Fantastic experience: I’m writing this deeply from my heart to show how happy I am with my overall experience, and this is an extremely honest review, ever since I was a teen, I was very insecure about my teeth overbite and messed up teeth. I came here once and they fixed both my issue but after some time my retainer had broken and i couldn’t come here to my get retainers made again for some reason, so my teeth had shifted, I had to come here again and they were so helpful so cooperative. Dr Eliana was so so kind, she found out main issue I had with my teeth and recommended me for a surgery and guided me, and ever since I’ve been so confident about appearance. I’m so grateful I came here. Had my last appointment with eneuila, she was so sweet, I was excited so I kept telling her about my overall journey and she listened it all with a happy smile. Negative experience: Please go to a regular orthodontist. Diamond braces doesn't honor the refund policy. They will do treatment even if you have gum disease will not care if you have an issue with losing teeth. BEWARE

Fantastic experience: I need help. The insurance company refused to pay for my daughter’s orthodontic treatment. I need to send them another report stating that she needs to get it done as soon as possible. The delay is causing her a lot of problems, and I can’t afford the cost. I need the insurance company to pay the entire cost.

Fantastic experience: Enevila was such a blessing to be with. She treated us with utmost kindness and treated us like one of our own. Us reviewing her was a small token of our appreciation compared to how she treated us. Me and my son loved her so much, and she even told him what went the process of having braces would be told as, by showing him the proper way to brush, floss, and eat with his braces.She explained before she proceeded with the tightenings, and showed us what teeth needed to be pulled and why, even providing the x-ray. Negative experience: Scam! Be very very careful. It’s all about selling you the most expensive package and extra service that you won’t probably need. I had my Invisalign with them and trusted the sale person that I would need the 48 months package at almost 5k. In fact my teeth aligned within the first 6 months cause my case was the simplest and the easiest as another orthodontist told me later on. Do not trust them, double check your case with another specialist before purchasing anything. Basically, I finished my treatment in 9 months but will be paying for 48 months service in the future that I didn’t need by default. The level of the service is terrible. They set up a metal button on my teeth 5 times cause it fell out very next day. Service in the office is not the best either. Waiting time is terrible, the ladies at reception are not helpful.
