Fantastic experience: I have a dentist phobia and therefore do not keep up with my annual visits. I started going to the dentist at 6 and any cavity drilled into and filled was without kindness, understanding and most of all novacaine. Today was a total opposite of anything prior that I had before. Kim and I communicated and came to a good solution that worked. I am thankful for that relief and will be back for my regular visits.

I was extremely impressed with the friendliness of the staff… they welcomed me with opened arms. My hygienist, Gina, was friendly, professional, and explained every step of my cleaning in thorough detail. Dr. Elrod was just as wonderful as his staff. The office was very clean and happy, and I left feeling very confident that I had found my new dentist. I cannot mention enough why I gave this practice a 5-star rating… it was like a breath of fresh air…!!

The office is beautiful, the staff is wonderful and accommodating and professional. They take time to answer questions and make sure the patient is comfortable at all times. Fantastic experience: Kudos for Dr Dan NUCKOLS who represents : Versatility, Omniscience in dental art, Clarity of explanations and Providing patient with the possibility of choice. Here is why : My husband - David L. needed a lot of dental work done. He was recommended to go to your facility and became the a patient of Dr Dan NUCKOLS. There was the work on the bridge, the crown and periodontics involved. Dr Nuckols was able to perform everything. Really Omniscient in dental art. We didn't realize that Dr Nuckols is doing also implants !!! We did it in Europe at one of the best dentist in Poland - alas, the implants needed correction + they were done by Swiss manufacturer. I was panicking that we will have to go back to Poland in order to fix it ... But no ! - Dr Nuckols made arrangements to furnish appropriate devices and tools. And last, but NOT the least : Dr Nuckols is always offering us the choice of treatment which reassured us that his priority constitutes what is the best for his patients. Fantastic experience: Today I had a dental emergency and learned about this practice from a family member. I called to see if they had any opportunity to see me and was greeted by such wonderful front end staff who told me to be there in 30 minutes and they will take care of me. They absolutely did take care of me and went above and beyond. My next interaction was with Ashley who was so reassuring and throughout my visit kept checking on me to make sure I was doing okay. Dr Nuckols was exceptional. He explained everything he was seeing on exam and his recommendations. I ended up needing a root canal which Dr Nuckols did right then. I was so impressed by this practice and their care of patients that I am moving my records and have already scheduled my future cleanings with them. I work in healthcare and always tell my team to treat everyone like family and today I felt like part of the family at Elrod and Dunham Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I’ll start by saying I absolutely hate the dentist. But I enjoyed my experience here. Jonathan put a lot of effort into making sure I was as comfortable as possible (I was totally anxious), and he listened if I had a concern. As far as dentist visits go, this was one of the best!

Fantastic experience: I have real dental anxiety and this was my first visit to Elrod and Dunham. Jonathan, the hygienist, is absolutely fantastic. He is so calming. While I still don't love going to the dentist, this practice won me over and I feel fine about going to my next appt in December! Update: I had my December appointment and am still in love with this practice. They are wonderful with their patients who have anxiety. 2nd Update (and this is H U G E) - This past week I had to get a root canal. With my dental anxiety, it was a real act of courage to get to my appointment LOL. Well, Dr Elrod immediately put me at ease with his calm demeanor, and I had the root canal done. I cannot give enough stars for this practice and especially for Dr Elrod and his team. They are amazing! The root canal was not bad at all - NOT AT ALL! And I am healing nicely. Everyone in this practice is wonderful. Not only are they kind (shoutout to Natalie in the front office! and to Dr. Elrod's assistant for my procedure), but they are so skilled and masterful in what they do. This practice is the best dental practice I have been to in my life. If you, like me, have any dental hesitancy, please give them a try ----->their expert skills, knowledge, and compassion surpass any dental practice I have experienced. I feel so grateful to them for their masterful care, as well as for the fact that I have found them. Thank you everyone at this practice!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this practice for many years. Dr Elrod & Dr Dunham are excellent as well as the hygienists and staff. Years ago Dr Elrod worked me in for a double root canal and Dr Dunham fitted me for Invisalign which has made a noticeable difference in my teeth alignment and bite. Very caring and up to date on the latest procedures. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Went in as a new patient, with tooth pain needing a possible extraction—after the Christmas holiday might I add… (I was paying cash, choosing to leave off insurance). As I entered, I was greeted with many friendly faces, got checked right in (by Haley), and called back at my appointment time, no wait. The office is very busy, but exceptionally clean and attentive. My hygienist was Kendall. Kendall is awesome, and gentle when taking an X-ray and prepping. Kayla helped explain payment options and the different options available/offered through the office (many options for those that may stress this). Kayla answered each of my questions calmly and was well versed in her area. Kendall assured me throughout my surgery process, provided feedback and hand holding. Dr. Maas, my dentist, was and IS compassionate, swift, intentional, and most importantly, a listener. She assured me through my dental procedure and explained each step of the way, taking moments to stop and check in with how I was. I had 0 pain BUT lots of anxious emotions, and left the office in smiles feeling like I could go back, being in confident hands again. I Would recommend this practice to anyone with high dental anxiety, looking to change dental offices, no dentist/dental background, or just looking for a new dentist. This is your place to land!!! Cannot say enough “thank yous” to this staff. Have scheduled my routine cleaning and am not nervous to return. THANK YOU!!!!

Positive experience: A good practice overall, but very pushy about fluoride treatments for adults. This extra treatment isn’t covered by my insurance and I was having to say no thank you 3 times in an appointment as the hygienist continued to ask about it. I tried reaching out to the office manager twice to see if this was normal for this practice or just the hygienist I was seeing, but I never received a callback from my message with the receptionist or through voicemail. I already asked to he switched to a different hygienist once when making an appointment but was scheduled with the same one anyway. I’ve been very unimpressed with the lack communication when I tried to reach out with concerns, especially after getting 3 different reminders to leave a google review within the first few days after my appointment.
