Fantastic experience: I love this dentist office. Daughter loves that she get a little play time before her appointment. She also loves the little fishes she gets to see in the back waiting for the dentist to come in and the little present she gets after every visit. They always make it so much fun for her that she’s never scared to go.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I just had our first visit with Agua Dental. My daughter went in super nervous and scared but upon arrival she changed her attitude completely and loved it. All staff and Dr were extremely patient and answered all our questions. I’m grateful for finding a local we both enjoyed. She’s already asking when she’s going back!

Negative experience: It started out great until I had a question about my daughter getting braces..The response was Medicaid doesn't cover braces..What a response..We have never had Medicaid..both my husband and I work we do not depend on Medicaid!

Fantastic experience: We haven’t had an amazing experience at any other dentist ! We have been out of the valley for almost 10 years . With my husband being military we traveled a lot . Today , I took my 3 kids in for their first appt since moving & my kids loved it ! Fast but great service! Clean facility ! Friendly , educated staff ! Answered every question i had & was also able to give me a break down of all costs ! Even gave the kids a toy at the end ! My kids are asking to go back again ! They can’t wait for their next appointment! 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: Was able to get an appointment right away for my bothered gum. Ended up doing a cleaning that I ended up needing even after I had went to go do my cleaning in mexico. Here they showed me clearly that I have a cavity and plaque build up still that wasn’t done in mexico Will b coming here again for my dental work. Everyone was awesome

Negative experience: Doc was more concerned with sharing music titles with assistants than the patient He did not acknowledge me (the parent) and once completed, he did NOT even provide a a very short summary of what he did to my 11 year old son. Once he finished , he just left and did not even say good bye or a basic have a good day Very bad services, I would not recommend, you are welcomed to go there if you want to be ignored What made it worst, they were NOT busy and had no patients on chairs or in the lobby, but I can see why...now!! How sad, so much for excellent customer service

Negative experience: Worst experience EVER!! First Dr. Never introduced himself very unprofessional. Next we knew my oldest sine had a cavity, but Dr. Said he didn't have know. Then after asked my wife we can do his fillings would you like that done. She said yes, in and out my son came and he said they didn't do it. When asked why my son said he over heard them talking saying " THEY PROBABLY CANT AFFORD IT, so just forget about it" and they didn't do it. Very unprofessional place and staffing, I guess they never heard of insurance coverage?! Will NEVER GO BACK!

Wish I could remember his name is not on the paperwork.The little japanese guy . There's no other words I can say But what an awesome doctor .I would recommend them to my family friends acquaintances just An awesome experience .... It was my husband that had everything done that same day.We went in, he had five cavities, a Wisdom tooth pulled and a major deep cleaning ..... Positive experience: I would haven given a 5 star. But at the beginning of my visit the young lady at the front desk was rude with helping me with my appointment. She did not want to help verify insurance coverage telling me that I need to call in myself. I told her she could do it online with the social but she still did not want to take any initiative in helping me. I’ve never had an issue with insurance anywhere I have gone. I got to where I had to tell her to cancel my appointment as I was walking out she in a sarcastic tone of voice and facial gesture said have a nice day. As I got to my car my kids were upset they wanted to see the dentist. So I walk back inside and ask to speak to someone else. Again she makes a smirking face to the other young lady to help me. I explained what was happening and she right away went and verified the coverage and helped me right away and was able to get it done in less than 5 minutes. And we were able to be seen. It slipped past me to get their names. That way the lady who did help me can get some recognition as she did go above any beyond to assist me. The rude one had a piercing on her face.

Fantastic experience: I was hesitant on switching to Agua dental, but I definitely made the right choice. They have all kinds of things to distract your kid while waiting for their appointment my daughter didn’t wanna leave at the end. If they’re going to charge your Medicaid might as well it be somewhere your kid loves to go, I definitely made the right choice to switch

Negative experience: Gave this place 2 try’s, no insurance so I pay out of pocket and I won’t return. Same rude treatment each time. $60 cleaning was 2 minutes and the dentist didn’t tell me much of anything at all.

