Fantastic experience: Excellent visit. Exrays & Cleaning went well !

Positive experience: I usually like this place, nice people and great care up till now. Came in for two fillings and a crown sat in the chair over 3 hours to notice an hour later they missed a filling learned that the hard way while biting into a snadwhich. Somehow the missing filling was overlooked by three people, needless to say that sucked. I know mistakes happen but this was a pretty big mistake that was fixed within 15 min and was given a 100 credit, but still this shouldnt have happened and hopefully those that worked on me do better yo double check next time.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to the dentist in a long time and every person at the valley office was amazing! So caring, kind and genuine. Gabby was above and beyond incredible. She made the whole experience enjoyable which I’d never say about the dentist office. Really glad I made the switch!

Negative experience: I come all the way from deer park to see these guys. im so anxious and nervous about the dentist and they not only do great work but they make you feel very comfortable. My kids also love going here. They have had braces done and love coming here for their cleanings. I even have my extended family coming to these guys now. Great staff great work. Man it sucks to change my review but after spending thousands of dollars out of pocket on a root canal I’m still in what I would consider to be a scary concerning amount of pain in my right side lower jaw down into my throat- so much so it hurts to turn my head and or open my mouth because the joint in my jaw hurts so bad..and every time I come in they have no real answers they just thought it was my bite. This has been going on for over 6 weeks. I’m struggling to open my jaw, running fevers and definitely not sleeping and their only answer is you can come in but we can’t guarantee work because we don’t want to work on each others dental work. I’ve missed a lot of days of work over this and I paid a lot of money to fix this problem and it’s not even fixed a little. I still can’t chew anything either. I did end up going to the doctor because I was so worried only for the doctor to tell me I should probably find a different dentist and get in immediately. Super super disappointing.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. C's for almlst 6 years. I highly recommend anyone looking for or changing their dentist to come here. My main Dentist is Dr. Steph, who is phenomenal, but I have also seen Dr. Ball and others based on emergent needs. The entire staff from front to back is always kind and helpful getting me in on times that work for me & even last minute! I cannot recommend them enough folx. Days and hours are great for working around your work shifts. Do not delay, get in today!

Fantastic experience: If you don’t read reviews, read this one! I have had the worst experience at dentist, I know a lot of people have, but when I say this is the most exceptional dentist I have found I mean that. I usually see the south hill location, however I broke a filling and needed In asap. They got me in at 6 pm after work, I missed no work! I was explained to what needed to be done very throughly and with the most understanding. They explained Everything. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I felt like I was truly taken care of. They got me in the next day for two crowns. I have never had one, they again explained everything. And made the experience relaxing! At a dentist! Relaxing! Whattt! Made sure I had no pain what so ever as well. I just cannot say enough about my experience. The hot chair is intimidating, but when you have a human who genuinely cares about the care of their patients, it makes a world of difference! Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart. You guys are saving people every day. Teeth are so important. Thank you so much! If you ever need a good gentle dentist, look no further!

Fantastic experience: Got me in for an emergency root canal on less than 24 hours notice. I had never been a patient here before and didn't have insurance to help pay for it. From the time I walked in, had their evaluation done, applied for and received the Care Credit (which they walked me through), root canal and temp crown put on, and out the door... approx. 2 and 1/2 hours! Great team, great service. Minimal pain/soreness after the fact. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: Adding to my previous post from years ago. Moved away 4 years ago but found myself back in the area for a visit and scheduled an appointment with the BEST dentist practice! Alyssa, Dr. Derick and Gabby did not disappoint ! Even left with a cold double Americano! Very professional. Very thorough. Very modern eguipment and capable staff. No surprises on my bill. Exactly the type of medical care that I want and never a long time in the waiting room. This office is setting the standard! Highly recommended them!

