Fantastic experience: I am a new patient and I was so pleased with the staff. First appointment I wanted to just get an exam and cleaning. Rickie did that for me and I absolutely loved her and I think she is great. She had the dentist come in and check a couple of things which he recommended and I was aware of the problems he pointed out so I trusted him right away. His name was Dr Kim and he was very nice and polite. I got another appointment right away to take care of my problems. When I returned I first met his assistant, Essence. She was so sweet and kind so I felt comfortable right away. She has a very comforting manner which I loved. Dr Kim pulled a tooth and capped two others. They made sure I felt no pain no matter how long that took. It was a pleasant experience and I think they are all very good and kind and made me feel relaxed. I am very grateful I chose Alsbury Dental.

Negative experience: I guess they are under new management, again? The last 3 appointments I had there have had front office issues. From canceling appointments made 6 months out to trying to cancel a seperate appointment the same day. All new front office people, new dental hygienists, new dentists. Then they finally said I owed for previous appointments when everything was paid in full before leaving. Complete waste of everyone's time.

Positive experience: First of i don't appreciate being coaxed into giving a 5☆ rating. It says to contact office directly if not 5 ☆. First the hygienist and assistant were great. Front desk staff is mostly ok. Now the dentist is saw seemed not too friendly. OK I know im probably not the ideal patient. I'm very wary of going to dentist have had several bad experiences. That being said a little compassion goes a long way. I went in for an extraction with bone graph. The dentist was resting her hand on my bottom lip and my lip was rolled over my bottom teeth. The pressure was hurting my lip while she was pressing down. ( imagine rolling your bottom lip over your teeth then pressing down). She was complaining about my tongue getting in the way. ( well sorry) then I get it i raised my hand because bottom lip was hurting ( natural reflex sorry again). It was just awful. But my main problem was how mean she was. But like I said I was apprehensive. So a little compassion goes a long way.

Negative experience: My 91 year old mother has been a patient here for over a year and we were initially very pleased. The staff was caring and professional. My mother needed to have two teeth removed due to a problem with her partial. We had an initial appointment and then attempted to schedule the procedure. The needed medical history was forwarded from Mom’s primary care physician and was received on July 3 as was verified. In the following weeks, I called the office multiple times to schedule her procedure and I was told that the doctor would review her medical history from pcp and their office would call me to schedule. Over a month later, we have never received a call back and she is receiving treatment at another dentist. My biggest concern was that my mother could not eat a regular diet and, due to this delay, she has spent weeks eating only soft foods or a liquid diet and losing weight she can’t afford to lose. I did make it very clear every time I called that she couldn’t eat a regular diet and the staff seemed sympathetic. They certainly have a right to accept or not accept patients for certain procedures, but we would have greatly appreciated a call saying they couldn’t do this treatment. We lost weeks in getting her back to a healthy diet. Again, we had a great experience previous to this incident. I would suggest better communication to avoid such incidents with other patients. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: We have been coming to Alsbury dental for about a year (so glad we switched to this office). The staff are absolutely amazing and very transparent with what insurance covers and what your out of pocket will be. Of our recent visit (8/1/2025) my daughter (who is in the Spectrum) has always been fearful of dentists, but not here. Erica, the hygienist who took care of my daughter was phenomenal!!! She was very patient, kind and was reassuring my daughter the entire visit!!! We would absolutely recommend this dentist office!

Negative experience: First, I went in for 1 hurting tooth and came out with 2. The day of my fillings they had a substitute dentist. The substitute did a poor job. After a month of more pain than I started with, another dentist was almost able to correct the sub dentist's work. I still have intermittent pain in the tooth I originally went in for. Second, I signed up for the discount plan ($120) and a cleaning. I show up 20 minutes early for the cleaning and the hygienist tells me 25 minutes after my appointment time that the water machine is broken. The other 10+ exam rooms weren't sent home nor was the rest of the waiting room. I guess only my exam room was broken and I couldn't use the next available. They offered to reschedule and I asked if they could work me in since I took the day off from work for this. They weren't able to accommodate me that day or in a timely manner. The quality of care and customer service is a joke since the change in leadership. This is 3 consecutive visits of mistakes, repairs, and a failed appointment. This is the worst dental office experience I have ever had.

