Fantastic experience: I have an emergency my tooth broke , lots of pain , could not get an appointment anywhere, so I had to search out of state at Hagerstown Smiles. I got an appointment the next day!!! I was so thankful!!! I arrived early to my appointment and everyone I mean everyone was so nice , considerate to me ! Today it's hard to find this kindness anywhere, especially when your in a lot of pain.I was not able to get my tooth fixed today u need an oral surgeon, but an appointment was made for me and a prescription was sent in for antibiotics. I am so very thankful for Hagerstown Smiles , I will be bringing my family here . Thank you so much , so Thankful!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I am known to be super anxious about going to the dentist. (So much so that I haven’t gone in way too long.) But I broke a tooth so I had to choose a dentist. Let me tell you what an incredible experience this was! The staff was so nice. Corrie was so sweet and comforting during the X-rays & making sure I was okay. Dr. Briggs was SO nice and informative. One thing I appreciate about this place is how they work with you to afford your dental work - even if you don’t have dental insurance. Cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Over the top great experience! All my life I have had so much anxiety with the dentist and hate going until today. Never Thought I’d say this but I can’t wait to go back! The receptionist was hands down amazing! She was so nice, helpful and explained everything I needed to know. She took the time to sit down with me and get to know me which that has never happened to me in any office. The hygienist and doctor were also amazing as they did great work, really listened to my concerns and explained everything to me. I highly recommend Hagerstown smiles. You can tell all the staff enjoy what they do there and that makes a huge positive impact on every patient who walked thru that door.

Fantastic experience: The hygienists were so kind and helpful! They got us all scheduled to have piggy backed appointments so we have less trip to the dentist. One of the boys had a cavity and they were able to fix it right then, rather than us having to schedule another appointment. Dr Lee was super professional and yet, right on our 6 year olds level helping him to feel comfortable and she was quite experienced with "laying low" on the needle issue. They explain everything perfectly for you; I haven't had a great experience with any other dental office and, they are very professional, down to earth dental provider. Because of Covid still being present, I have to mention that I feel very good about the safety measurements that’s completed by each of the staff to ensure that we are not in harms way of getting sick; all things can’t be prevented but, I noticed that they’re working extremely hard to make sure we as patients are safe. Positive experience: Hagerstown Smiles has been my dental office for years. They have a great professional staff and use the latest technology in dental care. This office has gotten very busy however. It’s now fairly difficult to get an appointment and they are scheduling cleanings every eight months not six months due to high volume. If you need to reschedule your appointment you’re going to have a long wait. You can get put on the cancellation policy but you have to be ready to come in when they call you.

Negative experience: I used to love this dentist. But they switched doctors. I had Dr. Lee I think it was her name. She was horrible. She dropped something on my face at the last visit. Then during my visit yesterday, she poked me with the needle in my chin. Time to look for another dentist!!

Negative experience: The staff are always very friendly, especially Lauren and Dr. Brandon. However, scheduling visits here is a nightmare. My 6 month routine cleanings are always scheduled 7-8 months away. Also, I tried to reschedule a routine cleaning 2 months prior to the visit and was told that I wouldn’t be able to be seen until August- 7 months from the time of the call.

Fantastic experience: I had my best dental cleaning today the 22nd of November 2024 at Hagerstown Smiles Dental Care since I started seeing a dentist some twenty years now. I can't be thankful enough for the hygienist who did a terrific job. Plaque on my front teeth that I was told by former dentist as being permanent were removed by her. Fantastic experience: I like many was traumatized as a child with dental experiences! So going to the dentists is honestly one the hardest things for me to do. Aware of this Dr Brandon and his staff are always willing to go the extra step to ensure I am at ease with every process of my experience! From a warm blanket, neck pillow, tv to watch and ear plugs I can say I am truly blessed to have found such a caring, skilled and family like team!
