Fantastic experience: I was really scared but they were so gental and accommodating. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: I need to preface this with, I was a dental assistant years ago, so I do not have anxiety about dentist visits, GENERALLY, but I've been in a lot of pain. I was so anxious about what was going to be done with my tooth. But, when I got there, every single person greeted me and it was such a positive atmosphere!! Every person in that clinic was so kind and welcoming. I had to take one of my littles with me, of course he was extra, but they just welcomed him like they didn't even care he was being a kid! Thank you again, CFD for being such genuine human beings! ❤️

Fantastic experience: Maria the dental hygienist was wonderful she clean my teeth so good I have one sensitive tooth she was so good I didn’t felt nothing my teeth was so white she is gentle she is my favorite !!! the office lady’s were very sweet all of them and I recommend Cabot Family Dentistry to everybody that wants the beautiful smile

Fantastic experience: My first visit to Cabot Family Dentistry could not have gone any better. I was scheduled out into October, but they were able to get me in for a sooner appointment when there was a change in their schedule. The front office staff was very friendly and welcoming, and Tommy was fantastic! He had such an attentive and caring chairside manner, and his cleaning technique was top notch. Dr. Diemer was friendly and kind, and he did not make me feel like he was "upselling" with his recommended treatment. If you are looking for a new dental office, I highly recommend Cabot Family Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Cabot Family Dentistry for several years, and I can say without reservation that every moment I have spent in their office has been pleasant, even enjoyable. Although they are always busy when I have been there, no one seems rushed, and they appear to genuinely enjoy their work. If there were more stars to give I would, but there seems to be a limit of 5. So, 5 it is!

Fantastic experience: Dr J is wonderful, as well as the staff! Myself and my son have been going there since being stationed here a few years ago. I’ve had to have 2 front teeth crowns replaced as well as two other needed crowns (not all at once). Dr J made me feel comfortable with the procedure and made sure I was very happy with the results. My son recently had to have his first few fillings at 20 yrs old and Dr J is taking good care of him too.

Fantastic experience: Cannot express how grateful we are for this place!!! All 3 of our kids go here and everyone is fabulous starting at the front desk! Our youngest has sensory processing and the amount of time and care that Tommy and Dr. Chase put into making sure she is comfortable is amazing! We were at another kid oriented dentist office and I was so fearful after her experience there she would never step foot back in a dentists office again. However, they completely turned her views of the dentist around over the past couple of years and she actually likes going. This may not seem like a big deal to many, but it means the world to us for her to feel safe and comfortable! She can definitely be an handful and they do such an amazing job with her!!! They aren’t pushy if she doesn’t want to do something and keep calm to try again when she’s ready! She was nervous today and both Tommy and Dr. Chase had her giggling away forgetting all about her anxiety. Tommy also showed us great options/suggestions for toothbrushes & waterpik attachments for our 8yr old that recently got braces! I don’t mean he tried to get us to purchase anything… I mean he took the time to show us what to order ourselves. Also, He showed her how to brush her teeth with a mirror, which amazed me because I was like man the orthodontist didn’t even do that. Dr. J also answered any and all questions that Dad threw his way about spacing and crowding for her little mouth ! Our 15yr old always enjoys talking sports with Dr.J. Seriously cannot say enough about the place!!!

Negative experience: Like most dentists now. Just trying to get as much money from you as they can. Nice folks but will work the insurance system. Crowns are about twice what I paid my last dentist.

Negative experience: Pushy. Doesn''t listen to what customer wants. Their way or highway. All about the payday. decided I needed new filling even though the old weren't bothering me. The new ones bother me daily.

I must say I have not had anyone prior to that took the time with me when cleaning my teeth. I was really nervous about going because this was my first time at this dental office so really didn't know anyone (course I never meet a stranger) and it's really hard to start seeing someone else. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment at 830 and they got me right in with no wait. ALL the staff were friendly and went over and beyond for what options I were able to do. I did not get the dental assistants name but she was friendly and talkative which made the whole process comfortable. Dentist Diemer was friendly and seemed to care about what was happening. Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit with Cabot Family Dentistry. I arrived to my appointment before my scheduled time and was met by my technician, Jaime, and taken back. Jaime took great care of me: she was polite, friendly, and made sure that she explained each portion of my visit before moving on to the next step. While examining and cleaning my teeth, Jaime used TLC to make sure that she didn’t poke or scrape anything. She was also mindful of particularly sensitive areas and her tools. When Dr. Dean came in to evaluate and talk with me, Jaime introduced him and turned things over to him. Overall, my visit was a Great experience… probably my best experience with dentistry visits. This practice is a very professional and close-knit group of people that take care of their patients. If you’re looking for a dental clinic in the area, this should be your first stop. I’m looking forward to my next visit. .

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere is not dental at all. The waiting room is like a living room and the staff seem genuinely excited to see you, like a family member. Fantastic experience: I will never be able to say enough good things about this office. Everyone there is so incredibly nice and helpful. The front desk staff as well as everyone in the back. I have always hated going to the dentist and have had bad jobs done by others before. Not only is everyone incredibly honest (does not over charge or tell you you need things that you don’t) but they do AMAZING work. Seriously incredible. I have had multiple large cavities filled and you can not even tell I have fillings. They are so seamless. They really work hard to be sure everything is perfect. I will never use another dentist and I will forever recommend this office to everyone I know!