Negative experience: I have been going here for a little over a year, but I will no longer be going back. This latest appointment they tried to tell me I had 11 cavities, which I thought sounded ridiculously high. We had just fixed up a few cavities a year ago, and my six months cleaning went by without incident. To suddenly tell me I had 11 cavities, 7 of which they told me needed drilling on, seemed outrageous. And when questioned, the doctor told me "it's the AI, not me." So I'm not even sure he looked at my original X-rays before they ran it through an AI program. So I went to a different office and got a second opinion. They said I only had 2 cavities at best. One barely needed anything done. This new AI program they're using is, at best, problematic. At worst, it's a method for them to make more money. Lost my business for sure.

Fantastic experience: Staff very professional, they have a caring attitude. When receiving shots, no pain! Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I feel blessed to have the opportunity to choose the dentist I preferred for my care. Dr Belken and her assistant Kim with every visit, provide thorough explanations of every process/procedure, never appear rushed; express interest and concern with what may cause me discomfort or pain. I feel valued as a patient, never treated like just another number to get through and onto the next. They make themselves available for my questions during and even after the procedure is completed. Have you ever had a dentist or assistant who was rough or rushed during a procedure? In the past I have but never with Dr Belken or her team. Knowing I will be cared for by Team Belken removes a portion of the resistance I feel when having to face dental care. A million high fives & thank yous to Team Belken!

Negative experience: Have an emergency and called the emergency line and no one called back. Walk in on Monday morning and they don’t have anyone available. What’s the point of having an emergency!

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with Dr. Kim and his assistant at ALBURY DENTAL. Someone was with me the entire time. What I appreciated most was: #1 They worked around my schedule for my appointment. #2 Their service was prompt and complete. #3 Dr. Kim filled my tooth with no needles, no pain! #4 They filed with my insurance very easily. #5 I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends! THANKS ALSBURY DENTAL FOR CARING!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Belen was excellent. She explained everything she was doing and it really put me at ease.

Negative experience: Appointment was made for 10:00 we did not get taken back until 10:48. Made me late to my next appointment. Seem like every time I come there is a charge to pay from our previous visit. I called my insurance and they told me everything was paid in full. ‍♂️

Fantastic experience: I dont normally like the dentist ofc. But I can truthfully say they are the best. So polite and caring about their patients. Plus they never hurt me!!

Negative experience: I've been a patient at this dental office for about 14 years. I loved this office for many of those years- mainly due to the dental hygienist Vickie. Vickie retired. In the past 1-2 years since, I've had a lot of problems with this place. All of the problems revolve around insurance filing. This office just sent me to collections over a bill that I literally talked to thier manager about last week. I've talked to their staff about 5 times over the last 3 months about this same bill that they are filing to insurance incorrectly. I have dental insurance and two medical insurances. The dental insurance makes you charge the medical insurance first. The office here keeps losing my medical insurance information even though I keep providing over and over again. They keep mixing up which is primary and secondary and I'm pretty positive they've been submitting the bill incorrectly which is causing it to get denied. It's for preventative cleaning (no cavities or work done) and they're trying to charge me $354. It also does not appear that they ever contacted my insurance company to find out how to actually submit things correctly. Why would they send me to collections with all of the communication that I've had with them and the numerous notes that have made when I call them? I don't know if they got bought out or they're under new management now, but this place is a mess now. This is not the first issue that I've had with their billing. It USED to be a five star review kind of place. It's not anymore. It's changed from what it used to be.

Fantastic experience: Can't give enough stars to Alsbury Dental. What a team of professionals, my new dentistry place. And by the way timely, they don't waste theirs or yours.

Fantastic experience: I had a 3 tooth bridge break off and the front tooth shattered but Dr Kim managed to save the back tooth after 2 hours of hard work. It would have been easier to pull the tooth but he took the time to save the tooth. Thanks Dr Kim for caring.

