Fantastic experience: Asia was great!! I’m terrified of one of the machines because of the sounds and she was nice enough to switch to another tool to help my cleaning still be perfect but accommodate my needs! My teeth are squeaky clean now :)

I’ve been seen at the Addison location twice this year and they are all such an amazing team! I was pretty emotional 6 months ago and Dr. Patel, the dental assistant and the receptionist were so caring and kind. Highly recommend choosing MINT for your dental needs.

Negative experience: 7/26 update: I received a call/voicemail after posting this asking for my address. Which I returned the call and provided my address over 2 weeks ago and have not heard back or seen any mail from them. They won’t return almost 700 dollars that I started to pay towards some dental work. Each time I came into the office they had overbooked my cleaning and wanted me to wait or sent me to another dental office. It became clear they weren’t confident or capable to fully treat me so I needed to find an office that could. I have contacted them several times to get my money returned and no one even so much as responds. I have been contacting them all of 2024 and 2025. At best this is a hygienist office and you never see the same dentist they just rotate.

Fantastic experience: I walked in super nervous even though I've always had good experiences here. Joe did my x-rays and prep, they were such a breathe of fresh air. Joe's energy was so calming that I forgot I was nervous! I really appreciate how sensitive Joe was to my concerns. Thank you!

Negative experience: I really don't know where to start. I came in for a cleaning and I was told to have 6 cavities filled. Got 3 done and was going to get another 3 done later. Never seen a dentist use a drill to clean teeth, but ok. The application of numbing was painful, but ok. Customer service was terrible but the front desk was friendly. After the fillings I was in pain, the d.a. could care less. Came back in 2 months later, i was told that I need the other 3 teeth pulled. I was down but upset because all my teeth that needEd filling was in the same condition. Either all needed to be pulled or all needed to be saved, but ok. I made an appointment and I took off of work and I was told the dr won't be in that day. That was it and a sign from God. I searched for another dentist. It was a night and day difference. It was clean and professional. I've got a 2nd and a 3rd opinion to be fair with mint. They felt that the fillings was done incorrectly because there is ridges which can trap bacteria and cause an infection or cavity. And I didn't need it pulled and that is from 2 different dr. I do feel that mint is a chop shop. #veryupset!!

Jasmine and Dr. Verma were fantastic—they worked on my teeth with expertise, answered all my questions, and were completely transparent throughout the process. The entire team at this location created such a welcoming environment; everyone was kind and made me feel comfortable asking anything, no matter how small. A few months ago, I never thought I’d say this, but I’m actually excited to go to the dentist now! You guys are the best—highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This is the best MINT location I've ever been to… grew up w/a dad who was a successful dentist and pretty sure he’d approve! It’s hard to find offices in this day and age that don’t feel corporate (ie., fully realizing MINT is corporate lol)… these guys take time with you and they’ve very obviously spent a lot of effort dialing in their services and their customer services. Oh, and best cleaning ive had in years!

Fantastic experience: Charles cleaned my teeth today and did a great job. My appointment was close to closing time but he took his time and did it right. Feels great to not feel like a number. He did not rush to get me out and double checked.

Negative experience: If I could, I would leave minus stars, this company is a total rip off. And will fraudulently put things on your credit report. If you decide not to use them. I went in to have a bridge made, and they were going to make me a porcelain I am a cash person. I pay cash as I go. Because I was not happy with the bridge work I told them I would not be having them do any more work for me. I owed them nothing yet they put on my credit report that I owe them 3000 something dollars because I decided not to use them. I would not recommend anyone use this company you will not be happy with the service and you will have problems later because of it. I am at present and obtaining a lawyer to go to court with this company because they have fraudulently put things on my credit report .

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tran, Andrea, and Abigail are the individuals who made my visit exhilarating. Who likes to go to the dentist, you know? Well, if it’s the Addison - Mint Dentistry office, then everyone will like it. I’ve seen Dr. Tran for 2-3 years now. He not only cares about the health and betterment of my dental life, but he also pays attention to things like my mental health and my hypertension status. This office is amazing, and even if I move miles and miles away, I will still travel to go here. Great job, Addison - Mint Team! Keep it up.

Negative experience: Very misleading practices. I went in for a basic cleaning and somehow I now owe $300 because submitted a claim for almost $500. I was not made aware that the “x-rays” they did would not be covered by my insurance. They also forced me into doing a consultation about Invisalign which I declined and now I still get a WEEKLY call about a service I don’t want. I will not ever go back because it feels like they want to do everything they can to do unnecessary expensive services.

Negative experience: Disappointed with my visit today. I am currently pregnant and refused x-rays prior to my cleaning and was told since I hadn’t had x-rays in the past year (I was still pregnant at my last cleaning as well, where I refused x-rays) that they could not legally perform a cleaning. This is NOT true, they cannot legally require an x-ray to do a cleaning, but they can have a “policy” that they need an x-ray. Being a medical professional myself, I am disappointed in how they handled the situation. It is unethical to refuse care, even when a patient does not consent to a non-required image that may help with care. A patient always has a right the refuse certain procedures, but this should not cause them to go without care.

Fantastic experience: Jacob the receptionist was very professional. Olivia and Jasmine were very delicate and kind. The dentist Tran took his time and was very knowledgable and completed his task on point.

Fantastic experience: MINT at Addison is amazing. This is my first visit with them, and I will definitely be back. Everyone is so kind and patient. They’ll break everything down and answer any questions you have with no hesitation! They make you feel so comfortable and welcome , any show you want to watch or music you want to listen too and these massage chairs, chefs kiss !

Negative experience: I wasn’t impressed with Mint. Everything felt like a used car sales trip. Went in for a cleaning, which my insurance covers, and they found a way to charge me even more. Now I get calls, emails, texts about wanting to do more and more. They’re very spammy, and I won’t ever go back.

Negative experience: Waited over an hour and finally had to leave without being helped, to return on time to my job. Everyone was really nice though. It was just unfortunate that only one doctor was working during the time I was there - or that’s what I was told. I’d prefer going somewhere else. Let see if they decide to charge anything to my insurance. If so, I may need to stick with Mint Dentistry.

I’ve moved around DFW a few times, and all of their offices provide the same great service. & now I get to enjoy their heated/massage chairs during my visit! They set the standard for dentist offices!

Although at Addison location they were very busy but I received the best service ever ! First of all staff were amazing , very friendly , nice , caring and helpful , second of all doctor Tran was so nice , patient and knowledgeable! Fantastic experience: Dr. Tran and his staff at Mint Dentistry were so kind and detailed in remaking my new molar sexy crown. I am a reactive claustrophobic patient, but Dr.Tran stepped me through the process professionally. My results were excellent and I will definitely go back for more work in the near future. The 0% interest payment plan made it possible for me to get the dental work done.

Negative experience: I’ve had to replace many fillings I have gotten here. They were quick to rack up charges. Today I saw a photo of one of the many fillings I have gotten at Mint and they literally just wedged a piece of the filling material between the back two teeth. I couldn’t even get floss through it. Even while I was a patient at Mint, I had to get so many fillings replaced by a different dentist at Mint because they were done incorrectly. However, I do recommend Dr Kim at Modern Dental! He’s very honest and does great work. Which wasn’t my experience at Mint
