Fantastic experience: First the staff were all very friendly, helpful, and very professional. Everything was very quick and easy. I checked in for my appointment and was only waiting a few minutes before I was called back for my xray then brought to were they removed my tooth. It was a nice in-out thing without loosing any hospitality.

Fantastic experience: DR Don Sandargas and Kim were awesome, they made my visit enjoyable and the music there just put me in a good mood too. And he even let me take my tooth home…lol. Thanks for an amazing visit for what it was for.

Numbed me up Minutes later the tooth was out no pain whatsoever. Of course that is until the novacaine wore off...but still it wasn't bad compared to the pain I had from the bad tooth..Thank you!

Fantastic experience: This was hands down the easiest experience. Made the appointment online (but they also take walk ins), arrived and was immediately taken back for x-rays and treated. The staff were professional in demeanor, knowledgeable about the procedure, and friendly. I was in and out in less than hour. Negative experience: The only reason I give 3 stars is because of the front desk staff. I am a dental assistant and have been for 4 years. I asked if I could go back with my husband and was told they dont allow people to come back due to "hippa" which is a joke. Every dental office ive ever went to had no problem bringing the spouse back. In my experience as a dental assistant, its all about making the patient comfortable, they obviously do not use that as their standard. I just wanted to make sure I listened to what they explain to him because he doesn't understand Dental terminology, and I dont want him to explain it to me, because it will be wrong lol. Not to mention they said "maybe" he could come back after they numbed him and never even said anything about it again. In my opinion, they should do better and make the experience more about the patient, because having an extraction done is overwhelming, and having your spouse there to comfort you shouldn't be a big deal.... I mean at the 5 General Dental offices ive ever worked at it was NEVER a issue. Do better, and get nicer staff members who are less stuck up. I could of chosen to take my husband to Dr. Patel in Inverness and I honestly wish I would have, at least I could have gone back with my husband there, in a judgment free zone with extremely polite staff. I just wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I will not be back.

Fantastic experience: The office is clean. The office staff is very nice & helpful. True to their motto, they numbed me up good. I didn't feel anything and I was in & out. The Doctor sent me home with antibiotics. Very good experience. I would highly recommend.

Negative experience: I’m just sad because I wasted my money. I work hard for my money and this is the reason why I always give dentists/orthodontists an in depth explanation of my situation so that I can get the information needed to decide if I wanted a consultation. Well my concern was that they would not be qualified to pull impacted canine teeth. So I asked them over the phone and they said they can but it depends on the situation. So. I send them scans of my teeth through email so that they could tell me if they could work on it or not. They ignored it although they said themselves to send concerns to that email. So I get to the office and they do one scan and tell me they can’t pull the canines, so I had to pay 45 for the consultation. I honestly feel like they intentionally ignored my emails that I sent days prior to the consultation, just so they could get my money. I paid it without complaining but I’m just upset because they’re obviously money hungry just like other dental practices. And you know how hard it’s going to be to pay money at EVERY consultation just to be denied bc u have a complex case even though u already told them over the phone. I needed multiple teeth pulled but if they couldn’t pull my canines, I just had to leave because I only want the surgery done once with one healing process. Sucks when you have to save up to support your needs just to get your time wasted. So please if you have more complex needs, save your time. Although I agreed to the statement that they can’t to all surgeries, it’s simply the fact that they ignored my email with the SAME scan from my orthodontist and they could have denied me through email instead of allowing me to come in and pay. Update: a virtual consultation is NOT the same as taking a minute to look at x rays that were already taken to tell me no, they cant do the surgery because my tooth is impacted. I literally TOLD them my concern and they said they do surgery on impacted teeth so why sit there and let me go in, knowing i had an x ray in the email waiting for review? Anyways. This office is money hungry like i said and they’re honestly lucky i even paid. Next time something gets pulled like this, imma let them take it to the credit bureaus. I couldn’t care less. They playing with people money. Any office that does not accept x rays from another place is MONEY HUNGRY. Anyways yall i recommend ASPEN DENTAL IN BROOKSVILLE to do surgery for impacted teeth. Their oral surgeon is GREAT and they offer sedation. I had no complications. 10/10. They accepted my x rays from my orthodontist too. This is why i always look at BAD reviews instead of the good ones because those so called good experiences do not be the reality.

