Fantastic experience: Previous dentist always pushed me to come every 4 months which cost more out of pocket. Said I had gingivitis and costantly found problems with my teeth, whether that be cavities, etc. This happened no matter how much I worked on flossing and bruching outside of the dentist, which gave me severe anxiety about visiting the dentist every time. My caps had horrible margins, as well, which causes irritation and trapped food. Somehow I found Stonecreek, and I went in for probably my 3rd checkup since switching and I go my normal every 6 months for cleanings. They tell me everything looks great and they already fixed one cap for me which has helped me so much. Make that make since. I truly think they care and do not make up "problems" that cause me more $$$ and more issues with my teeth. I dont get super anxious and angry when I have a denist appointment now. Make the switch to stonecreek!!

Positive experience: I was kinda disappointed with the way the dentist interact with me. He was short and it kinda feel he was in a bad mood. The tech and the hygienist Mike were nice and took the time to explain everything. Also, he look at my mouth and x-rays and didn't even send me some antibiotics or recommended something for the pain. It was not what I was expecting.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Patel and Sierra Barnette took very good care of me today. Both were very polite and courteous and made a not so pleasant procedure more bearable. All the staff seemed very nice and polite. I would highly recommend Stonecreek for all your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Very thorough with making sure extracted tooth is properly placed currently with a temporary bridge and later with permanent one. Liked the check and balances with all the staff. Comfort in knowing staff is helping each other to get it right the first time.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a cleaning and new patient exam and saw Kayla for most of my visit. Like most other people, going to the dentist isn’t my favorite pastime, but she was awesome. Fantastic experience: Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Dr. Biehly is patient and willing to listen. She advises what dental procedure/or prevention is needed. The is no pressure to make an instant decision. What and when is your choice. Kara (hygienist) is personable, proficient, and efficient. This office makes you want to go to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Katie, Jordan, and doctor meer are AMAZING! I feel like a whole new person because of them. Jordan is so cool and funny. katie is very honest and won’t let you leave with bad looking teeth! i highly recommend all 3 of them. i got 2 crowns on my front teeth and they took their TIME shade matching and making sure they were perfect. i couldn’t be happier with my result.

Fantastic experience: I had a major infection that went into my teeth. Causing extensive dental work. They worked extremely fast, was very comforting and made the experience actually tolerable. I can’t ask for a better team, and I actually used several dentist and specialist during my dental experience in the last month. The in-house specialist and the external specialist were phenomenal and had great communication with my dentist here. I can’t express how great this place and will continue to go.

Fantastic experience: Dr Biehle and Courtney were amazing with my daughter who was very nervous. They both explained things well and made her feel comfortable. When an unexpected issue arose, they worked to offer a next day appointment. Thank you for being providers I can trust my children’s dental care with!

Negative experience: I was told that the hygienist would see me after the dentist did an exam. The dentist gave the tech instructions for the hygienist, but then I was advised they were short staffed and I wouldn’t see one. I would need to make a different appointment, but they were completely booked and couldn’t see me again for about a month. Seeing the hygienist was the most important part of the visit since it was my first time visiting this practice, and I came there for gum issues. They did full X-rays, and will be able to bill for a full treatment. My insurance limits the amount of X-rays, and now I’m stuck. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Went in with broken denture that I was hoping n praying that could get fixed n somehow back by this weekend for my sons 21st birthday party. I know that is hoping for a miracle and asking a lot. This Doctor...Dr Erin Biehl, she's absolutely amazing & her hygentist..she's amazing as well. This wonderful Doctors bedside manner is like no other. She was very kind, compassionate n empathetic, & she went way, way above n beyond of what i could of ever imagined possible in fixing my denture, which i didnt even hold much hope that they could even b fixed. I was so amazed n so happy with what she was doing with them n they r unbelievable, n fit feels incredible n way better then they hv ever felt. I was completely shocked when they asked me if i cld b bck there Thursday @ 9:30am for fit n pick up. (cuz its Tuesday!!) I can not thank Stonecreek Dental for getting me in so fast. I am so very very happy to b getting my teeth back and in 2 days! I cannot possibly ever begin to thank Dr Erin Beihl enough for Everything u did for me today, n for n giving me a big part of my life back! N can not thank Hygentist enough for Everything she did for me today, unfortunately I dont hv her name. I will tell All of Family n Friends what a wonderful experience I hv had with Stonecreek Dental n u will come Very Highly Recommended from me to all family n friends. Thank u thank u thank u. From the moment I walk in the front door everyone was friendly, helpful and addressed my dental health efficiently. Absolutely I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible experience. I used to come here and loved it. Left when the insurance was no longer in-network. My employer switched plans three years ago, and now I just started on new insurance again requiring me to switch practices. I called Stone Creek to schedule an appointment at which time I also asked if my new insurance was in network. I was told they would run my insurance and confirm at least one day prior to my appointment. I received a voicemail at 1 PM on a Friday with no information other than to call back. I called back just after 2 PM and spoke to a call center who said the office was closed as of 2 PM. I left a voicemail to call me back prior to my appointment, and I was also told I can call back and speak to the office on Saturday when they opened. I called back on Saturday after not receiving a call back, and no one answered. I called back again Saturday and spoke to someone relaying my concern about making sure insurance was in network, and the person confirmed my insurance was fine. I drove 30 minutes to the office for my appointment, and the front desk told me my insurance was out of network. Thank you for wasting my time and the trip. Never again.