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience, i will never use this dentist again.

Fantastic experience: Alsbury Dental is amazing. They have a lot of employees so you don’t have to wait a long time. Their office is very large. All the employees are amazing. We have seen Dr. BelKen, Courtney the Hygenist, and Holly the assistant. They take really good care of you. When we had our teeth cleaned they used a GBT Machine and it was so much faster and I loved how clean my teeth were after the cleaning. They are very thorough and professional about getting you in, treatment done and getting you out in a very effective time. Go to Alsbury Dental.

Fantastic experience: It’s very uncomfortable for me to go to the dentist. Between the decisions, finances, and pain. It’s awful. I must say I had the best experience there today. I was not pressured into anything and they were very nice and wanted to help me. The dentist even spoke to me about the choices I have! Wonderful place!

Negative experience: This is the most unorganized dental office I’ve ever visited. Scheduling appointments and then canceling at the last minute. Also the equipment is old and facility needs a deep cleaning. Some of staff is unprofessional.

Positive experience: (27 Mar 2025) I was back to get my temperary taken off and my new crown put on. There was no issues at all, it was done quickly and everyone was professional. What upsets me; My wife is now on Medicare and I am on Alsbury dental plan which is a joke in iteself, not much is saved at all, I guess a little bit of a saving is better nothing at all. Alsbury Dental over charges me, now i have a $500 credit , which should have went back on my credit card, instead they place the $500 on my wife's dental proceedure to reduce her cost on whatever she was having done. Apparently medicare declined to pay for my wife's proceedure, so my wife was paying cash, AlsburyDental took it upon themself to credit her cost with the money from my account without my consent. We do not share polices anymore, therefor they should have contacted me first. I was still in the office after my temporary crown and I stood at the counter and they did not even mention about the over payment. Alsbury Dental is part of a large network, that has a lot of dental offices working together like a monopaly, there network is on the high side when it comes to charging patients. I have been with this dental office for 20 years, and since they have been apart of this group, they charge a lot more money. Thank (11?Feb 2025)Well, I am back a month later to get a replacement for a crown that came off. The cost was terrible, but then, everything cost so much more because of our past gross incompetent Old President and his leadership. The ladies once again were very nice and cordial. They thoroughly explained everything to me about how they were going to proceed. They numbed my mouth and I did not experience any pain at all. I even got hugs when I left. Please allow Alsbury Dental to take care of all your dental needs. I cant' say enough about them. A lot of people get nervous when it comes to any dental work, I promise that these ladies will do their best to make you comfortable and make your experience pain-free. Thanks, Ladies!! These two best young ladies: Erica - Hygienist and Jasmine - Hygiene asst., were so respectful toward me and we also ended up having a lot of things in common with each other. I want these Ladies to always take care of me. NO ONE ELSE! Thanks Ladies, you guys did a great job! God Bless you both and Merry Christmas

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kim is very friendly and professional but also has a great sense of humor. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable of their occupations. They have little wasted time in getting you in on schedule and manage their time efficiently. I recommended them to all my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I went in as a new patient for an exam and cleaning and everything went fine. I’ve had some bad experiences with other dental offices in the past, but Alsbury Dental was great. Everyone was friendly and seemed to enjoy being at work. The Dentist and Hygienist were nice and good at making sure I knew what they were doing, which calmed my anxiety I had coming into the office. I can definitely see myself being a regular here.

Positive experience: My dentist was Dr. Davis; he's no longer at Alsbury Dental in Burleson. I would like to know where he's practicing now; can somebody help? I see that he has a new practice in Crowley; if this is true, can somebody give me the number to his new office? Thank you.

Negative experience: The place is great ,staff is friendly and so is the dentist ,unfortunately we went when the dentist that attended us put in his 2 weeks notice to open his own office, my husband got his X-ray and we were told they would call us back to book the work he needed done ,it's been 3 months and we never got a call back, it makes me upset because we were told that since he was leaving we needed another of their dentists to take over my husband's case and that's why they would be the ones to call us back, we paid $150 that were thrown to the trash since they never called us back and they didn't pick up when I called, why would he be seeing patients if they knew he was leaving and he wouldn't be responsible for the procedures needed and they weren't diligent enough to accommodate us ,I just dislike this type of businesses that don't take others people time and money seriously

Fantastic experience: This is a great dentist! So clean and the staff is very friendly. Especially Danielle! Her happiness is contagious. Minimum wait time too! 5 stars for sure.