Fantastic experience: I was blown away by my experience at this dentist. I was able to make an appointment as a new patient for just a week from when I called, though they had earlier appointments available too. The office itself is lovely. It’s the nicest dental facility I’ve ever been in! The espresso bar is just a bonus. When I heard they offered lattes after peoples’ appointments I thought they meant Keurig coffee. No, it’s a full espresso bar setup behind the reception desk. I also love that this place also offers orthodontic services. I told them during my appointment that I wanted to talk to someone about getting a new retainer. They were able to bring the orthodontist in for a brief consult AND scan my teeth during my exam! And they scanned my teeth, there was no suffocating mould involved! Not only that, but even though they’d estimated my retainer would take a week, it was done the next day. I actually feel unnerved by how great this place is. I feel like it’s too good to be true. But the other five star ratings tell me this isn’t a one-off experience. These guys really seem great. It’s the best dentist I’ve ever been to.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Dr. C Family Dentistry in the Valley. Their office is comfortable, spacious and clean. I really enjoyed how the office introduced the staff on a television screen. Ashlee did an amazing job on my X-rays and my deep cleaning. Dr. Stephanie put together an action plan for me to follow. All the staff I encountered during my visit were kind and professional. I had a very pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: I love Dr. C’s whole team. I’ve been going there for more than 10 years and I’ve never had a bad experience! Every hygienist is personable and easy to talk to - I’m never worried about who I’m paired with because they all do an amazing job. The whole environment is very welcoming from the friendly front desk staff, the coffee station, the wait room - it’s all very comfortable and relaxing, and I can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Dr. C Family Dentistry. They were able to get my daughter in quickly as a new patient to handle a cavity. The staff were friendly and explained everything well. They have extended office hours and are even open weekends for people who need appointments outside the weekday. To boot, they offer you coffee or a beverage when you are done with the appointment!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. C for this he whole family. The waiting area is comfortable and welcoming. They have a large tv and toys to keep kids entertained while waiting room be called back, and personal TVs for each child’s chair to help in the whole cleaning process. All of the team members I have interacted with over the years have all been outstanding.

Negative experience: As soon as I made the appointment I started getting texts threatening to charge me $125 for missing my appointment I asked for help keeping my teeth what I wanted was never considered Derek Bouvier 194704 Kingman told me it would be $5,000 for everything I didn't want and nothing I wanted did absolutely nothing incidental to my insurance for $502 greedy with absolutely no skills in dentistry the whole intention of this person's job it's his money nobody matters

Fantastic experience: I cannot express my gratitude enough in regard to the thorough, caring and exceptional care I received. I have no pain post op, and was previously told I needed full anesthesia to have work done due to severe ptsd and anxiety. With minimal yet incredibly effective sedation, the confidence you all had in the ability to work on me renewed my sense of trust in medical professionals. I am still in shock about the ease you had completing a root canal and permanent glue on 2 teeth. Your advanced equipment also showed an infection i had been dealing with for months, thank you so much for finding and treating with antibiotics. I'm in tears writing this review. I am so incredibly blessed and grateful. The effect your skill and caring has had on my life is immense. And the fact that I can fully trust you to find and treat remaining issues has made me feel like I can live again, without the pain and fear I endured due to lack of ability to find dental care in addition to the previous traumatic experiences i had with dentists I shall not name. Mink, my support doggy thanks you for giving her so much love, and for caring for me so I can be a better Mink mother. This is the first day in so long, longer than I can remember I am in no dental pain. I know I will become someone in a similar field so that I can pass on absolutely life changing medical care.

Negative experience: Worst experience I've had at a dentist office. 1. Over charged us and then when we pointed it out and asked for a refund they refused. They did keep the over charge and applied it to future visits. 2. Charged us an extra 60 bucks on our teeth cleaning. Charged extra for using a laser cleaner. Asked the insurance company about this. They said it should have been included in the normal cleaning charge. 3. Had a crown put on. Spent a month in agonizing pain. Went back several time for them to fix it. They put me on steroids and said that should do it. The second month the crown fell off. I had a different dentist put it back on. Had zero pain or issues after. The second dentist indicated the crown had been improperly installed. The only good thing I can say is that the building is nice and they make good coffee. I going to a different office.

Negative experience: I came here in 2022 after we moved to the area and these guys were super close to us. They had rave reviews and I was excited to have a dentist so close by. I only went once and had an absolutely awful experience and am extremely upset about my current outcome due to my visit 3 years ago. It was a very long appointment (for just a cleaning and a check up). I had a few questions and concerns and they were not able to answer my fairly simple questions and just kept talking about referring me out to other doctors. There were 5 people that came by while I was in the chair. I am used to just 2, the hygienist and the dentist. It was really overwhelming and felt like they were herding cattle through. The most upsetting thing that occurred is they completely hustled me to get sealant for my deep molars. I was 32 and never had a cavity. They convinced me that my molars would become food traps and the sealant would prevent cavities. I didn't feel like I had a choice in saying no, they were very insistent, in fact I think I did initially say no, and they continued to pressure me. I paid $400 out of pocket for this procedure, which was a very unpleasant experience because it takes a long time and is uncomfortable keeping your mouth open that long. I did not go back after this experience and found a new dentist, further away. Well, I just had a check up from my new dentist (who I absolutely love) and I was informed that the sealant has since chipped away from my tooth and created a food trap and I now have my first cavity at 35 that was caused by the "cavity prevention". I am glad people enjoy this place, however I am so frustrated that my perfect bill of healthy teeth for 35 years was ruined by something this facility pressured me to do. I hope my experience was an anomaly and other people are not getting pressured and hustled into things they don't want to do, which turns out is a very common dentistry hustle.

