Fantastic experience: Have had exceptional experiences here 4x now! Amazing place, friendly staff. Highly recommend. Dr Patel is amazing, and kaytlin ( sorry if spelled wrong) was my hygienist last time, and she did amazing and everyone there is so personable!

Fantastic experience: The absolute most respectful and caring staff I’ve ever come across. They truly deserve all the praise they get! I went in for my first appointment yesterday to get my front tooth chip fixed and Dr Lee and his staff made it simple and fast. They listen to your concerns, which most places I’ve had a hard time with. I have a really bad anxiety disorder and they made me feel so comfortable and welcome, it’s unbelievable!! Negative experience: The guy is so rude, made me feel uncomfortable. Was barely in the room for five minutes, and started dissing me for “drinking soda”, even after I said I didn’t? Didn’t even talk TO me, talked AT me. Totally unprofessional, acted like he had better things to do than his own job??? Treated me like a chore. Made me so upset that I’m writing this STILL IN THE CHAIR. TLDR: not worth going to him if you have teeth problems or cavities.Will treat you like you’re scum.

Fantastic experience: Another visit at Refresh this week, and it's literally "ALWAYS A PLEASURE", to go! Yes, I said it, and mean it! Dental never seems to be a pleasure, but it is with Dr Lee and staff! I walked out feeling so pleased that my needs were met! Dr Lee and staff "ROCK", and you need to choose them for your needs! It's always a pleasure to leave a review for Refresh Dental!! Most of our family goes to Refresh, after me recommending Dr Lee and his staff. Feels great to go to a dentist that feels like "family". Been going to Refresh for about 20+ yrs! My husband was terrified and never wanted to go, but he is now convinced that Dr Lee is as awesome as I said he is!! Staff is equally delightful!! Negative experience: The receptionist that answered the phone was very rude and always is every time I call in. If she truly hates her job that much, she should look for a new job, Customer service is a big rule as a receptionist. I would definitely do better, or you possibly will continue losing business over the way she talks to people!

Positive experience: Although I waited for about 40 minutes past my scheduled appt time, everything went smoothly. Usually, I schedule appts early morning.

Fantastic experience: Went in for an extraction and was extremely nervous and scared. Dr. Patel was AWESOME! She was very patient with me and very gentle doing the procedure. The assistant she had helping was AWESOME as well. (I feel bad I can't remember her name. I even asked her when she was walking me out after my appointment) I was super scared of the numbing needle and she allowed me to hold/squeeze her hands until Dr. was finished. I would definitely recommend Refresh Dental and Dr. Patel to anyone needing a dentist!

Fantastic experience: Steve Lee is an outstanding Dentist. I have had a number of dental challenges over the years, but Steve has kept me in good shape, treating my dental health holistically instead of simply focusing on whatever tooth may have been giving me problems at the time. He has also demonstrated gentleness, empathy and compassion that I've not found elsewhere, understanding the anxiety that some feel regarding dental treatments. His staff is also outstanding, the office/facility is beautiful. I would highly recommend Dr. Steven Lee and the Refresh Dental Group.

Fantastic experience: Got me in the same day I called even tho I haven’t technically been seen yet as a new patient I called in my jaw was hurting so bad in swollen I couldn’t sleep last night it was hurting and they told me I need a route canal done they got me in quick as a emergency appointment

My first time at the new location and one of the best visits over the last few years March 2025 Was seen on an urgent basis following a fall.. everyone made certain I stayed safe walking in the facility and was very kind. Dr. Lee gave special care that I had the proper device for the best possibility for saving a front tooth

Negative experience: Wife and child had an appointment. The office called the wrong number to confirm our appointment, when they were unable to reach us they canceled the appointment. When we arrived they were very rude and informed us then that the appointment had been canceled.

Negative experience: I had an appointment originally at 12 the office asked me to come in early at 11am the night before my originally scheduled appointment. Arrived on time didn't get out of office until 2:30pm and ii only received a cleaning not examination done due to dentist spending over a half an hour talking to a patient across the hall while my 2 children waited for me in the waiting room. Terrible scheduling wouldn't recommend this place due to the excessive waiting time.

Positive experience: I love this place for the longest time but recently they have been rushing. Hygienist told us no cavities dentist said 5 and he rushed in fast. Was told my little one may need to be put under for fixing the cavities. I wish he would have pulled me to the hall to tell me instead of scaring her. This is why I was scared as a child and I’m trying to protect her from it. They need to slow down, take time with patients again. We don’t want to just be another number. Unfortunately this is so many places now.

Fantastic experience: I was so HAPPY with my first visit to Refresh Dental. The staff was friendly, professional and patient with my every question. I had a pretty decent size chip out of my front tooth and was worried about finding a dentist between Christmas and New Years who could repair the tooth and make it look decent. Within the first few minutes of speaking with Dr. Patel I could tell she was good at what she does. The best part was she was able to do it on my first visit. It was at the end of the year when my deductible was covered too. She carried herself with a confidence I could feel. Still being a little skeptical I could not believe what a great job she did. The repair was flawless. The color, the shape, everything was perfect. Might I add she was a very nice person as well. They all were. Going in I was thinking about how many dentist I might have to see before I find one I could trust so I didn't to look like a hockey player the rest of my life. I found her right here. I would highly recommend Refresh dental to all family, friends and I don't do that often. 5 stars all the way.

Fantastic experience: Very impressed with refresh dental. The staff is all very friendly and warm. I am always a little apprehensive to the new dentist, but I was very pleased. The dentist Dr. Barkley was very professional and detailed, he took time to explain things to me and was very focused during the work he was doing. I’ve been places were they talk to each other the whole time and don’t do a good job on my teeth. I appreciate the professionalism and am glad I found them.

Fantastic experience: Best Dentist office I’ve ever been to and I’m 30!! The office staff is absolutely phenomenal. Dr. Patel made me super comfortable and explained everything in detail so there were no surprises. Also she had a very gentle touch nothing was painful. But they really make a coward feel less scared. Numb it even before the injection. They are fast and professional over before you know it. I am 70 yrs Dr. Lee has helped me keep my natural teeth.