Fantastic experience: If you ever need a tooth pulled, add this place to your list of super fun options. I've had a tooth annoying me for over a year, and I finally got it yanked out today. The staff is great, they didn't rush me out the door. Now I get to enjoy some quality time on the couch with a bag of frozen peas and a strict diet of applesauce and mashed potatoes, my favorite foods.

Fantastic experience: Went in for x rays and was referred to Dr Hameroff to get my wisdom teeth removed and everyone was so patient, understanding and informative here I was so impressed! Big thank you to Kim and Ashley, Ashley who dealt with all the phone calls, payments and scheduling and was super sweet and patient throughout the entire process! And Kim who did my x rays and consultation she was very genuine in her care and even talkative like me :) Great people and prices and if I ever need another tooth pulled I know where I’m going!

Negative experience: Though they get you in and out quickly, getting the pain medicine at the pharmacy was very difficult... Prescription wasn't sent to the pharmacy until 15 -20 minutes after extraction, then the pharmacy said it's an hour wait

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment at the Spring Hill location the day prior to the service. When I arrived I was greeted by the kind staff, checked in and waited only a short period of time before being called back for x-rays. I then waited in the lobby while they reviewed my images I was called into the back again. The dentist went over my images with me and listened to my concerns. Once I was all numbed up 2 teeth were extracted. The over all experience was good, and not for nothing no one wants teeth pulled, but overall I can’t say not one bad thing about this office and their staff. Five Stars ⭐️

Fantastic experience: My husband visited this location July 9th for an extraction and hands down cannot recommend this place enough! We made the drive from Ocala but Heard about them from a Facebook word of mouth and now I see why it was highly recommended! And pricing was excellent! My husband also didn’t forget to mention the music playing in the room and the dentist that pulled his tooth singing to the music which made him feel so much more at ease.

Very professional. And straight forward on pricing as advertised. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Quick, professional, courteous and clean. Showed up early to my appointment today. Was seen within 10 minutes. Exam and numbing took about 10-15 and then extraction. Fantastic experience: I wanted to share my experience with you and I am writing this review under my husband’s account. I was suffering with a bad tooth ache and one of my Co-workers highly recommended Just pull it. I have a fear of dentist and a fear of my teeth being pulled out, just under novocaine. What a pleasant experience!! Everyone was wonderful especially Dr. Don and his assistant Melanie at the Spring Hill office. They took me on time, explained my x-rays and I was out with in 30 minutes, I had two teeth removed felt no pain just pressure and answered all my concerns. I highly recommend them!!! Negative experience: Staff was eh. (Even though I had a panic attack and was crying) They were super patient with me and the Dr was nice, everything went fast. Sadly 3 days later I ended up in the hospital with an infection in the extraction site.. not sure why they didn't give me antibiotics,Dr said that was the cause and I should've been prescribed antibiotics instead of the steroids (which did nothing and left me in a great deal of pain.. Not happy with the outcome a week later and I'm still in so much pain.. Do better , was not happy with my services or the $350 and then $255 more and the ER because of the mess up.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended this place by a friend of mine who had a great experience at this facility. The office is very clean, the staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The doctor was very nice and thorough as well. There were no judgmental office vibes as some medical offices have. They took me right back as soon as I got there for my appointment so there was no extra waiting time. My appointment was quick with no major difficulties. The price was great for the service they offer. 10/10 recommend and will refer anyone I know who needs an extraction to just pull it!

Fantastic experience: I walked into Dr. Castellano’s office a total nervous wreck—like, full-blown anxious mess, ready to sprint out at any moment. But the entire experience was shockingly smooth. Andi, the assistant, was calm, kind, and kept me grounded, and Dr. Castellano? That man is a dental ninja. Fast, precise, and next thing I knew, the tooth was out and I was on my way. The whole thing took under an hour. Seriously—in and out before I had time to spiral. The office staff was excellent too—friendly, professional, and clearly respectful of my time. If you're nervous about a tooth being removed, this is 100% the crew you want.

Fantastic experience: Great people great experience for my 13 year old. We were seen quickly treated very professional and courteous. My only complaint would have been this...if the pain meds were going to be 600mg of ibuprofen (which I'm not against firm believer in unnecessary narcotics) then why not tell me use Tylenol or ibuprofen at home with your recommended dosage compared to sending me to CVS with no knowledge of what you were prescribing to find out I paid for something I straight up already had at home. Not mad about it as my insurance made it super cheap even compared to OTC stuff at Walmart. Just a hey we are giving you an NSAID would have been better than sending me to CVS. Outside of that great people, great service, nice price for cash out of pocket, and definitely fast and friendly.