Fantastic experience: The whole office is helpful and kind. Dr. Derek was kind and thorough in taking care of a fairly urgent procedure even though I wasn't previously a patient and it was right around Christmas and New Years. Allyssa has been my hygienist several times and is also so helpful, informative and compassionate. Currently, it's a 40 minute drive to their office for me, but as someone with some poor dental experiences, an office where I feel safe and cared for is important and they meet the mark every time. My only wish is that they had a north side office!

Fantastic experience: I was desperately looking for a dentist to see me about an infected tooth and they were one of the only ones that could get me in quickly. Thanks to them I got some antibiotics and am doing much better while I wait to get my root canal. They were very kind, respectful and informative, I would 100% recommend them.

Positive experience: Nice facility. Friendly staff. The dental assistant was very helpful and efficient. The hygienist was pushy. Her primary goal did not seem to be to care for me as a patient, but to upsell any service she could. That is frustrating. I might choose the option to upgrade, but it seemed like it was a forgone conclusion that I would do this rather than giving it as an option.

Negative experience: Went in to have my son's cavities repaired. Made an appointment well over a month in advance. Waited over an hr after checking in to finally be seen. Several customers came and went while we were still waiting. There friendly, but the wait time is a little excessive.

Negative experience: So, I made appointments for my girls and spoke with them that evening and both mentioned the time wouldn't work. When they texted me about updating insurance, I gave them the information and said that I actually needed to reschedule. They then texted what days work for me and I replied I would call and figure it out. I admittedly got busy and forgot to call. I called this morning shortly after 10 am and let them know I needed to cancel for my appointments the next day at 9:00 am and 2:00 pm. The receptionist mentioned that they normally charge a $125 fee for not cancelling in a timely manner, but she would waive it this time. I get why they do this, but it was snarky and she sounded annoyed. Will just take my girls to my own dentist instead of returning.

Fantastic experience: I just had my first appointment a few days ago. Both the dental assistant and doctor were absolutely incredible. They were very friendly and gave me good care. In the span of a few days, they were able to get me back in to get fillings done. When you leave, they have a barista up front where you can order and pick up a free coffee on your way out. Fantastic experience: First visit to a dental office in several years due to extreme anxiety and horrible past experiences at other dental offices. The staff was beyond welcoming and understanding. Dr Derek was extremely kind and answered all of my questions and eased my concerns with no judgement. I decided to book with this dental office due to their website and reviews and I was not one bit disappointed. With that said, I will be continuing to see them after they remove my wisdom teeth! Negative experience: I used to come to this establishment years before they grew to bigger office. I was always pleased because they offered self paying customers better deals, now all it feels like is rushed, over priced service. I was not pleased to see dental assistant not wearing gloves when handing the dentist supplies that would enter the mouth, and on top of it all they didn't go over what they would charge for the appointment only after they performed full on scan xray on the teeth, I hate they always say "did the front desk go over prices with you?" , they never do, they just surprise you with the charges. I have nothing against their actual dentists, very nice and caring, but I do think they rushed on the kids side of dentistry because they don't have enough people. Also some dental assistants just start without going over anything and I had to ask what they were doing and why. This was suppose to be only a check up on my daughters teeth, spent $334.00 with flouride paste. We had seen them previously before our follow up when they preformed a scan and one tooth filling that they charged me $645.80.. they previously changed me for my daughter teeth cleaning, hence the price for $645.80, but now they say it's part of the procedure. They don't seem to be accurate with prices and I hate being surprised.

Fantastic experience: I love it here. The staff are kind, interactive, respectful, sweet, understanding, and more than willing to adjust to accommodate if necessary. Plus the coffee or tea afterwards that I always look forward to. The waiting area is super comfortable too. I love it here I’ve been going for a while and I don’t ever want to switch. They always have a positive attitude and I just love all their personalities. I was a little more anxious than usual today and it was my first time not falling asleep during a cavity fill and they made sure I was comfy and eased my anxiety practically instantly. They’re amazing with my daughter as well and perfect interactions with her and I’m always nervous when it comes to my daughter but never with them. I trust them wholly and completely.