Fantastic experience: Everyone I met with greeted me with smiles and introduced themselves, I was a new patient and was happy with the care I received. My total time in the office was a little less than an hour and my hygienist Erica and her assistant Jasmine were great.

Fantastic experience: I’m one of those patients with high anxiety from past trauma from my childhood dentist/orthodontist, and I really love this place. My hygienist was calm and professional and really put me at ease. The front staff are thorough and help you out with any questions you have. I’ll recommend this practice to everyone I know!

Negative experience: If I could give them -20 stars I would. Came in to get a tooth pulled and a partial. After spending 2.5 hours in the office they scheduled me for three weeks out on a bad tooth with no pain meds or anything. Day of my appointment to finally get some relief they cal 45 minutes prior to appointment to inform me they have to reschedule for the following week. Mind you I already paid 100% of my bill for the services yet to be rendered $1200+ on my credit card. Finally the day to get the tooth pulled and my artist put in, I’m informed I owe and additional $98. The lady had an attitude right off the jump. When I told them to please just charge my card back then they can’t seem to find anyone that has that authority. They have the authority to take your money but not to give it back. So I got screwed. No teeth and took my money. Biggest crooks in Burleson.

Fantastic experience: I got 3 fillings yesterday with Dr. Bailey and his assistant. They did a great job, for how nervous I was I had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very kind and the doctor made me laugh . I would recommend this place

Fantastic experience: I am a big fan of this dentist. Everyone was very professional and nice from the front desk, to the techs, to the hygienist, to the dentist. Everybody explained things as they did them without me having to ask. When interventions were necessary, they showed me pictures of my cavities and other issues, and gave multiple recommendations on how to solve the issues. They were never pushy. They have a lot of high tech technology that increases comfort, and gives you plenty of options. I have been to a lot of different dentists and feel like this one is superior to all I have experienced so far. My teeth felt cleaner than usual, all the staff seemed very knowledgeable and easily answered all my questions. Best of all, the prices are very competitive and I was honestly shocked at how affordable all the treatments were. I just wish they had orthodontic capabilities! Overall, great experience, and we will be going to this dentist as long as we are in the area.

Negative experience: I have been going to this dentist since I was old enough to go to the dentist, and I also have had the same hygienist clean my teeth for all of those years. She recently retired and since then this place has not been the same. Every time I’ve gone back since she’s been gone I’ve had a different person clean my teeth. There was one lady I really liked, but she was not there the day I went, and so once again they gave me a new person to clean my teeth… I honestly felt like she had no clue what she was doing and I think that was the shortest cleaning of my life, and it felt like she didn’t take anytime at all to do the cleaning. Don’t get me wrong, my teeth still felt clean but she maybe took 30 mins in total, I feel like she just ran through my teeth. I didn’t feel like that was long enough because my hygienist I had for a long time always took longer and made sure that she got everything and took her time. I don’t really like this place anymore!

Fantastic experience: The staff that greeted me and asked had I filled out the pre-visit information on-line was not very kind when I told her I hadn't and preferred to write it. She was clearly annoyed having to give me the paperwork and this was not professional nor welcoming. As for the dental hygienist and dentist, they were amazing! They took their time with me, explained things, and were very kind. Due to them (the primary people for my visit) I will be returning, but the front desk person should really take some classes on appropriate customer service.

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience here. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The assistant that helped me (forgive me for not remembering names) she was very helpful and amazing. Very informative and walked ne through everything. Dr. David was a magician. Extract my wisdom tooth in less then a couple minutes. For someone that hasn't been to a dentist in 10 years, you guys made me want to come to my dentists appointments.