Fantastic experience: Back to the dentist after 7 years. I have always had exceptional service here at Stonecreek. Sometimes a long process but easy and efficient. I always leave smiling. The customer service is top tier and the actual dental service is nothing but the best. I have received cleanings, X-rays, tooth extraction, gingivitis therapy and teeth whitening. I’m planning to get my wisdom teeth removed, an implant and continue regular cleanings.

Negative experience: Not happy with the dentists I feel like the service has gone down hill ever since Dr Mooney left. Was not told that nitrous would now be out of pocket until I showed up for my appointment. Could have given a courtesy call.

Negative experience: Avoid this place at all costs!! They use very predatory billing practices! Don't go here if you expect to have your insurance properly applied. They say they take your insurance, but they bill everything out of network so they make more money. We paid over $1,000 just for x-rays and a handful of fillings for my son. We have great insurance, and this place showed as in network, but they charge everything out of network to make more money. Now we have an additional bill for almost $200 they just sent to us. I should have known better when teeth cleaning ended up costing me almost $400 in the past. STAY AWAY!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Stonecreek Dental for over 45 years, first with Dr. Clarke Sanders and since his retirement as a patient of Dr. Benjamin Meer. In my opinion they are the best—-knowledgeable, professional, and always warm and friendly explaining procedures and options in detail. The office staff is friendly and efficient. Stonecreek Dental is the perfect combination of highly professional and excellent dental care given by genuinely good people who value their clients and demonstrate it in the treatment.

Negative experience: Getting an appointment was like pulling teeth...pun intended. The communication between office workers is bad. My appointment was cancel twice!! And not by me. Will take my son elsewhere for his dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I am someone with fairly strong dental anxiety. i have never felt quite this comfortable during a first visit with a new dental practice. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. This is my new dental home.

Negative experience: We are so disappointed by Stonecreek Dental. There have been so many issues. They first canceled our appointment with no notice, no empathy and refused to reschedule unless it was next year, 2024. Once escalated, they "found us an appointment." Lots of negative attitude with their team. Once we had an appointment, we received a huge bill. No notice about insurance coverage when the treatment was happening. When I called, the rep was horrible, rude, interrupting and blamed this on me. We are so disappointed and will look for a different dentist. Do NOT waste your time. They are horrible.

Fantastic experience: Stonecreek Dental Care cares about their patients. they make you feel welcome from the time you walk in until the time you leave. They make you feel like you're part of their family and their concerns and caring about your smile. What I really like is I used to be scared to go to the dentist they are amazing with talking to you through your process the hygienist to the dentist they are amazing. After being there I will never go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had 3 dentists in the last 4 years due to relocation. I’m 2.5 hours away (each way) from Dr.Biehle and the care she and her team provide is worth the trip. I’ll never leave Stonecreek again.

Fantastic experience: Took awhile for my appt. But appt started as soon as I was called back and an apology was given and the office looked busy. Excellent instructions given for what to do at home until next appointment. New treatment plan was given and discussed as I requested last appt. Everyone encountered was exceptionally nice and informative except the one desk person that checked me in, the other 4 staff I encountered were awesome.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist office ever! I have been a patient since 2002 and have never had a bad visit! They are very friendly and helpful! My son had to have a cavity filled when he was around 5 and was very nervous. He had several of the staff come check on him and they gave him the royal treatment! He also sees the orthodontist there.

