Negative experience: Tried this place once and never went back. It felt like they were trying to scare me into getting all of this work done that I didn’t want to do. Then when I persisted on saying no, they tried again by saying I was gonna get root canals if I didn’t do what they said. Almost a year later, different dentist, and none of the problems they claimed were that bad. Gave 2 stars because the hygienist was very nice.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sagar is very pleasant and gentle and the staff is very friendly and courteous. They took a picture of my cavity and showed me on the TV monitor, which I thought was pretty cool! For the first time I actually saw what was going on in my mouth! They also used laser to do my cleaning. Overall a great experience- would highly recommend the office!!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Long Meadows Family Dentistry has always been pleasant and professional. Their dentistry work is thorough and caring. The way they practice dentistry is very efficient.. I have been going there for a while now. But a special shout out for them today. I do not write very much in reviews or give many reviews but the reason I am taking the time to do one today is because I was touched by the way Dr. Sagar, Yoli and the entire staff took care of my 96-year old grandmother. They were so kind, gentle and patient with her. My grandmother does not hear very well and gets tired soon. They treated her with a lot of TLC. She needed a crown and partial denture. Everything went so smoothly with her treatment. My grandmother likes Dr. Sagar a lot and said she is one of the best dentist she has ever been to in her 97 lovely long years!!

I went back for my 6-month recall recently and was seen by Dr. Sagar for my exam. Very impressed by how caring she is about your oral health. Fantastic experience: I am a new patient here and the first thing I noticed was the awesome staff, who makes you feel right at home. The hygienist, Jacki, was very gentle with my cleaning. I saw Dr. Sagar for my exam and she was very warm, caring, and thorough - someone I can trust. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this practice! Edit: I have been a patient for a long while now and had several several successful procedures- as happy as can be when visiting a dentist :). Amazing doctor & staff!!

Negative experience: Feels like a scummy place. They performed "services" that I have never had and/or been charged for at other dentistry practices. It was my first time going back to the practice since Dr. Sagar took over. Dr. wasn't even there. In my opinion, it feels like this practice is more focused on revenue generation over patient wellbeing. I had people warn me about the new leadership. By the way, while they "take" all insurance, they aren't in network anywhere (according to them, not me.. I wish I had known before). And, in my opinion, have extremely high billing rates - be prepared to spend a lot on a check-up. Finding a new practice

I was referred here by my cousin because I was in too much pain and no other dentist would fit me in their schedule but Ms. Asiya in the front desk was really nice in putting me in their busy schedule. Dr. Sagar and Gina stayed after hours on Friday to finish my root canal and crown. Long Meadows Dentistry and their staff are great!!

Negative experience: Mediocre services at best, and not as clean as one might like - but it was the rude and arrogant receptionist who spoke condescendingly to both my husband (the patient) and myself, that cost the organization our business. My husband came in to address a wiggly and somewhat painful baby tooth… The normal x-rays were done and it was recommended that he would need the tooth pulled, and a partial denture/retainer while the adult tooth migrated. He was also given the option to see an orthodontist prior to the pull- all quite reasonable. We had to reschedule the first appointment because he had a fever and sore throat- rather than referencing a cancellation policy or even charging (both of which are standard options) the receptionist who took the call chastised him as if he were a child. Then when he develop a large painful bubble at the gum line of the tooth in question(three days before the rescheduled appointment was to take place), I called to say we might want to get an appt with an orthodontist to verify the treatment plan & address the gum line - the RECEPTIONIST (not doctor) said “I’m looking at his x-rays right now, that tooth wont go through the gum line” (not your place), and told me “he’d have to see the dentist before he could go to an orthodontist anyways” (that’s not how a PPO works). The final assault was when I came in to ask about the process of picking up his retainer and request a copy of the records - she said “the process starts with you paying- you haven’t paid anything towards it”. Wow- lots of inaccuracy from this woman! We had actually been overcharged and overpaid, and deserved a refund. (We paid $310 and the insurance had paid $160- but the total allowable amount was $360ish). We eventually got the refund and he was able to pick up the retainer but the amount of arrogance and entitlement was off the charts.

Fantastic experience: Very professional, very clean with a wonderful staff..I would highly recommend this office to anybody. Go visit the very cute puppy the DDS has (very tame) as a bonus..

