Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Chc for many years, but I finally got a doctor about eight years ago Dr. Gelston and honestly, you could not ask for a more caring, dedicated doctor very professional and just a generally sweet person I went through a lot the last year having to have my thyroid out and I’m terrified of surgery. I would’ve never made it through. Has she not been with me through it all thank you for your dedication.

Negative experience: My appointment was at 10 o'clock. I waited in the room for the doctor to come in but unfortunately she was running behind and came in after 45 minutes. I got to speak to her for 15 minutes before I had to leave for another appointment. I hope to have more time with next appointment since this was our first meet and greet.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rachel was extremely kind and professional during the session. She listened very attentively to the patient’s concerns and created a comfortable and supportive environment. Her compassionate approach made it easy for the patient to share openly, and she showed genuine care and understanding throughout the conversation. I truly appreciate the patience, respect, and empathy she demonstrated.

Fantastic experience: DDs Ibrahim is a very compassionate gentle dentist. I have seen her for a few years now. She kind of unknowingly got me over my fear of needles in my mouth. She will guide you through it and tell you to take a deep breath. After you get numb and she begins the processes she will ask often if you are okay. Please if your scared ask for her although shes so great she has no current openings. Be patient she will take care of you.

Fantastic experience: I really do like this place. My Dr. is great and any other physician I've seen here has been great as well. I would recommend CHC.

Negative experience: Arrived 7 minutes late due to a knee issue, spend Saturday and Sunday at Swedish Emergency Room, the doctor sent reports to CHC regarding the issue. I was walking with a cane, so I was turned away for being 7 minutes late. Looking for a new PCP.

(Update) Laura Landshill is a great Dietician! I am hopeful that I can avoid diabetes with her help cause I am prediabetic. Thanks to Erin Van Nieuland ARNP Sarah Herrington ARNP was great! I needed her in an emergency and handled it!

Negative experience: I have no idea why Dr. Gelston is sending me a message that she was glad to take care of me. I never saw her because MyChart showed my appointment was noon but it was at 11 so that means I was an hour late! I never saw her!!!

Positive experience: Good doctor and behavior therapist but billing is weird sometimes. Customer service is also good.

She make sure I am cared for regarding all of my concerns. I love a good doctor that doesn’t have an ego and listens to me. Thanks again for everything.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been here a few times now and the staff is always nice and professional. The dentist, Dr Kefgen, has a gentle hand and has made every visit comfortable and easy. My most recent visit was yesterday for a few extractions and I was super nervous but Dr Kefgen was amazing. I honestly didn’t even feel the numbing shots and the extractions were fairly quick and painless even though my canine teeth put up one heck of a fight and had to be surgically removed. I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Rachel Clements is my Dr at this clinic. I have seen here two or three times now. She is EXCELLENT at her job. She is an amazing listener, and very proactive in helping with med management. She is a calm and centered individual who shows compassion and is extremely helpful. The entire teams at the Edmonds Community Health Center and this Everett clinic are professional, kind, helpful and at 61 YO the best co-ordinated care I have had in my life! For the very first time since I was 15 years old I am depression free for over 1.5 years now. The therapist, Drs, etc from these clinics have been instrumental in helping me achieve this! I can’t say enough about the quality health care they provide! Addition to my previous post. I have now seen Rachael Clement’s over 8 times. She continues to be all that I said before and more. I highly recommend this practitioner and I have seen quite a few over the years for comparison. The entire staff at this clinic are always friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Erin Van Nieulande ARNP is always very sweet, listening, trying to understand event I don’t speak English well, she has so talent to get to know her patients, I feel so grateful to have her a my doctor as my family ❤️

Negative experience: Shilpa Joshi, DDS Was a horrible experience. I went being pregnant and told them that I didn’t feel comfortable getting an xray, because of that she refused to take a look of my mouth which is ridiculous considering in school they teach you to be able to identify some of your patients needs without the need of an xray. Horrible dentist!

Right from my initial consultation, I felt like he was truly present and engaged. He didn't just glance at his notes or rush through my explanations; he maintained eye contact, nodded attentively, and asked insightful questions that showed he was carefully considering everything I was saying about my health.

