Positive experience: Everyone is friendly and professional. But Rosanna (Rosie) was superb. She was very thorough and appears to have solved my problem with sensitive teeth. The dental hygienist before her left me thinking there was nothing more that could be done. I’ve had this problem growing in intensity for years. I wasn’t even going to mention it because I’m tired of complaining when nothing else could be done. Also, why wasn’t my alignment brought to my attention sooner, before the damage to my front teeth. When it was addressed, I got Invisilyn immediately. Rosie also addressed sores and discoloration area to watch. Thank you, Rosie!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a bad experience in the past that left me putting off dental work for a long time. An accident forced me to fix a cracked tooth that lead to an extraction and bridge. I was so emotional and everyone (even on a Saturday) was SO NICE and comforting! I have a lot of work ahead of me and THIS is the place I’ll be at for it all! I felt so calm I “almost” fell to sleep!! Thank you all so much!!

Negative experience: Originally over charged $110.00. I requested a detailed billing document. That document was not provided. THEN I was told that my insurance was tier one and billed only $50.00.

Fantastic experience: I tried this dentist for the first time. I absolutely loved it. The staff were all so nice. The office is beautiful. They answered every question I had and addressed all of my concerns. I have major anxiety and it was like they knew exactly how to talk me through the appointment to keep my anxiety low. As long as they are open, I will be going there for future appointments.

Negative experience: This place has been scamming people with their scaling sell for years. Don’t fall for it. Get a second opinion and save yourself $1000.

Negative experience: Not very happy! 2nd time same crown fell off! My bridge doesn’t fit & I get laughed at as it causes me to spit when I talk! I can not come back nor recommend your business. My bottom teeth need addressed & big gap where a tooth was pulled I asked for a crown hurts when hard food like chips are eaten! Last visit dental tech tore my mouth trying to fill too much epoxy goop for bridge mold.

Positive experience: I’m editing my review to say that despite a few issues regarding billing and trying to upsell services like Invisalign, this place is really good. The hygienists are so friendly and thorough, and the dentist is as well. I’m glad I gave them another chance.

Positive experience: I felt they were wanting to do unneeded procedures. I do not have dental insurance and all I want is a cleaning every six months. And they keep adding on these different procedures they say I need to have.

Positive experience: Facility was beautiful and clean. The dental hygienist/assistant was wonderful. I was disappointed that I didn’t get to see Dr. Parrish like I had specifically requested when I made my appointment though.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ky and his staff are awesome. I had a tooth taken out and stitches in my mouth. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a competent painless dentist!

Negative experience: Fought with this place over insurance claim for months. Gave them our insurance verification multiple times. Apparently the communication chain isn’t what it should be. Instead of waiting for them to figure out their insurance policy, ended up just paying the bill so that we would stop receiving late notices from Cedar Creek. Would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

Negative experience: It's clear the caring of this place has gone down hill. They couldn't care less about patients. Have a dental emergency? They'll tell you to come on in asap! Oh, but you wanted it to actually get fixed? Nah, that's another 2 weeks after you've already gotten there and paid for an evaluation. My daughter was sent home in extreme pain and we wasted all morning. Luckily, we found another dentist who got her fixed up asap. Too bad my daughter had to waste days in pain because of the scam these guys are running.

Negative experience: The dentist and dental hygienist are very nice. The office people are rude and do not listen to directions or care to check your insurance. I would not recommend unless you want to be treated horribly and over quoted and charged.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience, would highly recommend again.

Positive experience: The visit was extremely long for a dental hygienist appointment. First seeing the tech and going over everything with her. Then, the hygenist and going over the same things with her ( myself or the tech) either way it was all duplicated information time, AND dulicated fluoride and cancer screening offers time on top of that. Third, Dr Ky visited and again the same information was covered, hygienist, tech, or myself. But, it was a third time and “time” literally used to cover the same information. Fourth, the tech again for Fluoride and cancer screening with nothing to show cancer screening was done (pictures, report, ??) Fifth and Lastly, the office person to give me prices on work to be completed even after the tech told the office to only give estimate on cavity and not crown replacement as that would happen after 01/2025 and Dr Ky had already explained that the program used will not calculate pricing after the new year until after 01/01. So, it was basically a 1 hr 45 (I subtracted 5 minutes for small talk) minute hygienist appointment that at other offices has never even taken an hour and that is waiting on the actual dentist to finish with his patient prior to signing off on me. BTW, if front desk personnel are in training, may I suggest one trainee with one trainer instead of 2 trainees that didn’t know how to check in a returning patient be seated together and then the presumed trainer at a different directional facing computer halfway trying to help while telling me they were new and trying to learn so “everyone has to learn”. If either would have started the conversation with “We’re in training, We’re new and learning, or, they are new and in training, which would have also been appropriate, Instead of waiting until after my return with my license, the handing of the clipboard, the question as to “did I have any insurance, and my rebuttal of all of this, that requested information should be in their computer as I have been their before more than once. Instead, I was First ask if I completed paperwork work online. Secondly, I was sent to the car for my drivers license. Then, handing me paperwork and asking if I had insurance and my presumption that I would have to run back to my car for my 2 insurance cards. My rebuttal came with some frustration as I had been seen at least twice before with the last time being less than 3 months ago. My insurance and all “new patient” paperwork was already on file. A quick question of “Has any information or your insurance changed since you were here last?” Sufficed.