Negative experience: Definitelly I will read reviews before going places and even more for something such delicate and important like going to dentist . I don’t recommend this place for many reasons : 1. UNORGANIZATION 2. UNORGANIZATION 3 . UNORGANIZATION I went to the location in Richmond because I live close to that office , my issue was pain in the last tooth that ended in Root canal ( the job at the end was ok ) but the lack of respect with changing doctors , locations , desicions and price is something unacceptable and awful . the first doctor said after the x rays that I need definitely a root canal , after discussing for the prices ( out of pocket payment ) they gave 20 % off if payment is in cash . initially supposed to be ALL THE JOB crown included of course : 2400 usd , then I went to the appointment to do the procedure and the doctor in that day ( is never the same ) said that he will try to save the tooth and he said maybe no need the root canal , well he cleaned and put temporary crown . in the next appointment finally the owner showed up at that location and she suggested definitelly do the root canal because I was in pain , so schedule another appointment for next week but the told me that it has to be done in another location no in Richmond , so first disrespect … why the owner didn’t go there to do it ? just for her convenience , she said in Richmond they don’t do root canals .. ah ??? so at the end the forced me to go to Houston to her other office . I did finally the root canal , and yesterday I went to put the permanent crown and finish with this . the prices ended in 1400 + 1600 + 350 usd extra of another part that they didn’t charge . I said but the total was initially 2400 usd everything included !!!! the person in the cashier told me that because of the zip code the prices are different but I told them that they should tell me before because ai count with a budget and then they change everything . It gives me now bad taste to ending paying that big amount and treatment was not the best at all honestly . so becareful if you go there with a Lv bag or good pair of shoes , probably they will be more greedy and will scam you at then end . They lost a client because I had to do another fixings …. actually they owe me money , they even didnt refund me 15 usd in the Richmond location because they didn’t have change !!!! I ended paying like 1000 usd more just because they said and they can invent whatever and how can you justify or fight for that? They charge for their wrong desicions and also The 2 locations being the same owner , they play that is separate to screw the people depends of their needs , the area that you come from and maybe your appereance ! First and last time !!!!!

Negative experience: The temporary doctor was great. The front office was very kind. However, the place seems very unorganized, almost like they'd never been there before. The hygienist was very heavy-handed and seemed distracted. At one point, the doctor asked her to adjust the water so they didn't drown me, but the lady said she didn't know how. Unfortunately, I will not be back, and I'll be canceling my husband's upcoming appointment. The 2 stars are for the temp doctor and the receptionist.

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter to this practice a week ago and the doctor is so good with kids , i was a little nervous that my daughter was going to be scare but the Dr. was so patient and calm i didn't feel like i was being judge for the nature of my child crying a little . I been to other offices where it feels like they want crying kids out asap. This Dr. calmed my daughter and made her comfortable and confident . By the end of the app my daughter walked out wanting to be a dentist when she grows-up. Thank you Long Meadows!!!

Fantastic experience: Had a dental emergency and was able to be seen right away at Long Meadows Family Dentistry. Dr. Mangal was very patient and she explained treatment needed. Negative experience: *** I will say this was the WORST visit in my entire life, truly felt like I was scammed. First, the hygienist did poorly at their job, the polishing and flossing were not thorough. Second, the cleaning was done by the dentist who rushed the entire process with areas of plaque and tartar left behind. Lastly, I was haggeld to get fillers that felt painful and were improperly done. I do not know who runs this place, but I was shocked at how this dentist office can ruin a visit for its patients. With her pleasing personality, she warmly welcomed me as her patient and made me super comfortable and relaxed as she addressed my dental concerns. She explained in detail the treatment plan she believed was best for me. Negative experience: NOT recommended at all. This was waste of time for no service. I was looking for a good family dentist and the first experience was horrible. They took over 30 X-ray on me and still kept taking it until I got frustrated/tired and had to make them stop. The staff was so unprofessional and kept on lying that we need 3 or 6 more X-rays but couldn’t finished their task because they don’t know how to take X-rays even. I was covered for my basic cleaning for this visit when I requested cleaning dentist refused, they were keep telling me other procedures and wasted a lot of time at the appointment. I would not recommend this to anyone. Very bad experience! They don’t even deserve one star review.