Fantastic experience: They’re two specific workers and I wish I would’ve gotten their names, but I was so frightened that I completely forgot by the time I got out. Two ladies that work in the office that held my hand today I feel like if they weren’t there that I might’ve had a small heart attack. I have dental anxiety really bad due to a botched procedure. I went in today just to get a broken tooth removed, and I tried so hard to make it through the procedure, but my anxiety got the best of me, but I do want To acknowledge those two women because honestly them holding my hand and talking to me, was probably the only reason I lasted a quarter of the time that I did. They deserve a raise a bonus and paid vacation. They were literally amazing. I’ve never felt fear like I had today. I’ve had c sections came home 24 hours later and took care of kids and a newborn. Dental work though… phew I was legit shaking and they were just amazing

Positive experience: First off, I am almost 70 and I HATE going to the dentist (childhood of old, fat, smelly male dentists who didn't believe in Novocaine) and the idea of having a molar extracted did not excite me in the least. My dentist was a petite young lady and the extraction went as smoothly as I could have imagined or hoped for. If I had written this review within 24-36 hours I would have left a 5 star review. A week later, I am dropping my review to 4 stars for the following reason: Communication. Just pull it has a Henry Ford approach to the extraction business. Get them in, get them out. Period. The staff goes over what to expect, both during and after the procedure, but in a very rudimentory fashion. They show you a sheet of paper of what to do in the following 24-48 hours, all is available on their website. However, there is much more information concerning what you may be facing that is available to you in detail if you just look for it. Much of the information that I gleamed off the internet filled in the blanks with the questions I had following my procedure. For instance, the pain med was helpful the first night, definately. But I found for the next 2 nights, at least for me, I needed another tablet each night before bed to combat the headaches I was having as the day wore down (a common event not mentioned by JPI but oftentimes happens). Four days after my procudure, while running my tongue over the extraction site, I felt a sharp piece of bone/tooth. Not knowing what it was, I called and was informed that it was probably a bone spur, not an uncommon thing but wasn't told of this until I found it myself, so I went back in to have it looked at. Nothing to worry about, but $45 later I couldn't help feeling that even if these kinds of things weren't immediately covered when I left their office, it would have been nice had it been on their website and not left up to me to find it on my own. Don't get me wrong, I thought JPI did a wonderful job and I wish my dentist all the luck in the world as she gains experience and hopefully gets a practice on her own, I would highly recommend her if she does. I just think that in this day and age where information is so readily available, their own website should cover every question, every possibility in one place rather than have the patient have to go out and search for answers on their own. Fantastic experience: It was easy to get an appointment. They saw me same day. Got my broken tooth out. Bandaged me up gave me some antibiotics and thats, that ! Fairly painless process. So to say.

Positive experience: Just have today, I'm already healing up nicely got a good blood clot formed. The tooth extraction was faster than some haircuts I've had. I can't really compare it to other tooth extractions, because it's my first adult tooth extraction. I have very little pain.

Even when my tooth didn’t wanna budge Dr Greer knew exactly what to do. She was very kind and reassuring during the whole process. Fantastic experience: It was as easy and painless as a tooth extraction could possibly be staff was great but was a mix up on where my prescription was sent but at 7 that night I called answering service and within 10 minutes they called back with the doctor on the line he gave me his personal number and had me send my info and had my prescription ready in a hour I would definitely recommend them to all of my family and friends THANK YOU JUST PULL IT !!!!!

Negative experience: went to have a tooth pulled that was never bothering me , just broken . the day of extraction i was extremely nervous and shakey and the staff had guided me through the whole process . Dr. Sandargas was amazing and pulled the tooth without me feeling pain just pressure . However , I called the office back and informed them that it has been 6 days since my extraction and my jaw was in unbelievable pain (guessing since they gave me so many numbing shots) i am still unable to eat or really open my mouth past a talking distance… the receptionist told me come in as soon as you can so i told her id be down the next day .. Once I get down there the dentist and the receptionist were flirting about pokemon cards (not the same dentist I saw the first time) and trading them for about 15-20 minutes before checking me in .Then before bringing me back they are discussing “who wants to take her?” after hearing about 4 dental assistants say no i dont want the post op , some kind lady finally took me back … The dentist poked my gum where the tooth came out once ( i told them i was there for my jaw ) told me I need to understand I just had “surgery” done on my mouth basically told me to get over it , drink protein shakes til I can eat …. and that his wisdom teeth took 3 weeks to heal so my week of pain is nothing ( I HAD ONE TOOTH PULLED ) I figured my 30 seconds (LITERALLY) of sitting in the chair would be free of charge or maybe 20-30 dollars since I was JUST there not even a week prior , the receptionist on the phone also did not inform me that it was going to cost me to be seen for being in pain . I got to the counter and they charged me $50 dollars … Once again extraction day was amazing (Dr.Sandargas and Kim were unbelievable) and easy but I am disappointed in the way I was treated during the post op exam , I felt unwanted , unheard and basically like I was being a big baby about not being able to eat for a whole week .

