Negative experience: Four years ago I had a good experience when I needed a root canal and crowns due to an accident but last year my crowns failed and now I have an infection where they did the root canal possibly due to that not being properly sealed originally.

Positive experience: As a new patient, It was welcoming and I felt comfortable. I was also impressed with the size of the clinic.

If you are looking for dentists who are not only knowledgeable but also will take time to address your needs, this is the place - look no further. I had Dr Jonathan and hygienist Donna, who were both friendly and compationate while professional. The entire team left me feeling confident in the care I will receive in the future. What impressed me the most is the offer of preventable maintenance recommendations to ensure the longevity of my teeth that i can do at home ! Thus, I highly endorse this clinic for their excellent expertise.

Fantastic experience: I have had 4 previous crowns. Each one required multiple trips, with time consuming impressions, temporary crowns that fall off, then having to come back for fittings and sometimes even a 3rd trip for further adjustments. Well, Dr. Falkowski and the Dental Health team have made the big investment to make this process painless and quick. About 90 minutes from start to finish for a PERFECT crown the first time with a perfect fit. No second visit, even no adjustments in my case. This office is on the cutting edge of dentistry and it is no more expensive but saves hours of time! If you need a crown or any other dentistry this is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: After many years, my upper denture broke in half on a Sunday. Because it was the weekend, I was able to call and speak with Dr. Jonathan Falkowski who instructed me to call the office, leave a message and they would see what availability they had the next day (Monday). I was able to get in and see Dr. Jonathan Falkowski that same day! My denture is being repaired and I'll be able to pick it up this Wednesday! I have been a patient of Dr. John Falkowski (dad) for at least 30+ years and now seeing his son, Dr. Jonathan Falkowski! Everyone there is amazing and I highly recommend them! They are kind, caring, compassionate, understanding, and patient!

Fantastic experience: It feels like the electric chair and sounds like the Texas chainsaw massacre in my mouth. But the gas helps—so does the friendly calm service! I came for the prophy and stayed for the philosophical conversation that came with a filling! If you’re nervous or anxious like me, bring headphones ….but you might also miss the free jokes . I can’t imagine any other dental office putting up with my dramatics over a cleaning! The staff at this dental office has survived me as a patient for more than 25 years!

Fantastic experience: Best experience i could’ve asked for, I had a root canal done not expecting to have one done but The Dental Health Center did amazing from the sweet gals up at the front desk, to behind back assisting Dr Falkowski. I was in ALOT of pain, didn’t know what I needed but knew I needed to do SOMETHING! Dr Falkowski was very detailed, caring, efficient and most importantly I understood everything that I was having done and why- he took the time to explain my root canal, make sure I was comfortable and by far was the fastest root canal I’ve had done (I’ve had a couple previously) So appreciative and will absolutely be coming back!!

Positive experience: The staff are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I've always hated going to the dentist, and have bad anxiety every time. They gave me gas to relax, but I was still really tense. I have a small mouth, and needed a crown on my back molar. They were fighting to get a scan with their camera, that was too big for my mouth. After several failed attempts, and trying to force my mouth open more than it could possibly open (I'm glad my jaw didn't get dislocated), the dentist finally decided to try a smaller camera (successful scan). It's been three days now, and my jaw is starting to feel less painful, and my gums are starting to heal from being scratched and cut up from the equipment/tools. Even though I didn't have the most pleasant visit, it was still much better than previous dental clinics.

Checked to see if I had any issues before starting. She was new to me so I reminded her of my dental implants. She did know about them already so she had read my chart. Fantastic experience: First time in this clinic but they exceeded beyond my expectation, I had extremely pain wisdom tooth and 2nd molar. I told them I brought with me a flash drive saved previous X-rays. Still needed an X-ray for them but didn’t charge me at all. I got extracted both tooth right away and surprisingly pricing was fair, compare to the other place I went to previously. (I didn’t have insurance so I paid cash/card) Thank you guys very much from the clerk, nurse and doctor. Definitely will go back myself and suggest to anyone.