Fantastic experience: Visited Long Meadows Family Dentistry, a very nice and clean environment with the latest amenities. The patient waiting area is very clean and has a lot of good furniture. My favorite part of this clinic is the doctor's puppy, Zen, a testament to cuteness, and entertainment for patients of any age. When I entered this clinic, I was greeted with great hospitality and service from the team, I highly recommend this clinic for anybody who is seeking effective and relieving dental support. Negative experience: (Update) After I had my wisdom teeth removed I had a lingering pain in the extraction area. I advised the dentist and her team twice on two follow up appointments and nothing was done. I was simply told to continue taking ibuprofen and to give it time. It’s coming up on 10 months since my procedure and the pain has no stopped. I just recently visited another dentist that my girlfriend suggested I see and they found that my molar had been compromised by the other tooth sitting on it for some time. I ended up needing bone graft and additional surgery near the extraction area. This could have also been discovered if this team would have just listened. I do not recommend this dentist and her team. I paid for a very expensive, standard procedure and all I was left with was pain and discomfort for months!

Fantastic experience: Got me in very quickly for a dental emergency. Ended up having to have my first ever root canal and it was a breeze. The entire staff is very welcoming and friendly. Would love for them to become my full time dentist. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had not been to Dentist in 6 years. Long story short I was apprehensive about visiting dentist after my dentist of almost 20yrs was no longer available. She was a great dentist and my hygienist was the best. I tried someone else but it was not the same. My former dentist was located downtown and since I no longer work downtown, I decided to visit this location since its close by. Additionally I have been paying for dental insurance for several years and not using it and figured i would give it a try and start using it again. Facilities were clean and receptionist were polite and helpful. Since it had been a while i had more extensive list of items to address. Xrays, scaling etc so took longer than typical cleaning visit. My hygenist was great. She explained everything, was patient and took great pride in her work which nowadays is something you do not commmonly experience with employees of companies/businesses. More importantly I was not apprehensive at all during the cleaning by her. She reminded me of my old hygenist in the way she worked and her bed side manner. While taking the xrays she showed me a cracked molar I didnt know I had but it was very clear on the screen/tv that I was missing a good portion on back corner of my molar. She also showed me an area where i had decay and would need filling and areas where i was getting some bone decay near my gum due to the heavy staining, plaque and tartar from 6 years of not doing cleanings. The tools/resources they had were very helpful in showing you problem areas vs just looking at xrays. They provided me the suggested dentist plans to address each problem and cost for each. They showed me what insurance pays and what you pay. I have Delta Dental premium. After reviewing the cost and plans I chose and scheduled a crown and filling the next day. That was a little more intense process but given the work being done, it was actually not a bad experience. The dentist and assistant were effecient and moved pretty quickly to do the filling and put in the temporary crown. I currently am waiting for the actual crown to come back and hopefully get it in place before the week of Thanksgiving. Overall i would recommend Long Meadows Dentistry.

I’ve known her for years and you’re in great hands so look no further, she treats all her patients like she would her own family. Negative experience: After seeing the high ratings on the reviews I instantly called to schedule an appointment. A gentleman told me my insurance was indeed accepted and scheduled the appointment. When I got there the wait time was very lengthy. Then after being seen a woman at the front told me I would have to pay out of pocket because my insurance wasn’t “in their network “ . I felt scammed . I paid out of pocket and then found another dentist in the area that needed my X-rays emailed to them so they can help me with the additional things I needed done. They told me they might be able to send them over in 48 hours or so. A email takes 30 seconds to send. When I told the dentistry what they said they said that was absolutely ridiculous and they apologized that I had to go through all of this with Long Meadow Dentistry. There’s a few other things that went wrong but this should sun it up. I DO NOT recommend this place. They are scammers.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very nice, the office was super clean, and the doctors and hygienists all made sure both my son and I were comfortable during our visit. The front office staff worked really hard to make sure I got as much money from insurance as possible. I recommend for anyone needing a dentist, any age! My son is 9 and they were SO good to him

Fantastic experience: I came here to do my wisdom tooth extraction and they took care of me wonderful. It was fast and the doctors were so nice throughout the process. I would most definitely recommend this dentistry!

Negative experience: DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. THEY BRIBE PEOPLE TO POST REVIEWS WITH STARBUCKS CARDS FOR 5 STAR RATINGS. Terrible customer service and the doctor had a horrible attitude. She tried to begin a procedure on me without explaining the process to me and then when I didn’t want to pay that’s when she started trying to back track with information. I have been here for more than 2 1/2 hrs and the doctor came is with really poor excuse saying they had other patients. I booked my appointment weeks in advance and if they had other patients they could have handled that in their backend. Today is a work day and I have been sitting here for 2 1/2 hrs and the doctor has yet to begin. She had a terrible attitude and I would not recommend this poor customer service to anyone. Really really frustrating.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Sagar and her staff is dedicated to making patients feel comfortable and their In-House plan is really affordable . With no insurance coverage, their financial options made it easier to get my dental work done .