Negative experience: Horrible! i had to find a new dentist. Their computer canceled my appt and then they got me in but did not tell me they switched dentist and she was extremely rude. They told me that I would need a deep cleaning and had horrible plaque and gum disease, but didn’t have time for me which I would have to take more time off work. I do NOT have gum disease and my new dentist took 20 mins and Alsbury dental said it would take 3 hrs and their first appt would be November. The lady that took my xrays was amazing but the rest of the visit was a nightmare. I am 52 and never had a cavity!

Fantastic experience: Dr Davis was exceptional in his manners and professionalism. And the hygienist was sweet and very accommodating. The rest of the staff explained everything as far as the cost of services. I give them 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: I needed a tooth extraction, everyone had smiles and was happy to see me, from the receptionist to the nurse and then to the Doctor. I was told all my options and extraction is what was needed, the Doctor double checked everything was numb so i felt nothing they did it promptly but I never felt rushed, the Doctor and nurse explained all the post care that needed done and we talked about future care.They took something that is normally unpleasant and made it extremely pleasant!!!

Negative experience: BE WARE !! I had a appointment and 50 minutes later , I was still in the waiting room. No one came told me why? I finally got tried of waiting and went to the the front desk , I was leaving..she told me they were running behind. Common courtesy , tell me before I wait 50 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened. Fool me once, Fool me twice .. I am not going to let this happen a third time. This dental clinic once was a nice place to get dental work done. But now it a toss up on who will still be working there. A apology would have gone a long way..It just speaks volumes on how this place has fallen.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at this dentist. I didn’t have a good appointment at my last dentist and I was nervous about trying another one. But everyone here was incredibly kind and communicative and helped me understand what was going on. Especially Courtney! I will be back:)

Fantastic experience: I want to open this review by saying if you are nervous about seeing a dentist- this is the office for you! I haven’t been to the dentist in 10+ years, like many people I fear them. Unfortunately I had a wisdom tooth that started causing me unmanageable pain so I had no choice but to go. After calling around many places I reached out to Alsbury dental on a Monday and they were able to get me in the next day! The receptionist was very nice and friendly and the office space is very clean and modern! The woman who took me back I believe was named Kim, she was very sweet and comforting! We talked over what was going on and she did my X-rays, while I waited for the doctor (maybe only 10 minutes) Kim checked on me multiple times to make sure I was doing ok. After the short wait Dr. Belken came in to discuss what I had going on, the wisdom tooth was not salvageable and would have to be extracted but she did let me know about some other issues she saw and what my options for those were. She was very thorough and answered all my questions! I was told they wouldn’t be able to take the wisdom tooth out that day but they could get me in next week, the blonde receptionist at the front was so sweet and told me multiple times if anything came open before the following week she would call me! While I was in the parking lot I got a call that they could fit me in at 3pm that day!! Dr.Davis was the one to perform the extraction, he offered me anesthesia but I opted for just local numbing, I appreciated having options though. His assistant was so lovely and comforting, the whole process only took about 20-30 minutes, the numbing was the worst part but I am grateful dr.davis was so generous with it! The actual removal only took maybe 10 minutes and I didn’t feel a thing! I am now 3 days post op and everything seems to be healing great and I have little pain after following their strict pain management instructions! Everyone at this office is wonderful and I am so glad I found this place! They have cured my fear of the dentist and I look forward to continuing to go here! Thank you Dr.Davis and staff members!!

Fantastic experience: Love going to Alsbury Dental. They are all friendly and helpful. Courtney is always great & Dr Davis is a very nice Dentist! He always answers my questions and is careful with how I am doing while he is treating me!

Fantastic experience: Courtney is awesome! She really cares about my physical health and spiritual well being. She always explains the process of the procedures and listens to my concerns. My wife and I really appreciate seeing her during our visits to Alsbury Dental.

Fantastic experience: Courtney has been my hygienist for several years and I absolutely love her. She’s thorough and truly listens to any concerns I have. I have sensitive teeth and dental anxiety; she’s very understanding of both of those things and does her best to make me comfortable. Her assistant, Holly, is wonderful too. Dr. Belken takes the time to explain things and is also very personable. I needed a crown a couple of years ago, and she too was sensitive to my dental anxiety.

