Fantastic experience: The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the hygienist and dentist was very thorough and informative. I've seen a few different dentist in this office throughout the years and they have been easy to work with. My wife sees Dr Murphy and says that he's great. He is super knowledgeable and follows up on previous discussions even a year later. Try you’ll be happy you did!

I’ve been coming here for I want to say 2 years now and I’ve never had any issues they did incredible work on my root canal that is still thriving today! Very organized great atmosphere and the people, even better they care for your oral health and for you as a whole love love love!

Fantastic experience: All staff members were absolutely wonderful very friendly an all had welcoming smiles...my first time at this place an had been awhile to see a dentist as the prices even with insurance was crazy...but to my surprise there prices were extremely resealable...getting the work done that's needed will not break my bank who wouldn't be greatful for that alone....plus the office an the work ports were extremely clean..no one likes to go to the dentist but its a must so when they make your experience delightful with great prices it helps out a ton...

Fantastic experience: I love it here. The practice is updated and I bond with my hygenist every visit. Its nice when someone remembers you after a year and you can geek out about random stuff and shoot the shit naturally.

Negative experience: Unprofessional and Biased Treatment from Front Desk Staff Despite Following Office Policy I had a 2:00 PM appointment and was running late due to heavy traffic and construction. I called the office around 2:10 to inform them I was on my way and expected to arrive within five minutes. I arrived about seven minutes late, and I fully respect the office’s policy to reschedule patients who are more than 10 to 15 minutes late. That said, I have been late before but certainly not every time, and my minor son and I have been a loyal patients for over two years. In fact, my minor son had an appointment just yesterday and arrived thirty minutes early for his cleaning. What I found unacceptable was the unprofessional and disrespectful treatment from not just one, but two front desk receptionists. Instead of a straightforward, respectful explanation, I was met with passive-aggressive and personal comments such as, “Why don’t you reschedule to a time when you know you can be on time?” and “April, you are always late.” These remarks were inaccurate, deeply offensive, and made me feel unfairly singled out. Additionally, the receptionist expressed frustration that I had not called the office first, but in fact, she was the one who called me initially. I promptly returned her call to let her know I was en route. This misplaced frustration only added to my discomfort. I reported this incident to the office manager, but what was most troubling is that it felt like there was a consensus among the staff that I was “the patient who is always late.” This dismissive attitude from multiple staff members felt like more than just poor customer service—it felt like an underlying bias, especially as an African American patient in a mostly white office. This kind of treatment should not be tolerated in any professional healthcare setting. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of occasional lateness or background. I am sharing this review to put the public on notice and strongly urge this office to examine and improve the culture and communication of their front desk staff. Professionalism and respect should never be optional.

I established with Dr Trumm 2 years ago when I move back home to Omaha from Florida. I’m glad I did my due diligence & found him, his excellent dental stall & office professionals!! I had two extractions of my lower back teeth with no pain. He made me feel comfortable during the procedure. Fantastic experience: Ok! I have been going here pretty much my whole life and have never had a complaint, today I was able to bring my duaghter. At first I was worried how getting my teeth cleaned with a very adventurous and energetic 19 month old would go. I was not worried at all during the appointment, from walking in they were so welcoming with her, to sitting in the chair. You can tell they are moms/grandmas and just loved on her like their own. They chased her back in the room and even asked if they could take her out of the room to get my toothbrush. Thanks Quality Dental!

They did a root canal and temporary crown ASAP. I was so appreciative and honestly was the best, most comfortable root canal I’ve ever had. That’s saying a lot!! Negative experience: When The hygienist asked if I had any issues I said just one about a tooth that's been bothering me for the last 15 years. You asked if I had any questions but you never asked why I keep bringing this issue up. So either stop asking if I have any issues or actually talk to me about it.