Negative experience: Money hungry dentistry. I payed 600$ dollars for a crown, I told them i was having pain in that tooth before even being seated. The doctor still went ahead and filled the tooth down and made me a temporary crown and said i’d get my permanent in two weeks. This temporary crowns breaks so easily and i hadn’t even been chewing on that side. Two weeks later i tell them i’m in pain still, NOW they are denying me my permanent crown. and sending me to endontist. OK i go see endo and since i’m having pain in that tooth they say they’re gonna use temporary cement on the permanent crown… 5 weeks later no crown on the tooth. They could have send me to endo before even shaving the tooth down. 600$ down and no crown.

Negative experience: I show up for my cleaning and they tell me that it needs to be canceled and say they tried to call me 2 weeks ago to cancel, but there is no voice mail or record on my phone, and she says the note says they tried to call me 1 TIME almost a month ago. THEN...she can't find me another appointment for 3 more months! I made the appt., I showed up for the appt., then they screwed up! They also screwed up my cap on my front tooth which looks bad. I've been a patient there for over 16 years, along with my husband and daughter and when I walked out upset and said I guess we need to go somewhere else, the girl at the desk just shrugged her shoulders. They obviously could care less about their patients.

Fantastic experience: When we moved to Pickerington from out of state 5 years ago, I read thru reviews and picked them based off of that as well as location. I am so happy I did. The staff have always been so nice and professional.

The staff were very efficient; they explained everything going on; and they were very pleasant. I really like going there! It was a very positive experience (again, like it always is for me).

Fantastic experience: Well, considering I came in for a cavity and ended up with a crown, the service was excellent, as always! Angie is so nice (and she hums while she works), and, there's nobody better than Dr. Biehle.

Negative experience: God awful communication. Unbelievable disrespect for the time of their patients I called and scheduled an appointment in July and the earliest they could see me was September. Fast forward to today, the day before the appointment and they call me up to say that they don’t accept my insurance, and that they have no guarantee that they could do a cleaning for me tomorrow. The entire reason for my call was to schedule the cleaning, and the person who took my call never mentioned that my insurance would be any trouble. So stupid

Fantastic experience: Dr Patel is always so great with my kids. They’ve had other doctors in the office and enjoy every visit! I also cannot say enough about Sierra the hygienist! She is so wonderful with ally kids ages 2-10

Negative experience: I've left three messages to get a follow up appointment for my son's braces. He was supposed to have his pre removal appointment in July, it's September! I'm extremely disappointed, he should have them off by now!

Negative experience: The Staff at Stonecreek Dental are very good, however Dr. Meer is not. He never acknowledged me in a respectful way every visit if he spoke at all, also I was in pain and he treated me as if I had no feelings whatsoever. I received two crowns and those teeth are still sensitive to hot & cold after the crowns . The only reason I'm giving any stars are for the staff, they should receive 5 stars. As I said the staff are very kind and helpful. The crowns were done poorly

Fantastic experience: The guy doing my cleaning was awesome. The only bad experience was the light fixture falling on my head and shoulders, falling to ground and spitting glass everywhere.

Fantastic experience: I went in with a broken tooth and they pulled it the same day. They even pulled a wisdom tooth that day that I casually asked them about. I really didn't think they would do both the same day. Also, it was virtually painless with no complications.

Negative experience: Not sure exactly what’s going on with the orthodontics dept. here, I know they’re just loosely affiliated with the main dentist office, but since they cancelled my daughters appointment 2-3 weeks ago I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone in order to reschedule the appointment. I’ve left at least 5 messages. Guess I will have to find a new orthodontist for her. Edited to add… I called the number provided in the response, left messages, and never got a call back. At this point I’m even having issues getting records transferred to a new orthodontist due to the extremely slow communication from the orthodontics office. Extremely frustrating!!!