Fantastic experience: They took really good care of me. Explained everything well and zero pain! First time in my life where there was no pain at a dentist office. I will definitely go back. Dr. Davis and his assistant were excellent. Patient for life!

Fantastic experience: First time to the office. I was really impressed with Dr. Davis and the staff. He was very good and calmed my fears about my tooth. I thought I had cracked it, but just brused my gums. Will definitely go back.

Negative experience: I called in as a potential new patient to ask the front desk questions. The lady that answered the phone was rude and had 0 customer service experience. I did not give her any reason to speak to me like I was a nuisance and was nothing but friendly with her on the phone, yet she made me feel like I was scum. And when I asked her if they accept dental savings plan, she just said she doesn't know what that is and if they do or not. I waited a bit to see if she would say she'll try to find out, but she just sat there quietly waiting for me to say "okay bye." To which she responded "thanks bye." If this is the first contact of their practice, I can only imagine how the rest of the employees that work there are.

Fantastic experience: My first appointment was supposed to be in June. I lost a filling and called the office. The office staff were able to fit me in with Dr. Davis. His assistant, Josie, took me in promptly and made me feel at ease. Dr. Davis was very engaging and fixed my filling very efficiently. I was in and out within an hours time without any pain. I am now looking forward to my cleaning appointment. I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: After having a terrible experience at another Burleson dental office, I was hesitant to book another a dental appointment. I was pleasantly surprised at such a great experience at Alsbury Dental. Dr. Davis was nice and very straightforward, Erica was my hygienist and did a great job explaining everything. They did not try to upsell me on anything. We have found a new dentist for our entire family!

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience at Alsbury Dental and will definitely visit again. Got 3 wisdom teeth pulled here. Dr. Davis numbed me good and the procedure was so quick! It was over when I thought we had barely started. Staff were super friendly and informative. Staff were knowledgeable and up-to-date on research but the atmosphere feels like small-town comfort, not too commercialized.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming there for 15 years and I love the service area my dentist I love her she's very professional everyone is professional except for the front desk needs to work on being a little bit more courteous I paid my money just like everybody else and deserve the same respect

Negative experience: I'll find a new dentist after today's visit. Attitude and demeanor with any healthcare provider is important to me. Dr.Davis came off as annoyed that I was taking up his time with a second consult questioning his treatment plan. I felt like I was being pushed to do unnecessary things. Being passive aggressive and condescending are not traits I look for in any healthcare provider. Two visits was enough for me.

Fantastic experience: I really don’t think enjoyed can be the adjective I would use…but going to the dentist is made much easier with the staff at Alsbury Dental. They are all calm and make the needed visits as pleasant as possible. would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Had a great cleaning today! First time I had Erika as my hygienist. She was very gentle and thorough and a pleasure to visit with. All ladies up front were friendly and the staff is just the BEST!

Fantastic experience: I had extreme dentist anxiety for years that kept me from taking the best care of myself, until Alsbury Dental. They are gentle, they don't make you feel shameful or pressure to do anything your not ready to do. They now have an amazing new way of dental cleanings that just feels like a water pic. It's a game changer and now I look forward to my next visit instead of post poning it.

Fantastic experience: It was 2008 or 2009 the last time I went to a dentist. They made me feel comfortable, did not scold me or make fun of me for waiting so long. Luckily I only have to come back for cleanings, and I did make the appointment. I would recommend Alsbury Dental.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Alsbury Dental because of new insurance. I was very impressed. The front office staff was pleasant and efficient. When making my appointment, I was told up front that since I was a new patient I might need to have two visits-one for the exam and another for the cleaning. I accepted this, but luckily they had two consecutive openings and I got everything taken care of the same day. Dr. Davis was very pleasant and polite, and demonstrated a level of professionalism that met my expectations. My hygienist Erica was equally pleasant and professional. She explained everything before starting and checked on my comfort multiple times as she went along. I am happy to have found Alsbury Dental.

