don't come and talk to parents after cleanings and exams. I went to a new doctor right down the road and our initial visit, I was brought back and we immediately discussed the importance of getting braces onto my son because his incisors did not have room to come in. I can't help but wonder if something could have been done to make space in those two years to prevent such an extensive and costly orthodontic plan.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jassim and the staff were absolutely wonderful, professional, and very organized. They explained everything extremely well to which it made complete sense. The X-rays were painless, very polite staff, and extremely clean facility. I highly recommend this dental office for everyone!