Fantastic experience: Dr C is amazing. I've been with them for a while and saw their expansion happen for pediatric and ortho wings and every aspect and detail to this office is amazing. The entire staff from the scheduling and billing, hygienists, assistants and the dentists are all incredible. I travel about 45 minutes to see them and bring my kids to them too. They treat you like you are their best friend, they all truly genuinely care for you.

Fantastic experience: I’ve left reviews before, but it’s time for an update. I’ve been a patient here for over 7 years now. I couldn’t be happier. I see Dr Stephanie as a rule. I’ve had an implant done by her that looks so natural! She’s extremely dedicated to her patients, and Is always smiling and cheerful! The entire staff is warm, happy and helpful. There’s a free barista bar where they have anything a coffee shop has to drink. Even Italian sodas. It’s just… so different.. so great. I love this office, and the people in it! Your smile is important. It is an outer expression of an inner feeling. If you don’t feel comfortable with your smile it affects your entire being- do something about that. You’ll FEEL happier!

Negative experience: I had Dentures made here 2 years ago and as I was eating dinner my front bottom tooth literally just popped out. Didn’t break just popped out. I made an appointment to see what they could do for me. 203.00 to fix the dentures that wasn’t anchored correctly + 35.00 office visit. Let’s just say I wasn’t happy and declined their services. I spent 6500.00 out of pocket and this is what happens with their dentures they made.

Fantastic experience: Really nice with great communication. Keep having difficulties getting a sign language interpreter for my kid getting braces. It’s not Dr.C fault but it’s still frustrating. The complementary espresso and tea is pretty cool also

Fantastic experience: I brought my son in to have a couple teeth pulled after several horrible experiences at another dentists office here in the Valley. The difference was like night and day. The staff is SOOO friendly and immediately started working to make sure my son was comfortable. The way the dental hygienist and dentist worked together was absolutely flawless. And they managed to numb up my 7 year old and get 2 separate teeth out without even a flinch from my kiddo. In all my years I have never been so impressed by a dental office and their staff. I will 100% be recommending them to everyone I know!

Negative experience: I had been going here for a couple years. At my last teeth cleaning they did not inform me until the end of the appointment that they no longer accept my insurance so I have to pay about $200 out of pocket for a simple cleaning. The billing department was very unhelpful. I would not recommend this business and will no longer be referring my patients here.

Fantastic experience: The establishment was clean and inviting. They were able to see me quickly when I had a tooth emergency, and pointed me in the right direction for treatment. Dr. Ball was quick and efficient when treating my tooth. Everyone was incredibly nice as well.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dr. C’s for over five years now (crazy to say!) and I’ve never had a bad experience. Friendly staff and they’re very transparent with everything which is hard to come by in healthcare. I most recently saw Dr. Bean, who’s following my Invisalign treatment and he’s wonderful; he was there in a wheelchair after an injury to his leg, what a trooper! Anytime I can, I recommend Dr. C in the valley!

Fantastic experience: I've been in twice now and have had a lot of people work with me. Without exception they've been cheerful and helpful. One of visits was to have a tooth extracted and Dr. Derek and Melinda did a splendid job in spite of the fact that the tooth had been broken off before I came in. They were so gentle during the extraction that I was able to take only one Ibuprofen - just to make sure - and there was no pain following surgery. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Real cool people the girl that assisted me all day had a sore throat. She barely talk and still could communicate super well through typing on the computer in front of me and by signals. Fantastic experience: Went for my 1st visit today, I hadn't been in a little over a year and the ladies from my work all go to this practice and I can definitely see why. The staff was very friendly, I was greeted as I walked through the door and then asked to take a seat and their lobby, which by the way is so nice and comfortable. Those chairs and couches top notch. Didn't wait long in the lobby and then I was taken back and again the staff was extremely nice and it was a very relaxing atmosphere....not to mention they had Harry Potter on the screen in my room and let me tell you about the TV on the ceiling no boring search pictures an actual TV to watch while they dig around in your mouth. Again great staff nice perks and they offer you a drink when you leave...pretty fancy and reasonably priced....yea I'll definitely be going here and will be passing the word along to others.