Fantastic experience: Fast. Friendly. Affordable. I went in to get a second opinion on a dental procedure for my daughter. The attended to us quickly even though we were "walk ins." The doctor explained the procedure and was able to take of it in one day rather than asking me to make another appointment. As a working parent that was a bonus. During the dental procedure they doctor and assistant praised my daughter and kept her busy..it was a great experience for her and for me as well. The lobby is kid friendly and has lots of stuff to keeps the kiddos busy. We will definitely be making this her primary dentist.

Negative experience: This office lacks on customer service, the young people at the front and the ones doing xrays and taking patients to the back have no people skills, there's no welcoming or greetings whatsoever, they all seem to be in a really bad mood. I came here from rodeo dental for the same reason i think its time to look for new dentist for my kids. The doctor was ok but not much communication, the waiting to be seen was over an hour. I don't recommend this place since its being ran by high school grads.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. Felt like cattle being moved around. Employees and Dr. not very personable. No smiles.Felt very cold. Each person that entered in the dental room did not greet us or introduce themselves even the Dr ! The cleaning that was done was only with a toothe brush ! First time for us with aqua dental and it will be our Last ! The pizza and toys they give to the children should not be their focus. Don't waste your time , there are many other dentists in the area. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: No sinks are in any rooms for dentist to wash their hands. Cleaning took 3 minutes and was something I could have done at home. They didn’t use a bib or eye protection for cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I’ve taken my kids to. My kids love the games and I love the quick friendly service. Kids always get a gift before we leave, which shows they really care for their parents. 100% recommend.

Negative experience: My toddler was complaining of a pain in her mouth. Dental checkup was quick and doctor missed a sore in her mouth. He told me it was pressure from her molars coming in, wish he was a little more thorough so I could’ve started treatment earlier to relieve her discomfort.

Fantastic experience: I had been to Agua dental myself and had a good experience. Brought my kids for the first time and they loved it . The lobby was fun for them and the actual exam room was fun for both my kids. I did have to wait a while while in the room for the doctor so my husband had to take one of my kids back to the lobby for a bit since he was getting tired of waiting, but that's understandable due to the doctor having other patients to see and we were ok with that. Once Dr Flores (I believe) got there he was fast and really nice. He answered some concerns I had with one of my kids teeth and made me feel better. He was polite and friendly to the kids. The assistants were great too and front desk girls too. Overall I enjoyed the visit there and have since told my family about it and they will to bring their kids there. Oh and the toys my kids got was a big plus. They now really want to go back haha. Thank you!

Negative experience: The doctor was really quick to push referrals when unnecessary. Kids usually get a toy as an incentive/ motivation to visit the dentist. They gave them school backpacks instead. Which they didn't need or want.

Negative experience: Would not recommend unfortunately. Called on Tuesday to get my Kiddos set up as new patients. I gave the girl that assisted me over the phone my insurance info so it could get verified before we showed up. She scheduled the Appointment for Saturday. Tell me why, last minute Friday at 530pm, day before our scheduled appointment, they call back and say they are having issues verifying my insurance and I was the last call they were making. Very, Very disappointed with this place.

Negative experience: I feel like this place is going down.. Nothing works as in games anymore.. We weren’t offered a water or pizza like before.. Used to be a great place at one time .. Will be looking for another place soon

Negative experience: I was immediately impressed with the aesthetics as I entered the building. Very inviting for children. I made an appointment for a cleaning later that day. When I came in, I did not wait long. X-rays then to a semi private room. Dentist comes in after a short wait. During the cleaning he tried to have me open my mouth closer to my chin. I wasn't able to do so comfortably, he responded "that's a first" didn't know how to take it so i let that slide. He finally was able to readjust my chair in a position that better suited him. Tried to make small talk about not being given a tablet to reveal stains on my teeth. ( my previous dental hygienist used them regularly ) what do I know? Anyway he makes a comment about how heremembered them when he was a kid, (what was that like a couple of years ago?) Again not sure how to take that either. The cleaning took less than 15 minutes. Then he was on to the next screaming kid in the next room. It was a promotional rate $60ish for the imaging and the cleaning. Wasn't worth the visit. Cleanings I've had in the past usually last 30 to 45 minutes. As I left, I asked the staff if they had a list of other services and pricing (whitening etc.). They were clueless and didn't care. I won't be going back.