Negative experience: Nurse were nice. The doctor was rude and annoyed because I asked how come they not doing filling when this is what I scheduled for. Manager came already annoyed too. She was rude and disrespectful.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Erin VanNieulande since she started at CHC. Erin and her staff have always been great! I have had no complaints at all. She (& her staff) have been the ONLY reason I have stayed with Community Health for as long as I have, which has been many, many years now. It has been a lot harder to get an appointment quickly as of late, but I know it’s through no fault with the nurses and doctors. I enjoy my appointments, she answers all of my questions, and takes care of everything I need. It’s a pleasure calling her my doctor!!

Negative experience: I was 10 min. late and had to make another appointment. I was frustrated because I had questions about a new diagnosis I recently received. There should be more time given for those who are caught in traffic from work. That being said, I do like my doctor.

Negative experience: I’m very upset with the way I was treated at your clinic. My last dental visit was just a quick 15-minute evaluation, but now my insurance is being charged for services I never got, like oral hygiene and other things that didn’t happen. I only opened my mouth—that was it. The dentist was also very rude. He said to me, “Do you understand what I’m saying or do you need an interpreter?” in a very disrespectful way. That was insulting. I understand English, even if I don’t speak it perfectly. Then I got a call from a braces specialist he referred me to—without asking me. I never said I wanted a referral or to be contacted. That’s not okay. I’ve also had a lot of problems with your billing department. Bills are either not sent, or they show up late with extra charges, and I’m being told it's my fault for not paying on time. I try to stay on top of my bills, but your system is a mess. One time, I couldn’t even pay online because the bill looked completely different. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with your clinic, but now it’s too much. I’m really disappointed and don’t plan to come back.

Fantastic experience: Dr Li is very caring and professional. I had a few teeth very sensitive and bothered me very much. She filled the tiny exposed area with very subtle touches. After that my teeth amazingly get much less sensitive . I appreciate her patience and treatment.

Negative experience: I have gone there a couple of times but unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I was having asthma complications that only my doctor was able to help me with. I did not feel heard about my issues and I was sent out before I felt I was helped. Now I was able to get my meds I needed but it felt like pulling teeth to get what I need in order to just breathe. I felt rushed out of there even though I was not breathing well. I will be requesting a new doctor in the future.

Fantastic experience: Every time I seen Leticia, she's very professional, and always made me feel comfortable. She's worth seeing.

Positive experience: My primary care is here and Always takes care of my needs. Usually can get an appointment pretty quick. Doctor Sergey listens well and is helpful. They also have a walk in clinic available that is connected to primary care, that way they can communicate directly thru the portal so if I miss telling them something, they have it there.

Negative experience: If I could leave zero stars I would! I brought my granddaughter in because her nose had brown drainage and a horrible horrible smell. I’m talking you could smell within 3 foot distance! After the doctor looked twice her conclusion was she was going to prescribe antibiotics just in case it’s an infection. When MD asked my 3 year old granddaughter if there was something up her nose she said “no” yet smirked. I initially after that response especially, thought there must be something up there. Now please remember, the doctor looked twice with her special tool. Later that night when my daughter got home from work she used the flashlight on her phone and looked up my granddaughters nose and could see something white. So she got tweezers tried to pull it out. Whatever it was went further up. My granddaughter then sneezed it out… thank god! And sure enough it was a tip to an eye shadow brush! Knowing toddlers are busy and I came in concerned there may be something up there or a sinus infection. And the doctor looked twice! And also dismissed my concern that my granddaughter had a weird rash on her face and neck. Her exact words were..” kids get weird rashes”. I stopped going here because of another doctor and started going to the Lynnwood location which I would recommend to anyone who wants proper medical and dental. This was legit malpractice and feel a case of discrimination. I regret not just going to the ER. I have a phot but It’s disgusting and will be sharing it with the clinic.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience staying at this facility the nurses and doctors were excellent cared for me very well were very nice and helpful and it is so appreciated to have people care for me the way that they did, and what I appreciated the most is when I needed them and push the button they were there immediately I didn't have to wait.