Fantastic experience: Dr. C and his team have been amazing from day one,. I have been with them for over 10 years and would trust no other. Their ability to stay up to date with today's technology and their willingness to work with insurance companies to be able keep the cost of utilizing this technology near $0 raises the bar for other dental practices city wide. I'm never concerned whether my family or I will be taken care of. Not to mention, the hours of operation makes it easy for my family's needs to be met. If you are seeing anyone else, your families needs are not being met.

I feel very confident in going forward with the work I need done and look forward to working with everyone. Going to the dentist can be daunting and scary for some people; but again, Dr. Lansing and his team made me very comfortable and were extremely friendly, it was a very pleasant visit.

Fantastic experience: My visit to Dr. C's dental clinic was fantastic! The welcoming staff, modern and spotless clinic, and Dr. C's expertise made me feel at ease. The state-of-the-art equipment and thorough explanations about my dental health were impressive. It was the best dental visit I've ever had, and I highly recommend Dr. C.

Negative experience: One of the worst dentist I’ve been to. I had to get a few fillings and they did them so quickly, and I went home and a week later the fillings hurt. So we went in to get them fixed and they did them in 20 minutes, which was already a red flag. But we left and what do you know, a week later it hurt again. So we go get it fixed. This happened multiple times, they kept messing up on the same filling over and over again and trying to go way too quick. When we went in to tell them, they also talked to us as if it was our fault that they still hurt and weren’t filled properly. Not only that, but after switching to my new dentist, who has found a couple other problems and clearly shows and explains the problems, I was thinking back and Dr.C dental ignored so many problems and seems to be so lazy. My new dentist was also telling us how this dentistry used the completely wrong filling for the type I needed. Later When we were about to pay, they also kept pushing us to buy this like 35 dollar toothpaste, and we said multiple times we don’t think we need it, but it seemed they wouldn’t stop nagging us until we bought it so we finally had to buy it. Just the prices being so high for such low quality service is just a big no no. Also what dentistry gives you sugary drinks after your leaving from a cleaning?! Like make that make sense, it’s like they want you to get a cavity so they can wrap in more cash. Don’t ever come here. Complete scam. We moved to mint condition and it’s so much better.

Fantastic experience: Not only was Dr. Stephanie and her staff skilled, they were also very kind and patient. I felt very confident in the work that was done because Dr. Stephanie maintained a high standard of care that made my mom and I very happy and pleased to be in such a great office. Negative experience: There were a couple things that happened that completely threw us off. This was our 3 year olds first time having a “real” cleaning. The techs gave her the option to sit with me or by herself and she chose to sit with me. They explained she would be getting sealants as a preventative measure when Dr. Amy came in. Doctor came in and checked out her teeth super quickly said they look great and was about to walk away. I asked about getting the sealants, and she said because my daughter was sitting on me, she wouldn’t be able to do them. I then asked my daughter myself if she would sit on the chair by herself and she agreed and did an amazing job through the procedure. Just the fact that the doctor didn’t even give her a chance to try and just assumed she wouldn’t do it really rubbed us the wrong way and we were not told that would be the case in the beginning. It felt like she was in a rush to leave during the whole appointment. After all of that, in a very terse way Dr. Amy said the office doesn’t take our insurance anymore and we would have to find a new dentist. She did not give any options to stay or suggestions where to go. We found it to be very unprofessional and the way she said it made us feel judged about the insurance our kids are on. Her “bedside manner” was lacking and we would have appreciated more kindness and respect. We wish we could stay, we have enjoyed coming here and the techs are amazing! This is the first negative experience we have had.

Negative experience: My wife and I have been patients of Dr. C for several years, attending numerous general checkups and cleanings every six months. Our most recent visit was on June 18th, 2024, with the previous one in December 2023. During the latest visit, the hygienist suggested my wife needed a deep cleaning, yet her doctor saw no issues and did not mention any gum problems or the need for such a procedure. Similarly, my doctor reported no cavities and no issues and did not advise a deep cleaning, which had never been suggested in any past checkups. It seems impossible to require a deep cleaning after a positive checkup just six months earlier with no mention of such a procedure needed, we suspect the motivation might be the approximate $2500 cost. We would only consider such a procedure if the doctor explained the necessity, the process, and the risks involved. The hygienist's and billing staff's approach to scheduling the procedure without proper consultation felt dishonest, as if it were merely a means to increase revenue. We are now questioning whether hygienists receive commissions for selling procedures. We are considering not returning, believing that the doctors should be involved in recommending and possibly performing such procedures. We are open to hearing from the doctors if they wish to provide an explanation for this issue, hygienists should not be recommending such procedure to patients without the doctor's direct involvement.