Positive experience: The staff are not friendly, just their basic customer service. The doctor seems very rushed no patience what so ever with children. Staff should receive more training in confidentiality.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying the staff is lovely and the inside was really nice. My daughter loves all things ocean, so she was absolutely delighted with all the decorations. The wait time was not bad at all and the dentist visit itself, was also speedy. However, the only reason I went here was a recruiter stopped me inside the neighboring HEB. She said that they were running a promotion that would give the parent a free cleaning, and that the child would get a cute backpack and an electric toothbrush but that i had to set appointment through her, i did. The day of the dental appointment. There was not appointment made for my daughter, there was no free cleaning for me, there was no backpack or electric toothbrush. Obviously, that was just a tactic and I can't believe she strait up lied like that. Either way, my kid loved the office and as I said, the staff was great so I will take her back.

Negative experience: After sitting there for 45 minutes waiting to be checked in, I left. I made the appointment the day before and when I walked in the next day they still did not have my insurance verified. Then to top it off, I had to wait for some text to fill out my paperwork, (that never came) they said they sent it twice. Their were clearly stacks of paperwork right in front of me. What’s wrong with a pen and paper?? But don’t let me forget they offered me FREE pizza.

Fantastic experience: It had been years since going to the dentist, very bad experiences. Due to my husband having toothache, I contacted Agua for him,reluctantly he went and had nothing but great things to say about the dentist. This prompted me to schedule an appointment. Very easy scheduling, got a Saturday appointment (which is great). Hardly any wait, was seen on my scheduled time. Staff very professional and knew what they were doing. The best part of it all was the dentist, he was amazing. I can honestly say felt blessed to have him attend to me after such previous awful experiences. He was very professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain what I needed. I needed to have a deep cleaning plus extraction done and I can honestly say WOW it was Awesome.. I felt no discomfort or pain.. The dentist is a blessing and GOD put him in the correct profession…. Dr.Patel… thank you so very much… I truly appreciate your professionalism and experience in doing an exceptional job. I know it’s your job, but I could tell you enjoy your profession and value your patients comfort and comfort levels. Oh yes I was given a slice of pizza before extraction they knew that I was not going to be able to eat afterwards…. Extra perk…. Again great experience at the dentist, may have to switch my son here. 14 years and thank God still has no cavities…. Don’t want him to have a bad experience, if I can prevent it… but with Dr. Patel don’t see that happening… Hes amazing and him and his dental assistant worked excellently together…. Blessings to them both for making me feel so comfortable and after all these years finally having a great experience when it comes to dental work…. Did not get assistants name, but she great.❤️❤️If you have kids I recommend Agua they will be happy and as a parent so will you.

Fantastic experience: New to Texas and was nervous to see a new dental office. As an adult I wasn't sure if the office was pediatrics but found out it offers services to all ages and I got excited. The child with in me loved the movie theater, the stickers, the movies while the work was done, and especially the fish tanks! All my nerves were gone before I sat down and all the employees were very nice and understanding. Plus the prices were good for everything together as well. Will for sure be going back thanks!

Negative experience: I went a little over 4 weeks ago and I had 4 fillings done. Ever since I went in and had my fillings done I've had excruciating pain and cannot chew on my left side. It's the worst ever. When I was there everyone was nice but the dentist was running back and forth from patient to patient, that's a little scary due to covid. Anyhow, I cant complain about the assitant and the front desk. They were awesome. I'm super sad that my full experience wasnt a good one. It's such a beautiful place!

Fantastic experience: Great service and is very timely!! I actually look forward to my visits as I know we will get the best dental care. Every time I go, everyone has a smile on their face and are so friendly. My family and I will not go anywhere else. My daughter used to hate going to the dentist but ever since she switched to this location she wants to tell me about every single detail. Even my husband is a little bit more talkative about his care, usually I have to pry it from him. Any dental work I have had the staff have been so nice to provide me details and make me feel very comfortable. I trust them and know what to expect. I have had bad experiences with other dentists and was a bit traumatized for a while. They have eased my mind.
