The staff was extremely friendly, my hygienist Lisa was amazing (very friendly and thorough) and Dr. Singleton took the time to explain my X-rays and what needed to be done now and what we can watch and see. Sharon helped me navigate the insurance payments and I came away with a clear understanding of my financial responsibility. This time helped me prioritize what I could afford. I wish I had found them years ago. Check them out you won’t be disappointed!!

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to the dentist in a long time one factor is because of fear. First impression is everything! Longleaf Dental gave me the best dental experience from the time I stepped in the door until it was time for me to check out! They are friendly and most of all very gentle. My mouth did not feel like I just left the dentist.They made me feel comfortable Dr. Martin took the time to have a conversation with me which is rare in a dentist visit. Negative experience: I do not like this office at all. The lady that checks you out and Holly act as if everyone is beneath her. I will not advise anyone to go here. Is it because I don't have insurance ??? My mouth was not deadenedd correctly before I was given a shot and I almost came out of my chair. I will never come back. And yes I will be telling everyone my experience.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience at Longleaf. I didn’t have to wait long. They were ready for me a few minutes after I arrived. Everyone was very friendly . The only thing is that it’s hard to engage in conversation when you’re getting your teeth cleaned. I would suggest talking before and after the cleaning.

Cindy welcomed me at the front desk with such pleasantness. Once I signed in, my wait time was less than three minutes. My hygienist, Sara was exceptionally professional and very pleasant. We talked as though we had known each other for a lifetime. She answered every single question I asked. And, she made my concerns an importance to her. Dr. Martin was a joy to meet. He was also very pleasant and answered every single question that I asked. I look forward to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to longleaf dental for some years. They truly feel like family when I go in. Dr Singleton is very thorough and very gentle when it comes to anything painful. He's taken care of my family members for emergency care before. He'll always be my dentist. From the door to financial office I am pleased They are the best!!

Fantastic experience: I already do not like to go to the dentist because I end up leaving with sore gums, but Robin was excellent in asking constantly if I was okay or in any pain (which i never was) while checking and cleaning my teeth. Then Dr. Martin came in and was very kind and genuinely listened to issues I had. And he wanted to thoroughly look at my x- rays to find a solution for my issues. I highly recommend Longleaf Dental to everyone. Felt like family.

Fantastic experience: When we first walked in we were greeted and checked in by Ms. Cindy. She was so welcoming, warm, and helpful! We were new patients and she made the registration process so easy. We were called back by Sarah and she was so sweet and explained everything that the appointment was going to consist of to us which made my daughter feel so much better. She held my daughter’s hand through her appointment and talked her through any point that could have been uncomfortable. Dr. Martin was amazing! He listened to my concerns, he came up with a plan, and he tackled that plan which has given my daughter so much relief. Our visit from the time we checked in to the time we checked out was a 10/10!

Leann is the best! She is so friendly and puts you at ease. Dr. Martin is also fantastic. They are both as gentle as they can be and I have never experienced pain when I've needed services. Fantastic experience: This office is a breath of fresh air. Dr. Clark, and his assistant were very professional, patient, and experts in their field. My procedure was quick and painless. I’ve had the same procedure (fillings) at other offices, and they weren’t nearly as pleasant. Every employee I’ve encountered at this location, is extremely friendly. It’s like the Chick-fil-a of Dentist’s offices; In my experience, consistently impeccable customer service. For those of us who aren’t big fans of dental visits, this office really changes the game. I’m willing to bet they’re the best Albany, or any city has to offer.

Dr. Martin is highly proficient in all areas of dentistry and is quick to address any areas of concern that affect your teeth and gums. Treatment such as fluoride and protectants to relieve you of sensitivity. Everyone you come in contact is very professional.

Fantastic experience: I really appreciated being seen by Dr. Charles Clark so quickly while dealing with pain! Everyone was nice, as always. (Second Review) I unfortunately had to have three root canals. I had never had a root canal before, so I didn't know what to expect. After hearing about a bad experience at another dental office, I was hesitant about not getting sedated. Dr. Charles Clark was amazing! I didn't even feel pressure! He and his assistant, Nicole, checked on me throughout the process and offered to give me a break, if needed. I'm happy I didn't need one! It was a surprisingly quick process. I was scheduled for three and a half hours, but he got done right under two hours. We had time to do my scan for crowns, which would have been another appointment. I was happy about that since I live a hour away! Nicole is also amazing! She's very friendly. Everyone I've interacted with at Longleaf Dental has been friendly. They don't make you feel judged for putting off dental work. I highly recommend Dr. Charles Clark and Longleaf Dental! I don't think you can find a better place or a better group of people! (Third Review) I was pleasantly surprised at how much I loved seeing Lisa, the hygienist, today. I usually see Jennifer and was bummed I couldn't see her due to being booked so far out. I loved and trusted her. However, I couldn't of asked for anyone better than Lisa. She was very friendly and wanted to make sure I was comfortable. She informed me of what she was going to do and welcomed all of my questions. She never made me feel like I was asking too many. Cassie, another hygienist, helped make things go faster due to running behind since there was only one dentist in. She was nice and friendly as well. It made the process go a lot quicker. It cut the scheduled time in half. And Dr. Martin Clark did a good job holding down the fort while the two other dentists were out. (Fourth Review) I had some issues, and Dr. Charles Clark was out. I saw Dr. Singleton instead. I normally like to stick to who I see, but I liked Dr. Singleton. He was nice and addressed my concerns. He was also proactive and prescribed me something in case of a problem with the antibiotic he prescribed and gave me advice on helping my system with a probiotic. It was nice of him to be concerned with other potential problems. I don't think you can go wrong with either dentist. I've now seen all three. (Fifth Review) I had a crown that came off. Dr. Charles Clark fit me in and addressed some other issues when I was told he wouldn't have time. He also made sure there wasn't anything else that needed to be addressed. I really appreciated that! (Sixth Review) Dr. Charles Clark is the best! I drive a hour to see him. I wouldn't want to see anyone else! I highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: I had to have a tooth pulled and have a big issue with extreme anxiety. Dr. Clark and his staff were amazing and made it to where I had very little anxiety and NO Pain. From beginning to end all of the office was amazing and comforting. It was my best dental experience EVER. I will be having more work done and for the first time ever I am not paralyzed with dread.
