I found my new dental team in Viera! From the moment you walk in to this office you feel welcome and at ease. My treatment plan was clear and the staff answered any questions I had. Negative experience: Wish I could have got my teeth cleaned here. Was called and asked to confirm my appointment that I made 7 months ago 2 weeks prior and was incorrectly told about my appointment date and time so I made sure I took a day off of work and showed up and of course everyone at reception was confused why I was there. I did not feel welcome. I will not be back.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with choosing this dentist office; they were recommended to me by Viera's Facebook page. Even though I know live an hour away we still make the trip to been seen here. Update4/22/25 years later this is still my favorite dentist office. I recently went in thinking I was about to spend at least $1000 on my tooth ended up being a chipped crown they were easily able to fix and save with no major surgery. I only walked in paying an exam. So grateful for an honest dentist!!

Positive experience: For my cleaning,: no dentist on site, hygienist coughed the entire time during my cleaning. The cleaning time seemed brief, unsure how well my teeth were cleaned.

Negative experience: The hygienist was late and I waited 20 min past my appt time as the hygienist was helping another patient at the front desk. I was not impressed with the hygienist, I had to ask multiple times for the numbing cream during cleaning due to sensitive teeth and gums which I explained before she started the cleaning. I refused the X-rays and explained my insurance only covers X-ray every two years and literally had to argue with the hygienist to verify my benefits and correct her that I had X-rays 8/2024, not 2019. She rushed the appt and especially the polishing and did not proved adequate rinsing, left there with grit in my mouth. My teeth did not feel clean and seemed to be unevenly polished. The front desk staff and doctor were great. My teeth hurt for two days after and my gums and teeth were so sore I could barely eat soft food. I'll be sure to ask for a different hygienist next time. Avoid the young girl with the long black hair and microscope glasses, she never introduced herself and I do not know her name.

My son tried a different dentist because it was a few months too early for him and they told him he had a few cavities. One they said was so bad he would need a root canal. And they quoted a few thousand dollars to get it fixed. He wasn’t in pain and wasn’t having any issues so he waited for his appt with Stadium a few months later. They did his check up and cleaning and he didn’t have any cavities. I completely trust them and would recommend them to everyone.

Positive experience: This is Stephen who had the last appt. from this Dentistry. Arrived on time. Saw 3 people including the new dentist. New to me, hygienist and x-ray tech? They all were very nice and helpful. I do like my regular hygienist as well. I have been patient for several years and my first Dentist Dr. Brown was very good. But she moved out of state. I like Dr. King, as I have seen her a couple of times. My wife Janet and I like the Friendly atmosphere and people at the Dentistry. We will see them again in 6 months.

Positive experience: A well oiled machine that has successfully transitioned primary dentists, but hasn't seemed to have missed a beat. Friendly front office service, little to no wait time when you arrive just before your appointment time. Dental hygienists take their time and do a through cleaning, and provide good education/tips. Full service provider. Accepts most insurance. Amply parking. Clean dental rooms and waiting area.

Fantastic experience: A wonderful dental experience. Really! A very friendly, efficient, and communicative staff. Amanda was great, and very friendly while communicating everything she was doing during my exam. Answering my many questions. Dr. King also made herself available to answer any questions that I had. Waiting room is comfortable. Dental chair was also comfortable. Latest and greatest technologies in dental imaging, which I was really impressed with. I didn't know some of that stuff existed. I can't comment on cost because insurance covered most of my costs. I did however notice that staff up front was very upfront with an elderly couple that was paying out of pocket for their visit. Thus making sure they knew what the expected costs might be. Dare I say I'm a client for life! Thank you Stadium Family Dentistry! 010PCT!!

They both explained everything that I would need to know explicitly. Kerry Ann explained the entire insurance situation. If I decide to have the work done I will definitely go back to them.

Negative experience: Couldnt be more disappointed with Stadium Family Dental. I’ve been a customer of this place since near day 1 and recently received a bill in the mail stating that we owe $100 for a treatment that they had told us was covered by insurance. I called them and they acknowledged that they told us it was covered by insurance, but it ended up not being covered when they submitted the bill. I was then told that the costs are the responsibility of the customer if insurance doesnt cover them, even if the techs tell us that there isnt a cost and it is covered by insurance. I’ve never heard this type of thing before where they can tell us that a treatment or procedure is covered by insurance, but we may still be responsible for the cost in the case that they dont. The office staff did work to reduce the cost, but not eliminate it completely. Disappointed doesnt begin to describe how we feel about it. Just be warned: You may still be responsible for costs that insurance covers, even if they tell you that you dont owe anything. This should be clearly disclosed prior to accepting the treatment.

Fantastic experience: This office has been a pleasure to deal with as going to the dentist isn’t my favorite but they are always helpful , polite and professional. Dr king is also not only a great dentist but very personable.