Fantastic experience: Really loves my experience with Dr. Steph, Nikki, and Anna today. They were all wonderful, educational, and so accommodating. They took really good care of me and eased my mind about a few concerns. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for quality care to come here. Also they have free espresso

Fantastic experience: Due to not having insurance I had not been in for dental treatment in 3 years. I was anxious about seeing a new dental office since I had the same one for 30 years. Immediately I was greeted by front desk which was comforting to not feel like a number. I love my hygienist, Nicci, she is full of sunshine and had amazing bed side manner. She didn't make me feel embarrassed at all about the work I needed done, I was so relieved. Dr. Ball was amazing and thorough when discussing my treatment plan and offered to take photos of my teeth prior to having fillings to prove why I needed them. Even though I already trusted his opinion, it was comforting that they wanted me to feel comfortable in the care they are providing. Honestly, I loved my first visit with this team. I am excited to continue my oral care with Dr. C Family Dentistry. Oh and icing on the cake....their hours are incredible and with their early morning and evening appointments, I don't have to stress about missing work. Again, this team is amazing and you should not hesitate to schedule! I will continue to rave about my care!

Fantastic experience: Dr C’s office did an amazing job on my deep cleaning. I had about 5 years worth of tarter and build up on my teeth and under my gum lines and its all gone now! They were very nice to me about a short term rescheduling on my first appointment as I wasn’t feeling too great that day. They got me in the next day and took care of business on the first half of my mouth. The next day they finished the job on the 2nd half of my mouth! I did pay roughly $573 out of pocket for my deep cleaning but originally it was going to cost me $673. They gave me a $100 discount as I was not expecting to pay so much for this work to get done and they were fully understanding of that. 100% recommend Dr. C’s dentistry! I will be coming back for my regular check ups and cleanings so long as my Metlife insurance covers it!

Fantastic experience: Always have a great appointment. My hygienist Heather is always thorough. She provides great education in regard to my oral health and what I need to do better to improve it. Dr. Steph, hands down is the best dentist I have ever seen. She takes my concerns seriously and genuinely cares about her patients. She is serious yet humorous all at the same time. You can tell she loves what she does. Can not recommend this office enough.

She is thorough, courteous, friendly and explains everything to me. She and her co-workers are such a great team. I enjoy the services they offer and that they are fair in pricing and working with each individual. Do yourself a favor and visit one of their offices....

Negative experience: Dr. Ball is amazing. Didn't think I would ever have to find a different dentist. I drove a long way but I thought it was worth it. But the last time I went in for an appointment I was over charged. I tried to contact someone in billing but never heard back from no one. Just be careful and go over your bill before you pay because once you pay they don't care.

Fantastic experience: Above and beyond, exceptional! Every human I encountered there was respectful and kind. But Nicci made an often anxiety ridden experience a breeze. Today was my first day back to the dentist after far too long and I am overwhelmed with relief. Thank you to the Dr C staff and to Nicci who is truly a godsend.

Fantastic experience: I recently brought my son in to get his tongue tie assessed. From the moment I stepped into the doors I was impressed. I could immediately tell that this business is run right and that they go the extra mile for their patients and staff. It’s simply a beautiful facility, does not feel like you are walking into a regular dental office, rather the opposite! We went back immediately at my appointment time and Dr.C came back right after we got into the room. She was extremely helpful in suggesting advice and reassuring that nothing needed to be done at that time. It did not feel rushed and she seemed genuine and wanted to help. I have not seen a business in Spokane operate like this. Could not recommend them enough, will be bringing my whole family here!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bean! Him and the ortho team were super easy to work with, organized, and fun to spend time with. I loved having Invisalign and am really happy with the end result. My teeth feel and look great. I would (and have!) highly recommend the office!

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist ever. I have had several pairs of dentures made in the past by other dentist. But this place has exceeded them all. The suction on my dentures is absolutely fantastic. Not once in two years have I used denture glue or have an issue with them falling out. What a hassle free denture experience. Love the friendliness and helpful ness of each staff member. Easy financing as well. Over all the very best I have seen in 20 years!

Fantastic experience: To say we LOVE Dr. C Dentistry would be an understatement! Dr. Bean and Dr. Amy along with all of the other dental hygienists and assistants are so incredibly caring. I appreciate the kindness and attention to detail. They always call my kids by name and remember random details or stories the kids have shared with them on previous visits.