Fantastic experience: The staff are very sweet and kind. I never feel embarrassed that I'm missing teeth. And they're working with me towards a beautiful smile.

Fantastic experience: I really like the hygienists and dentists at Cedar Creek. They are very caring, professional and thorough. The downside to this office is if you have to reschedule a cleaning appointment for some reason. It can take 5-6 months past your previously scheduled appointment before there is an opening.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience as a new patient this afternoon. Absolutely the best. I am super sensitive, and was accommodated at every point of the cleaning and exam! I highly recommend this group. Vanessa, the hygienist, Dr Ky and the women at the front desk. All professional, yet made me feel at home and immediately comfortable. Fantastic experience: I kinda had a emergency and Cedar Creek took me in the next morning even being a new patient. They spent over 4 hrs cleaning,l getting one tooth ready for a crown plus extraction a broken tooth. Everyone is very professional and caring.

Fantastic experience: Every staff member I interacted with was extremely helpful and professional. The front desk staff even printed me a list of my insurance benefits so I would have a copy. The dental hygienist and assistant were efficient and explained everything they were doing as they did it. Dr. Khy was also very efficient and helpful. I don’t plan on ever seeing a different dentist after my experience at Cedar Creek.

Negative experience: Had to use them for an emergency before a vacation due to my son chipping his tooth. They were able to get him in and get it fixed. We paid for the service at that time with an FSA account. This was in June 2024. Since then we continued to get messages that we owed them our portion of the treatment cost. I notified them we did not and they said they would look into it. I called them and was told they don't show a payment but there billing software may have inadvertently sent a message but they would have their manager review it. Then comes time for the 2 appointments we made for our kids months ago to come and get cleanings. WARNING if you don't check the automated Texts they send you and respond within 24 hrs they will cancel your appointments and not notify you that they have done so. Flash forward to today and I take off work and get my kids out of school to be told we don't have any appointments, then told all I had to do was reply yes to a message. Then I am offered an appointment on another date so that I can take off work again and get my kids out of school once again. I would like to point out that they only ever sent me one confirmation for one kid and never for my other child that also had an appointment. I told them no and that I wouldn't be coming back along with the finance issue that we have previously had. I requested they make sure that I don't owe them anything so I don't have to deal with them ever again. Turns out the auto messages they sent me saying I owe them money were wrong and they actually owed me money back. Just beware not this place. Lastly, let me add that the fix that they did for my son's chipped tooth didn't last and already came off within 2 months of doing it and being harassed about having not paid them. I was going to have them look at it today but I guess that wasn't meant to be. Go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Update to previous review, which follows: After problems this year with my dental insurance the clinic finally got my insurance straightened out ,the insurance was in the wrong and now I'm finally getting my correct benefits. Thankful. This dental clinic is fantastic. Everyone is so nice, so gentle and so comprehensive. So much more comfortable than past dental experiences with less anxiety.

Negative experience: What a waste of time! They gave my appointment spot away because I confirmed 12 hours prior to the appointment instead of 24 hours before? I wasn’t aware of that policy?!? I was early on the actual day. So angry. I was 1.5 hours late for work for an appointment that didn’t happen. I just cancelled any/all of mine and my husband’s future appointments. I also called and asked them to send me a check for a credit I have there. I better get my money back.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time and everyone in the front office was so nice and my dental assistant, Key, was so patient with me and she explained every step in the process and was so sweet! I think I have found my dentist!!

Negative experience: Disappointing communication experience with the front office staff. The dentist and hygienist were great. They were informative and caring. That being said, the front office staff was less than stellar. Upon arriving, I was asked for insurance information (that I had provided via text a week or two earlier). Front office staff appeared to make no effort to research my insurance before I arrived. During my appointment I was informed that they couldn't get ahold of my provider, and would not be able to provide an estimate for the services I need before I left. Fine, no biggie. I'm sure the provider's customer service isn't great. They said they would give me a call when they heard something. 2-3 weeks later, I still hadn't heard anything. I called the office to check in. "Oh my gosh no one called you back, I'm so sorry." The person was very apologetic and promised I would hear from them by the end of the day. After that, no one ever called me again. I'm still waiting for my estimate almost two months later.

Fantastic experience: So happy I picked this dental office to go to! Everyone has been so friendly and kind. When they work on your mouth they are incredibly gentle and explain everything thoroughly, which I highly appreciated. I also started invisalign and I was very pleased with how well the process was told to me and how easy the consultation and application was.