Negative experience: I waited months for a new patient appointment (which was not a problem) at this Pickerington location and booked it for a new patient exam, cleaning, and x-rays. I go in for my appointment and the receptionist tells me that “there was a glitch and you can’t get the cleaning today.” I booked this appointment months ago and I feel like I could’ve been notified that the cleaning was not included. The receptionist was not understanding at all and made me feel like it was a mistake on my end. She was not empathetic to the situation and her attitude gave off “too bad.” Do not have the online booking option if it is not accurate and then make me feel like I am in the wrong for YOUR mistake. I did not appreciate having my time wasted.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with this place, my daughter's orthodontist appointment has been canceled several time, when I call I am prompted to leave a msg and when I am leaving a msg the call just ends. If they don't want to treat my child I am happy to look elsewhere. It's just disappointing that they start treatment and bill me but they don't want to do the work. I do not recommend this place. I want my money back

Fantastic experience: My girls love Stonecreek Dental! From the Front desk staff to Dr. B, everyone is genuinely kind and sensitive to the fact that some may be fearful of the dentist office. They are very calming and the atmosphere is serene. Make your appointment today!

Positive experience: Front office staff person was super nice and efficient. Technician was kind and sympathetic to the fact I’ve become anxious as I’ve gotten older when coming to the dentist. She took a full set of X-rays and explained exactly what she was doing & gave good directions. This particular tech usually doesn’t work alongside Dr. Biele. I believe her name is Katie? She also assisted the doctor at my next visit when I had two teeth pulled and received my temporary partial. Again, she was so kind, explained everything, encouraged me to call in if I had questions. As usual, Dr. Biele is always fantastic. Love her!

Fantastic experience: I have always received excellent care at Stonecreek Dental. The most recent concern they are working with is a new dental partial. Dr Meer and Katie Swinehart have been very informative and careful as we work through this process. A sincere thank you to the entire staff.

Fantastic experience: I meant to write this a while ago, but Dr. Mooney and Sammy are absolutely amazing. I had a horrible experience with a crown and have had a lot of dental issues in general since childhood, so I can honestly say that my experience here was the best I've ever had. They made sure I was completely happy with my crown before leaving, and really went above and beyond in making me feel heard. Everyone there is also so incredibly nice! Update: Came back years later when I moved back to Columbus and I drive 30min to this location because they’re the best! Mike is great and took the time to remove cement that had been on my teeth for years from a retainer that broke off. He also took the time to teach about flossing technique. 10/10 wonderful place!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Stonecreek Dental for 25 years. Recently, I had a dental emergency and they got me in right away. Once there, Dr. Joseph immediately took action to alleviate my pain and then did follow ups to ensure the matter was quickly addressed. This type of outstanding service is why I’ve been a patient of Stonecreek for 25 years. Their superior commitment to patients clearly demonstrates why they are considered by so many to be the very best in dental care.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Stonecreek Dental since I was three, and they were on Hamilton Td near Eastland Mall. I now see Dr Beihle, and she is just as wonderful. I’m reviewing Stonecreek Orthodontics in the back building which is currently run by Dr Palma. He is wonderful and double-board certified in Orthodontics and TMJD. I recommend him 10/5 stars. He didn’t hesitate to treat me for the 3rd time even when the Dental Faculty Practice at OSU wouldn’t. He also told me he may order an MRI. I’ve never heard of an orthodontist ordering an MRI. He cares so much that I received a 15-page packet to fill-out along w/ a request for all my current blood-work. I’ve NEVER heard of an ortho requesting ANY medical information that I know of. I also know he will read it b/c I can tell he cares that much! My first re-treatment was w/ my original practice as a kid, Erkis, Kristal, and Forche. The only ortho left is Forche. The practice changed to Smile Doctors right after Covid. Forche was the second-best of the re-treaters which isn’t to say much as he tried to rush my treatment by trying to take my braces off after just 2 adjustments, and my teeth were still crooked. Once COVID became an issue, he kept delaying my appts prolonging my treatment. I ended my treatment w/ him on my own as he wanted to take my braces off way too early when he admitted himself I’d gone backwards in treatment. I couldn’t find a local ortho to treat me except Dr Dandy at Stonecreek b/c local orthos have a pact that they won’t “steal” each other’s pts even if the pt wants to change. Thankfully Sonecteek doesn’t have this pact, but the doctor moved out of state, and they couldn’t find a replacement due to Covid, otherwise I would have signed the paperwork right then and there. COVID was creating a shortage of orthodontists that I was calling around so much my battery started dying on my phone. I finally found Daily Dental and Braces Bar in Gahanna. Dr Rosenthal was my treating DENTIST. Never go to a dentist for orthodontics. They usually use Fastbraces which uses a 6-week training course to train dentists to play orthodontist. It’s fine if you have a simple issue that needs to be corrected, but complicated cases are a definite NO using a dentist for braces. Real orthodontists have to go to school for 8 years to complete their training. Dr Rosenthal did a great job in the beginning, but the hygienist put uneven bite rests on my 3rd molars, so instead of opening my bite, she rotated my molars inward causing my 3rd molars forward to be unable to fit my tongue, so I couldn’t rest it on my palate making my bite wose than when I started braces. I was in the “Fastbraces” for 3 yrs when the doctor gave up and just decided to take them off, so I decided to look for second opinions.