But, my nerves quickly went away - the staff was SUPER sweet, they were sympathetic towards my finance needs, and they took the time to make sure I understood my dental needs. Fantastic experience: Very friendly! Definitely do the cancel list, they were able to get me in WEEKS before my appointment. Once there, there was NO WAIT once we arrived. Our hygienists were very friendly and explained things very well. Doctors didn't push us on products/procedures we didn't need. Its a great practice.

Fantastic experience: This office was SOOOO flexible with us! We missed an appointment due to a miscommunication between my wife and myself, then our kids were sick for the second appointment. The office was so gracious in rescheduling us, and when we did make it, it was an amazing visit! They made our 2 and 3 year olds feel very comfortable and did a great job for my dental work. It was quick and easy getting in and out. Would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I am terrified of dentists so I need to have a comforting and friendly environment for me to even go see one. The staff of Cabot Family Dentistry provided just that and more. From Sherry who was so sweet and padded my arm while I had a tooth pulled to Dr. Diemer who was very understanding of my fear and delivered a gentle extraction. Everyone was very calming and made sure I didn't have a heart attack . I definitely recommend this team of people who make sure you have the best experience possible.

Fantastic experience: First visit with Sharp Family Dentistry. Excellent care in every respect. Dr. Sharp is a very nice guy who does an excellent job of putting you at ease and explaining exactly what you need and how he's going to get it done. The dental hygienist-big shout out to Leah!-was extremely professional as was the entire office staff. No hesitation about recommending them to anyone who wants a good family Dentistry. Don't know how many visits I've made since the last post but Leah is still the best dental hygienist I've ever had. I won't say that coming to the dentist is the number one item on my bucket list but Leah always makes it as painless as possible. Always has a big smile and a wonderful attitude! Had some fillings done on this visit. Dr. Firman did an excellent job. Very professional and quick. If you are in need of a good family dentist you need to see Dr. Firman. The man knows his business very well indeed. Highly recommended! Updated as of 11-20-2022. Had a routine teeth cleaning. Had a new dental hygienist this time. Michelle did an excellent job. 11-30-23. Michelle did an excellent job but then she always does.

Fantastic experience: I always have a great experience with Cabot Family Dentistry. I am a religious every 6 month check-up type person, but due to some mental health issues and just life I have not been in 2 years and I was so embarrassed that I did not want to go back. I was given understanding and grace by the staff and not one person acted judgmental towards me about it. And thankfully even after 2 years things were fine with my teeth whew! I always appreciate the care received by the staff at Cabot Family Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: My family have been with this group since 2018. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They are always on time and thorough. I’ve never been pressured for an upscale. My son had a great braces experience with them. Our family had a recent tragedy and once I explained what I needed to get me through my appointment, everyone was kind, compassionate, and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to Dr. Diemer I called in morning in terrible pain and they got me in the same afternoon! I am terrified of the dentist chair I didn’t know what the treatment was going to be and when I was told he’d have to pull the tooth I broke down but I believe we did the best thing and his team made me feel safe they talked me through everything and made sure I always comfortable I felt no pain at all! I’m happy to start my journey to better healthier teeth with him and the Cabot family dentistry! I am now pain free even with a tooth extraction that’s pretty awesome! Fantastic experience: Everyone at the office is very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Sharp and Dr. J are both great, very personable and respectful and just awesome at what they do. And I have to give a very special thank you to my hygienist, Tommy. Through his caring and help he enabled me to transform not only my dental health but my attitude towards going to the dentist altogether. He really listened to me and took the time to help me figure out the best methods of home care that worked for my specific situation. As a result at age 50 my teeth and gums are healthier than they have ever been and it gave me the confidence to make some orthodontic changes as well. Wonderful place!

Fantastic experience: I love this dental office. The staff are so pleasant and work with you to get the best use of your insurance Dr Jay is THE best dentist I have ever went to. He is extremely personable, talks to you like he has known you forever and the best part, he doesn’t try to get you to have a procedure you don’t need. If Dr Jay tells you that you need a procedure, you must listen because he has your wellbeing at heart. I have since moved to Little Rock from Cabot and I still go to Cabot Dentistry, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I had an infected tooth bothering me. Walked into Sharp at 3:45 in the afternoon with no appointment. They got me back to an exam room, took a couple x-rays and then with some discussion with the dentist decided it best to remove the tooth. They did an awesome job! I can’t thank them enough.

They all made me feel so comfortable and they really took the time to look over my chart and get to know me before I even got there. Leah was my hygienist and she did an amazing job! Fantastic experience: Amazing, caring, and everything I hoped as a new patient. Probably the first time I’ve visited a new dentist who didn’t try to upsell or add on things especially when I was in pain. It’s evident Dr Sharp cares about the patient and not what the patient brings to his wallet. Gave me options and ultimately let me choose my treatment plan-he actually recommended and the cheaper and overall better outcomes. Patients need autonomy! Patience is a saint!! Even through my tears, embarrassment, and pain, she was so kind and helpful. Highly recommended!!!