Negative experience: I waited 6 months for an appointment. They called me 4 hours before my appointment finally arrived to cancel me, and then rescheduled me another month out. The lady who I spoke with this morning 1/22/24, was the nastiest woman I have ever encountered. You do not treat your patients with disrespect when you make them wait 6 months and then cancel on them at the last minute. Unbelievably horrific customer service.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time coming to Alsbury dental. And I really enjoyed my time. They were really nice and very helpful and I was in quick on my scheduled appointment time and I was out with an a timely manner and my dental hygienist assistant was fantastic. She was so sweet and caring because I’m not the biggest fan of the dentist! They talked me through everything which relieved my nerves.

Negative experience: First appointment was great but trying to get an another appointment is impossible. I explained when I switched to Alsbury that I travel a lot and have a military requirement to be seen at least every six months. This place is typical, quick to charge you but not willing to work with you. I need to find a family owned place that is more convenient. Just got back from overseas and asked for appointment in Feb, but they have no availability. If you have a busy work schedule this place is not for you.

Fantastic experience: I chose my dental insurance this year based around what Alsbury dental took!! I have not used them in two years because my insurance was not in-network… not doing that again this next year! I was tired of not having them. Dr. Belkin is awesome and I recommend completely!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I'm new to the area and I was in pain. They were able to work me in for an appointment pretty quickly. The staff was really friendly and Dr. Nguyen was so nice. She found the problem and was able to work out a plan of action quickly. I have always hated going to the dentist. I think this office, may be the exception to that.

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic experience at Alsbury Dental. It's not often that you find a dentist office with compassion and honesty. Kim was my hygienist today. She is extremely thorough and patient. Taking time to talk through each step. I highly recommend this office if you want old fashion customer service with a smile. I drove from Mansfield to Burleson for my appointment and they exceeded my expectation.

Fantastic experience: As always, everyone was so nice and friendly. This visit was a cleaning and Courtney was great. During the cleaning she saw that one of my implant bridges was loose. Doc Davis attempted to repair it one way first which would have been quick and easy on all of us. However, it wouldn’t cooperate so Doc started the rigorous work of drilling straight down through the extremely hard material that planes and anything going into space should be made of and a lot of hard work he got it all squared away along with the help of 2 different assistants. Go to Alsbury Dental and make Doctor Davis your dentist for the entire family. Tell them I sent you and enjoy a complimentary bag of Goldfish or something similar each visit

Fantastic experience: I have an irrational fear of the dentist. I have put off having my wisdom teeth done for 15 years. However after meeting Dr.Davis and his team and them making me feel so at ease and being so patient kind and understanding I was finally able to have my procedure done yesterday. The whole process was amazing. I couldn't have expected it to go better! I have now switched all my kids to Alsbury Dental to start seeing Dr.Davis. After being unhappy with their pediatric dentist. Fantastic experience: I came here after visiting other dental offices and ALL seem to give me some ridiculous quote to do a cleaning. On top of that, all of their staff is rude and impatient. I felt almost harassed by the amount of calls I got from the in regards of trying to force this $2-3k cleaning! UNTIL I came here, I absolutely love this place. Incredibly clean and their timing on getting to their clients is unmatched. As soon as I checked in both times, they took me back to get it done. I had Alexis, She was an absolute angel. She made me feel comfortable and explained every single step to me without even having to ask her. She even went as far as giving me advice on my super sensitive teeth and actually pointed me to a toothpaste that actually is working! I'm not sure if you can request her, but if you can, please ask for her to take care of you!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentist the last few years and they have always been very kind and accommodating. From dental cleanings, to unfortunate cavity fillings, and even getting my wisdom teeth removed, I’ve received wonderful care. Everyone on staff has always been amazing. Ask for Courtney to be your dental hygiene at, she is the BEST.

Fantastic experience: My hygienist was great. Very positive experience. The dentist and hygienist are all friendly and professional . I go every six months for cleanings and checkups and had some dental work done a couple of years ago. I've always had a good experience and I highly recommend them.