Fantastic experience: Very nice staff, professional and courteous. I don't think dentist appointments are anybody's favorite thing in the world, but the staff here was very friendly and caring, and talked me through every step. It was a very tolerable experience and I will absolutely be coming back to them for future cleanings.

Fantastic experience: No one likes going to the dentist. However, because the staff at Stonecreek has always been caring, considerate, and personable I personally do not mind a trip to my dentist's office.

Negative experience: I’ve been going here for over 15 years and usually everything is great but my most recent visit and the service I received was not up to their usual standards. I spoke with their emergency service on a Friday evening and asked that a dr call me since my temp crown came out for the 3rd time and broke and I wasn’t scheduled to get the new one for a week. I never received a call. I called Saturday because their website said they were open two Saturdays a month but didn’t specify which Saturdays. Left another message and no call back. I drove to their office and no one was there and they were closed. When I spoke with their office on Tuesday when I called because, again no call back. They had no record of my emergency call or the other message I left. I got in a little sooner to get the permanent crown in and it didn’t fit so lots of adjustments were needed. When they checked my record there was no record of any of my calls. I’m very disappointed and am not sure if I will go back.

Negative experience: I am still dealing with the emotional, mental and physical pain this placed has caused. When I voiced my concerns about my treatment I was then laughed at by Jenny at the front desk. Instead of helping patients, they gaslight you. This has been the worst dental experience in my life.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely Love how wonderful this dental office is to its patients and patient families! The care they took with every process of my son's surgical removal of all four wisdom teeth was outstanding! From explaining every step of the process with before and after care, to the procedure and cost! Family feeling and professional! He had been there several times before and even knowing we will move out of town within a years time, we will always travel back to only them. I have referred my family and friends here and truly appreciate how wonderful they are! My husband needs Implants and I fully trust that they will be the only people I trust to help him.

Fantastic experience: Prompt, never wait. Had tooth pain got me in next morning. Evaluation, plan, and treatment. Wonderful people to work with. My smile is thankful!!

Fantastic experience: The staff was great. Everyone was very communicative and efficient. They took their time explaining everything and I felt comfortable. Mike did a great job explaining my treatment plan and went in depth on my xrays. Davielle did a great job breaking down what my out of pocket cost will be. Super happy I chose Stonecreek

Fantastic experience: From the moment I arrived, to getting my teeth cleaned and examined the staffs were courteous. Dr A. Joseph was really nice. Easy to convers with.She willingly answered a question I had about dental that wasn't even pertaining to me.

Positive experience: The staff and my hygienist, Anna, were great. Dr. Meer was kind quiet but friendly though. However, of all the dental care that I had been to, this office does not have a dentist to follow-up or check my teeth after the cleaning. All my previous dental offices, doctors came and checked after the cleaning. To me, it is kind of unusual.

Fantastic experience: I was seen the same day I called for an appointment because they saw my discomfort as emergent. Everyone in the office was super friendly and very professional. Dr. B made sure I understood what was going on and explained my upcoming procedure in great detail which eased my anxiety about it being so soon.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Stonecreek Dental for over 13 years. The service has always been friendly and professional. Today I saw Alesha and Dr Patel. Both took great care of me and my dental needs and put me at ease the entire visit. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Benjamin Meer and his staff at Stonecreek Dental. Dr. Meer takes pride in his work and goes to great lengths to make sure all of his procedures are pain-free during and after treatment. Jisoo and Katie worked very hard to make sure everything was perfect and as a result, my temporary crown fits perfectly.
