Fantastic experience: Jon was great and Erin but I was real nervous with having to have a tooth pulled it was not bad at all plus his assistant was great I went back 2/05/25 to have my pulled spots looked at they got me in really fast and everything was good Thank you Jon Dentist it’s are hard to find crazy, but will not go back this is my experience I started in January having teeth pulled for a partial which was around about 1500.00 I still can’t wear it I went a week or so and had a tooth pulled, I had to take antibiotics. Today’s the last day for the antibiotics. I was in Sedalia and remembered they are not open Friday s so stopped by to see if the dentist could just peak at it and make sure it was ok The new receptionist said no even through the dentist had cone through and said she would if a chair was open The receptionist comes back smiling didn’t look at the computer and said tomorrow at 10:30. I’m like can I just wait around for awhile and maybe work me in. Still smiling it’d probably be all day and then not sure Wow. I have a appointment in independence tomorrow Wow Won’t be back

Fantastic experience: Such a positive experience. I went in yesterday with painful gum inflammation around one tooth. Amber, who has been my dental hygienist at both visits, suspected a pregnancy granuloma. She was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable--and she was right. Dr. Coleman confirmed her suspicions and offered a laser treatment. 24 hours later my gum is back to a healthy, pink coral color and the pain is gone. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Look, Dr Erin is above top tier, the girls in the office are exceptional, and the quality of the temporary as well as my permanent crowns are absolutely incredible. I was never uncomfortable. I was never unsure of what I'd be paying. Thier scheduling is prompt and pretty much everything about seeing them was great. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ehlers is an exceptional dentist and proud to say educated by my alma mater. We had an issue with a previously placed implant. Dr Ehlers corrected the issue at no charge, no questions asked. Most appreciated. I drive 3 hours round trip to Dr Ehlers for dental care, I will continue to do so and appreciate the quality of work and care that he and his staff provide!

Fantastic experience: Patient / customer care here is amazing. Getting a filling is not fun and this was only the 2nd of my life. I honestly didn't have a memory of the first one. Dr. Erin asked me continuously if I was doing alright and Inwould give a thumbs up or if I needed to stop for any reason I could put my hand up. We also laughed so hard together with her assistant. Made having to get a filling way more pleasant!

Fantastic experience: Some would say that I am a little high maintenance when it comes to my dental needs. Others might say I am a big baby. Regardless, the team that has been taking care of me has kept me coming back every 3 month without hesitation because I feel heard. I have dental trauma from an early age that has kept me away for so long that the damage, in the form of professional neglect, has been severe. The staff working with my brand of trauma have been so incredibly kind, supportive, understanding and encouraging. THEY are what keeps me coming back. That and the free awesome lip balm.

Positive experience: Mom had a great experience once she was able to get an appointment. I felt like a month was a little long to wait for a root canal on a tooth that kept flaring up an infection. She called 4/29 and was first looked at on 5/8 then had to wait until 5/29 to get it done. She is doing good and all seems to be well now. Thanks Dr Ehlers!

Fantastic experience: When I arrived today for my extraction day of 16 teeth, I was dealing with high blood pressure and extremely high anxiety. They reassured me that everything is going to be ok. But due to my health with the high blood pressure they recommended me to see an oral surgeon that they preferred. I’m so thankful they thought of my health and not put my body in more stress than it was. I will continue to go back to Tiger Family Dental once my oral surgery is completed. I will 100% recommend my friends and family.

Negative experience: My son was scheduled for filling he is 6 years old and the dentist was going to numb his month she was going at him with the needle she wasn't comfortable so she couldn't fill his tooth. Now we have to take him to Columbia to have it done before his heart surgery. She could have told us before this far.

Fantastic experience: I had a very pleasant experience there today . I am totally satisfied with my service today, as well as all other visits as well. I haven't had a bad experience since I have been going there. Only one thing that I don't understand . That being, why don't they allow you to stack your insurance policies to save the customers the most money they can. . The office would still make their money's and the customers would reap the rewards of having multiple insurance policies making their out of pocket $$ . very minimal or nonexistent. The least out of pocket $$, the more $$ they can spend on other procedures with you.

Prior to going I joked about how everyone better be that happy when I go and I hope they really care and don’t just sell me on 30,000.00-50,0000 implants. Ha! I would like to say the commercials are accurate! I had Tonia taking care of myself and my children. I had concerns for all of us and my youngest was a tad nervous. The care was exceptional. I highly recommend! Future appointments for us already booked!

Fantastic experience: I came to Tiger Dental in hopes of getting my top front teeth fixed and boy did they super exceed my expectations. They are all, from the check in gals to all the staff in the back and Dr. Jon, are always very kind and respectful, professional and understanding. I had a horrendous experience with a dental office in the past which caused the biggest fear in ever returning to one but the Tiger Dental staff did a fantastic job in everything they’ve provided.
