Negative experience: MY daughter has been having issues with her crown for many years. She finally went get a second opinion and was told that the crown isn't even in the gum and is just literally hanging on. Who allows their patient to walk out of the office with this? THEY DO!

Fantastic experience: Very professional, address my needs in a timely manner and a very nice welcoming environment.

Negative experience: Keep declining my calls I went in for one tooth hurting they didn’t pull it but pulled other ones which I needed pulled but that one tooth I was complaining about they didn’t do nothing about it now I can’t contact them they keep sending me to voicemail declining my calls

Fantastic experience: Dr. Morgan runs his office like a well-oiled machine. My family of five gets their appointments together and we are in and out in roughly an hour. He takes the time to remember personal details about all of us even though he only (thankfully) sees us twice a year. It is apparent that he loves what he does. My girls actually enjoy going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Family Dental many years and Dr. Steven Morgan is my dentist! This man is a kind, courteous and compassionate professional who is very through with his exams, very informative on when and how to maintain your teeth. He truly does excellent work and tries his best to make it as pain free as possible! Recommend him to anyone needing dental care!

Fantastic experience: Houma Family Dental has been wonderful for our family. It’s nice to get mine and my children’s cleanings completed on the same day with little wait time. They typically take all 3 of us back to our hygienist at the same time. The facility is clean and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Unlike some previous dental offices I’ve been to they are not pushy for unnecessary procedures.

Fantastic experience: I had chipped my lower left tooth. It was ragged and tore my inner lip when I ate anything. Dr. Daigle was able to fix my tooth perfectly and now I can eat with no trouble. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days and it took less than 45 minutes. Great job!

Fantastic experience: OMG I am so thankful for Dr. Dufrene. Last night I was chewing on some gummy candy and my crown fell out that was covering a tooth I had a root canal on in 2021. I immediately started panicking because Mother’s Day is this Sunday. I quickly went over to the dentist office as soon as they open, not knowing what they would say or even much do for me being that I had no appointment or anything. When I got there, they told me my doctor was off but Dr. Dufrene saved my Mother’s Day weekend she agreed to see me and she was able to replace my crown. I was in and out Thanks so much Dr. Dufrene!

Fantastic experience: Staff was very kind and quick at getting all my 3 kids done nearly at the same time. I was with my 3 year old and the hygienist was so sweet to him she's so great with kids I think it made a huge difference in helping him feel safe and relaxed, she even made him laugh and not feel scared. I'm so grateful for her. Will come back

Fantastic experience: Large clean comfortable waiting area. Receptionist was friendly. Waited maybe 5 minutes before I was called into the back. Took x-rays and the dentist came in right away. Discussed the procedure and gave me a chance to ask any questions. He was very friendly also and I felt comfortable around him. I was then brought into a room to discuss Insurance procedures. Everything was explained and again I was given a chance to ask questions. I was in and out in approximately 40 minutes. I'm very pleased with this office and all of the friendly personnel. I will definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately, I cracked a tooth and was concerned about infection. I contacted Houma Family Dental and explained my concern about the tooth infection. And they immediately said, let me see what we have, and they made time for me the same day. I met with Dr. Casio, and he was awesome. He explained to me that I had nothing to worry about. He referred me to a specialist to prepare the cracked tooth area for an implant. Once that is completed, I will return to Houma Family Dental. I would recommend Houma Family Dental if you have any dental issues. Every person I met was courteous and Professional to my concerns.

Fantastic experience: (I still stand on this Review) The workers are friendly , the environment is clean, and they are very informative on the procedures they are performing and care enough to make suggestions on what really needs to be done and the cheapest routes to go about fixing things. Oh, I had just left another scheduled visit from a different dental office unseen due to my insurance, they once took but now don’t. I walked into Houma Family Dental, that took my insurance, and was in Dr Daigle’s chair with in 20 minutes, and out the door within the hour. Where else does that happen! Fantastic experience: I wanna give a special thanks to ms.jamie from Houma family dental. This lady and company went over and beyond to help me through gps navigation while driving with my kids. Due to gps failure my phone was moving extremely slow ,and this lady stayed on the phone with me the whole time until I made it exactly to there destination step by step. I was late as well because I got lost, but was able to still make it to there appointment. Negative experience: I took my 6 year old here this morning for his 6 month cleaning. They had absolutely no patience with him while doing his x rays and by the time it was done he was in tears. We will not be going back!