Fantastic experience: No one enjoys getting teeth removed. But this staff really knows how to comfort you during the whole operation. Dr. Hdmoroff and Andi were beyond excellent. I never laughed before while getting an extraction but they were super funny and made the experience quick and easy. I love how often the doctor made sure I was okay and out of pain. A lot of dentists will turn me away because my “roots are too complicated” but the Doctor here looked and said no problem let’s get you out of pain. Thank you just pull it for always being there for me when I need to get out of pain fast.

Dr. Mazariegis was great from the numbing shots to finishing the extraction. I wasn’t in any pain or having aniexty. This is a fantastic alternative to what we all have experienced. I once had the dental insurance that would take care of anesthesia, extractions, implants and dentures etc. As we all know dental insurance is very expensive. Most take 12 month waiting period. Which most can’t wait that time out. I worked for an Oral Surgeon in Maryland, so I knew what to expect. I highly recommend “JUST PULL IT.” I love the catchy name!!

Fantastic experience: They were fast response to my phone call they answered all the questions that I needed about my daughter I brought my 17 year old in there that same day they did the x-rays the doctor talked to her they explained that they could pull the tooth it was affordable it was fast made her very comfortable no pain made sure the Aftercare was very much taken care of that we understood everything that needed to be done I will definitely recommend them 10 out of 10

Fantastic experience: Little bit of pain but I expected it and some discomfort but it was good. Took less time than I thought it would because the tooth was broken. Doc handled it well and so did the dental tech. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an extraction.

Fantastic experience: My son had two teeth pulled here and it was a very good experience. Easy online scheduling. Quick in and out procedure. Given scripts for pain med and antibiotics. Clear follow up instructions and they were sure to check in to make sure he was healing well. Will definitely use again if the need arises.

Fantastic experience: My General Dentist told me he no longer pulls teeth, and referred me to Just Pull It! I have to say I read all those rave reviews about JPI!, and I was skeptical. But when I got there, everything the reviews said were true. I went to the one in Spring Hill. I expected the place to be dead, but when I arrived it was hopping and busy. But, they called me back at 6:10 PM, twenty minutes BEFORE my appointment time. Second, the waiting area, X-ray area and treatment room were spotlessly clean, cool and comfy. Third, all the people I dealt with---Alex who made my appointment, Stephanie the Assistant, and Dr. Maz were all so friendly, informative and professional. I barely felt the needle. Fourth, I was shocked---in a GOOD way---how quickly I was in and out. The whole experience took less than 30 minutes. No, I am NOT kidding. Fifth, the next day I had hardly any pain. I didn't even need the Tramadol Rx they gave me. INSTANT RELIEF! This wisdom tooth started killing me on a Tuesday. I was leaving for California in two days. Alex got me in the same day I called. These people really got me out of a bind, and I was able to travel pain free. $350 to remove this painful wisdom tooth with x-ray and exam included on the SAME DAY I CALLED was worth every penny. A family member recommended your facility, and you guys were an absolute godsend! It was quick, pain free and the staff was WONDERFUL! Dr Castellano and Stephanie did a great job at calming my nerves, answering all of my questions, and successfully relieving my pain! I was in and out of the facility in under 40 mins total. Fantastic experience: Very clean facility. I love the fact that the dental assistant and the dentist took time and care to listen to what I had to say. My appointment was set for at 2 o’clock. I was out getting into my vehicle by 2:30 and I felt so much better.

Fantastic experience: Great price and straight to the task. The nurse who cared for me was exceptional and kept my naturally anxious self calm. The DR managed to pull the whole tooth even though it was a badly broken tooth little area to grip. They gave me enough pain meds (shots) to completely numb the area and they tested it before starting the op. I hate to admit but this is my fourth tooth pulled which have been done in three different continents, this was by far; - The most efficient - The best value - The most cared for I felt.
